How do I get a cout case going?

Does anyone know how to get a court case going or lawsuit going against the perpetrators? Can I really get a blood test done for radiation poisoning? I have been a victim for more than 5 years and I just found out back in 2009 that I was a T.I. I always hear this question when I try to bring the Mind control subject up, "why you?" I DON'T KNOW WHY THEY CHOSE TO TORTURE ME! MAYBE BECAUSE I'M AN HONEST PERSON!" I had a cat scan done and everything was perfect. I have seen a neurologist for the pain that has been happening in my head for over a year and he just recently prescribed me with more medication. I have a RF detector that is always picking up a low frequency around me no matter where I go in the house. I tested the damn thing on a microwave oven and it works like a charm! I need to find a company that tests for microwave radiation, but I don't know where to start. I need to get proof. I just look like a schizophrenic person who hears voices in his head and is mentally ill that takes medication. I have printed out lots of articles on Mind Control. I tried to contact Jim Guest, but he said what proof do I have. I told him I don't have any, then he said he can't help me. Damn! Somebody help! I'm broke almost all the time and the damn military makes it hard for me to concentrate when learning something new.

Yes you go to the courts,eventialy it will go to the supreme court where 7 of nine are phi beta kappas.A lot of former cia directors are also phi beta kappa.When you had the MK-ULTRA working many people suffered by doctors not one had their liscense suspened or faced jail time for violateding the nurmberg coventions.The last time I went for radiation montering they(doctors) said i was nuts.Radiation poisning began at the bohemien groove project manhatten.A likey way for the philospher kings to destroy useless eaters.

You need evidence that proves your being torchered, the Judge and Jury will not believe anything you say if you dont have any, theirs many ways to collect evidence, radiation blood tests is true Walbert won 3 million using one, witnesses of torcher, video of you twitching while being pulsed, video of plasma or laser waves(Ive seen some on youtube), Solemavises documents on this site are very good evidence, Follow Soleilmavis's template makes it easier, Microwave testers results recorderded with a camera, put every thing together and you have a very good case. If you dont do anything they will kill you.

i have been also trying to figure out the same way as you are trying out, i have been suffering since 14 years not knowing what to do, i am only trusting god, i wish some one find a permanent solution for this torture. if anyone help us how to figure out how to locate the chip and come out of it.
