Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. TERMINATION OF OPERATION OF THE EXTREMELY LOW FREQUENCY COMMUNICATION SYSTEM. (a) TERMINATION REQUIRED- The Secretary of the Navy shall terminate the operation of the Extremely Low Frequency Communication System of the Navy. (b) MAINTENANCE OF INFRASTRUCTURE- The Secretary shall maintain the infrastructure necessary for resuming operation of the Extremely Low Frequency Communication System.
