any other unacknowledged or as yet undeveloped means inflicting death or injury on, or damaging or destroying, a person (or the biological life, bodily health, mental health, or physical and economic well-being of a person) through the use of land-based, sea-based, or space-based systems using radiation, electromagnetic, psychotronic, sonic, laser, or other energies directed at individual persons or targeted populations or the purpose of information war, mood management, or mind control of such persons or populations.
Our Goals:
Our work is not only to get "Universal Declaration of Human Rights" to be respected by everyone; but also to help government to improve the legislation of weapons abuse; and to help government to ban all kind of torture all over the world.
(1) We wish a resolution from United Nations to ban abuses and tortures of abovementioned weapons.
(2) We wish all government have law to ban abuses and tortures of abovementioned weapons.
(3) We wish all government should cooperate together to sentence perpetrators according to law.
With the great support of you - our supporters, we have achieved good success in the past one year. We have brought awareness to more people about abuses and tortures of abovementioned weapons.

of course,that's just me. i sat in a public library and researched until i was exhausted this summer.
right now in my inbox, i really feel like i have TOO much evidence. i don't want to flood out the good contacts i have made. i read things TONIGHT that made me sick with rage.
one major problem is that people have a lot of info - but what do we DO with it? if
Mr. Bush approves the use of technology for behavior manipulation (for example),
congressional gag orders, judiciary stonewalls and active denial policies wll
simply drag us down...unless people think things through.
i feel currently like i have done a lot of work to raise awareness -- and I won't stop --
but those who employ this technology are relentlessly determined to rule the planet
by using it.
the extreme financial power of the Bush team as a entity means that
although George Bush is leaving the presidency -- he and his interests are not
"becoming less powerful". on the contrary, they are more like powerful
influence peddlers -- or extortionists - until they are brought before the International Court of
Justice. The long range plan of using technology to stifle human intelligence while they
manipulate people and NATIONS and cultures into aggression is obvious - -to people
who are aware that attempts to condition humanity to look away from that are being made
with HIGH WATTAGE secret technologies.
to those who are unaware - it is all unreal, deniable, a "conspiracy theory"-- which
of course is the sort of rote kneejerk denial that those who conspire to create
false-flag disasters DEPEND on.

Some deranged tiny minded perps (domestic terrorist cells) have me on slaughter program. One may feel warlorn. Even TIs with so called freedom fighting websites are doubling as mind controlled provocateurs - they reel you in then ambush you. One must not deal with them. The vast majority of people are always willing to think: We should work to focus on the needs of the vast majority of people, small number of vulnerable and weak groups of individuals can be neglected.
But people forget that the vast majority of people are able to enjoy the most basic rights, their contradictions are not extremely sharp.
The small number of vulnerable and weak groups, as vulnerable, have been deprived over with most basic rights which other people are able to enjoy. They often face with the problem represents the most acute social contradictions. Their needs should be the most important.
