Help For Targets

Help for Targets
Jimi Hendrix had a sound that he included on his 'Electric Ladyland' album
called "Moon, turn the tides... gently gently away". The sound is said to be
that of a spaceship, but was that of the signal that he was being targeted with
at the time.
Mr. Hendrix has helped people to recognize the intrusion and demonstrated it
by playing the sound at variable speeds. The bands "The Talking Heads"
and "4080Peru" have likewise included similar sounds in their music.
He and many other musicians were and still are being targeted ever since the
'New Mother Nature' came into being with 'Sgt. Pepper' and the bunch targeting
people a la 'Josie and the Pussycats'.
We are all hearing the 'Sounds of Silence' and I would bet that all of us
'Don't like Mondays' because the perps are 'Switching to Glide' on those
days.
My position is most closely aligned with the Super-Lawyer Gerald
Dibble who was recently on Ella Free's podcast and posted on
YouTube. Mr. Dibble said that we as targets need to "Establish there
is electronic involuntary intrusion that is objectionable and causes
damages"
. The only way we can do that is by recording the sounds
that are transmitted. The transmissions can be sent from any
directional antenna system to a location surrounding the target.
Recordings can be made as per my instructions on
peacepink.ning.com/ or the text file located here:

Besides the patents I've listed, there are also applications for other
technologies such as Phased Array Ultrasonics that also have
applications in fields such as optics and electromagnetic antennae.

I hope that others will have as much success with recording so
that we might produce similar evidence.

Three band monopole antenna
Abstract
A three band monopole antenna with such length as to be of greater
electrical length than a quarter wavelength of the two highest
frequency bands and shorter than a quarter wavelength of the lowest
frequency band. The antenna system includes a matching network at
its base matching the antenna on three frequency bands related by,
substantially, the progression 1, 2, 4, and with the matching network
including a shunt inductor and an inductor and capacitor in series
with the signal feedpoint.

Beam and null switch step steerable antenna system
Abstract
An antenna combiner 2.sup.n antenna element system with
switchable variable delay line length broadband beam and null
steering through 360.degree. in azimuth.

Hearing system
Abstract
Sound is induced in the head of a person by radiating the head with
microwaves in the range of 100 megahertz to 10,000 megahertz that
are modulated with a particular waveform. The waveform consists of
frequency modulated bursts. Each burst is made up of ten to twenty
uniformly spaced pulses grouped tightly together. The burst width is
between 500 nanoseconds and 100 microseconds. The pulse width is
in the range of 10 nanoseconds to 1 microsecond. The bursts are
frequency modulated by the audio input to create the sensation of
hearing in the person whose head is irradiated.

Subliminal acoustic manipulation of nervous systems
Abstract
In human subjects, sensory resonances can be excited by subliminal
atmospheric acoustic pulses that are tuned to the resonance
frequency. The 1/2 Hz sensory resonance affects the autonomic
nervous system and may cause relaxation, drowsiness, or sexual
excitement, depending on the precise acoustic frequency near 1/2 Hz
used. The effects of the 2.5 Hz resonance include slowing of certain
cortical processes, sleepiness, and disorientation. For these effects to
occur, the acoustic intensity must lie in a certain deeply subliminal
range. Suitable apparatus consists of a portable battery-powered
source of weak subaudio acoustic radiation. The method and
apparatus can be used by the general public as an aid to relaxation,
sleep, or sexual arousal, and clinically for the control and perhaps
treatment of insomnia, tremors, epileptic seizures, and anxiety
disorders. There is further application as a nonlethal weapon that can
be used in law enforcement standoff situations, for causing
drowsiness and disorientation in targeted subjects. It is then
preferable to use venting acoustic monopoles in the form of a device
that inhales and exhales air with subaudio frequency.

Method and system for generating sensory data onto the human neural cortex
Abstract
A non-invasive system and process for projecting sensory data onto
the human neural cortex is provided. The system includes a primary
transducer array and a secondary transducer array. The primary
transducer array acts as a coherent signal source, and the secondary
transducer array acts as a controllable diffraction pattern that focuses
energy onto the neural cortex in a desired pattern. In addition, the
pattern of energy is constructed such that each portion projected into
the neural cortex may be individually pulsed at low frequency. This
low frequency pulsing is formed by controlling the phase differences
between the emitted energy of the elements of primary and
secondary transducer arrays.

Patent 4834701 May 30, 1989
Apparatus for inducing frequency reduction in brain wave
Abstract
Frequency reduction in human brain wave is inducible by allowing
human brain to perceive 4-16 hertz beat sound. Such beat sound can
be easily produced with an apparatus, comprising at least one sound
source generating a set of low-frequency signals different each other
in frequency by 4-16 hertz. Electroencephalographic study revealed
that the beat sound is effective to reduce beta-rhythm into alpha-
rhythm, as well as to retain alpha-rhythm.

Patent 5179703 October 27, 1992
Silent subliminal presentation system
Abstract
A silent communications system in which non-aural carriers, in the
very low or very high audio frequency range or in the adjacent
ultrasonic frequency spectrum, are amplitude or frequency
modulated with the desired intelligence and propagated acoustically
or vibrationally, for inducement into the brain, typically through the
use of loudspeakers, earphones or piezoelectric transducers. The
modulated carriers may be transmitted directly in real time or may
be conveniently recorded and stored on mechanical, magnetic or
optical media for delayed or repeated transmission to the listener.
