I now believe that you can not be placed on a remote neural monitoring program if you live in a house without electricity and without electric cables. If targeted individuals are being desperately tortured inside their own homes they could consider moving into an old derelict house without any electric cables. They could use gas heating and gas cooking instead of electricity.... They could use a flashlamp for light. If there was no such house available you could build a shed without electric cables and without any windows in your back garden . You could sleep there. The electronic harassers do most damage to the human body at night when targeted individuals are sleeping. If these suggestions are impractical you can switch off the electricity supply to your home every night. However, the electronic weapons operatives could possibly imbue your electric cables with electricity during the night and use it against you.

I have not tried the Graham Stetzer filters yet but I read that the voice to skull harassment completely stopped for another targeted individual when she used them in her bedroom. It appears that the electronic harassment teams can not harass us without us having radiant. dirty electricity surrounding us while we sleep at night. I did not fully understand this information before now.
