John Rogers doesn't look like a cyborg yet, but his transformation has begun. As he delivered a talk at a recent
conference in San Francisco, Rogers, a materials scientist at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, picked up a penlike microscope connected to the projector that beamed the PowerPoint slides on his computer for all in the audience to see. As Rogers pressed the pen-scope against his forearm, viewers got a close-up view of the craggy hills and valleys of his skin, as well as an array of squiggly gold lines and square pads. The lines and pads, it turns out, were components of arrays of circuits—not the Intel or ARM variety found in your laptop or cell phone, but a postage stamp–sized collection of flexible, stretchable, and nearly transparent devices that
molded perfectly to the contours of Rogers' skin.

Annie, it would be really cost effective, if we talk just with artificial Intelligence programs. I have counted that if there are about 10 000 TI they need at least human 30 000 manipulators. Now they save at least 25 000 human, if there is a just program speaking with us. I try to do something to test it.
This morphing with known voices they did about thirty years ago with me. I talked with my grandma, that have passed away. She did not speak anything personal thought. Some people our Finnish group have confused with this trick, people who they know talk with them. Now there are just unknown voices, that sometimes belong "army" sometimes are fishermen, who are lured this "project" because they have a boat where they work on international waters.
A good test is difficult to plan, Human can also pretend to be artificial Intelligence computer program, but othe rways it would be perhaps more difficult. Interesting question.
Martti, just for clearification, as in here someone told "they havent experienced it and thats why they dont think its human voices"..I have indeed experienced all spectras, as the V2S would seem as being human OR being computorized (but in fact I have never experienced the V2S to sound like a "robot" or computorized as the ones you here when waiting online in a phone kew etc) However, when I got the picture and realized it was not some humans behind screens doing this, then the game and the picture of torture radically changed, as there was no longer any use playing those tricks anymore. Nowadays I never even get the V2S on a loud basis (for example morphing the neighbor voices or some other to me, familiar voice) If you give it a try, repeat the words or sentences told to you via the V2S (when you think its humans) then you will see it (AI) gets confused and hooked up and not at all in the manner of what a human mind would be. Again, and sorry for repeating myself here, but its possible mimic any voice you have stored in your mind, so when the V2S "talks" to you as a familiar voice (seeming as being human), its just an artifical produced sentence, but with a picked up memory from your brain on that specific voice you hear. I asked my perps, are you a computer program "Yes we are" they answered. In spite of their answer, I believe they are humans. I believe that part of our manipulation is done with computer automation, but it is very difficult to imagine that verbal manipulation, they are doing with me is done only with computer.
They are doing all the basic tricks of social control: calling with names, saying they respect/not respect me , saying they laugh/people laugh for me etc. Other basic thing what they do, is all kind foretelling what will happen to me in future.
Then there are kind of tricks they do, when I am in group of other people. One basic trick is block out of some terms from memory. The other basic trick that is much more dangerous is direct to speech which I and them call name "secretary". It works about so that they block memory from word, or even sectence and then "secretary" kind of "whispers" the word I am missing, Then they can cause strong cought in wrong situation in meeting etc. All little things that makes life very uncomfortable, and cause trouble in human relations.
Marti, Some well meaning TIs beleive that we all experience what they experience. For instance, Some only hear an AI through v2k. Some others, Like Magnus Olssen and myself, believe that when humans wish to they take part in the process to some degree or another. Some may even wish to present themselves in your lilfe without you knowing. I once told a perp through v2k that I would punch him in the face the instant I saw him in the flesh. He responded, "I will walk up and shake your hand, and you won't even know it's me." SO you see, they pick and choose who they monitor by machine and who they monitor by both machine and human. You seem to be intelligent, I think intelligent people, once they have experienced both, can decipher between human and AI interaction through v2k.
I agree, a TI is never as vulnerable as when sleeping, its a wide open goal.. I also agree when doing things, keep yr mind occupied, then it blocks the s.c"normal" torture, OR it could also be, when concentrated on an specific issue, its just observing, I have experienced that when doing things that need concentration, and also when taking part of conversations. Its as if then its "background-observing" and quietly.
But Martti, there is no "perps" monitoring, its a computor program runned on our brains and no humans are monitoring what we do. I think thats the hardest obstacle victims need to get over and try to understand. Unfortunately, lots still believe its people behind a screen doing this, when its not.
Yes you are right. What I think, usually there is one or more perps, monitoring, and manipulating one T.I. , and when T.I. starts to read, also person who reads his thinking has to read. So they try to stop it. Actually everything where person uses whole his brain capacity is disturbance for perps. It takes time for their manipulation. It also receives person memory capacity etc.
That means that one way to resist their manipulation, is read, or do something else that needs whole capacity of mind. Usually they start to cause pains, block memory, and try to other way stop this activity.
Perhaps this is one reason they like to attack when person is sleeping. No activity, person is still in one place . No visual feedback from eyes etc.
Its interesting what you are discussing, I have experienced the same, being stucked in a sentence, repeating it over and over, not able to get on with the particular article I am reading, I never really related it to the torture although..also I have the erge for reading out loud-I have never done it although, but there is a clear try, making me do so, as if I cant understand what I am reading if not reading it out load. I think its important to share those (seeming as small and irrelevant) experiencies, as the sum of them all may lead us closer to the answer why and how.
However I am not of the opinion our minds or thoughts are captured via our throats or anything like that, as it has to be done in brain. Everything-at least what is done to me-has to be done via brain/CNS. Think about it, to be able to predict or even know your thoughts BEFORE you do it yourself, induce artifical dreams, make you smell things differently, tasting things differently (for example, by stimulating a certain area in brain, its possible having yr plain water taste as chocolate if wanted, all yr stored "tasting memories" in brain can be picked up) the only possibility to do all this is via brain/CNS.
If this is truth, we would perhaps find implant somewhere near the Larynx. Nose and throat are place where implant can be injected, when person in unconscious, and it is difficult to find later. Sore throat is possible for many reasons.
I have opinion that when I was young, I was able to read without vocalizing the words, but perps invalidated me, a kind of odd way, in Edmonton over thirty years ago. I saw text in the air for a second or so. On the end I had to vocalize words to read,
