I recommend if your feeling stinging or other discomfort on your body make sure to keep track of date, time, and location of city. Also make a note of something unusual, like helicopter, airplane, or van that might be the source. Worst case is its coming from a neighboring building or house. Receipts make a good thing to write on to help verify date and then copy stuff on to a note book or other source. Even better if you can compare notes with someone in the same city. For example, Yesterday there was a helicopter flying around while i kept feeling sting's and other discomfort to the body. If someone in a different part of town experienced the samething it becomes obvious. I still believe the devices being used can be put in a helicopter, airplane, van , or house.By taking good notes hopefully you can start figuring things out.

TO YOU OUR SELECTED WITNESSES

This letter is to ask for your help for the many victims who are being attacked with Psychotronic (or Mind Control, Electronic, Directed Energy, Neurological, Non-lethal) Weapons.

As long ago as 1994 in Montreux, Switzerland the International Committee of the Red Cross - ICRC raised the issue of Psychotronic or Directed-Energy weapons, also at the Geneva Forum in 2002, and also in 2009 at the 5^th European Symposium on Non-Lethal Weapons and at the European Conference.

In January 1999, the European Parliament passed a resolution where it calls “ for an international convention introducing a global ban on all development and deployment of weapons which might enable any form of manipulation of human beings. It is our conviction that this ban can not be implemented without the global pressure of the informed general public on the governments. Our major objective is to get across to the general public the real threat which these weapons represent for human rights and democracy and to apply pressure on the governments and parliaments around the world to enact legislature which would prohibit the use of these devices to both government and private organisations as well as individuals.” (Plenary sessions/Europarliament, 1999)

In October 2001, Congressman Dennis J. Kucinich introduced a bill to the House of Representatives which, it was hoped would be extremely important in the fight to expose and stop psycho-electronic mind control experimentation on involuntary, non-consensual citizens. The Bill was referred to the Committee on Science, and in addition to the Committee on Armed Services and International Relations. In the original bill a ban was sought on ‘exotic weapons’ including electronic, psychotronic or information weapons, chemtrails, particle beams, plasmas, electromagnetic radiation, extremely low frequency (ELF) or ultra low frequency (ULF) energy radiation, or mind control technologies. Despite the inclusion of a prohibition of the basing of weapons in space, and the use of weapons to destroy objects or damage objects in space, there is no mention in the revised bill of any of the aforementioned mind-invasive weaponry, nor of the use of satellite or radar or other energy based technology for deploying or developing technology designed for deployment against the minds of human beings. (Space Preservation Act, 2002)

Some of our ELECTRONIC TORTURE, ABUSE AND EXPERIMENTATION CASES detail the most extreme and totalitarian violations of human rights in human history, including the most horrendous psycho-physiological tortures, rapes, sexual abuse, physical assaults, surgical mutilations, ‘mind control’, and other mental and physical mutilations.

Among other things the perpetrators of these crimes can place the human subject under continuous surveillance no matter where he/she is; they can monitor the human brain, including thoughts, reactions, motor commands, auditory events and visual images; they can continuously alter consciousness, introduce voices, noises, other disturbances, commands, images and "dreams" into the brain; and they can directly abuse, torture and hit bodies - including performing advanced medical procedures - from remote locations. The technology they are using is so advanced that it allows the controller(s) to see through the eyes of the targeted individual, essentially seeing whatever the victim sees.

Many of us are being tortured and abused in these ways 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – year in year out.

These are extreme and monstrous CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY - indescribably terrible in themselves - coupled with the ORWELLIAN secrecy and denial of any support at all that we are experiencing, makes them even more horrendous and monstrous.

We have contacted most Governments, Security/Intelligence Agencies, Religious Organisations, International Organizations, Human Rights Organizations, Universities, Scientific and other Institutions, and the International Media all over the world - over and over and over again – and have had our appeals for assistance, protection and/or publicity almost completely ignored and/or suppressed.

Some TARGETED INDIVIDUALS have been attempting to gain assistance, protection and/or publicity about these crimes since the 1990s - and even earlier - this extends as far back into the history of illegal ‘scientific and medical’ testing and experimentation as MKULTRA, COINTELPRO and the DUPLESSIS ORPHANS - and further.

We are still collecting CASE SUMMARIES from TARGETED INDIVIDUALS all over the world, and we have also advised them to send them to you - “THE SELECTED WITNESSES” - TO WITNESS, RECORD AND OPPOSE so that :-

A. We can be sure that as many people as possible know about these horrendous crimes.

B. We can be sure that these AUTHORITIES and ORGANISATIONS are either trying to uphold the rule of National, International and Human Rights Law, and that we will, sooner or later, be protected by these laws.

C. Or that we can be sure these AUTHORITIES and ORGANISATIONS are complicit and/or acquiescent to these CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY and that National, International and Human Rights Law no longer apply - in which case our task will be to get the rule of these laws restored.

Later these records should become an information source - such as the INTERNATIONAL TRACING OFFICE set up to record the fates and whereabouts of Jews (and others?) after WW11. The information collected can then be used by the appropriate people for LEGAL, MEDICAL, WELFARE, HISTORICAL etc. records.

As well as being illegal the crimes being committed against us are contrary to the Principles and Values of all the major religions and ethical systems - so we will also be demonstrating to all of these people and AUTHORITIES AND ORGANISATIONS the huge disconnect between their professed Principles and Values and the reality. We will be showing their monstrous Doublespeak Doublethink Doubledo ignorance, stupidity and/or hypocrisy.

It is no exaggeration to say our cases are as horrendous and urgent as people fleeing Nazi or Pol Pot concentration camps – specifically Dr Mengele-type torturers and butchers.

IN COUNTRIES ALL OVER THE WORLD. PEOPLE ARE BEING GANG STALKED (STALKING BY ORGANIZED GANGS OF PEOPLE) AND COVERTLY TARGETED WITH ELECTRONIC AND SURVEILLANCE WEAPONS:-

What is it?
Gang Stalking is a well-organized form of covert harassment used against an individual. It is done by large groups of people who systematically & repeatedly harass individuals. The people who participate are usually under the impression that they need to keep an eye on a targeted person or drive them out of town for wrongdoings. It often encompasses the use of Directed Energy Weapons (DEW) such as Microwave harassment. This can be a for-hire organized harassment service. These groups operate throughout the world – especially North America & Europe, & exhibit cult-like characteristics. They usually have local numbers ranging in the hundreds. This has also been called Cause Stalking, Gang Stalking, Community-based Harassment, Organized Vigilante Stalking, Vengeance Stalking, Terrorist Stalking, Revenge Stalking, Covert Action, State-Sponsored Harassment, Microwave Harassment, Microwave Mind-Control.

Gang Vigilante Stalking is a form of terrorism/mind-control used against an individual, in a malicious attempt to reduce the quality of a person's life so they will have a nervous breakdown, become incarcerated/institutionalized, experience constant mental, emotional or physical pain, become homeless, &/or commit suicide. It is done using well-orchestrated accusations, lies, rumors, bogus investigations, setups, framings, intimidation, overt or covert threats, vandalism, thefts, sabotage, torture, humiliation, emotional terror, DEWs, & general harassment. It is a ganging up by members of the community who follow an organizer & participate in a systematic, & ritualistic persecution of an individual. Organized Stalking is a destructive criminal program built on deception that exists to serve the intentions of a few who are aware of its true agenda.

Gang Stalking (also called "group stalking" "organised stalking") is a total assault paradigm. It is carried out by criminal secret societies. The OS paradigm includes (but is not limited to):

many of the attacks are synchronized to happen precisely as the target does something, e.g. leave his/her residence, goes to the shops etc.

"street theater": staged skits designed to frighten and upset the target

the same harassment happens every day, day after day, year after year

a large group of stalkers, each of whom does a portion of the stalking-attacks

24 hour surveillance, every day. Among other things, the stalkers, working in shifts, sit in their vehicles parked around the target's residence.

"slander campaign": the foundation of OS. The stalkers go to everyone the target interacts with (family members, coworkers, neighbors, etc) and spread lies: that the target is a homosexual or a criminal of some type. This is an effective tactic because most people can't even imagine that a stranger would lie to them.

the stalkers present themselves as members of a "civic organization" which works with law enforcement and monitors terrorists or other criminals. The stalkers may use fake badges or fake "official files" to convince people that the target is a criminal.

"noise campaign": very frequent sounds (sirens, car alarms, beeping sounds, loud engine accelerations, loud booming sounds [from vehicles], etc) which follow the target everywhere.

the stalkers target homosexuals (or people thought to be), members of "left-wing" (e.g. peace, civil rights, environmental) organizations, whistleblowers, people who live "alternative lifestyles", and anyone else the stalkers see as not conforming with their version of "normality."

persistence: the stalkers follow the target as he/she moves to other cities or states.

the stalkers use lies, money, and intimidation to get nongroup members to attack the target.

the stalkers commit crimes and blame them on the target

targets are harassed while driving, and vehicles are sabotaged - pets are killed - physical assault

derogatory name calling - mail is stolen or damaged - harassing emails and phone calls

residences and vehicles are vandalized - law enforcement and firefighter participation

Some Important Points:

The primary targets of all these tactics are the group members, not the target. The group members are the ones who are programmed. Group leaders define reality for their members, so it doesn't matter if tactics do not work on a target.

Group members are sensitized to all the tactics they employ.

Stalking various targets is only part of the activity of these groups. Members are trained to perform a variety of activities without question. They do not know the objectives of their leaders.

Those targeted for harassment will have no problem concluding that someone is after them, but most never know who it is.

What other tactics are used?

Face-to-face tactics:

Following a target on foot wherever he goes

Standing around a target while he is paying for a purchase in a store.

Swarming the target – i.e. totally surrounding a target so he cannot move.

Physically intimidating a target by standing very close -

When a target sits anywhere in public, group members will attempt to sit behind him in order to create noise, by whatever means, including tapping their feet on the target's chair.

Walking by a target and doing strange things to attract his attention, such as:

Blinking their eyes - Reading the time from an imaginary watch on their wrist - Making faces

Noise Campaigns:

Generating noise around the clock.

Interfering with sleep patterns (i.e. through excessive noise). Trying to wake up the target at night as many times as they can.

Noise campaigns include:

People yelling and screaming outside the person’s residence.

Numerous different vehicles, squealing their tires, honking their horns and hanging around a certain area.

Apartment noise campaigns will include:

Tapping on the walls in the middle of the night - Taps running - Hammering

Noises coming from the upper and/or lower apartments, and possibly the apartments on both sides

Ideally, noises are timed to activities of the target, such as:

When a target goes outside - When a target flushes the toilet

When a target turns on a water faucet - When a target walks near a window.

Vehicle-related tactics:

Numerous different vehicles hanging around a certain area.

Traveling in convoys with highbeams on - Drivers in convoys waving at one another.

Attempting to intercept the target’s vehicle at intersections.

Trying to force the target’s vehicle off the road.

Vandalizing the target's vehicle, including:

Slashing tires - Scratching paint - Stealing license plates

Draining the oil or antifreeze over a period of time in the hopes of destroying the engine.

They do not usually cut brake lines or commit other acts of sabotage which would leave evidence.

11. I have been relentlessly subjected to Organised Stalking/Mobbing. Per non dimenticare Andrés Escobar Saldarriaga (Medellìn,13 marzo 1967 – Medellìn, 2 luglio 1994). Ritenuto in qualche modo "colpevole" dell'eliminazione della sua Nazionale colombiana ad USA 94 con la complicità di René Higuita, andò incontro alla morte al ritorno in patria: fu ucciso nel parcheggio del bar Padua di Medellin con alcuni colpi di mitragliatrice da un'ex guardia del corpo, Humberto Muñoz Castro, nella notte del 2 luglio 1994 dopo una lite con i fratelli a capo dei Pepes. Andrés era presente anche ad ITALIA 90 assieme a Toto Schillaci Goal nelle notti magiche con il sottofondo musicale di Edoardo Bennato e Gianna Nannini. Sembra ieri e mi sembra di essere un vecchio rachitico e stitico di 90 e più anni a cui manca solo il catatere e non gli si alza nemmeno con la gru o col carroponte. Irriducibile nostalgico degli indementicabili anni90.

Nel 1990 i mondiali di calcio si giocarono in Italia. Il simbolo di Italia 90 era il "ciao". Dopo quel mondiale vinto dalla Germania sull'Argentina, crearono un nuovo tipo di MS (Marlboro Siciliane). Crearono per l'occasione le MS Mundial (vedi foto in alto). Ad oggi tutte le sigarette sono sotto il dominio della Philip Morris. (Under Autority of Philip Morris Production).

Esiste un film che si intitola Insider dietro la verità. Il film dimostra matematicamente che sono state legalizzate delle droghe apparentemente innocue e comuni che tutti conoscono e che sono una vera e propria piaga sociale.

Contesto storico secondo i non sempre affidabili wikipediani:

La nascita della sigaretta è controversa. Fu, forse, inventata dai soldati musulmani che, durante l'assedio di San Giovanni d'Acri (nell'odierno Israele) del 1831-2, pare sostituissero al narghilè i tubetti di carta svuotati della polvere da sparo con del tabacco sminuzzato manualmente. Altri ne attribuiscono l'invenzione ad alcuni soldati inglesi, sbarcati sempre a San Giovanni d'Acri nel 1840 in seguito all'azione militare contro l'Egitto. Costoro, privi di pipe e di tabacco, fabbricarono speciali sigarette ricorrendo a foglie di tè arrotolato. L'arrivo nel mondo moderno, non tanto della sigaretta quanto dell'uso di inalare il fumo prodotto dalla combustione delle foglie di tabacco, avvenne l'8 novembre 1587 quando Sir Walter Raleigh portò in Gran Bretagna, allora sotto il regno di Elisabetta I d'Inghilterra, delle foglie di tabacco e altri vegetali provenienti dalle terre adiacenti al fiume Orinoco. Nel 1885 James Buchanan Duke iniziò la produzione e la commercializzazione delle moderne sigarette prodotte industrialmente. Duke fu un imprenditore statunitense attivo nel campo del tabacco e dell'elettricità. È principalmente conosciuto per aver inventato i sistemi di produzione e marketing delle sigarette moderne, e per il suo impegno nella Duke University una delle università più famose e più prestigiose degli Stati Uniti. Fondata nel 1838, è situata a Durham, nella Carolina del Nord. Il nome venne cambiato nel 1924 proprio in onore di James Buchanan Duke a seguito di un lascito della famiglia di industriali del tabacco Duke. Cognome omonimo dei cugini Bo e Luke Duke nel telefilm Hazard ambientato in Georgia.

Nel 2006 un tizio telefonava a Mediaset allo 02/21021 e chiese di passargli la testata giornalistica di Studio Aperto (Canale 6) per ottenere una statistica e sfatare il mito che non è con le canne che poi si giunge a farsi di eroina, bensì e con le apparentemente innocue, legali e comuni sigarette del Monopolio di Stato elargite dalle multinazioni (lobby o corporation) del tabacco non differenti dalle multinazionali (lobby) dei farmaci e relative #FarmaMafie. Qualche tempo dopo, Elena Guarnieri di Studio Aperto, gli elargiva la statistica richiesta all'interno del suo TG che andava in onda alle 18:30PM fino alle 19:00PM.

Il 79,4% degli intervistati a campione, dichiarava di aver cominciato a far uso di droghe solo dopo aver iniziato a far uso di sigarette. Il tizio quindi aveva visto giusto e demoliva quelli della "tolleranza zero" come il Ministro Carlo Giovanardi della Lega Nord proprio perchè, il 79,4% degli intervistati, aveva iniziano prima a comperare le legali cicche del suo stesso Monopolio di Stato e solo dopo aveva iniziato a rollare canne, coca, ero etc., fermo restando che una buona fetta di quel 79,4% si era fermata ai soli cannabinoidi senza cadere nella trappola delle droghe pesanti e moltissimi nwl loro cammino evolutivo avevano inoltre hanno smesso perfino di fumare le "legali" sigarette durante tale processo di crescita.

Non l'abbiamo certo creata noi la distinzione tra droghe leggere e droghe pesanti. Era il lontano 2006 e il numero era 02/21021. Gentili e interessati all'idea, gli passavano la redazione di Studio Aperto e la sera in cui veniva mandata in onda la statistica veniva avvisato da una giornalista e poi Elena Guarnieri la mandava in onda. In quel 2006, Studio Aperto andava in onda dalle 18:30. Peccano non averla registrata...

La sintesi per spiegare in poche righe quella richiesta della statistica proprio a Studio Aperto era di sfatare il Ministro Giovanardi ed altri della "tolleranza zero" che continuavano a propagandare nelle TV che si inizia con le canne e poi si arriva all'eroina. FALSO. 79,4% significa che 8 (otto) su 10 (dieci) hanno iniziato a fumare sigarette del loro Monopolio di Stato e quindi è grazie a quelle che sono stati predisposti a provare le altre e le cicche sono e restano una droga legale che fa parecchio fruttare a chi poi continua a sperperare. Mi pare logico e con tale statistica ti ciulo caro Giovanardi.

Più volte si riuscì a smettere di fumare quelle maledette sigarette della Philip Morris del loro Monopolio di Stato, e nel 2008 decennale della morte di Lucio Battisti iniziava a mettere le basi e il midi per un remix che mai riuscì a terminare per poi depositare e diritti d'autore correttamente pagare alla Family Battisti perchè già in Mind Kontrol totale e chiese a Jimmy Weo di schitarrare:

I TABACCAI RISCHIANO LA REVOCA DELLA LICENZA

ROMA - E' stato pubblicato ieri sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale il decreto - firmato il 12 dicembre - con il quale il ministro delle Finanze Rino Formica sospende per 30 giorni l' importazione, distribuzione e vendita delle marche di sigarette Marlboro Filter, Muratti Ambassador e Merit Filter K.S.

Il provvedimento è stato emesso in base all' articolo 6 del decreto legge 348 del 31 ottobre 1991 (entrato in vigore il 2 novembre) che dispone, appunto, la sospensione della commercializzazione per le marche di sigarette delle quali siano stati effettuati sequestri di contrabbando per quantitativi superiori alle 5 tonnellate. Circostanza che si è verificata a Ravenna dove, alla fine di novembre, furono sequestrate otto tonnellate di sigarette di contrabbando delle tre marche ora oggetto del provvedimento. In base al decreto, i tabaccai sono tenuti a interrompere la vendita dei prodotti "sospesi", nonchè a riconsegnare agli "organi di distribuzione i quantitativi giacenti presso le rivendite". In caso di inosservanza del divieto, i tabaccai incorreranno in sanzioni fino alla sospensione o alla revoca della licenza per la vendita dei generi di monopolio. Il ministro delle Finanze, ha inoltre dato disposizione ai competenti organi dei Monopoli e della Guardia di Finanza di "vigilare con il massimo impegno per l' attuazione del provvedimento, attuando con immediatezza nei confronti dei trasgressori le sanzioni attualmente previste dall' ordinamento". MERCATO NERO A NAPOLI "I DEPOSITI SONO PIENI".

NAPOLI - I contrabbandieri napoletani ostentano sicurezza: "Abbiamo i depositi pieni di merce, stiano tranquilli i nostri clienti". Tanto le "bionde" giungono attraverso canali non controllati, per i quali il divieto vige 365 giorni l' anno. Ieri mattina, il mercato abusivo non ha subito contraccolpi. Non c' è stata la corsa all' accaparramento dell' ultimo pacchetto, i prezzi non sono lievitati, le Marlboro hanno fatto bella mostra di sé ad ogni angolo di strada. E se scarseggiano le Merit è perché il freddo degli ultimi giorni ha impedito i rifornimenti via mare. I tabaccai, sino a ieri mattina, non avevano ricevuto notizie ufficiali. Un giornale cittadino, inoltre, smentiva il divieto e molti rivenditori autorizzati hanno continuato a vendere ogni tipo di sigarette.

LA PHILIP MORRIS SI DIFENDE. E' CAMPAGNA DIFFAMATORIA.

ROMA - Il governo italiano li ha accusati di "favorire il mercato clandestino delle sigarette", e minaccia ulteriori sanzioni se si verificheranno nuovi episodi come quello di Ravenna, altre scoperte di carichi di contrabbando così ingenti. Ma da Roma, il responsabile italiano della Philip Morris, Aurelio Regina, respinge ogni accusa.

Dottor Regina secondo le analisi della Guardia di Finanze, l'85 per cento delle sigarette di contrabbando sono della Philip Morris. Sembra impossibile che quantitativi così ingenti possano arrivare sul mercato clandestino senza che voi ne sappiate nulla. "Invece è proprio così, questa è una campagna diffamatoria, e noi ricorreremo alla corte europea. Noi forniamo sigarette a tutto il mondo, se ci si presenta un intermediario con le credenziali in regola, dobbiamo vendergli i nostri prodotti. E' chiaro, sul mercato clandestino la Philip Morris fa la parte del leone, visto che le nostre sigarette sono tra le più vendute in Italia. Se andate in Spagna vedrete che lì il mercato clandestino chiede quasi unicamente le ' Wiston' che sono quelle preferite dagli spagnoli. Questa è una sanzione contraria ai principi base della legalità. Il decreto legge, tra l' altro deve ancora essere convertito in legge dal parlamento. Le commissioni affari costituzionali sia della Camera che del Senato hanno espressamente dichiarato che l' articolo 6 del decreto è "anticostituzionale", perchè penalizza le aziende produttrici per infrazioni compiute da altri".

Ma il ministero vi aveva avvertito di quello che rischiavate dopo il sequestro di Ravenna? "Noi non abbiamo ricevuto nessuna comunicazione ufficiale". Che danno economico avrete da questa sanzione italiana? "Si può fare solo un conteggio approssimativo, ma perderemo intorno ai trecento miliardi di £ire". Nei magazzini della Philip Morris, infatti, dovrebbero rimanere sigillati per 30 giorni oltre 60 milioni di pacchetti di Marlboro, 9 milioni di Muratti Ambassador e circa 20 milioni di Merit. Si tratta dei quantitativi medi venduti in un mese dalle tre marche sul mercato ufficiale italiano, escluso quello illegale. Tenuto conto degli attuali prezzi (aumentati di circa 200 lire lo scorso 29 novembre ), il blocco delle vendite porterà la Philip Morris a fatturare oltre 310 miliardi di lire in meno.

Cosa accadde in quel 1991 subito dopo il mondiale, e le relative MS MUNDIAL di Italia 90 di Totò Schillaci Goal sulle note di Edoardo Bennato e Gianna Nannini? Essendo esse una droga che crea forte forte dipendenza fisica e psichica con assuefazione molto molto peggio di marjiuana e hashish, alcuni rapinavano altre persone solo per le sigarette. Ricordo una signora che mentre stava tirando fuori il pacchetto di Marlboro dalla borsa venne strattonata a terra e poi le venne rubato solo il pacchetto di sigarette da due giovanissimi. Ricordo un uomo a cui ruppero il vetro dell'auto perchè aveva lasciato un pacchetto di sigarette sul cruscotto incustodito. Ho altri ricordi di allora, di quel 1991, di persone che avevano acquistato parecchie stecche svuotando le dispense dei tabaccai come nella corsa all'oro nel Klondike e ricordo molto bene come alcuni tabaccai giocavano al rialzo e vendevano le "bionde" sottobanco alzandone il prezzo. Anche altri privati più adulti ne avevano fatto scorta e come i bagarini - che trovi all'esterno dello Stadio - le rivendevano anch'essi a prezzi più salati a chi non ne aveva. Non scordo la signora "MARIAONTA" che nel suo Hotel-Bar-Ristorante le vendeva sciolte. 200 o 250 £ire a sigaretta le vendeva tale titolare dell'esercizio pubblico ed era ancora onesta e a buon mercato a confronto di quelli che si improvvisavano bagarini delle bionde. Con 1.000 £ire ricevevi 5 sigarette dalla Onta e Bisonta. Ne accaddero di tutti i colori in quel 1991 per quella maledetta droga legale con marchio Monopolio di Stato e oramai tutte sotto il dominio della PHILIP MORRIS. Molti non dimenicano il film INSIDERS che dovrebbe esser proiettato spesso nelle scuole assieme a CRISTIANA F. - NOI E I RAGAZZI DELLO ZOO DI BERLINO, fermo restando che un pò tutti faranno il proprio percorso di vita, cresceranno e arriveranno agli stessi concetti di quel 79,4% degli intervistati nel 2006 e le molleranno.

Disegno di legge di Razzi e Scilipoti: sarà vietato fumare in macchina

Gio, 09/07/2015 – 11:41 Un gruppo di senatori di Forza Italia (ex PDL) guidato da Antonio Razzi e Domenico Scilipoti ha presentato un disegno di legge per modificare il codice della strada: prevede di vietare di fumare in auto. I due senatori sono in prima linea in una battaglia che poco piacere farà ai milioni di fumatori che non si priverebbero per nulla al mondo del piacere di una sigaretta alla guida.

Se la legge passerà, verrà introdotto l'articolo 173-bis: "È vietato al conducente fumare durante la marcia". Molto dure le sanzioni: multa da 161 a 646 euro e ritiro della patente se si viene beccati una seconda volta al volante con la sigaretta accesa nel corso di due anni. La proposta di legge si basa sulla profonda convinzione di molti esperti secono cui vietare di fumare in macchina ridurrebbe il numero di incidenti stradali, così come già accade in Inghilterra e Svezia.

Come proteggere chi copia articoli o immagini inocongrafiche?

Ci sono persone che stanno tre ore a scrivere un post o un articolo, poi arriva il furbo di turno, lo copia tutto e lo ripubblica sul suo blog o spazio web come fosse opera sua senza aggiungere in calce l'URL e la fonte. In taluni casi si tratta di ingenuità, di persone che si sono avvicinate al web da poco, ma spesso c'è anche malafede. (-_-)

Perchè moltissimi ricopiano le notizie? Perchè più volte è accaduto che gli articoli venissero reindirizzati oppure soppressi per i più svariati motivi e trovandoli interessantissimi, i più creano una copia di sicurezza su di un loro spazio web. Quante volte è accaduto nel corso degli anni che riempiendo il browser di links, successivamente ne trovo una marea che sono scomparsi, o reindirizzati, oppure il sito web è stato chiuso oppure mi compare errore 404 e ho perso una marea di fonti del sapere? Cosa bisogna fare se ti ricopi una notizia per dimostrare di non essere in malafede? Aggiungere sempre l'URL visibile, l'autore (se si è identificato) e citare la legge n. 62/2001, oltre a ciò elargire una email box, o comunque la possibilità di mediazione, qualora chi volesse rivendicarne la paternità, volesse comunicare direttamente con chi ha effettuato questa sorta di "backup online"della notizia o immagine, documentario o TG in modo da avere una mediazione diretta e cercare una soluzione onesta adottanto la "legge del buon senso".

Si sorgenta per dimostrare di non essere in malafede e da qui in avanti, ad ogni nota o argomento blog, si ricopierà questa parte finale perchè se non lo sapevi, adesso lo sai e sennò basta chiedere perchè chiedere è lecito, rispondere è cortesia.

Chiedere è vergogna di un momento non chiedere è vergogna di una vita.

Grazie a Panorama, abbiamo accertato che in Italia, sono abituati a creare una legge per ogni peto e poi ad incasinarsi uno con l'altro e le mafie ridono. Mai sentito parlare di "legge del buon senso"o legge del karma? Esiste inoltre la legge del taglione che altri chiamano "giustizia privata". (O_o)

Il Trentino Alto-Adige fino al 1918 apparteneva all'Impero Austroungarico di Francesco Giuseppe e l'imperatrice Elisabetta Amalia Eugenia di Wittelsbach detta Sissi. Gli anziani nonni trentini e altoatesini, spesso affermano che sotto l'impero austroungarico c'erano poche leggi ma giuste.

Questa frase ancora circola e viene tramandata di generazione in generazione.

Dalla statistica e ricerca di Panorama del 2012, noto che la Germania è al secondo posto con 5.500 leggi dopo l'inghilterra che ne mostra 3.000. Quindi se hanno fatto bene i conti, la Germania ha ancora poche leggi a differenza dell'Italia e ci si augura siano ancora poche e giuste. Il mio sospetto è che le RoMafie Capitali abbiano interesse nel creare più leggi possibili articolandosi con paroloni da letterati per rincoglionire il più possibile la popolazione per poi rimbecillirsi perfino tra loro e cercare ogni pelo nell'uovo. Basti pensare che io sono in possesso di una Costituzione cartacea del 1956. Se raffronto la Costituzione di Terracini, Grassi De Nicola e De Gasperi degli anni '50, con quella attuale e moderna, già essa è differente. Ogni anno creano apposta nuove leggi, nuove normative e cambiano regolamenti in Italia. Perfino coloro che si ritengono onesti P.G. a forza di cambiargli i regolamenti non ci capiscono più un cavolino e diventa una partita a scacchi.
I 4 nominati avevano stilato la Costituzione molto semplice affinchè ogni singolo italiano potesse leggerla con semplicità ed interpretarla subito senza rimbecillirsi ad ogni riga con il vocabolario. Un aforisma dice: "La semplicità è la vera forma di grandezza".
Il mio sospetto è che siano tutte manovre politiche filomafiose di coloro che poi vogliono far esibire un saccente dottorato in lex per poi rimbecillire ogni singolo cittadino italiano e rischiare di rimbecillirsi perfino tra loro. La semplicità è la vera forma di grandezza e la gente comune ha altro a cui pensare che alle vostre insulse leggi per tenere in piedi questo Stato sgangherato. Eventualmente prova a raffrontare una vecchia Costituzione con quella nuova e intanto tu continua a creare leggi su leggi per ogni scorreggia (peto). Ogni anno cambia regolamenti normative e usa eziandio parole sempre più astruse per evidenziare il tuo grande dottorato e pavoneggiarti da grande letterato affinchè nessuno ci capisca niente e ti mandi a quel paese appena ti vede. Mi raccomando inoltre di continuare a giocare con il "legale" e "illegale".
Quel cappellone sovversivo e sobillatore nazareno chiamato Gesù Cristo era solito addidare farisei e sadducei definendoli "I maestri della legge". Essi infatti erano studiati come le attuali toghe rosse e toghe nere ed amministravano la legge secondo i loro porci comodi. Cristo comunque solerte diceva alle persone: "Ascoltateli,ma non imitateli". I farisei - infatti - erano ottimi oratori (come Sant'Agostino di Tagaste) e sapevano spiegare la presunta legge tuttavia Cristo li continuava ad ammonire (moneo-es) ed è per tal motivo che Gesù invitava la gente ad imparare da loro ascoltandoli,ma non di imitare tale loggia, casta, clan, cerchia, camarilla, sodalizio, associazione, lega, comitato,consorzio, setta, partito (sono tutti sinonimi) perchè erano falsi ed ipocriti come Giuda.

Come dico sempre, invece che andare al bar, se ti vuoi ubriacare prova a frequentare giudici e avvocati e prova a leggere tutte le loro leggi 200.000 leggi e normative. A parer tuo la gente a tempo e voglia di 'mbriagarsi di normative e leggi visto e considerato il fatto che il cittadino medio è una persona semplice e che deve tenere in piedi questo Stato con un duro lavoro quotidiano malretribuito da salari non congrui agli sforzi psichici e fisici? Io ero una tuta blu e giunto sui 40 anni, non vedo più di buon occhio camici bianchi, toghe rossonere, divise con la banda e colletti bianchi. Per colletti bianchi intendo solo i manager e dirigenti che sono vessatori con la classe operaia.

Ragionamenti degni di nota mi fanno inoltre riflettere su RoMafia Capitale e convincermi che a crearle centra proprio RoMafia Capitale e che Roma sta sotto il dominio dei CasaMonika e di altre cosche. Piero Marazzo fu Governatore della regione Lazio. Venne incastrato nel giochino di transessuali che poi vennero ammazzati e si additavano i Carabinieri della Trionfale. Chi credi che abbia in mano Roma?

I romafiosi come i CasaMonika si sono comperati politici, forze armate e parecchie persone e non sono gli unici a rimanere in tale "governi ombra" e dettare leggi. Se Roma con palazzo Marini, Chigi, Montecitorio, Madama etc. prendono ordini da mafie, è logico che poi vi è effetto domino su tutte le altre regioni d'Italia come la mia e la tua perchè da Roma parte tutto. Ci arrivi di logica o hai memoria labile? Possibile che se ti chiedo se ricordi Totò Schillaci o Roberto Baggio, oppure Vialli, o Mancini o Careca o Alemao o Stefano Tacconi (il quale nel 2009 riferisce che la suocera che abita a Marco di Rovereto è una vipera<<) oppure Pietro Fanna (Hellas Verona) ti ricordi ogni formazione di calcio e ogni nome e queste cose le dimentichi in cinque minuti dimostrandoti labile? Possibile che anche tu donna conosci e ricordi ogni personaggio della telenovela ventennale UN POSTO AL SOLE (RAITRE), sai tutto di make up e non rammenti un'Ostia del caso Piero Marrazzo con morti e casini ed esso non fu un caso isolato e siamo nella merxa fino al collo. Puoi mettere chi vuoi come sindaco di Roma o governatore Lazio. Rifletti sui quattro casi citati ed è inutile aggiungere che anche quel MOdeNA del Berlusconi si è fatto incastrare come un pivello nel caso Rubacuori.

Satellite technology, presumably developed and controlled by the U.S. government, is being used to track, monitor, torture and kill people all over the world. The satellite operators establish an invisible microwave connection with peoples’ brains, providing constant tracking and silent surveillance. They can hear what we hear, see what we see and even read our thoughts - total surveillance of anyone, anywhere in the world. This technology is infinitely more frightening and Orwellian than NSA data collection.

Unfortunately, illegal surveillance is not the most serious issue. This technology can also be used as a remote, untraceable torture instrument and lethal weapon. By interacting with the brain, the operators can transmit inexplicable sounds, voices, images, smells and tastes, and cause numerous pains and sensations throughout the body. These include the sensation of electrical currents and vibrations; ear ringing; pressure on the ear drums; eye stinging and irritation; headaches; pains in the stomach, chest, heart, brain, genitals, teeth, jaws and gums; upset stomach and gastrointestinal issues; heart palpitations; shortness of breath; stinging, burning, tingling and pin prick sensations all over the body; uncontrollable itches; scratchy throat; coughing and sneezing; severe chills; dehydration; frequent urination; nasal drain; and genital stimulation/de-stimulation. The technology can interfere with your sleep and memory and cause sudden, extreme swings in energy levels and emotional states – depression, anxiety and anger.

Victims are broken down through sleep deprivation and intense physical and psychological torture in an attempt to push them to suicide or violence. Exhausted, disoriented and just trying to survive the torture, they are extremely vulnerable to anything, including false narratives, that might offer an explanation for their unimaginable pain and suffering. While it may not be “mind control” as some literature suggests, the torture can dramatically alter a victim’s thought processes and physical and emotional stability.

Aaron Alexis was targeted by satellite technology prior to the tragic Navy Yard shooting in September 2013. Many believe Miriam Carey was also targeted prior to driving 270 miles from Stamford, Connecticut to Washington D.C., and being shot and killed fleeing a White House checkpoint in October 2013. She believed she was being stalked and monitored in Stamford and had reported hearing President Obama’s voice. Many other inexplicable tragedies are likely caused by this technology.

A massive organized stalking apparatus is also being used against American citizens. They have the ability to follow, monitor, harass and threaten people across the country. Their numbers and enormous reach suggest government involvement and funding, possibly part of the vast Homeland Security apparatus. The architects created a government control system with ties to organized crime - utilizing tactics similar to the Stasi and the Nazis.

Many thousands of Americans are victims of organized stalking and satellite surveillance and torture. Many are incorrectly diagnosed with mental illness and forced into the mental health system. Their constitutional and human rights are under attack, and their careers, relationships, health and lives are being destroyed. Unspeakable atrocities are being committed - Crimes against Humanity as defined by the United Nations.

This will prove to be the largest crime in U.S. history, yet law enforcement, major media and the mental health profession have not even acknowledged the situation. NON-CONSENSUAL EXPERIMENTATION WITH ELECTROMAGNETIC WEAPONS

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

I am writing you on the behalf of victims both in the United States and abroad. As you are aware, many revelations surrounding the National Security Agency’s extensive electronic dragnet have recently come to light through released records by the intelligence insider Mr. Edward Snowden. During the course of the LIBE Committee hearings even more first-hand testimony was heard from other former NSA insiders regarding the extent of NSA privacy invasion and lack of oversight regarding their methods of data collection. Their statements begin to come very close to an issue that those of us in the medical community in the United States and abroad have been keenly watching for several years now.

Over the last decade we have seen a sharp rise in the number of people coming forward with complaints of non-consensual experimentation with electromagnetic weapons designed to target both electronic hardware and the human central nervous system. While this was typically disregarded as mental illness in the past, the total global population voicing these identical complaints has exponentially grown to numbers that can no longer be attributed to delusional disorder, schizophrenia or any other described mental illness. You may be unaware that the safeguards against experimenting on the public without their consent in the United States are very lax and are included in legislation referred to as The Common Rule which is the Federal Policy regarding human subjects protection. It is written with several loopholes for the allowance of non-consensual experimentation, mostly by intelligence agencies. Hence, we have seen the necessity for the Bioethics Commission hearings in the United States after it was brought to light that Guatemalan prisoners were experimented on with contagions by the National Institutes of Health. During the course of the Bioethics Hearings, their directive was to determine if any other non-consensual experimentation was ongoing in the United States or abroad. At each of the four meetings there was included a public forum for the committee to address concerns by the public at large. Over one hundred individuals were in attendance at each of the four meetings voicing complaints of exposure and experimentation with electromagnetic weapons technologies. The effects of these technologies on the human body can only be described as torture.

Several years ago another National Security Agency insider, John St. Clair Akwei, described in detail the frequencies used by the NSA and other intelligence agencies to access and influence the human body and nervous system in his civil action against the NSA. His descriptions of technologies used to track, monitor and alter a subject’s perceptions, moods and motor control are similar to the complaints we are hearing today from victims alleging non-consensual experimentation and torture. Moreover, Vladimir Putin, in a speech in 2012, admitted that Russia is following suit in funding development of weapons that will attack the human central nervous system. His defense minister, Anatoly Serdyukov, described the weapons as directed energy weapons, wave energy weapons, genetic weapons and psychotronic weapons based upon new physics principles. Obviously, Russia intends to go down the same path of directed energy weapons research that the United States has long been on. The unfortunate truth regarding this type of technology is the ease with which it can be used remotely and non-consensually on the public without the recommended safeguards of an Institutional Review Board or any appreciable ethical oversight. In the United States this research is typically done clandestinely under the guise of national security concerns just as the NSA electronic data mining was done which is currently being covered in the LIBE Committee.

Over the last decade I have consulted with thousands of people in the United States complaining of exposure and experimentation with electromagnetic weapons technologies which include, but are not limited to, complaints of mood alteration, heart palpitations, involuntary body movements, severe headaches, blurred vision, burns to the skin, non-consensual micro-chipping and neurocognitive perturbation. It is my belief, based upon former and current publically released government research documents as well as victims complaints of torture, that this technology is being used in a non-consensual manner on the global public.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to you for meeting with our representative from the International Center Against Abuse of Covert Technologies and taking the time out of your busy schedule to hear these complaints and read my letter. On behalf of the whole of humanity, I sincerely hope that these technologies will eventually be addressed in the Subcommittee on Human Rights of the European Parliament, as the use of these currently can only be described as torture and dehumanizing.

I REALLY DON´T KNOW IF THOSE PAINS ARE REAL OR NOT!!!! What could happen if part of the society is Gangstalked by another part that they are apparent stalkers but the reality is they are mind-controlled people??? well.... I was there... but I had the sensation that I was not in the right place... I get no one solution just advices of scientists about "educate the people...." excuse me??? Why you don´t educate first your COMMUNITY (big brains as lawyers,doctors,detectives, scientists,etc) for when I ask for help I don´t the diagnosis of Squizofrenic or that I´m completely nuts!!!?? Well... I´m in Berlin, never have been here before....

Only I can say is the Hotel where I am is FULL of stalkers... looks like there is no work in that city. I also check the place where will be the Conference.... I must to confess is very hidded place with unclear entrance.... I tought that was in a Big place,as a Fair... But nothing like that.... is a really strange place... I must to confess that I´m very dissapointed about. I hope that this long trip will worth it.... I realise when I put my face up and open my Jaw I can listen in "Stereo" normally looks like i´m in a kind of "mono" mode. Also when is completely dark I can see a kind of Green flourescent shadows, like if my eyes are in "night vision camera mode" So I think soon I will stop deaf and blind... I´m not kidding... Couple of times I see how things are blended like a broom, when my eyes are not directly looking to the object... I guess that is the start of my Matrix, really must to search for Matrix information, never readed nothing about, but I think is time for look into that subject.. Good night to everybody.

Thank you for contacting the American Civil Liberties Union of Oregon. As you may know, the ACLU of Oregon is a small, private, non-profit organization funded entirely by private donations. Typically, the cases we accept are handled by lawyers in private practice who donate their time. As a result, we offer legal assistance in only a small number of cases each year.

Consequently, we must choose cases that most clearly invoke significant civil rights and civil liberties issues. We focus on protecting the rights of individuals to be free from excessive government intrusion and the right to receive equal protection under the law. These liberties include the rights of freedom of speech, press and religion, the right to be treated equally and without discrimination on the basis of race and sex, and the right to be free of abusive police conduct. Among these cases, we are forced to limit our representation to “impact cases” i.e., those that present new legal issues or affect large numbers of people.

We cannot assist in cases that depend on establishing facts. We are generally unable to get involved in disputes between private parties, with private employers, or private organizations. We also cannot intervene in a situation where an attorney has already been retained unless the attorney personally requests assistance, and even then, all the other criteria are still in place.

Based on the above criteria, we have concluded the ACLU is unable to provide you assistance. Please be assured, however, that this does not reflect on the worthiness of your case.

I have enclosed the ACLU of Oregon’s Referral and Information sheet. One of the organizations listed may be able to assist you. I regret we are unable to help you further.

As long ago as 1994 in Montreux, Switzerland the International Committee of the Red Cross - ICRC raised the issue of Psychotronic or Directed-Energy weapons, also at the Geneva Forum in 2002, and also in 2009 at the 5^th European Symposium on Non-Lethal Weapons and at the European Conference.

In January 1999, the European Parliament passed a resolution where it calls “ for an international convention introducing a global ban on all development and deployment of weapons which might enable any form of manipulation of human beings. It is our conviction that this ban can not be implemented without the global pressure of the informed general public on the governments. Our major objective is to get across to the general public the real threat which these weapons represent for human rights and democracy and to apply pressure on the governments and parliaments around the world to enact legislature which would prohibit the use of these devices to both government and private organisations as well as individuals.” (Plenary sessions/Europarliament, 1999)

In October 2001, Congressman Dennis J. Kucinich introduced a bill to the House of Representatives which, it was hoped would be extremely important in the fight to expose and stop psycho-electronic mind control experimentation on involuntary, non-consensual citizens. The Bill was referred to the Committee on Science, and in addition to the Committee on Armed Services and International Relations. In the original bill a ban was sought on ‘exotic weapons’ including electronic, psychotronic or information weapons, chemtrails, particle beams, plasmas, electromagnetic radiation, extremely low frequency (ELF) or ultra low frequency (ULF) energy radiation, or mind control technologies. Despite the inclusion of a prohibition of the basing of weapons in space, and the use of weapons to destroy objects or damage objects in space, there is no mention in the revised bill of any of the aforementioned mind-invasive weaponry, nor of the use of satellite or radar or other energy based technology for deploying or developing technology designed for deployment against the minds of human beings. (Space Preservation Act, 2002)
