Every two years the United States Congress reintroduces a state of martial law, which allows them to treat the United States citizens as slaves. When the citizens of the United States are under a state of martial law they are no longer under their first constitution, but instead they are under a secret second bankers constitution which was drafted in 1871. Under the second secret constitution Americans are considered property of the federal reserve bank rather than human beings. Under the second secret constitution which was drafted in 1871 Maryland and Virginia created the Washington District of Columbia square mile and they incroporated the United States as a company and they made the President of the United States the Chief Executive Officer of that company and they made the representatives of Congress managers of that company. Furthermore, under the aforementioned second secret constitution the judges of the federal courts are not sitting in courts of equity. They are secretly treating the American citizens as if they are property of the United States. Under the aforementioned second secret constitution, the tax dollars of the American people are going to pay interest to the federal reserve bank. They are not being used to pay for any of the services which are needed in the United States. The services which are needed in the United States are being financed by the drug trade. Karen Hudes can provide proof that the second secret constitution exists by the following means:- She has the minutes of the meeting of the partiots who met and looked at the state house records in Carolina when that secret constitution was enacted. She also has the financing statements for the Revolutionary War debt, which was the reason they got that second secret constitution.
Karen Hudes went on to say that there is an easy solution. She said that the unwanted second constitution must be repealed. She said that the United States citizens must issue their treasury dollars out of the gold backed by the collatoral account that has been offered to them. She said that the American people must go out and buy silver and gold coins because the federal reserve bank notes which they currently in use are valueless and unconstitutional. She compared the federal reserve bank notes which are now in use as being as worthless as toilet paper. She also stated that the legal profession of the United States is seriously broken. She said that Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa are no longer paying for their international trade in dollars and governments are no longer holding the federal reserve notes. They are valueless and unconstitutional and the people of the United States need to get rid of them from their country.
Thomas Jefferson is quoted as saying that the American people should never allow private banks to control the issue of their currency and if they ever do so the private banks will deprive the people of all property until their children wake up homeless. Forty million Americans are now living on food stamps and millions more are homeless and now living in tents.
