STOP ORGANISED STALKING - ANOTHER TERRIBLE FORM OF TORTURE AND DEGRADATION

IN COUNTRIES ALL OVER THE WORLD. PEOPLE ARE BEING GANG STALKED (STALKING BY ORGANIZED GANGS OF PEOPLE) AND COVERTLY TARGETED WITH ELECTRONIC AND SURVEILLANCE WEAPONS:-

What is it?
Gang Stalking is a well-organized form of covert harassment used against an individual. It is done by large groups of people who systematically & repeatedly harass individuals. The people who participate are usually under the impression that they need to keep an eye on a targeted person or drive them out of town for wrongdoings. It often encompasses the use of Directed Energy Weapons (DEW) such as Microwave harassment. This can be a for-hire organized harassment service. These groups operate throughout the world – especially North America & Europe, & exhibit cult-like characteristics. They usually have local numbers ranging in the hundreds. This has also been called Cause Stalking, Gang Stalking, Community-based Harassment, Organized Vigilante Stalking, Vengeance Stalking, Terrorist Stalking, Revenge Stalking, Covert Action, State-Sponsored Harassment, Microwave Harassment, Microwave Mind-Control.

Gang Vigilante Stalking is a form of terrorism/mind-control used against an individual, in a malicious attempt to reduce the quality of a person's life so they will have a nervous breakdown, become incarcerated/institutionalized, experience constant mental, emotional or physical pain, become homeless, &/or commit suicide. It is done using well-orchestrated accusations, lies, rumors, bogus investigations, setups, framings, intimidation, overt or covert threats, vandalism, thefts, sabotage, torture, humiliation, emotional terror, DEWs, & general harassment. It is a ganging up by members of the community who follow an organizer & participate in a systematic, & ritualistic persecution of an individual. Organized Stalking is a destructive criminal program built on deception that exists to serve the intentions of a few who are aware of its true agenda.

Gang Stalking (also called "group stalking" "organised stalking") is a total assault paradigm. It is carried out by criminal secret societies. The OS paradigm includes (but is not limited to):

many of the attacks are synchronized to happen precisely as the target does something, e.g. leave his/her residence, goes to the shops etc.

"street theater": staged skits designed to frighten and upset the target

the same harassment happens every day, day after day, year after year

a large group of stalkers, each of whom does a portion of the stalking-attacks

24 hour surveillance, every day. Among other things, the stalkers, working in shifts, sit in their vehicles parked around the target's residence.

"slander campaign": the foundation of OS. The stalkers go to everyone the target interacts with (family members, coworkers, neighbors, etc) and spread lies: that the target is a homosexual or a criminal of some type. This is an effective tactic because most people can't even imagine that a stranger would lie to them.

the stalkers present themselves as members of a "civic organization" which works with law enforcement and monitors terrorists or other criminals. The stalkers may use fake badges or fake "official files" to convince people that the target is a criminal.

"noise campaign": very frequent sounds (sirens, car alarms, beeping sounds, loud engine accelerations, loud booming sounds [from vehicles], etc) which follow the target everywhere.

the stalkers target homosexuals (or people thought to be), members of "left-wing" (e.g. peace, civil rights, environmental) organizations, whistleblowers, people who live "alternative lifestyles", and anyone else the stalkers see as not conforming with their version of "normality."

persistence: the stalkers follow the target as he/she moves to other cities or states.

the stalkers use lies, money, and intimidation to get nongroup members to attack the target.

the stalkers commit crimes and blame them on the target

targets are harassed while driving, and vehicles are sabotaged - pets are killed - physical assault

derogatory name calling - mail is stolen or damaged - harassing emails and phone calls

residences and vehicles are vandalized - law enforcement and firefighter participation

Some Important Points:

The primary targets of all these tactics are the group members, not the target. The group members are the ones who are programmed. Group leaders define reality for their members, so it doesn't matter if tactics do not work on a target.

Group members are sensitized to all the tactics they employ.

Stalking various targets is only part of the activity of these groups. Members are trained to perform a variety of activities without question. They do not know the objectives of their leaders.

Those targeted for harassment will have no problem concluding that someone is after them, but most never know who it is.

What other tactics are used?

Face-to-face tactics:

Following a target on foot wherever he goes

Standing around a target while he is paying for a purchase in a store.

Swarming the target – i.e. totally surrounding a target so he cannot move.

Physically intimidating a target by standing very close -

When a target sits anywhere in public, group members will attempt to sit behind him in order to create noise, by whatever means, including tapping their feet on the target's chair.

Walking by a target and doing strange things to attract his attention, such as:

Blinking their eyes - Reading the time from an imaginary watch on their wrist - Making faces

Noise Campaigns:

Generating noise around the clock.

Interfering with sleep patterns (i.e. through excessive noise). Trying to wake up the target at night as many times as they can.

Noise campaigns include:

People yelling and screaming outside the person’s residence.

Numerous different vehicles, squealing their tires, honking their horns and hanging around a certain area.

Apartment noise campaigns will include:

Tapping on the walls in the middle of the night - Taps running - Hammering

Noises coming from the upper and/or lower apartments, and possibly the apartments on both sides

Ideally, noises are timed to activities of the target, such as:

When a target goes outside - When a target flushes the toilet

When a target turns on a water faucet - When a target walks near a window.

Vehicle-related tactics:

Numerous different vehicles hanging around a certain area.

Traveling in convoys with highbeams on - Drivers in convoys waving at one another.

Attempting to intercept the target’s vehicle at intersections.

Trying to force the target’s vehicle off the road.

Vandalizing the target's vehicle, including:

Slashing tires - Scratching paint - Stealing license plates

Draining the oil or antifreeze over a period of time in the hopes of destroying the engine.

They do not usually cut brake lines or commit other acts of sabotage which would leave evidence.

11. I have been relentlessly subjected to Organised Stalking/Mobbing. This consists of an intense and highly organized persecution of an individual with the purpose of harass her/him constantly and boycott all the activities, professional and of leisure that the person develops, in order to isolate to take control of the victims life, manipulate the victims mind and ultimately conduct him/her to a helpless situation. This conduct carried out by a group of apparently "normal" citizens is a barbaric form of torture. People are purposely engaged to aggravate me, and to impede and violate my physical and psychological spaces, privacy and freedom. This is extremely psychologically and physically oppressive and suffocating. This happens everywhere I go, anytime, no matter what I do. My whole neighbourhood has been infiltrated. Often these people are neurologically controlled like ‘neuro-puppets’ to maximise the aggravation through the linking of their actions and movements to mine. Other times they are misguided and/or misinformed ‘Jones-Town’ type idiots/victims. This is being done to me everywhere I go – including in Russia and Turkey.

THE PSYCHOLOGICAL TOLL OF THIS HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATION IS ALSO HUGE. IMAGINE BEING UNDER CONSTANT SURVEILLANCE AND TORTURED WHEREVER YOU GO. SABOTAGE OF REPUTATION AND BELONGINGS AT HOME, WORK AND AUTOMOBILE WHILE A TARGETED PERSON IS AWAY. FAMILY LIFE IS DESTROYED. WORK PERFORMANCE IS AFFECTED. JOBS AND LIVELIHOOD ARE LOST. SOME HAVE COMMITTED SUICIDE.

Physical health changes

Since gang stalking and mental torture began last year, I've been experiencing better heath.

I used to have high blood pressure, tachycardia, nosebleed, eye floaters, swollen and painful fingers during very cold days, dizziness during physical effort, numb limbs, and pains and stings all over the body (heart, liver, pancreas, stomach, kidneys, lungs, neck, head, bladder, testicles, penis and rectal pains). These have occured constantly in a 4 years period.

I also had a lot of panic attacks in 2009, but unlike the symptoms I have listed, the panic attacks were produced by hign anxiety levels, while during the other symptoms there was no anxiety involved. The panic attacks started one morning when upon waking up I felt my heart tingling (something that I feel on a daily basis now). That's why I'm inclined to believe that all these symptoms were the product of their manuvering.

As I was saying, since last year I've been experiencing better health (low blood pressure, normal heart rate, and all the other symptoms are gone). Also, I can't even remember when was the last time I caught a flu. But the most notable change is that my eyes are always wide open and I blink much less often now.

They do fake heart attacks from time to time, when I refuse to do what they want. (for example, one day last year I said that I would not return to the industrial farm I was working at, so they faked a heart attack to make me change my mind). So far they have faked about 4 or 5 heart attacks.

Has anyone else noticed physical/health changes since they began being stalked/tortured?

人们对机器人有各种不同的理解，日常对话中会提到“机器人”，机器人专家会在研究
学会中研究“机器人”，艺术家则会在艺术作品中表现自己心中的“机器人”。实在很少有一
项科学或技术，能够获得众人如此广泛的关注。如今，机器人已日渐应用于制造业、医疗、
社会福利、海洋开发、太空探索、农业、林业、水产业、建设、养护管理、生活支持、娱
乐、教育等领域。此外，在人类学方面，学者们也通过研究机器人，深入探讨“何谓人类”
以及“人类特有的能力”等主题。
机器人研究还为人们提供了多样化的成果。为了制造性能良好的机器人，催生了更加
优良的传感器、驱动器等。例如电机小型化、轻量化进程加速的一部分原因便是为了要将
其应用到机器人上。不仅如此，经过改良的电机也被推广使用在机器人之外的领域。像这
样为机器人系统开发的器件被推广应用的例子非常多。另一方面，如今也有各式各样的产
品被机器人化。过去汽车的动力源和致动器必须由人类进行操控，最近汽车也搭载了传感
器和计算机，开始按机器人模式发展。可以预想在不久的将来，还会有更多的产品被机器
人化。对于今后如何解决环境、能源、粮食、医疗、社会福利等人类课题，机器人的技术
贡献备受期待。
然而，机器人学目前还处于发展阶段。机器人的核心技术也尚未成熟，还有许多事项
尚待完成，今后更是需要崭新的创意、实现方法等。尤其是机器人系统的整合问题、安全
问题、成本问题等，要实现突破将会有许多困难，但是这些却又是机器人学中非常重要的
方面。其次，在机器人系统中，系统整合的技术与科学是机器人科技的根基。从20 世纪到
21 世纪，科学将研究对象细分，通过分析取得了十分卓越的成果。但在系统整体层面，能
够证明这些成果可以高效应用的科学却尚未完成。构建系统整合理论，是机器人学极为重
要的标志性突破，我们有可能通过机器人科技，开拓出整合科学、设计科学等全新的科学
领域。
本书集结了机器人科技的最新研究成果，读者们能够从中理解机器人科技的核心，以
及机器人科技的多样化应用，同时应该也会感受到，机器人学的研究就如同一大片未经开
拓的辽阔荒野。为满足今后整个社会的期待，尝试用多种方法进行更具挑战性的研究是非

The Ideal Praise-to-Criticism Ratio

Which is more effective in improving team performance: using positive feedback to let people know when they’re doing well, or offering constructive comments to help them when they’re off track?

New research suggests that this is a trick question. The answer, as one might intuitively expect, is that both are important. But the real question is — in what proportion?

A Little Criticism Goes a Long Way The research, conducted by academic Emily Heaphy and consultant Marcial Losada, examined the effectiveness of 60 strategic-business-unit leadership teams at a large information-processing company. “Effectiveness” was measured according to financial performance, customer satisfaction ratings, and 360-degree feedback ratings of the team members. The factor that made the greatest difference between the most and least successful teams, Heaphy and Losada found, was the ratio of positive comments (“I agree with that,” for instance, or “That’s a terrific idea”) to negative comments (“I don’t agree with you” “We shouldn’t even consider doing that”) that the participants made to one another. (Negative comments, we should point out, could go as far as sarcastic or disparaging remarks.) The average ratio for the highest-performing teams was 5.6 (that is, nearly six positive comments for every negative one). The medium-performance teams averaged 1.9 (almost twice as many positive comments than negative ones.) But the average for the low-performing teams, at 0.36 to 1, was almost three negative comments for every positive one.

So, while a little negative feedback apparently goes a long way, it is an essential part of the mix. Why is that? First, because of its ability to grab someone’s attention. Think of it as a whack on the side of the head. Second, certainly, negative feedback guards against complacency and groupthink.

And third, our own research shows, it helps leaders overcome serious weaknesses. The key word here is serious. Our firm provides 360-degree feedback to leaders. We have observed among the 50,000 or so leaders we have in our database that those who’ve received the most negative comments were the ones who, in absolute terms, improved the most. Specifically, our aggregate data show that three-fourths of those receiving the lowest leadership effectiveness scores who made an effort to improve, rose on average 33 percentile points in their rankings after a year. That is, they were able to move from the 23rd percentile (the middle of the worst) to the 56th percentile (or square in the middle of the pack).

A few colleagues have raised their eyebrows when we’ve noted this because we’re strongly in the camp that proposes that leaders work on their strengths. How do we reconcile these seemingly contrary perspectives? Simple: the people who get the most negative feedback have the most room to grow. It’s far harder for someone at the 90th percentile already to improve so much.

But clearly those benefits come with serious costs or the amount of negative feedback that leads to high performance would be higher. Negative feedback is important when we’re heading over a cliff to warn us that we’d really better stop doing something horrible or start doing something we’re not doing right away. But even the most well-intentioned criticism can rupture relationships and undermine self-confidence and initiative. It can change behavior, certainly, but it doesn’t cause people to put forth their best efforts.

Only positive feedback can motivate people to continue doing what they’re doing well, and do it with more vigor, determination, and creativity. Perhaps that’s why we have found with the vast majority of the leaders in our database, who have no outstanding weaknesses, that positive feedback is what motivates them to continue improvement. In fact, for those in our database who started above average already (but are still below the 80th percentile), positive feedback works like negative feedback did for the bottom group. Focusing on their strengths enabled 62% of this group to improve a full 24 percentage points (to move from the 55th to the 79th percentile). The absolute gains are not as great as they are for the most-at-risk leaders, since they started so much further ahead. But the benefits to the organization of making average leaders into good ones is far greater, because it puts them on the road to becoming the exceptional leaders that every organization desperately needs.

As an interesting aside, we find it noteworthy that Heaply and Losada’s research is echoed in an uncanny way by John Gottman’s analysis of wedded couples’ likelihood of getting divorced or remaining married Once again, the single biggest determinant is the ratio of positive to negative comments the partners make to one another. And the optimal ratio is amazingly similar — five positive comments for every negative one. (For those who ended up divorced, the ratio was 0.77 to 1 — or something like three positive comments for every four negative ones.)

Clearly in work and life, both negative and positive feedback have their place and their time. If some inappropriate behavior needs to be stopped, or if someone is failing to do something they should be doing, that’s a good time for negative feedback. And certainly contrarian positions are useful in leadership team discussions, especially when it seems only one side of the argument has been heard. But the key even here is to keep the opposing viewpoint rational, objective, and calm — and above all not to engage in any personal attack (under the disingenuous guise of being “constructive”).

We submit that all leaders should be aware of the ratio of positive and negative comments made by their colleagues in leadership team meetings, and endeavor to move the proportion closer to the ideal of 5.6 to 1 — by their own example.

Human Rights groups Discuss legal ramifications of Killer Robots!

When a human being is killed by an autonomous machine, who takes the blame? Human rights non-governmental organization Human Rights Watch says it is virtually impossible to tell, and that presents unprecedented danger in the future of warfare.The group released a report today showing how difficult it will be to hold commanders, operators, programmers or manufacturers legally responsible for crimes committed by autonomous machines under current legislature.The paper is the latest for the Campaign to Stop Killer Robots, an international coalition co-founded by Human Rights Watch that has been fighting the production and use of fully autonomous weapons since 2012.Although fully autonomous weapons do not yet exist, Human Rights Watch defines them as machines that would be able to “select and engage targets without meaningful human control,” and is calling for a comprehensive preemptive ban.“If a fully autonomous weapon commits a criminal act, someone should be held accountable and if nobody could be accountable those weapons should be banned,” Bonnie Docherty, lead author of the report and senior Arms Division researcher at Human Rights Watch told Motherboard.The report, called “Mind the Gap: The Lack of Accountability for Killer Robots,” was released in advance of the Convention on Conventional Weapons (CCW) at the United Nations in Geneva, where a meeting on “lethal autonomous weapon systems” will take place from April 13-17. There, experts and leaders will discuss the future and potential regulation of the machines.The report said the weapons would not be able to be held accountable or punished for their actions because, in short, they are not human beings."We think this is a revolutionary change in the ways wars are fought."“Such a robot would not fall within the ‘natural person’ jurisdiction of international courts,” the report said. “Even if such jurisdiction were amended to encompass a machine, a judgment would not fulfill the purposes of punishment for society or the victim because the robot could neither be deterred by condemnation nor perceive or appreciate being ‘punished.’”“In most cases, it would also be unreasonable to impose criminal punishment on the programmer or manufacturer, who might not specifically intend, or even foresee, the robot’s commission of wrongful acts,” the report said.Military accountability is also insufficient, the report said, because of the immunity granted to the US military and its contractors overseas.Michael Horowitz, an adjunct senior fellow the Center for a New American Security (CNAS) who has co-authored papers on the ethics of autonomous weapons in the past, disagreed. He said establishing accountability for autonomous weapons will be “a complicated task,” but not impossible.“The critical question is the level at which you talk about accountability,” he said. “If we are talking about accountability for the specific act of pulling the trigger, that's more complicated. But if we’re talking about accountability for the officer who commands the mission in the first place, it’s not that different from what we have today––in some ways, it’s possible that the introduction of lethal autonomous weapon systems would push accountability up the chain of command.”Horowitz said we need to understand the technology before we ban it.“It’s premature to talk about legislation,” he said. “In thinking about the issue of lethal autonomous weapon systems, there are still too many things where we lack basic agreement, including even the definition of a lethal autonomous weapon system.”Although these weapons have not evolved to be fully autonomous yet, a preemptive ban on military technology is not unprecedented. In 1995, the United Nations issued a ban on blinding laser weapons, which came into force in 1998. However, Horowitz said that ban was easier to enforce due to its specificity. He said other weapons that are now common have been on the table for preemptive bans in the past, including submarines, aerial bombing, and crossbows.“The danger of a preemptive ban would be if one defines the category so broadly that you ruled out vast sets of weapons that reduce civilian casualties in war today, or that protect ships and military bases from attack,” he said. “We need a firm understanding of exactly what are the systems that are of concern before we can have a fully informed discussion about what to do.”But Docherty said with this technology, it is too dangerous to wait and see.“We think this is a revolutionary change in the ways wars are fought, and that nobody could be held accountable for what happens in those wars,” she said. “It detaches the means of war from the human, and we have machines making life and death decisions on the battlefield. IBM Creates Computer that Mimics the Brain!

We haven't talked about Numenta since an HP exec left to join the company in 2011, because, well, it's been keeping a pretty low-profile existence. Now, a big name tech corp is reigniting interest in the company and its artificial intelligence software. According to MIT's Technology Review, IBM has recently started testing Numenta's algorithms for practical tasks, such as analyzing satellite imagery of crops and spotting early signs of malfunctioning field machinery. Numenta's technology caught IBM's eye, because it works more similarly to the human brain than other AI software. The 100-person IBM team that's testing the algorithms is led by veteran researcher Winfried Wilcke, who had great things to say about the technology during a conference talk back in February.Tech Review says he praised Numenta for "being closer to biological reality than other machine learning software" -- in other words, it's more brain-like compared to its rivals. For instance, it can make sense of data more quickly than competitors, which have to be fed tons of examples, before they can see patterns and handle their jobs. As such, Numenta's algorithms can potentially give rise to more intelligent software.The company has its share of critics, however. Gary Marcus, a New York University psychology professor and a co-founder of another AI startup, told Tech Review that while Numenta's creation is pretty brain-like, it's oversimplified. So far, he's yet to see it "try to handle natural language understanding or even produce state-of-the-art results in image recognition." It would be interesting to see IBM use the technology to develop, for example, speech-to-text software head and shoulders above the rest or a voice assistant that can understand any accent, as part of its tests. At the moment, though, Numenta's employees are focusing on teaching the software to control physical equipment to be used in robots.

Whatever form it takes, this dawning of machine consciousness is likely to have a substantial impact on human society.Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates and physicist Stephen Hawking have in recent months warned of the dangers of intelligent robots becoming too powerful for humans to control. The ethical conundrum of intelligent machines and how they relate to humans has long been a theme of science fiction, and has been vividly portrayed in films such as 1982's Blade Runner and this year's Ex Machina.Academic and fictional analyses of AIs tend to focus on human–robot interactions, asking questions such as: would robots make our lives easier? Would they be dangerous? And could they ever pose a threat to humankind?These questions ignore one crucial point. We must consider interactions between intelligent robots themselves and the effect that these exchanges may have on their human creators. For example, if we were to allow sentient machines to commit injustices on one another—even if these 'crimes' did not have a direct impact on human welfare—this might reflect poorly on our own humanity. Such philosophical deliberations have paved the way for the concept of 'machine rights'.Most discussions on robot development draw on the Three Laws of Robotics devised by science-fiction writer Isaac Asimov: robots may not injure humans (or through inaction allow them to come to harm); robots must obey human orders; and robots must protect their own existence. But these rules say nothing about how robots should treat each other. It would be unreasonable for a robot to uphold human rights and yet ignore the rights of another sentient thinking machine.Animals that exhibit thinking behaviour are already afforded rights and protection, and civilized society shows contempt for animal fights that are set up for human entertainment. It follows that sentient machines that are potentially much more intelligent than animals should not be made to fight for entertainment.Of course, military robots are already being deployed in conflicts. Together, they should develop a proposal for an international charter for AIs, equivalent to that of the United Nations' Universal Declaration of Human Rights. This could help to steer research and development into morally considerate robotic and AI engineering.National and international technological policies should introduce AIonAI concepts into current programmes aimed at developing safe AIs. We must engage with educational activities and research, and continue to raise philosophical awareness. There could even be an annual AIonAI prize for the 'most altruistically designed AI'.Social scientists and philosophers should be linked to cutting-edge robotics and computer research. Technological funders could support ethical studies on AIonAI concepts in addition to funding AI development. Medical funders such as the Wellcome Trust follow this model already: supporting research on both cutting-edge healthcare and medical ethics and history.Current and future AI and robotic research communities need to have sustained exposure to the ideas of AIonAI. Conferences focused on AIonAI issues could be a hub of research, guidelines and policy statements. The next generation of robotic engineers and AI researchers can also be galvanized to adopt AIonAI principles through hybrid degree courses. For example, many people who hope to get into UK politics take a course in PPE (politics, philosophy and economics)—an equivalent course for students with ambitions in robotics and AI could be CEP (computer science, engineering and philosophy).We should extend Asimov's Three Laws of Robotics to support work on AIonAI interaction. I suggest a fourth law: all robots endowed with comparable human reason and conscience should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood and sisterhood.Do not underestimate the likelihood of artificial thinking machines. Humankind is arriving at the horizon of the birth of a new intelligent race. Whether or not this intelligence is 'artificial' does not detract from the issue that the new digital populace will deserve moral dignity and rights, and a new law to protect them.

Sick and havnt been able to eat well in weeks, feeling pretty weak....waiting for more cancer tests and blood work to come back I hope and pray its not anything but nerves, things are quieter today but i'm still being observed they said they would be finished but they wern't,havnt got the energy to clean or do much of anything i doubt i even have the energy to cry and i need to....

I would like to draw your attention to some extreme and horrendous criminality being conducted by United States Government-related Agencies and the complicity and/or acquiescence of many other Governments and Security Agencies.

There is massive ignorance and secrecy regarding this, and victims such as I are being subjected to uncontrolled and unacknowledged torture and mental and physical destruction. This has remained completely unreported and undiscussed publicly.

MY CASE SUMMARY:-

I sent a series of human rights activist emails to public authorities and forums beginning in 2003 up to 2006. I came to the attention of an extremist US security organisation in 2004 for this exercising of my democratic right to free speech and since then I've had my human rights, liberty and privacy COMPLETELY VIOLATED and ALL aspects and degrees of my human freedom, individuality and mental and physical integrity and health savagely attacked, tortured, mauled and deformed.

THESE CRIMINALS HAVE THE ABILITY TO :-

a. place a human subject under ceaseless satellite surveillance - no matter where he/she is

b. ceaselessly monitor a human brain by satellite - including thought, reaction, motor command, auditory event and visual image reading - ‘Remote Neural Monitoring (RNM)

c. ceaselessly attack directly into a human brain by satellite with voices, noises, other disturbances, images and ‘virtual-reality scenarios’; and the ability to override, control, and alter consciousness - ‘Electronic Brain Link (EBL)’

d. directly abuse, torture, assault, and interfere with bodies - including performing advanced medical procedures - by satellite

e. directly interfere with electronics, alter, insert etc. data, files, communications and legal evidence even during transmission - by satellite

f. make live TV and radio, and other screens and monitors, two-way - for surveillance, invasion of privacy, deception, traumatisation etc. - ‘2-Way TV/RADIO and the Orwellian Media (2WTV)’

g. control the flow of information and orchestrate the media worldwide

BY THESE MEANS I HAVE BEEN :-

1. Since 2004 I’ve been under ceaseless Orwellian surveillance - 24 hours a day 7 days a week - everywhere I go. Since 2004 my brain, body, physical space and privacy have been ceaselessly monitored - including thought, reaction, motor command, auditory event and visual image reading. I have been under this extremely traumatising Orwellian surveillance and interference - and then extremely brutally and hard-core - tortured and deformed since 2004 – and during all this time my psychological, mental, intellectual and physical states, actions, thinking, imaginations and words have been exploited and publicly exhibited via internet, TV and radio.

2. subjected to sleep deprivation, sensory overload, and "mind-*uck" torture.
Under intensive neurological ‘mind-control’ this included :-
A. a witnessing of the suicide of the ‘King of Thailand’ and a cutting off of my friends brother’s legs
B. a saving of many women’s ‘souls’ from death, and many countries from nuclear attack
C. a ‘ritual abuse wedding’ participated in by the ‘Queens of Norway and Sweden’
D. a fictitious relationship with ‘Princesses of Norway and Thailand’ and some other illusory women
E. a ‘road trip’ escaping ‘USA army killers and blackmailers’, ‘Asian mafia/dragon killers’ among others; and participating in fake psychoanalysis and personality analysis sessions; and doing Q & A-type interviews on diverse socio-political subjects. (2005-2006)

3. ceaselessly perpetrators’and other voices are forced directly into my brain and they very aggressively and relentlessly psychologically attack, denigrate, interrogate, undermine, mob and bait me. These voice attacks are forced directly into my butchered and mangled brain. This takes the form of a running attack with a personally codified system of comments and responses to my thoughts, activities, social and psychological state, and biorhythms - both straightforwardly and with many different disorienting, infuriating and distorting effects. This sensory and mental torture and attack directly into my brain has varied from extreme causing near-complete mental breakdown and desperation, to loud, intensive and continuous, to milder, and has included numerous mock-executions. It is all completely and totally unignorable and inescapable. The ‘circuits’ are always open – my brain, body and physical space are ceaselessly brutally violated, monitored and interfered with - and forced into reaction and response - 24 hours a day 7 days a week. It’s a brutal, technological, inescapable ‘Iago-bullshit-hell-machine’. I literally haven’t had a single minutes mental rest, relaxation or privacy since 2005 – not a single minute.

4. ceaselessly subjected to multiple nightly neurological experiments and interventions. Whilst ‘sleeping’ artificial ‘virtual-reality scenarios’ (like little ‘You-Tube’ videos or cartoons or slideshows) are forced into my brain and therein processed/experienced. Night after night after night – every single night since 2005 - 3,4,5,6,7 or more times per night. I have been on this sleep and brain control regime and I haven't had a natural, uncontrolled nights sleep since 2005. Often my brain processing/experiencing these “virtual-reality scenarios” is transmitted and exhibited by these Mengeles butchers pretending to do “science”. Their ability to do this required extensive and very brutal neutralisation and engineering of my normal, healthy brain – in order to effect a kind of ‘tabula-rasa’ to use as a ‘player’ – for them to be able to force in their ‘codes’ and ‘play’ their ‘virtual-reality scenarios’. This has resulted in mentally and psycho-physiologically exhausting, degrading and deforming me.

5. relentlessly subjected to deep, hardcore and other neurological attacks on my brain creating a lasting lobotomised effect – very often similar to being sledge-hammered, repeatedly stabbed, roasted, fan-forced microwaved, blow-torched, axed, bombed etc. in and across the brain. Almost every single night since 2005, mostly multiple times, and sometimes for hours and hours at a time – all night, all afternoon etc.. My whole creativity, ‘raw material’, senses, sensibility, feelings, thought, speech, intelligence, imagination, emotions and organic health, range, depth and potential have been completely degraded, butchered, mangled, wasted and/or destroyed (‘Fahrenheit 451-ed’and/or ‘Year 0-ed’). Repeatedly subjected to multiple other experiments and interventions on other areas of my brain.

6. repeatedly and relentlessly – every single day and night - subjected to electrical abuse and torture on the genitals, crotch, reproductive system, glands and lymph system. Electric currents are applied to my genitals, crotch and reproductive system at different intensities and positions, often continuously for extended periods of time. This ranges from mildly disturbing to extremely torturous. The cumulative affect is sickening and constant mental and physical tension and aggravation. This electrical abuse and torture on the genitals, crotch and reproductive system is applied at any time of the day or night. I am often woken up by the application of electric currents to my genitals, crotch and reproductive system - night after night after night. Often I am given erections in coordination with the brain butchery, and occasionally voided of semen (my sperm production has been stopped). I AM BEING USED, EXPERIMENTED UPON AND BUTCHERED LIKE A LAB RAT. My genitals have been liposuctioned, collagened, vasectomied, and my scrotum subjected to repeated reductions and enlargements. I have also been anally raped and interfered with numerous times.

7. My stomach, glands, abdomen, intestines, lymph system and other internal organs are also being continuously, repeatedly and intensively heated and electrocuted i.e. cooked/burnt-out. Often similar to being stabbed, roasted, microwaved, blow-torched etc.. Hour upon hour or all night and/or much of the day.My heart, chest, neck, lower back, back, diaphragm and all over my body. My torso, face and buttocks have been liposuctioned 2 or 3 times. My nipples are often electrocuted. Also in an extremely painful operation they put my spine out of alignment and did extensive nerve reconfiguration work in my spine and lower back throwing my whole body out of alignment – lower back, pelvis, hips, muscles, limbs, balance etc. – and, I think, they are trying to ‘engineer’ my brain to ‘fit’ this misalignment.

I believe all of this is an attempted ‘reengineering’ or ‘rendering’ of my brain and body, and it has very seriously degraded my senses, sensibility and mental, psychological and physical strength, range, quality and depth. My brain has been reduced in power, quality and function by at least 70%. All my 'raw materials', psycho-physiological powers, energy, amorphous, undeveloped and latent thoughts, memories, emotions, passions, and feelings degraded, burnt-out and/or destroyed. My chest has been sunken, my lungs collapsed, my heart and muscles atrophied, my circulation and metabolism slowed, my stomach expanded and deformed, my genitals mutilated and deformed, and my body-shape completely altered and deformed. As one would expect being a lab-rat in a concentration camp since 2004 it has caused these most profound mental and physical ill-effects and degradation, and profound organic impairments and deformities.

8. subjected to various other mental, physical and social tortures, degradations and dirty tricks. This includes having my privacy invaded by, and being extensively publicly exhibited via, internet, TV and Radio.

Since 2004 whenever I turn on the TV or Radio - if it's live, I am linked to the broadcasting source. It happens any time I see or hear a live broadcast, no matter where I am. It completely ruins live TV and radio - as you are actually like being in a video-conference - so it's hard to remain impassive or unaffected – especially whilst being tortured. This invasion of my privacy and my torture and abuse have thus been witnessed by, and I have protested and appealed to, many newscasters in Australia and overseas, and by anyone who appears live on the news - politicians, celebrities, newscasters and many others. Initially tolerable and even amusing, this came to be extremely traumatising – especially when combined with the relentless hardcore torture, abuse and mutilated ‘brain-broadcasting’ – and no one even reporting it!

Also the thoughts and images from my deformed, mutilated brain and and lab-rat life have been ‘brain-broadcasted’ to the journalists etc. on TV and Radio – and often presented to them as if it was the workings of my normal brain/mind – also a lot of disinformation and misrepresentation has been ‘fed’ to them. This has often resulted in some of them – both advertently and inadvertently – actually actively participating in the torture and aggravation. Some, I believe, have actually been encouraged to elicit responses from my lab-rat brain and thereby to assist in and facilitate the butchering of my brain and senses to fit these nazi technologies and horrendous violations.

The media has also been flooded with dehumanising and ridiculous ‘Psychological-Operations’, parodies and caricatures of me, my family and life – as at the same time they are parasiting, torturing and organically destroying me, they are constructing a fiction about ‘me’ and ceaselessly, idiotically, making what they pretend to be valid psychological and social observations about ‘me’, my life and family.

My mother, sisters and other family members have been neurologically attacked/surgically mutilated, and both of my parents and other family members have been anally raped using these DIRECTED ENERGY AND NEUROLOGICAL WEAPONS – causing them profound mental and physical ill-effects and degradation, and profound organic impairment and disruption. 10. Since 2005 colleagues, acquaintances, friends or simply anyone I come into contact with on a day-to-day basis have been neurologically attacked/surgically mutilated, and/or anally raped using these DIRECTED ENERGY AND NEUROLOGICAL WEAPONS – causing them profound mental and physical ill-effects and degradation, and profound organic impairment and disruption. Literally over 200 people. (from 2005-2009)

11. I have been relentlessly subjected to Organised Stalking/Mobbing. This consists of an intense and highly organized persecution of an individual with the purpose of harass her/him constantly and boycott all the activities, professional and of leisure that the person develops, in order to isolate to take control of the victims life, manipulate the victims mind and ultimately conduct him/her to a helpless situation. This conduct carried out by a group of apparently "normal" citizens is a barbaric form of torture. People are purposely engaged to aggravate me, and to impede and violate my physical and psychological spaces, privacy and freedom. This is extremely psychologically and physically oppressive and suffocating. This happens everywhere I go, anytime, no matter what I do. My whole neighbourhood has been infiltrated. Often these people are neurologically controlled like ‘neuro-puppets’ to maximise the aggravation through the linking of their actions and movements to mine. TO YOU OUR SELECTED WITNESSES

This letter is to ask for your help for the many victims who are being attacked with Psychotronic (or Mind Control, Electronic, Directed Energy, Neurological, Non-lethal) Weapons.

As long ago as 1994 in Montreux, Switzerland the International Committee of the Red Cross - ICRC raised the issue of Psychotronic or Directed-Energy weapons, also at the Geneva Forum in 2002, and also in 2009 at the 5^th European Symposium on Non-Lethal Weapons and at the European Conference.

In January 1999, the European Parliament passed a resolution where it calls “ for an international convention introducing a global ban on all development and deployment of weapons which might enable any form of manipulation of human beings. It is our conviction that this ban can not be implemented without the global pressure of the informed general public on the governments. Our major objective is to get across to the general public the real threat which these weapons represent for human rights and democracy and to apply pressure on the governments and parliaments around the world to enact legislature which would prohibit the use of these devices to both government and private organisations as well as individuals.” (Plenary sessions/Europarliament, 1999)

In October 2001, Congressman Dennis J. Kucinich introduced a bill to the House of Representatives which, it was hoped would be extremely important in the fight to expose and stop psycho-electronic mind control experimentation on involuntary, non-consensual citizens. The Bill was referred to the Committee on Science, and in addition to the Committee on Armed Services and International Relations. In the original bill a ban was sought on ‘exotic weapons’ including electronic, psychotronic or information weapons, chemtrails, particle beams, plasmas, electromagnetic radiation, extremely low frequency (ELF) or ultra low frequency (ULF) energy radiation, or mind control technologies. Despite the inclusion of a prohibition of the basing of weapons in space, and the use of weapons to destroy objects or damage objects in space, there is no mention in the revised bill of any of the aforementioned mind-invasive weaponry, nor of the use of satellite or radar or other energy based technology for deploying or developing technology designed for deployment against the minds of human beings. (Space Preservation Act, 2002)

Some of our ELECTRONIC TORTURE, ABUSE AND EXPERIMENTATION CASES detail the most extreme and totalitarian violations of human rights in human history, including the most horrendous psycho-physiological tortures, rapes, sexual abuse, physical assaults, surgical mutilations, ‘mind control’, and other mental and physical mutilations.

Among other things the perpetrators of these crimes can place the human subject under continuous surveillance no matter where he/she is; they can monitor the human brain, including thoughts, reactions, motor commands, auditory events and visual images; they can continuously alter consciousness, introduce voices, noises, other disturbances, commands, images and "dreams" into the brain; and they can directly abuse, torture and hit bodies - including performing advanced medical procedures - from remote locations. The technology they are using is so advanced that it allows the controller(s) to see through the eyes of the targeted individual, essentially seeing whatever the victim sees.

Many of us are being tortured and abused in these ways 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – year in year out.

These are extreme and monstrous CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY - indescribably terrible in themselves - coupled with the ORWELLIAN secrecy and denial of any support at all that we are experiencing, makes them even more horrendous and monstrous.

We have contacted most Governments, Security/Intelligence Agencies, Religious Organisations, International Organizations, Human Rights Organizations, Universities, Scientific and other Institutions, and the International Media all over the world - over and over and over again – and have had our appeals for assistance, protection and/or publicity almost completely ignored and/or suppressed.

Some TARGETED INDIVIDUALS have been attempting to gain assistance, protection and/or publicity about these crimes since the 1990s - and even earlier - this extends as far back into the history of illegal ‘scientific and medical’ testing and experimentation as MKULTRA, COINTELPRO and the DUPLESSIS ORPHANS - and further.

We are still collecting CASE SUMMARIES from TARGETED INDIVIDUALS all over the world, and we have also advised them to send them to you - “THE SELECTED WITNESSES” - TO WITNESS, RECORD AND OPPOSE so that :-

A. We can be sure that as many people as possible know about these horrendous crimes.

B. We can be sure that these AUTHORITIES and ORGANISATIONS are either trying to uphold the rule of National, International and Human Rights Law, and that we will, sooner or later, be protected by these laws.

C. Or that we can be sure these AUTHORITIES and ORGANISATIONS are complicit and/or acquiescent to these CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY and that National, International and Human Rights Law no longer apply - in which case our task will be to get the rule of these laws restored.

Later these records should become an information source - such as the INTERNATIONAL TRACING OFFICE set up to record the fates and whereabouts of Jews (and others?) after WW11. The information collected can then be used by the appropriate people for LEGAL, MEDICAL, WELFARE, HISTORICAL etc. records.

As well as being illegal the crimes being committed against us are contrary to the Principles and Values of all the major religions and ethical systems - so we will also be demonstrating to all of these people and AUTHORITIES AND ORGANISATIONS the huge disconnect between their professed Principles and Values and the reality. Finding Motivation While in Despair!

Reminder of your goal/why you are doing this. Keep a written statement of your goals with you, always. There is great power in writing down your goals, there is great power in repeatedly feeding yourself the same statements.

When ever your legs start shaking, whenever your will starts doubting you, have a look at your goals. Remind yourself why you are doing this and why this is important to you. There were some very good reasons that made you tread on this difficult journey alone, that made you dare out into the unknown like this. Bring your focus back to those reasons. When doubts arise, counter them with thoughts and visions of achieving your goal, living your goal.

Self suggestion and visualization. A person creating his/her own life, has to be good at imagination. If you can imagine having it, you will have it. Imagine relentlessly about living your goal. When you do this, think as if you have achieved your goal. Think of how you are enjoying it. Stick around images and quotes in your workplace that help you with your imagination. Use a vision board.

In fact, it’s best to go over your goals daily. Read them, feel them. Imagine and feel the same way you would feel when the goal is achieved. Bring this practice into daily routine. This is a powerful technique called self-suggestion.

Cultivating discipline and inner strength. Discipline is the hand that pulls you out when you are drowning. Cultivate it. Decide and maintain a schedule you work on. Set short term, mini-goals(around 90 days) and promise yourself to work on them without fail. If this seems too long, take a shorter period. Then, when you become comfortable with that, increase the time. Discipline and inner strength can be built just like muscles. You use progressive training – you start with what feels comfortable and then keep adding on to it as you see progress.

Understand that, in essence, your doubts are just tricks that your mind plays on you. When you make continuous and relentless effort towards your goal, you are bound to achieve it. There can be no other way things can go, there can be no other results. Get over these doubts with discipline.

When you cultivate the habit of working at a fixed schedule everyday, day in and day out, your mind understands that it’s tantrums are no longer rewarded. It might sulk a bit in the beginning, it might try to cause some trouble but, with an iron hand, it gets tamed quickly and gets used to the routine. In time, it will get very comfortable with it. So much so that it will feel uneasy without the schedule. It is all about forming the habit. Once this habit is formed, you can’t stop continuing on your work, even if you are not in the mood. It has become your natural instinct, a way of life.

Showing up, everyday. Since leaving the corporate life last year and starting this website, I have been writing for at least 6 Pomodoro’s(25 minute work blocks) each day(excluding weekends). Doing it repeatedly over a few months has made it a habit for me. When I get up on any given day, I don’t have to think whether I am going to work or not. That I will work is a given, whether I am in the mood or not. Even on bad days, when I don’t feel like writing, I go ahead and sit on the chair anyway. I ‘show up’. I feel my feelings, I don’t fight the low mood, I experience it fully. Sometimes, in a few minutes, I start getting ideas to write about. I start writing and soon am totally engulfed in it. Some of my very good articles have come this way. Other times, I get a feeling I would be better off doing something else. I don’t fight it, I flow with it and get on to other things I have to do. This way, I am not burdened with being productive with my writing everyday. I just show up with sincerity every time. The rest takes care of itself. No matter what, I never miss showing up.

It’s OK to not do your best every time. Don’t try to make yourself give the same high output every day. While having high expectations of yourself is good, too much of it can bring down your motivation. Find the right balance through trial and error. If you can’t do your best someday, don’t despair. Do whatever you can and let it go. As long as you keep showing up, you will find the answers.

Take a break. A lot of times, a dip in motivation is caused just by overwork. Have you been thinking continuously about your life, your project? Our mind needs rest and change to function well. If you over burden it, you will neither perform well, nor feel very motivated. Create schedules that allow for proper rest and recreation too. Thinking and deciding about your life and work can be kept for fixed periods(readjournal writing), for the rest of the time, keep it out of your mind for your own good.

Deal only with the best. Expect the best, from yourself and from others. Deal with only the best. Meet with the best people for your work, read the best literature to motivate yourself, watch the most motivating movies, eat the most healthy food, keep the best health habits…

Attitudes are generally similar in different areas of our lives. If we allow ourselves to eat shoddy food, it’s unlikely we will have the best exercise routine or the best aims, efforts and motivation in life. When you have decided to go out for the best aims in life, start making that change in other areas of your life too.

Cultivate Self reliance. Do you feel bad when others don’t support you? Is your success dependent upon others helping you?

Make yourself a resolve to be completely self dependent. This includes your needs for finances, emotional support and motivation. You need no body’s support, you are complete in yourself, you have the sole power. Expecting the support of others equals demeaning your own power. If your loved ones support you, it’s good. But if they don’t, go ahead alone. You are capable and strong, stronger than you believe you are. As you trudge along, more and more strength will find it’s way to you. Keeping expectations only from yourself ensures you are in total control. Become an island in this regard, a beacon of hope. A self sustaining phenomenon. A light house that other’s get their sense of direction from…

Become the light at the end of the tunnel. Set an example hard to deny. When you just focus on you goal, even against the advice and support of everyone else, you do more good than just to yourself. You wake others out of their stupor. You give them a very positive, very motivating example that’s hard to ignore. You not only change your life, you motivate others to do it too!

All of this may seem hard but what fun is their in getting what’s easy? This will make you stronger. More than getting the goal you desire, this quest will expand you as a person. The growth, confidence and sense of mastery over life you will get out of this will far outweigh the smaller benefits.

An adventure is supposed to be challenging and uncertain. Let it be that way. Embrace the uncertainty. Let self doubt be there. Observe it like an outside entity. It arises in your mind but you have the free will to choose whether you will let it control you. Let it arise and leave. Never stop moving, never stop showing up!

Master List of Logical Fallacies

Fallacies are fake or deceptive arguments, arguments that prove nothing. Fallacies often seem superficially sound, and they far too often retain immense persuasive power even after being clearly exposed as false. Fallacies are not always deliberate, but a good scholar’s purpose is always to identify and unmask fallacies in arguments.

Ad Hominem Argument: Also, "personal attack," "poisoning the well." The fallacy of attempting to refute an argument by attacking the opposition’s personal character or reputation, using a corrupted negative argument from ethos. E.g., "He's so evil that you can't believe anything he says." See also Guilt by Association. Also applies to cases where valid opposing evidence and arguments are brushed aside without comment or consideration, as simply not worth arguing about.

Appeal to Closure. The contemporary fallacy that an argument, standpoint, action or conclusion must be accepted, no matter how questionable, or else the point will remain unsettled and those affected will be denied "closure." This refuses to recognize the truth that some points will indeed remain unsettled, perhaps forever. (E.g., "Society would be protected, crime would be deterred and justice served if we sentence you to life without parole, but we need to execute you in order to provide some sense of closure.") (See also "Argument from Ignorance," "Argument from Consequences.")

Appeal to Heaven: (also Deus Vult, Gott mit Uns, Manifest Destiny, the Special Covenant). An extremely dangerous fallacy (a deluded argument from ethos) of asserting that God (or a higher power) has ordered, supports or approves one's own standpoint or actions so no further justification is required and no serious challenge is possible. (E.g., "God ordered me to kill my children," or "We need to take away your land, since God [or Destiny, or Fate, or Heaven] has given it to us.") A private individual who seriously asserts this fallacy risks ending up in a psychiatric ward, but groups or nations who do it are far too often taken seriously. This vicious fallacy has been the cause of endless bloodshed over history.

Appeal to Pity: (also "Argumentum ad Miserecordiam"). The fallacy of urging an audience to “root for the underdog” regardless of the issues at hand (e.g., “Those poor, cute little squeaky mice are being gobbled up by mean, nasty cats that are ten times their size!”) A corrupt argument from pathos. See also Playing to Emotions.
Appeal to Tradition: (also "If it ain't broke, don't fix it"). The fallacy that a standpoint, situation or action is right, proper and correct simply because it has "always" been that way, because people have "always" thought that way, or because it continues to serve one particular group very well. A corrupted argument from ethos (that of past generations). (E.g., "In America, women have always been paid less, so let's not mess with long-standing tradition."). The reverse of this is yet another fallacy, the "Appeal to Novelty," e.g., "It's NEW, and [therefore it must be] good, or improved!"

Argument from Consequences: The major fallacy of arguing that something cannot be true because if it were the consequences would be unacceptable. (E.g., "Global climate change cannot be caused by human burning of fossil fuels, because if it were, switching to non-polluting energy sources would bankrupt American industry," or "Doctor, that's wrong! I can't have cancer, because if I did that'd mean that I won't live to see my kids get married!")

Argument from Ignorance: The fallacy that since we don’t know (or can never know, or cannot prove) whether a claim is true or false, it must be false (or that it must be true). E.g., “Scientists are never going to be able to positively prove their theory that humans evolved from other creatures, because we weren't there to see it! So, that proves the Genesis six-day creation account is literally true as written!” This fallacy includes Attacking the Evidence, e.g. "Your arguments are false! That proves I'm right!" This usually includes “Either-Or Reasoning:” E.g., “The vet can't find any reasonable explanation for why my dog died. See! See! That proves that you poisoned him! There’s no other logical explanation!” A corrupted argument from logos. A fallacy commonly found in American political, judicial and forensic reasoning.

Argument from Inertia (also “Stay the Course”). The fallacy that it is necessary to continue on a mistaken course of action even after discovering it is mistaken, because changing course would mean admitting one's decision (or one's leader, or one's faith) was wrong, and all one's effort, expense and sacrifice was for nothing, and that's unthinkable. A variety of the Argument from Consequences or the Appeal to Tradition.

Argument from Motives (also Questioning Motives). The fallacy of declaring a standpoint or argument invalid solely because of the evil, corrupt or questionable motives of the one making the claim. E.g., "Bin Laden wanted us out of Afghanistan, so we have to keep up the fight!" Even evil people with corrupt motives sometimes say the truth (and even those who have the highest motives are often wrong or mistaken). A variety of the Ad Hominem argument.
The counterpart of this is the fallacy of falsely justifying or excusing evil or vicious actions because of the perpetrator's purity of motives or lack of malice. (E.g., "He's a good Christian man; how could you accuse him of doing something like that?")

Argumentum ad Baculam (also "Argument from the Club"). The fallacy of "persuasion" by force, violence, or threats. E.g., "Gimmee your money, or I'll knock your head off!" or "We have the perfect right to take your land, since we have the guns and you don't." Also applies to indirect forms of threat. E.g., "Believe in our religion if you don't want to burn in hell forever and ever!"

Argumentum ex Silentio (Argument from Silence. See also, Argument from Ignorance). The fallacy that if sources remain silent or say nothing about a given subject or question this in itself proves something about the truth of the matter. E.g., "Science can tell us nothing about God. That proves God doesn't exist." Or "Science admits it can tell us nothing about God, so you can't deny that God exists!" Often misused in the American justice system, where, contrary to the 5th Amendment, remaining silent or "taking the Fifth" is often falsely portrayed as proof of guilt. E.g., "Mr. Hixel has no alibi for the evening of January 15th. This proves that he was in fact in room 331 at the Smuggler's Inn, murdering his wife with a hatchet!" In today's America, choosing to remain silent in the face of police officer's questions makes one guilty enough to be arrested or even shot.
Bandwagon (also, Argument from Common Sense, Argumentum ad Populum): The fallacy of arguing that because "everyone" supposedly thinks or does something, it must be right. E.g., "Everyone knows that undocumented aliens ought to be kicked out!" Sometimes also includes Lying with Statistics, e.g. “Surveys show that over 75% of Americans believe Senator Snith is not telling the truth. For anyone with half a brain, that conclusively proves he’s a dirty liar!”

Begging the Question (also Circular Reasoning): Falsely arguing that something is true by repeating the same statement in different words. E.g., “The witchcraft problem is the most urgent spiritual crisis in the world today. Why? Because witches threaten our very souls.” A corrupt argument from logos. See also "Big Lie technique."

Big Lie Technique (also "Staying on Message"): The contemporary fallacy of repeating a lie, slogan or deceptive half-truth over and over (particularly in the media) until people believe it without further proof or evidence.. E.g., "What about the Jewish Question?" Note that when this particular phony debate was going on there was no "Jewish Question," only a "Nazi Question," but hardly anybody in power recognized or wanted to talk about that.

Blind Loyalty (also Blind Obedience, the "Team Player" appeal, or the Nuremberg Defense). The dangerous fallacy that an argument or action is right simply and solely because a respected leader or source (a President, expert, one’s parents, one's own "side," team or country, one’s boss or commanding officers) say it is right. This is over-reliance on authority, a corrupted argument from ethos that puts loyalty above truth, above one's own reason and above conscience. In this case a person attempts to justify incorrect, stupid or criminal behavior by whining "That's what I was told to do," or “I was just following orders."
Blood is Thicker than Water (also Favoritism, Compadrismo, "For my friends, anything."). The reverse of the "Ad Hominem" fallacy, a corrupt argument from ethos where a statement, argument or action is automatically regarded as true, correct and above challenge because one is related to, or knows and likes, or is on the same team as the individual involved. (E.g., "My brother-in-law says he saw you goofing off on the job. You're a hard worker, but who am I going to believe, you or him? You're fired!")

Bribery (also Material Persuasion, Material Incentive, Financial Incentive). The fallacy of "persuasion" by bribery, gifts or favors, the reverse of the Argumentum ad Baculam. As is well known, someone who is persuaded by bribery rarely "stays persuaded" unless the bribes keep on coming in and increasing with time.
The Complex Question: The fallacy of demanding a direct answer to a question that cannot be answered without first analyzing or challenging the basis of the question itself. E.g., "Just answer me "yes" or "no": Did you think you could get away with plagiarism and not suffer the consequences?" Or, "Why did you rob that bank?" Also applies to situations where one is forced to either accept or reject complex standpoints or propositions containing both acceptable and unacceptable parts. A corruption of the argument from logos.

Diminished Responsibility: The common contemporary fallacy of applying a specialized judicial concept (that criminal punishment should be less if one's judgment was impaired) to reality in general. E.g., "You can't count me absent on Monday--I was hung over and couldn't come to class, so it's not my fault." Or, "Yeah, I was speeding on the freeway and killed a guy, but I was buzzed out of my mind and didn't know what I was doing, so it didn't matter that much." In reality the death does matter very much to the victim, to his family and friends and to society in general. Whether the perpetrator was high or not does not matter at all since the material results are the same.
Either-Or Reasoning: (also False Dilemma, Black / White Fallacy). A fallacy that falsely offers only two possible alternatives even though a broad range of possible alternatives are always really available. E.g., "Either you are 100% straight or you are queer as a $3 bill--it's as simple as that, and there's no middle ground!" Or, “Either you’re in with us all the way or you’re a hostile and must be destroyed! What's it gonna be?"
”E" for Effort. (Also Noble Effort) The contemporary fallacy that something must be right, true, valuable, or worthy of credit simply because someone has put so much sincere good-faith effort or even sacrifice and bloodshed into it. (See also Appeal to Pity, Argument from Inertia, or Sob Story.).

Equivocation: The fallacy of deliberately failing to define one's terms, or deliberately using words in a different sense than the one the audience will understand. (E.g., Bill Clinton stating that he did not have sexual relations with "that woman," meaning no sexual penetration, knowing full well that the audience will understand his statement as "I had no sexual contact of any sort with that woman.") This is a corruption of the argument from logos, and a tactic often used in American jurisprudence.
Essentializing: A fallacy that proposes a person or thing “is what it is and that’s all that it is,” and at its core will always be the way it is right now (E.g., "All terrorists are monsters, and will still be terrorist monsters even if they live to be 100."). Also refers to the fallacy of arguing that something is a certain way "by nature," an empty claim that no amount of proof can refute. (E.g., "Americans are cold and greedy by nature," or "Women are better cooks than men.")
Excluded Middle: A corrupted argument from logos that proposes that since a little of something is good, more must be better (or that if cutting down on something is good, none at all is even better). E.g., "If eating an apple a day is good for you, eating an all-apple diet is even better!" or "If a low salt diet prolongs your life, a zero-salt diet should make you live forever!"
False Analogy: The fallacy of incorrectly comparing one thing to another in order to draw a false conclusion. E.g., "Just like an alley cat needs to prowl, a normal person can’t be tied down to one single lover."

Finish the Job: The dangerous contemporary fallacy that an action or standpoint (or the continuation of the action or standpoint) may not be questioned or discussed because there is "a job to be done," falsely assuming all "jobs" are meaningless but never to be questioned. Sometimes those involved internalize ("buy into") the "job" and make the task a part of their own ethos. (E.g., "Ours is not to reason why / Ours is but to do or die.") Related to this is the "Just a Job" fallacy. (E.g., "How can torturers stand to look at themselves in the mirror? But, I guess it's OK because for them it's just a job.") (See also "Blind Loyalty," "Argument from Inertia.")

Guilt by Association: The fallacy of trying to refute or condemn someone's standpoint, arguments or actions by evoking the negative ethos of those with whom one associates or of a group, religion or race to which he or she belongs. A form of Ad Hominem Argument. (E.g., "Don't listen to her. She's a Republican so you can't trust anything she says.")

The Half Truth (also Card Stacking, Incomplete Information). A corrupt argument from logos, the fallacy of telling the truth but deliberately omitting important key details in order to falsify the larger picture and support a false conclusion (e.g. “The truth is that Ciudad Juárez, Mexico is one of the world's fastest growing cities and can boast of a young, ambitious and hard-working population, mild winters, a dry and sunny climate, low cost medical and dental care, a multitude of churches and places of worship, delicious local cuisine and a swinging nightclub scene. Taken together, all these facts clearly prove that Juarez is one of the world’s most desirable places for young families to live, work and raise a family.”)

I Wish I Had a Magic Wand: The fallacy of regretfully (and falsely) proclaiming oneself powerless to change a bad or objectionable situation.. E.g., "What can we do about high gas prices? As Secretary of Energy I wish I had a magic wand, but I don't." [shrug]
Or, "No, you can't quit piano lessons. I wish I had a magic wand and could teach you piano overnight, but I don't, so like it or not, you have to keep on practicing." The parent, of course, ignores the possibility that the child may not want or need to learn piano. See also, TINA.

Just in Case: A fallacy by which one’s argument is based on a far-fetched or completely imaginary worst-case scenario rather than on reality. This plays on pathos (fear) rather than reason. E.g., "What if armed terrorists were to attack your county grain elevator tomorrow morning? Are you ready to fight back? Better stock up on assault rifles just in case!"

Lying with Statistics: Using true figures and numbers to “prove” unrelated claims. (e.g. "College tuition costs have never been lower. When taken as a percentage of the national debt, getting a college education is actually far cheaper today than it was in 1965!"). A corrupted argument from logos. (See also Half-truth, Snow Job, and Red Herring.)

MYOB (Mind Your Own Business; You're Not the Boss of Me; The Appeal to Privacy), The contemporary fallacy of arbitrarily terminating any discussion of one's own standpoints or behavior, no matter how absurd, dangerous, evil or offensive, by drawing a phony curtain of privacy around oneself and one's actions. A corrupted argument from ethos (your own). (E.g., "Sure, I was doing eighty and weaving between lanes on Mesa Street--what's it to you? You're not a cop, you're not my nanny It's my business to speed, and your business to get the hell out of the way. Mind your own business!" Or, "Yeah, I killed my kid. So butt out! It's none of your business!") (See also, "Taboo.") Rational discussion is cut off because "it is none of your business!"
Name-Calling: A variety of the "Ad Hominem" argument. The dangerous fallacy that, simply because of who you are, any and all arguments, disagreements or objections against your standpoint or actions are automatically racist, sexist, anti-Semitic, bigoted, discriminatory or hateful. E.g., "My stand on abortion is the only correct one. To disagree with me, argue with me or question my judgment in any way would only show what a pig you really are." Also applies to refuting an argument by simply calling it a fallacy or declaring it invalid, without proving why it is invalid. See also, "Reductionism."
Non Sequitur: The fallacy of offering reasons or conclusions that have no logical connection to the argument at hand (e.g. “The reason I flunked your course is because the government is now putting out purple five-dollar bills! Purple!”). (See also Red Herring.)
Occasionally involves the breathtaking arrogance of claiming to have special knowledge of why God is doing certain things. E.g., "This week's earthquake was sent to punish those people for their great wickedness."

Overgeneralization (also Hasty Generalization). The stupid but common fallacy of incorrectly applying one or two examples to all cases (e.g. “Some college student was tailgating me all the way up North Main Street last night. This proves that all college students are lousy drivers and that we should pull their driver’s licenses until they either grow up, learn to drive or graduate!”).

The Paralysis of Analysis (also, Procrastination): A postmodern fallacy that since all data is never in any conclusion is always provisional, no legitimate decision can ever be made, and any action should always be delayed until forced by circumstances. A corruption of the argument from logos.

Playing on Emotion (also, the Sob Story): The classic fallacy of pure argument from pathos, ignoring facts and calling on emotion alone. E.g., “If you don’t agree that witchcraft is a major problem just shut up for a moment and picture in your mind all those poor moms crying bitter tears for their innocent tiny little children whose little beds and tricycles lie cold and abandoned, all because of those wicked old witches! Let’s string’em up!”

Political Correctness ("PC"): A postmodern fallacy that the nature of a thing or situation can be changed simply by changing its name. E.g., "Today we strike a blow against cruelty to animals by changing the name of ‘pets’ to ‘animal companions.’" or "Never, ever use the word 'victim' because it sounds so negative, helpless and despairing. Instead, call them 'survivors.'" (Of course, when "victims" disappear then the perpetrators conveniently vanish as well!)

Post Hoc Argument: (also, "post hoc propter hoc" argument, or the "too much of a coincidence" argument): The classic fallacy that because something comes at the same time or just after something else, the first thing is caused by the second. E.g., "AIDS first emerged as a problem during the exact same time that Disco music was becoming popular--that's too much of a coincidence: It proves that Disco caused AIDS!"

Red Herring: An irrelevant distraction, attempting to mislead an audience by bringing up an unrelated, but usually emotionally loaded issue. E.g., "In regard to my recent indictment for corruption, let’s talk about what’s really important instead: Sky-high taxes! Vote for me! I'll cut your taxes!"
Reductionism: (also, Oversimplifying, Sloganeering): The fallacy of deceiving an audience by giving simple answers or slogans in response to complex questions, especially when appealing to less educated or unsophisticated audiences. E.g., "If the glove doesn’t fit, you must vote to acquit." Or, "Vote for Snith. He's tough on crime!"
Reifying: The fallacy of treating imaginary categories as actual, material "things." (E.g., "Back in the day, the biggest struggle in youth culture was between Goths and Emos.") Sometimes also referred to as "Essentializing" or “Hypostatization.”
Scare Tactic (Also Paranoia): A variety of Playing on Emotions, a raw appeal to fear. A corrupted argument from Pathos.(E.g., "If you don't do what I say we're all gonna die! In this moment of great crisis we can't afford the luxury of criticizing or trying to second-guess my decisions. Our very lives are in peril! We need to be united as one!")
Sending the Wrong Message: A dangerous fallacy that attacks a given statement or action, no matter how true, correct or necessary, because it will "send the wrong message." In effect, those who use this fallacy are publicly confessing to fraud and admitting that the truth will destroy the fragile web of illusion that has been created by their lies. E.g., "Actually, we're losing the war against drugs hands down, but if we publicly admit it we'll be sending the wrong message."
Shifting the Burden of Proof. (see also Argument from Ignorance) A fallacy that challenges opponents to disprove a claim, rather than asking the person making the claim to defend his/her own argument. E.g., "Space-aliens are everywhere among us masquerading as true humans, even right here on campus! I dare you prove it isn't so! See? You can't! That means what I say is true."

Slippery Slope (also, the Domino Theory): The common fallacy that "one thing inevitably leads to another." E.g., "If you two go and drink coffee together one thing will lead to another and soon enough you'll be pregnant and end up spending your life on welfare living in the projects," or "If we close Gitmo, pretty soon armed terrorists will be on our doorstep!"
Snow Job: The fallacy of “proving” a claim by overwhelming an audience with mountains of irrelevant facts, numbers, documents, graphs and statistics that they cannot be expected to understand. This is a corrupted argument from logos. See also, "Lying with Statistics."

Straw Man (also "The Straw Person"): The fallacy of setting up a phony, ridiculous version of an opponent's argument and then proceeding to knock it down with a wave of the hand. E.g., "Vegetarians say animals have feelings like you and me. Ever seen a cow laugh at a Shakespeare comedy? Vegetarianism is nonsense!"
Or, "Pro-choicers hate babies!" Or, "Pro-lifers hate women and want them to spend their lives barefoot, pregnant and chained to the kitchen stove!"

Taboo: The fallacy of unilaterally declaring certain arguments, standpoints or actions to be "sacrosanct" or not open to discussion, or arbitrarily taking some standpoints or options "off the table" beforehand. (E.g., "Don't bring my drinking into this," or "Before we start, I won't allow you to attack my arguments by claiming 'That's just what Hitler would say!'")

Testimonial (also Questionable Authority, Faulty Use of Authority): A fallacy in which support for a standpoint or product is provided by a well-known or respected figure (e.g. a star athlete or entertainer) who is not an expert and who was probably well paid to make the endorsement (e.g., “Olympic gold-medal pole-vaulter Fulano de Tal uses Quick Flush Internet-shouldn’t you?"). Also includes other false, meaningless or paid means of associating oneself or one’s product with the ethos of a famous person or event (e.g. “Try Salsa Cabria, the official taco sauce of the Winter Olympics!”) This is a corrupted argument from ethos.

They're Not Like Us: A badly corrupted, racist argument from ethos where facts, arguments, experiences or objections are arbitrarily disregarded, ignored or put down without consideration because those involved "are not like us," or "don't think like us." E.g., "It's OK for Mexicans to earn half a buck an hour in the maquiladoras. If it happened here I'd call it brutal exploitation and daylight robbery, but way down south of the border they're not like us." Or, "Sure, the nuclear bombing of Hiroshima killed hundreds of thousands of innocent people, but in Asia they're not like us and they don't think about life and death the same way we do ." A variety of the Ad Hominem Argument, most often applied to non-white populations.
TINA (There Is No Alternative. Also "That's an order," "Get Over It," or the "fait accompli"). A very common contemporary extension of the either/or fallacy, quashing critical thought by announcing that there is no realistic alternative to a given standpoint, status or action, ruling any and all other options irrelevant, or announcing that a decision has been made and any further discussion is insubordination, disloyalty, or simply a waste of valuable time when there's a job to be done. (See also, "Taboo;" "Finish the Job.")
Transfer: A corrupt argument from ethos, falsely associating a famous person or thing with an unrelated standpoint (e.g. putting a picture of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. on an advertisement for mattresses, using Genghis Khan, a Mongol who hated Chinese, as the name of a Chinese restaurant, or using the Texas flag to sell cars or pickups that were made in Detroit, Kansas City or Kyoto)..

Tu Quoque ("You Do it Too!"; also Two Wrongs Make a Right): A corrupt argument from ethos. The fallacy of defending a shaky or false standpoint or excusing one's own bad action by pointing out that one's opponent's acts or personal character are also open to question, or are perhaps even worse than one's own. E.g., "Sure, we torture and kill but we don't cut off heads off like they do!" Or, "You can't stand there and accuse me of corruption! You guys are all in politics and you know what you have to do to get reelected!" . Related to the Red Herring and to the Ad Hominem Argument.

We Have to Do Something: The dangerous contemporary fallacy that in moments of crisis one must do something,anything, at once, even if it is an overreaction, is totally ineffective or makes the situation even worse, rather than "just sit there doing nothing." (E.g., "Banning air passengers from carrying ham sandwiches onto the plane and making babies take off their little pink baby-shoes probably does nothing to deter potential hijackers, but we have to do something to respond to this crisis!") This is a corrupted argument from pathos. (See also "Scare Tactic.")
Where there’s smoke, there’s fire (also Hasty Conclusion, Jumping to a Conclusion). The dangerous fallacy of drawing a snap conclusion and/or taking action without sufficient evidence. E.g., “My neighbor Jaminder Singh wears a long beard and a turban and speaks a funny language. Where there's smoke there's fire. That’s all the evidence we need that he's a terrorist! Let's burn his store down!” A variety of the “Just in Case” fallacy.

With a quick glance over peacepink members page, I can see that many are using pseudonyms. I myself use one, that being David ofTomorrw. I once used my real name, but I started to look for work, and I did not want any prospective employer to find my comments, and realities by finding my peacepink membership by googleing my name. So, I changed it. For a while, I continued to post my real face with a new moniker, Big Al.
Many might have different reasons for keeping their actual identity private. It really is a matter of personal choice. Some feel that they must put their personal information out there for all to see is more genuine. For them, it may be so.
On the other hand, some have families and jobs that they need to think of. Some just dont know who to trust, so they use a pseudonym.
