For the people that are being attacked with weapons of any kind white noise or dew. Invite a family member or friend or maybe if you've got children that are old enough, they will be able to assist with this. Stand by your front door entrance and tell the person inside to switch off the main electricity switch.
As soon as it's done bolt outside on your road and listen for any vehicle going off making lots of noise immediately as your main switches are down. Carry a pen or pencil with paper to write down the liscence when you find out which vehicle the noise is coming from, before the owner go outside and switch it off. You've just located one of your perps one of your tormentors. And he she could be one of the main ones.
All you have to do now is let her him become your target by following them and try to find out as much as you can. They might be able to lead you to the head person in charge of your harassment.
If there is no noise coming from any of the vehicles it could mean that the perp is doing the attacks from inside their home, or it could mean that the one that uses his her vehicle to help is out and about for the day. Keep practising that for a while and see what happens.
