The first of hopefully many lawsuits to come; Judge Leighton over turns Government Employee's appeal for immunity from "harassment lawsuit" in a ground breaking Activists suit against the Military for harassment. It's the first of it's kind to allow a lawsuit to move forward against military personal and has paved a path for future lawsuits against Military harassment!

Hoot! A positive move in the right direction!  Thank you Judge Ronald B. Leighton!

"Lawrence A. Hildes, the lawyer for the other plaintiffs, said the decision on Monday was the first time an appeals panel had ruled that citizens could sue military employees over spying", (Moynihan).

We need to create a T.I. Activist group and call ourselves "activists". Once we establish ourselves as activists, we can then move forward, together, and file a class action suit against the military for harassing us, "Activists" with a whole range of listed harassment's, covering all forms of attacks.  After all, we are indeed Activists in the fight against unethical non-consensual experiments and for humanitarian rights.

  • Really a huge effort should be put together to interogate via FOIA requests everything these fusion centers do, that is the source and the probable solution to these problems.

  • Lots of stuff in this lawsuit, beginning with the colusion of fusion centers, it pretty much outlines the work of those centers. Really we should condemn our legislative officials, they have dropped the ball completely. That is the source of the electronic harassment not doubt about it.

    "

Fusion centers are multi-jurisdictional intelligence facilities which house federal and local law enforcement agencies alongside military units and private security companies. Their operations are largely secret and unregulated. There are currently 77 fusion centers in the United States.

The lawsuit names Towery as well as the Army, Navy, Air Force, FBI, CIA, Department of Homeland Security, and other law enforcement agencies."

  • I will read more. It seems like good action.
