Carbohydrates foods and foods which contain dairy as well as coffee are all addictive. They are considered drug foods and most people are so strongly addicted to them that they are unable to control their eating habits. In order to absolutely control your food intake you must become food sober by removing all drug foods from your diet, and eating a diet only of meat, fish, chicken, and eggs fried in goose fat or some other type of animal fat but definitely not butter. This is known as a carnivore diet and a carnivore diet has zero addiction potential. You will then achieve total control over your appetite for food and you will also lose all other possible addictions in the process because the addiction to carbohydrates which are all plant foods is the gateway addiction to all other addictions and when you conquer that addiction you will automatically lose all other addictions in the process.
Don't borrow money or any thing else.
Refuse all offers of bribes because if you refuse all offers of bribe you will always be free.
Refuse all honours because those who bestow honours on others must first judge others to be worthy of having honours bestowed on tem, and in order for the honour giver to judge others to be worthy of having honours bestowed on them the honour giver must believe themselves to be superior to the honour receiver, which can never be the case as we are all equal under natural laws which are laws which have been built into the fabric of creation. This bestowing of honours is being done to uphold and reinforce involuntary hierarchies which no one wishes to have continued in this world because all involuntary heirarchies are enslavement systems which are being upheld and maintained by high level freemasons who are also known as Satanists and who conduct ritual human sacrifices in secret. We must urgently eliminate freemasonry from our world and we must imprison all high level freemasons. We constantly hear that many celebrities are freemasons but I believe that those celebrity freemasons are simply there to distort and to camoflage the fact that freemasonry has a rotton inner core. This my second online post of today I am asking for some free legal advice from members of the public or from anyone who knows the answer as follows:- 1. Are any of the Irish Gardai using Remote Neural Monitoring Technology in order to illegally Remote Neural Monitor any member of the public in Ireland and if they are using it then who allows and enables them to do so and following on fromm that, who then in turn empowered the authority giver with the authority to allow some or all Gardai to Remote Neural Monitor members of the public while such members of the public are inside their own private homes, living privately and not doing any harm. 2. Irish constitutional law always over rides and therefore nullifies Irish government policies and that being the case why do Gardai sometimes enforce government policies which are unconstitutional and because they sometimes enforce government policies which are unconstitutional doesn't that make them criminals. 3. Do the Irish Gardai swear an oath to uphold the constitution of Ireland at the beginning of their careers as Gardai or at any time during their careers as Gardai and if so do they always honour their oath to respect and uphold the constitution of Ireland. 4. Are there video cameras in operation in any or all Gardai stations throughout the Republic of Ireland where interactions between members of the Irish public and the Gardai are being video recorded and if that is the case why then don't the Gardai or the Gardai authorities in general allow members of the Irish public to in turn make their own personal video recording of any and all interactions between them and the Gardai for their own private use. Are the Gardai afraid of public appraisal and if so why? 5. Are some Irish government policies being created by unelected members of the United Nations, the World Health Organisation, the World Economic Forum and International Bankers and then transmitted to the Irish government for later enforcement and if this is the case why are we now enforcing orders which come from unelected private individuals.

Hundreds of thousands if not millions of men and women throughout the world have reported the crime of being attacked by invisible and silent energy which is now being called Havana Syndrome to the police over the last number of decades. The victims were unable to prove this crime to the police because being attacked by invisible and silent energy is deniable by the police and it is unproveable as yet by the victims. The police have wrongly decided that these men and women who reported such a crime were mentally disordered and instead of validating and then investigating their claims the police instead mandated that the victims attend for psychiatric evaluation where many of them lost their freedom and ended up locked inside psychiatric hospitals where they were forceably detained and mandated to ingest psychiatric drugs or else have psychiatric drugs injected into them. Such drugs are brain damaging when taking over long periods of time. Most of those psychiatric drugs generate such severe side effects in the patient that taking them is akin to being tortured from the inside out. Now, hundreds of thousands if not millions of victims of Havana Syndrome have got the message that it is unsafe to report this crime to the police so they don't report it anymore. Almost everyone will all be subjected to the crime of havana syndrome soon which will lead to our eventual digital enslavement and the police have stood by and done nothing to help us. I disrespect the police to an extreme degree because not alone do they not investigate reported crimes but they block the solving of such crimes by refusing to validate our claims and by refusing to warn the public in general that such a crime is in widespread use and abuse. I myself went to the police to report the crime of being attacked with silent and invisible energy in the distant past and I was not taken seriously by the police and I was also forbidden from leaving the police station until after I attended for psychiatric evaluatrion. If I had insisted on continuing speaking the truth of me being a victim of silent and invisible energy attacks I would then have been forceably locked up inside a psychiatric hospital. Therefore in order to be able to return home I had to stop speaking about this crime which is being conducted against me on an ongoing basis. Because the police refused to hear me out I then went on to make over three hundred videos of my non-consensual experiences of being attacked by silent and invisible energy and of my disrespect for the police in general. I am pointing out here that the Gardai are not either qualified or paid to judge members of the public as mentally unwell. They are paid to validate the claims of members of the public who claim that a crime is being conducted against them. Instead of doing what they are paid to do from the public purse the Gardai are refusing to validate the claims of the public and then they are wrongly forcing any member of the public who they deem to be mentally unwell to attend for psychiatric evaluation. Who gave the Gardai Siochana the power to refuse to take statements from the public and instead deem many of them, up to four per night in the case of the Garda being interviewed, as being mentally unwell. I imagine it was a freemason who implemented this corrupt policy. Please have this policy cancelled forthwith. The tax payers of Ireland do not pay the salaries of the Gardai in order for the Gardai to refuse to listen to their claims of crimes being committed against them and instead for the same Gardai to deem them mentally unwell, even though the Gardai are not at all qualified to do so.
