Satellite crimes against humanity

Dear Sir/Madam ,

Such is the extent of US National Security law that over 5,000 classified devices are currently covered by the US Inventions Secrecy Act. Many of these are either based on or working with many of the 20,000 plus satellites now circling the Earth (many in geosynchronous orbit) and the countless array of supercomputers that work in with them, operating at ground - based locations like The Langley Research Centre (CIA) and Fort Meade (NSA). These computers are all manned by technicians and are each capable of processing more information than the entire human population of the planet (something exceeding 700 trillion calcs a second each). And what is the upshot of all of this? That the agencies and military can rely on the blanket cover of tagging all such covert activities as a matter of "National Security"and thereby covertly and remotely take control of people and organisations as they see fit, without challenge.

Couple these technologies with the mass surveillance systems outlined by Edward Snowden and others and you will realise that the agencies are all seeing, all knowing and promote themselves and their usefulness in the name of security at the expense of liberty. Yet where are they when mass shootings, terrorist attacks and such take place? They watch, as accessories before, during and after the fact, and do nothing; more intent on controlling public figures with blackmail friendly material, more interested in oppressing writers, activists and whistleblowers than protecting the public at large. Equally, through false flag operations, protected trafficking syndicates and such, the agencies foster and profit from crime while all the while pretending to do otherwise...The agencies, in particular the CIA, are not securing our safety, they imperil it....

Even former Presidents recognised this and wanted the CIA stopped...."There is a plot in this country to enslave every man, woman and child. Before I leave this high and noble office I intend to expose this plot"...JFK. And the CIA reply?..."I was in Dallas when we got the S.O.B." David Morales , CIA chief of operations.

US DOD Directive 5240 1.R saved 882013, Ch 4, Procedure 13 says "Experimentation is allowed on human subjects for intelligence purposes". So, whether it be a false claim, a National Security Letter or any other bogus move, the covert agencies can line up any or all critics, malcontents, political targets and thinkers that the PTB dislike and have them thrown into satellite facilitated mobile concentration camps where the aforementioned technologies allow all manner of mind control, cybernetic, neuroscience, genetic, brain / dream study and other experiments to be run.... unreported and with complainants labelled as paranoid etc.

Yet we had the UN Treaty of 1967 saying you cannot use satellites in conjunction with any weapon of mass destruction, (only to be amended to allow the Reagan era Star Wars system). We also have the UN's UNIDIR committee and the European Parliament calling for bans on all weapons for human manipulation (Eg A4-0005/99 EP). In addition we have Executive Order 13526 banning the use of classification to hide crime. But all of this clearly amounts to just words on paper when the PTB and the agency - controlled media ignore it all.

I have researched this for over 25 years. I've spoken with countless spies, political aides, marginalised journalists, senior law enforcers, entertainers, scientists and more. Knowledge of this form of oppression, using classified technologies, is widespread in those circles but fear or complicity prevents many from speaking out.

In the absence of reliable, honest political and media representation the campaigners fighting against covert oppression of this sort (on behalf of millions of targeted people worldwide) are forced to rely on the marginalised media and various human rights organisations for support in their efforts to get this information to the general public. Nevertheless, by so doing we hope to expose and end the silent holocaust that sees the isolation of the combined genetic traits of all those willing to question authority as they are gradually wiped out; oppressed into oblivion.

I call on any and all with a conscience or a soul to turn on this evil. Help to expose and end it and restore true democracy to a world where, at the moment, only lies and hypocrisy exist when it comes to true justice and freedom.

STOP ORGANISED STALKING - ANOTHER TERRIBLE FORM OF TORTURE AND DEGRADATION

IN COUNTRIES ALL OVER THE WORLD. PEOPLE ARE BEING GANG STALKED (STALKING BY ORGANIZED GANGS OF PEOPLE) AND COVERTLY TARGETED WITH ELECTRONIC AND SURVEILLANCE WEAPONS:-

What is it?
Gang Stalking is a well-organized form of covert harassment used against an individual. It is done by large groups of people who systematically & repeatedly harass individuals. The people who participate are usually under the impression that they need to keep an eye on a targeted person or drive them out of town for wrongdoings. It often encompasses the use of Directed Energy Weapons (DEW) such as Microwave harassment. This can be a for-hire organized harassment service. These groups operate throughout the world – especially North America & Europe, & exhibit cult-like characteristics. They usually have local numbers ranging in the hundreds. This has also been called Cause Stalking, Gang Stalking, Community-based Harassment, Organized Vigilante Stalking, Vengeance Stalking, Terrorist Stalking, Revenge Stalking, Covert Action, State-Sponsored Harassment, Microwave Harassment, Microwave Mind-Control.

Gang Vigilante Stalking is a form of terrorism/mind-control used against an individual, in a malicious attempt to reduce the quality of a person's life so they will have a nervous breakdown, become incarcerated/institutionalized, experience constant mental, emotional or physical pain, become homeless, &/or commit suicide. It is done using well-orchestrated accusations, lies, rumors, bogus investigations, setups, framings, intimidation, overt or covert threats, vandalism, thefts, sabotage, torture, humiliation, emotional terror, DEWs, & general harassment. It is a ganging up by members of the community who follow an organizer & participate in a systematic, & ritualistic persecution of an individual. Organized Stalking is a destructive criminal program built on deception that exists to serve the intentions of a few who are aware of its true agenda.

Gang Stalking (also called "group stalking" "organised stalking") is a total assault paradigm. It is carried out by criminal secret societies. The OS paradigm includes (but is not limited to):

many of the attacks are synchronized to happen precisely as the target does something, e.g. leave his/her residence, goes to the shops etc.

"street theater": staged skits designed to frighten and upset the target

the same harassment happens every day, day after day, year after year

a large group of stalkers, each of whom does a portion of the stalking-attacks

24 hour surveillance, every day. Among other things, the stalkers, working in shifts, sit in their vehicles parked around the target's residence.

"slander campaign": the foundation of OS. The stalkers go to everyone the target interacts with (family members, coworkers, neighbors, etc) and spread lies: that the target is a homosexual or a criminal of some type. This is an effective tactic because most people can't even imagine that a stranger would lie to them.

the stalkers present themselves as members of a "civic organization" which works with law enforcement and monitors terrorists or other criminals. The stalkers may use fake badges or fake "official files" to convince people that the target is a criminal.

"noise campaign": very frequent sounds (sirens, car alarms, beeping sounds, loud engine accelerations, loud booming sounds [from vehicles], etc) which follow the target everywhere.

the stalkers target homosexuals (or people thought to be), members of "left-wing" (e.g. peace, civil rights, environmental) organizations, whistleblowers, people who live "alternative lifestyles", and anyone else the stalkers see as not conforming with their version of "normality."

persistence: the stalkers follow the target as he/she moves to other cities or states.

the stalkers use lies, money, and intimidation to get nongroup members to attack the target.

the stalkers commit crimes and blame them on the target

targets are harassed while driving, and vehicles are sabotaged - pets are killed - physical assault

derogatory name calling - mail is stolen or damaged - harassing emails and phone calls

residences and vehicles are vandalized - law enforcement and firefighter participation
Misrepresentation of us via email, text messages, social media, phone calls, and even in person with a double.

home break ins to drug and sexually assault us while we're in an induced state of sleep.

Some Important Points:

The primary targets of all these tactics are the group members, not the target. The group members are the ones who are programmed. Group leaders define reality for their members, so it doesn't matter if tactics do not work on a target.

Group members are sensitized to all the tactics they employ.

Stalking various targets is only part of the activity of these groups. Members are trained to perform a variety of activities without question. They do not know the objectives of their leaders.

Those targeted for harassment will have no problem concluding that someone is after them, but most never know who it is.

What other tactics are used?

Face-to-face tactics:

Following a target on foot wherever he goes

Standing around a target while he is paying for a purchase in a store.

Swarming the target – i.e. totally surrounding a target so he cannot move.

Physically intimidating a target by standing very close -

When a target sits anywhere in public, group members will attempt to sit behind him in order to create noise, by whatever means, including tapping their feet on the target's chair.

Walking by a target and doing strange things to attract his attention, such as:

Blinking their eyes - Reading the time from an imaginary watch on their wrist - Making faces

Noise Campaigns:

Generating noise around the clock.

Interfering with sleep patterns (i.e. through excessive noise). Trying to wake up the target at night as many times as they can.

Noise campaigns include:

People yelling and screaming outside the person’s residence.

Numerous different vehicles, squealing their tires, honking their horns and hanging around a certain area.

Apartment noise campaigns will include:

Tapping on the walls in the middle of the night - Taps running - Hammering

Noises coming from the upper and/or lower apartments, and possibly the apartments on both sides

Ideally, noises are timed to activities of the target, such as:

When a target goes outside - When a target flushes the toilet

When a target turns on a water faucet - When a target walks near a window.

Vehicle-related tactics:

Numerous different vehicles hanging around a certain area.

Traveling in convoys with highbeams on - Drivers in convoys waving at one another.

Attempting to intercept the target’s vehicle at intersections.

Trying to force the target’s vehicle off the road.

Vandalizing the target's vehicle, including:

Slashing tires - Scratching paint - Stealing license plates

Draining the oil or antifreeze over a period of time in the hopes of destroying the engine.

They do not usually cut brake lines or commit other acts of sabotage which would leave evidence.

11. I have been relentlessly subjected to Organised Stalking/Mobbing. This consists of an intense and highly organized persecution of an individual with the purpose of harass her/him constantly and boycott all the activities, professional and of leisure that the person develops, in order to isolate to take control of the victims life, manipulate the victims mind and ultimately conduct him/her to a helpless situation. This conduct carried out by a group of apparently "normal" citizens is a barbaric form of torture. People are purposely engaged to aggravate me, and to impede and violate my physical and psychological spaces, privacy and freedom. This is extremely psychologically and physically oppressive and suffocating. This happens everywhere I go, anytime, no matter what I do. My whole neighbourhood has been infiltrated. Often these people are neurologically controlled like ‘neuro-puppets’ to maximise the aggravation through the linking of their actions and movements to mine. Other times they are misguided and/or misinformed ‘Jones-Town’ type idiots/victims. This is being done to me everywhere I go – including in Russia and Turkey.

THE PSYCHOLOGICAL TOLL OF THIS HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATION IS ALSO HUGE. IMAGINE BEING UNDER CONSTANT SURVEILLANCE AND TORTURED WHEREVER YOU GO. SABOTAGE OF REPUTATION AND BELONGINGS AT HOME, WORK AND AUTOMOBILE WHILE A TARGETED PERSON IS AWAY. FAMILY LIFE IS DESTROYED. WORK PERFORMANCE IS AFFECTED. JOBS AND LIVELIHOOD ARE LOST. SOME HAVE COMMITTED SUICIDE.

WHENEVER THESE CRIMES ARE REPORTED TO LOCAL OR FEDERAL POLICE, THE VICTIM IS LABELED MENTALLY ILL. THEREFORE, THE PERPETRATORS CONTINUE FREELY WITH THEIR TORTURE CAMPAIGN ON MANY, MANY OTHERS.

Hi everybody,

The Perps have sunk lower.

They talk ontop of my head. They have be doing so for more 2 weeks.

Resulting in the fact that they took over my thoughts and that it looked as if

things they said were my thoughts. It's not 2VK. It lasted 2 days in a row for at least

an hour,

He says that he hates the fact that I listen to him. I said once I don't like

it when you do what I say and even when you do want you want I still hate you.

He sounds like a crazy person to me.

I am really isolated. He brags about how he has everybody in his pocket.

When I listen to music from artist he said I own them. He wants me to

know that he can turn them against me.

When I look at the tv it's like they are talking about me.

I can even ques how someone will react in a film or at an audition in a talent show.

I love music a lot but, he hates the fact that I get drawn into the tv.

He wants al the attention.

He's got a story line about he wants to up hold.

He's causing drama in my life. he loves sabbotaging me.

I am fighting him to gain control over my thoughs.

I really in bad situation.

He can easily take over, how can I fight this.

I have no one to stick up for me. Does anyone

know how I stop them from doing this. I need protection.

I can't find it anywhere. I want to protect my head.

I don't want to become nobodies robot.

The perps are very agresive even when I am kind.

Now that I left to fight for my own. I hope you don't forget about me if

I end up dead. Because this is a new trick he stumbled up on by accident.

Since nobody cares for me until I am dead I have to tell you my story.

Even my brothers and sister are trayders, the people in the neighbourhood

are after me too. If there are good people out there He will make sure that I don't find them.He so proud that he can turn good people into bad vendictive people.

They all want a piece of me. If only you could see how the people surround me with the attention to hurt me. My thought are being manipulated to get be angry,

every day I get repetive thinking. It's like an never ending story inside my head.

He even punishes me for having bad thoughts about certain persons he likes.

The people provoke me to think about them, when I think about the wrong strangers

do to me they tell the person and before you know the want to hurt me. Strangers are ready to hurt me, they hear something and they are ready for war.

On WhatsAP my contacts are taking pictures that have something do with me.

A lot of them did this. to the point that I had to delelete a lot of contacts.People keep feeding me my thoughs. The city in very active in supporting these Perps.

The are the new leaders of the city. I proberbly won't find anyone who doesn't

know anything about me. Even 2 year old join them. They all know how to harras me.

If I leave I will have no where to go to I will end up on the street.

I think that these people don't stop and think how I must feel, They don't

know wonder about the effect it has on me. It's all a big joke to them.

Hurting someone and still saying you are a good person is wrong.

The people don't know how fast to run out of their houses stalk me on the street.

All I can say is there a lot of CRAZY PEOPLE OUT IN THIS CITY.The act crazy

They don't learn . this the second time I being Gangstalked and still the people

fall for the same tricks the perps pull. It's like these people have never learned how to be have on the street. They don't look for prove it what they hear is true.

They don't wannA see that I am INNOCENT. Someone is already being torterd infront

of their eyes and they still choose to turn on me and hurt me.

The Mock me every single day, in house on the street and at my job.

God is going to punish this City really bad, I really hate to be a supporter of Electronut.

Electronut is what I call the Perps who are attacking me now.

The previous Perps I called Electronica.

I have seen evil in it's purest form. With all the technology on this planet people

are doubting electronial harrassment.

I found out about audio sonic. But how the gangstalk me with it I really don't understand.

Maybe anyone can lay it down for me. What are possibility that the can mix certain

the methods of electronical together. The perps are using every methods they have in gangstalking together but how. Please help me I am confiouse.

Below is a list of references and links about electronic torture, abuse and experimentation, and organised stalking.

Below that is a list of victims’ organisations and further information.

Please have a look at these terrible technologies and crimes.

As long ago as 1994 in Montreux, Switzerland the International Committee of the Red Cross - ICRC raised the issue of Psychotronic or Directed-Energy weapons, also at the Geneva Forum in 2002, and also in 2009 at the 5^th European Symposium on Non-Lethal Weapons and at the European Conference.

In January 1999, the European Parliament passed a resolution where it calls “ for an international convention introducing a global ban on all development and deployment of weapons which might enable any form of manipulation of human beings. It is our conviction that this ban can not be implemented without the global pressure of the informed general public on the governments. Our major objective is to get across to the general public the real threat which these weapons represent for human rights and democracy and to apply pressure on the governments and parliaments around the world to enact legislature which would prohibit the use of these devices to both government and private organisations as well as individuals.” (Plenary sessions/Europarliament, 1999)

In October 2001, Congressman Dennis J. Kucinich introduced a bill to the House of Representatives which, it was hoped would be extremely important in the fight to expose and stop psycho-electronic mind control experimentation on involuntary, non-consensual citizens. The Bill was referred to the Committee on Science, and in addition to the Committee on Armed Services and International Relations. In the original bill a ban was sought on ‘exotic weapons’ including electronic, psychotronic or information weapons, chemtrails, particle beams, plasmas, electromagnetic radiation, extremely low frequency (ELF) or ultra low frequency (ULF) energy radiation, or mind control technologies. Despite the inclusion of a prohibition of the basing of weapons in space, and the use of weapons to destroy objects or damage objects in space, there is no mention in the revised bill of any of the aforementioned mind-invasive weaponry, nor of the use of satellite or radar or other energy based technology for deploying or developing technology designed for deployment against the minds of human beings. (Space Preservation Act, 2002)

BOOK SUMMARY

Organized stalking is carried out by an enthusiastic and structured group that has cruel intentions: stalk, harass, injure, financially ruin, and mentally crumple human prey until incapacitation occurs. What sets this crime apart is that innocents are picked off the street.

There is no getting away from the stalkers and no getting away from the unusual technology that is used to take over someone's life.

“For the first couple of months,” says June, “I thought it was a sick game. Now that I've been tormented for years, well, it's clear that organized stalking is a sophisticated crime that follows a step-by-step process to leave the victim as bare and isolated as the dead tree on the cover. He or she may still be standing, but that's about it.

“I'll sum it up this way. Veiled intimidation ensures that targeted individuals are viewed by the public as free people, which they are not. They are playthings to their controllers. Hostages in plain sight. Victims are quite literally owned yet have limited chance of rescue because their desperate circumstances are misunderstood.

Some die from the violence. Some die from suicide. And the rest merely exist.” Organized stalking is worldwide and is called gang stalking in some areas. The electronic harassment that accompanies organized stalking is also known as covert harassment.

June Ti is a mental health counsellor who was chosen for organized stalking and electronic harassment in 1998. She assists targeted individuals from her home in British Columbia, Canada.

Hi Everybody,

Lately I discovered that the perps are reading my messages I write to you on Peace pink.

They are telling everybody that I gave them permission to tell about what I write.

Voice cloning is something they use a lot to tell people about me.

I really don't know how the clone my voice. If they don't clone

my voice they will manipulate me into saying stuff they can use

to against me.

I can tell by the reaction of the people around me that they believe them.

The people around me keep feeding me my words. They don't

feel ashamed to do that. They believe that I am Evil.

I thing I believe they will say to themselve is: "Everybody heard You say it"!!!!!!!!!!!

They want get involved in what I do online, the mock me a lot.

The reaction of the people who listen to them is strange, even people who should

have known me believe him. They have know me longer than they have and still they believe that

I am not a reliable person. You know the ones who are suppose to me my brothers and sisters

in faith. We all know the devil exsist and still they buy into the lies of the Perps.

The have found a new Messiah. Jesus is my example, the also called him a lier.

He trail guilty when he really was innocent. They killed him in cold blood.

Non of these so called brothers and sister in my congregation are really interested in how I feel

They just cannot love me. Brotherhood is dead when it comes to loving me.

Gods word is turned into a lie. Some of my fellow Christians have had themselves convinced that

I am not a real Jehovah Witness. The Perps are saying the same to them.

The Perps want me to disfellowshipped. The Elders are also under the influance of the Perps.

Without these Perps they would still hurt me

in this way. They always find someone to slaunderd my name. I ques it's jealousy.

Everything the Perps tell them is true in there eyes.

They think I GOSSIP about them with the perps.

The Perps call my Thoughts Gossip!!!!!

The people around them believe this and see me this way.

They mock me when they heard my thoughts

about mind control.

One of the brothers I knew acted like he was mind controlled

infront of me. He was mocking me.

That's why it's hard for me to get along with the people around me.

The male perp is still under the impression that I care about what he does.

He hates it when I am Lucky. He Sabbotages my life BIG time.

He uses my opinion about everything as a weapon against me.

He leaves no stone unturned when it comes to completly destroying

my life. I ques they will leave when the are sure that I am hated

everywhere I go. People will remember my face and my name.

They will continue hating me when they are gone. People

The first time they, starsted to gang stalk me they left me behind

hart broken and hated. I had to pick myself up and move on.

I lost my son, my family and the man I was in love with.

If I only knew I would have left this country before

They had the change to stalk me again. It was

a lonely life, but I work myself and made friends,a

but it didn't last. These same friends are the one

supporting the perps. I don't

know If I should leave this city or country

and start a new life.

I believe that they will keep doing this.

Only when I wil find non influancial people the will fail.

More than 40 percent of California has emerged from a punishing drought that covered the whole state a year ago, federal drought-watchers said Thursday, a stunning transformation caused by an unrelenting series of storms in the North that filled lakes, overflowed rivers and buried mountains in snow.

The weekly drought report by government and academic water experts showed 42 percent of the state free from drought. This time last year, 97 percent of the state was in drought.

Southern California, also receiving welcome rain from the storms, remains in drought but has experienced a dramatic reduction in the severity. Alone and Isolated

I having a hard time right now.

I keep on going over a situation I call betrail.

With no one to talk to I find myself in a sort of a relationship with the Perps. They comment on every thought I have. I want to take complete

control of my life. I am no in a position that want to tell me who I should fall in Love with. I want to ignore them but the people around me remind me that I still have him. They cough or hum "you still have him" when I ignore him. Wished I had friends who were near me. I like that I have you other TI's but can't take you to place with me or share a meal with. You are the only one who understand me. The rest of the people around me don't care or listen my cry for help. I can't hang with hypocrites. The are all under the influance of the Perp. They support eachother. The fail to see my pain. They don't believe I am in danger. It's really lonely. I need to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I am jurning for it so badly. There are Bullies every where I go. I don't like this life it's full of pain and suffering.

I comfort myself with singing, But they busted my throath. My voice is damaged. I have the need to heard and loved. Isolated and pushed aside as if I am not human. The only help that was offer was to check myself in a mental hospital to get some rest. Rest eh? It would be horrible. People I use to talk to have become strangers to me. I let go and walk lose any one who fake.

I Perp is going on and on about how I haven't got any friends. He's happy about that. The male Perp loves to do the things to me I read on the website about our torture. He starts to torture me in the same way some of you are being tortured.

Every enjoyment I have is another reason for them to hate me and torture me some more. The torture are really heavy. I know that Electronical rape is a thing to bring me down. So rapes me over and over again. It's affective and I shout out loud inside my head and get very angry. I don't want to go into too many details about that.

You see loving me wrong for a whole lot of people nowadays.

When people take away love from the are happy. They already have friends and family, but they don't want me to have the same.

As sit here and go on and on about my problems, I start to feel better that you can hear me my friends. The Perp is trying to do the same with his followers. He trying to keep them informed about my situation. So they can mock me some more. All I can feel is hate coming from them.

For organized stalking and the satellite technology/weapon to not exist, the following would have to be true:

Organized stalking does not exist. The FBI stopped all COINTELPRO-type activities after congressional hearings in the 1970’s.
The large and constantly expanding group of people who report being stalked, monitored, harassed, intimidated, threatened, vandalized, etc. by a large, well-organized group would have to ALL be wrong. Our personal testimony would have to be wrong. For some reason, we are all imagining it or making it up. No one does these things in the United States anymore. It all stopped in the 1970’s. To believe otherwise is evidence of a “delusional belief system”.
ALL of the books, articles, websites, blogs, petitions, Facebook pages, papers, letters, etc. dealing with organized stalking, technological assault/torture and mind control would have to be wrong. For some reason, we made all of this stuff up, and invested considerable time and effort in doing so.
Ted Gunderson’s sworn affidavit on gang stalking (organized stalking) would have to be wrong. Mr. Gunderson worked for the FBI for nearly three decades between 1951 and 1979 and retired from the FBI as Senior Special Agent in Charge of the Los Angeles FBI. In the 2011 affidavit, Mr. Gunderson stated, “This makes the F.B.I.’s former COINTELPRO program, which I worked on, including in a supervisory capacity, look like a Sunday school program by comparison.”
I somehow “invented” this satellite weapon, arguably the most powerful surveillance tool and weapon ever developed, ahead of every military and intelligence agency in the world. I did this without any expertise in satellite technology or energy.
No one has been able to develop this satellite weapon in over 50 years since satellites were first launched. No one has been able to figure out how to put energy on our brains and bodies using a satellite. It’s a simple, yet extremely powerful, concept.
The strongest theory ever advanced for “hearing voices” and for “mental illness” would have to be invalid. Even though it explains virtually everything, something would have to cause the satellite theory to fail. To date, no one has said what that is. The mental health profession won’t even respond.
The mental health profession has never even had a decent theory for “hearing voices” or for “mental illness”. “Brain chemistry” and “chemical imbalance”, which are a complete mystery to most people, are the best “explanations” they have. “Mental health” remains completely subjective, even though lives are often forever changed or lost.
The physical pains, sensations and conditions which often accompany “mental illness” would remain inexplicable, imagined “somatoform disorders”. After decades, no one knows what causes any of them. They just mysteriously coincide with “voices” and other symptoms of “mental illness”. Why does “mental illness” cause diarrhea and tooth pain?
Numerous physical conditions, illnesses and diseases would remain inexplicable. Even with the vast scientific and technological advances, no one has been able to determine what causes them. The medical profession doesn’t seem interested in energy.
Everyone who has reported having energy on his or her brain and body would have to be wrong. Our personal testimony would have to be wrong. For some reason, we are all imagining it or making it up. We have all developed an inexplicable fascination with energy.
Everyone who believes he or she is not “mentally ill”, something else is going on, would have to be wrong. Millions of people have lost touch with reality and can’t comprehend their “illness”.
For some reason, millions of people still don’t want help with their “mental illness”. They must be forced into “treatment”. Conversely, most people still want help with their physical illnesses. They don’t have to be involuntarily “treated” or medicated.
As much sense as it makes, “mental illness” is not used by criminals and “Nazis” to control, discredit, torture, destroy and kill people.
Mass shootings result from inexplicable, uncontrollable anger caused by “mental illness”, not satellite torture. The FBI, state and local law enforcement and everyone else can’t make sense of these horrific events. Why are these people so angry?
Muslims committing violent acts within the United States are “terrorists”, not “mentally ill”. For Muslims, the “terrorist” label overrides “hearing voices” and “mental illness” (example: Omar Mateen, the Orlando mass shooting tragedy).
People who hear the “Voice of God” are either “mentally ill” or God is really talking to them. It can’t be satellite communication.
Accurate numbers with respect to people “hearing voices” and experiencing other symptoms of “mental illness” will show that these symptoms have remained somewhat constant, on a percentage basis, going back in time. No one is willing to produce these numbers even though they would end this highly contentious debate. The mental health profession won’t even respond.
Accurate numbers with respect to various “inexplicable” physical conditions, illnesses and diseases will not show a correlation with the introduction of satellite technology capable of putting energy on our brains and bodies. Conditions such as irritable bowel syndrome, acid reflux and erectile dysfunction have always existed at roughly the same level on a percentage basis.
The mental health profession should not be required to defend their DSM or their profession, or to produce accurate numbers. They should not be forced to comply with “Scientific Method”. We just need to accept that they know more about our brains and bodies than we do. No one should challenge them. After all, they are highly trained doctors.
Mental health professionals are good, honest people truly trying to help those suffering from “mental illness”. They are doing their best to find a cure for “mental illness”. They are not “Nazi” doctors who support and provide cover for torture and genocide. There haven’t been Nazi doctors since the Holocaust. That ideology just disappeared.
Government, military, national security and law enforcement officials are not complicit in organized stalking or satellite assault and torture. There is some other reason they are rude, defensive and evasive with people who report these extremely serious crimes. Why has no one taken a position that organized stalking and the satellite technology/weapon do not exist? That should be easy, right?
Everyone who continues to ignore all of the information and victim testimony is justified. It’s all just conspiratorial nonsense.
9/11 was perpetrated by 19 Muslim terrorists with box cutters, not by “zapping” and killing the pilots using satellite energy and remotely taking control of the planes.
All plane crashes and disappearances were caused by something other than satellite.
Something which explains much of what is bad in the world is invalid. A satellite cannot do these things. No one is using energy as a weapon.
Someone needs to grab the patent for this satellite technology. It will be worth a fortune someday, and we need to prevent the next Hitler from taking control of the entire planet and destroying humanity.

Des milliers d'individus demandent que soit faite une investigation internationale d'énormes violations des droits de l'homme qui sévissent actuellement dans le monde entier, dans le plus grand silence.

Ces dernières années, le nombre de ces crimes contre l'humanité s'est accru à tel point que nous pouvons visiblement parler d'agression de la population civile.

Cette agression est commise avec une technologie qui agit, à distance, dans l'ombre,au-delà des limites des frontières, et qui est utilisée contre des civils sans défense et qui ne se doutent de rien.

Il y a une pression continuelle de la part des victimes pour dénoncer ces crimes auprès des hauts fonctionnaires de l'état, des organisations pour les droits de l'homme, des dirigeants internationaux et à la presse. La plupart du temps, elles n'obtiennent pas de réponse en raison d'une méconnaissance généralisée de cette technologie. D'après les diagnostics des établissements psychiatriques, les victimes ont des hallucinations. De plus, les plaintes déposées dans les commissariats de police locaux sont souvent considérées comme des problèmes psychologiques ou sont tout simplement passées sous silence.

Cela risque de prendre plusieurs années avant que "l'holocauste silencieux" ne soit connu du public. Pour les victimes, cette comparaison est tout à fait juste.

L'ampleur des crimes dénoncés et la gravité des accusations justifient une investigation internationale urgente.

Etant donné le nombre considérable de victimes à l'échelle planétaire, qui a engendré un mouvement mondial coordonné par le biais de l'internet, seuls les plus zélés et les plus consciencieux parmi les victimes dénoncent ce crime, le nombre réel de victimes étant, de loin, plus important que ce groupe d'activistes.

En janvier 2007, la journaliste Sharon Weinberger a publié dans le "Washington Post", l'article intitulé "Mind Games" sur les victimes américaines et l'organisation militante "Freedom From Covert Harassment and Surveillance" (Droit de vivre sans surveillance ni harcèlement occulte).

Entre-temps, de nouvelles victimes de plus en plus nombreuses se font connaître des quatre coins du monde. Elles demandent que ces crimes soient rendus publics, elles insistent pour qu'une investigation soit faite sur ce problème et entament une campagne contre le harcèlement par les Armes à Energie Dirigée (DEW: DIRECTED ENERGY WEAPONS ) et contre le harcèlement collectif -

Rappel historique

Dès 1998, le professeur CHANGEUX, président de la commission française bioéthique prévient des dangers que constitue le développement de l'imagerie cérébrale . « Bien que l’équipement nécessaire soit encore très spécialisé, il sera devenu [bientôt] banal et capable d’être utilisé à distance. Cela ouvrira la voie à des abus tels que la violation de la liberté personnelle, le contrôle du comportement et du lavage de cerveau. C’est loin d’être de la science fiction et concerne un risque grave pour la société.>> (<>.Vol 391,1998)¹ ».

En 2003, la pétition française 1168/2003 contre les dérives des armes à énergie dirigée signée par 115 personnes et présentée au Parlement européen par l'association du CAPT déjà citée souligne que « les rapports d’experts (dont celui du STOA STOA PE 166.499) révèlent qu’il n’y a pas de législation efficace pour protéger les citoyens des effets pernicieux de cet arsenal, au cas où il tomberait aux mains d’agents publics agressifs et intolérants ou tout simplement de réseaux terroristes ou d’organisations criminelles ». De plus, les victimes ont peine à trouver des preuves par le fait que les armes fonctionnent à distance et sont presque invisibles et méconnues.

La commission répondit en 2004 que le développement et l’utilisation des technologies et des armes sont soumis à une réglementation dans chaque État membre de l’UE. Les armes à énergie dirigée ne sont malheureusement pas incluses dans les « dispositions sur la restriction de certaines armes classiques ayant des effets indiscrimés ou causant des blessures superflues ». Néanmoins, la commission souligne, qu'en ce qui concerne les implications de ces technologies sur les droits de l’homme, « la torture et tous les autres traitements ou punitions cruels, inhumains et dégradants sont interdits, sans la moindre exception ».

La liste des armes à énergie dirigée citée par la commission en 2004 - est extraite de la “Liste commune des équipements militaires de l’Union européenne soumis à des contrôles à l'exportations hors de l'Union Européenne en particulier vers les pays non démocratiques. – Nomenclature M19 .

Toutes ces armes, comme les armes non-létales, présentent des aspects communs: elles sont conçues pour retarder, bloquer et vaincre un adversaire potentiel "sur le plan stratégique"².

La classe d'armes M19 comprend des armes à laser, à faisceau de particules, des systèmes radiofréquence, du matériel de détection ou d'identification de la cible, des modèles d'essai physique et les résultats de ces essais, des systèmes à «laser» à ondes entretenues ou à impulsions spécialement conçus pour entraîner la cécité permanente.

La classe M22 concernant la recherche et faisant partie de la nomenclature des armes soumises à restriction d'exportation n'est pas détaillée dans la nomencalture et n'est pas citée par la commission.

Armes :

La liste des armes et technologies à double usage en 2004 (civil et militaire) est mentionnée par la commission (1168/2003 ) des pétitions mais non citée³.

En 2005, dans son « Tour d'horizon des technologies non létales», l'Institut des Nations Unies pour la recherche sur le désarmement , l' UNIDIR, cite parmi les Technologies à Énergie dirigée, plusieurs armes à énergie dirigée utilisant différentes sortes d’énergie électromagnétique - ondes millimétriques, micro-ondes à haute puissance. Le laser à diode de faible puissance, le laser chimique à haute énergie sont alors en préparation comme armes non-létales.

Parmi les armes non létales à micro-ondes à haute puissance, sont mentionnées les armes à large bande qui dégagent un rayonnement sur un large spectre de fréquences à l’aide d’un explosif brisant ou d’un générateur électromagnétique et les armes électriques de fréquence à bande étroite qui visent des cibles précises.

L’Active Denial System (ADS), dont le nom précise bien que cette arme est concue pour en nier les effets, est une arme utilisant l’énergie des ondes millimétriques pour chauffer les molécules d’eau dans les couches sous-cutanées de la peau, provoquant une sensation de brûlure douloureuse. Les effets de l’exposition sont proportionnels notamment à la durée de l’exposition (cf UNIDIR).

Initiatives parlementaires

Octobre 2001 le Membre démocrate du congrès américain, Dennis J. Kucinich, introduit un amendement pour arrêter les expériences « psycho-électroniques » sur des citoyens (non prévenus et sans défense. )

Assemblée Nationale 2003 – 2004 Questions QE 53689 et n°: 60800 adressées par M Claude Goasguen et M Santini, UDF au Ministre délégué à la Recherche sur « la recherche et le développement des psychotechnologies ».

Réponse du ministre de la recherche :« Certaines technologies peuvent permettre de modifier le comportement humain. Il en est ainsi des images subliminales, de l'utilisation de drogues ou de l'administration par inhalation de nanoparticules de psychotropes. En ce qui concerne les activités de recherche licites, il existe un dispositif de contrôle aux plans national et européen, le cas échéant. Au plan national, à partir du moment où ces recherches parviennent au stade de l'expérimentation humaine, comme pour tous les essais chez l'homme, elles relèvent de la loi de bioéthique promulguée en août 2004. [] L'application de ces dispositions implique que toute expérimentation ne répondant pas aux critères éthiques attendus est interdite.[] »

Depuis 2005, les parlementaires du Bundestag ont présenté plusieurs pétitions demandant des peines plus sévères pour les abus, la possession, le commerce …etc, des armes électroniques déclenchées à distance. Ce projet de loi, visait à protéger les personnes qui subissent des tortures électromagnétiques dans le plus grand secret.

Mai 2011, la commission bioéthique du Président des Etats-Unis, entend les témoignages des victimes américaines.

Septembre 2012 Réponse favorable de la commission des pétitions du parlement européen à la pétition que j'ai remise n°0496/2012 et transmission des remarques à la commission de l'environnement, santé publique et sécurité alimentaire et à la commission Sécurité et Défense afin que celles-ci soient prises en compte.

La surveillance de la population en Europe n'est pas interdite. Le contexte international tendu peut expliquer des excès de surveillance de la part des services de police ou de renseignements. Surveiller est un marché mais il peut être utilisé contre des personnes innocentes n'appartenant à aucun réseau.

L'utilisation des armes psychotroniques et utilisant des radiations telles que définies par le parlementaire américain Dennis J. Kucinich dès 2001 n'est pas interdite dans l'Union européenne.

• Surveiller ne peut dans l'Union Européenne telle qu'elle a été conçue être utilisé à des fins de tortures ou destruction de la vie mentale et sociale des personnes ciblées.

Objet de la demande :

La présente pétition demande la possibilité pour les personnes se sachant injustement ciblées par des armes de ce type, les faisant éventuellement souffrir ou les manipulant et les mettant en danger de mort potentiel étant à la merci des opérateurs manoeuvrant les dispositifs d'être dans un premier temps protégées.

A partir de l'exemple des récits de victimes certaines mesures pourraient être envisagées :

• le récit des victimes ayant pu échapper au ciblage étant très peu nombreux, cela indique qu'elles restent ciblées lors de leurs déplacements tout en étant traitées de façon différente suivant les régions et les villes

• Sachant que la surveillance et la police dépend des autorités locales, territoriales et étatiques

• Ne sachant pas par quel système on opère sur leur cerveau – télépathie, ondes sonores envoyées, lumières et modification du métabolime ce qui ne leur permet pas d'avoir une vie normale, dormir dans leur appartement, visiter leur famille, travailler et met gravement en danger leur santé

Nous présentons la présente pétition afin que le parlement européen donne à une personne ciblée ne portant à sa connaissance aucune puce électronique de reconnaissance

• de pouvoir faire des examens pour savoir le moyen par lequel elle est ciblée (puces,injection de liquide remplaçant les puces électroniques)

• qu'étant ciblée dans tous les états de l'Union européenne, cela ne peut relever que d'une erreur judiciaire

• de lui donner les moyens humains et techniques de présenter son cas.[et d'être déciblée].

The North American Criminal Security Organisations

The North American Criminal Security Organisations are a clandestine group of scientific and technical operatives (nazis) using US Government-related resources and capabilities - they probably operate autonomously in one of the Security Agencies. Informed and motivated by “medieval” and mytho-poetic atavistic intellectual, moral and existential totalitarianism, essentialism and reductionism the result on the ground will be/is a totalitarian, technologically determined, capitalist functionalist world with no real cultural diversity or freedom.

Ft. Lauderdale Airport Shooting - Satellite Torture

The shooter in today’s shooting at the Ft. Lauderdale Airport was “hearing voices” telling him to join ISIS. He went to the FBI with that information. ANOTHER SHOOTING TRAGEDY CAUSED BY SOMEONE BEING TORTURED PAST HIS BREAKING POINT BY SATELLITE.

The media and their talking heads are still calling it “mental illness”. Are they criminals or somehow STILL uninformed? There is information everywhere. It’s satellite. No one has even attempted to disprove that statement. No one can.

Colorado and everyone informed regarding this satellite technology/weapon share some responsibility for today’s shooting - for not taking action to expose and stop satellite torture. Turn off the satellite technology and these senseless tragedies stop. Virtually all of them.

Get information to the investigators in Florida. Make an announcement. Get this satellite weapon turned off and permanently locked down. Force the FBI to resign.

Many countries are now going cashless, especially the Scandinavian countries, Belgium, and some African countries like Somalia and Kenya. The UK is increasingly cashless, with much public transport only accessible by card readers.

This is just another means of surveillance and control of our money and how and where we spend it. It seems to be a move towards a one world government, where there will be no cash, and the banks control our money.

Such a situation is predicted in the Bible, in the book of Revelation, where a leader will require everyone to receive a mark on their right hand or forehead in order to be allowed to buy or sell. This is a satanic system. Rev.13.16.
