And later some one on the street in Ontario of Canada told me that animal was chipped with tag. By ongoing terrorr, psychological torture and MK Ultra, lasting nearly 20 years in Canada, "they" attack and remotely attack, control and remotely control my heart rate, my hearing, my head, my body. So, I can't sleep, work normally everyday and every night for 20 years in Ontario, Canada.
