Police in Minnesota have been caught on video picking up teenagers, doing drug experiments on them, and the dropping them off at the local Occupy protest to discredit the movement.

It’s the CIA’s famed MK Ultra mind control drug program all over again, but this time the drug experiments are being conducted on teenage volunteers who are dropped off at the local Occupy protest after being drugged up by the cops.

OKLAHOMA CITY – In what strikes this reporter as highly unethical and likely illegal, police officers, highway patrol troopers and sheriff’s deputies from across Minnesota have been allegedly preying on drug-impaired youths, getting them high and observing their reactions, not unlike laboratory rats.

Norman-based blogger Kaye Beach, with Axxiom for Liberty, informed Red Dirt Report about this disturbing program and that similar activities may be taking place here in Oklahoma.

RogueMedia.org, with help from Twin Cities Indymedia, Communities United Against Police Brutality and Occupy Minneapolis, reported that their undercover investigation, revealed shocking stories of cops offering young people drugs and taken to a secret state-owned warehouse where vast amounts of drugs were consumed by the young test subjects under the watchful eyes of interested police. The activists also witnessed, in Minneapolis’ Peavey Plaza, “police dropping off impaired people” where Occupy Minneapolis congregates.

This appears to be part of a new “innovative training program” for police which allows them to become Drug Recognition Experts (DRE’s) and that those recruited for the tests would be already “drug-impaired.” As this activist video shows, several were not impaired and simply jumped at the chance of free drugs and a free meal, only to be dropped off back at the plaza in a drug-impaired state.

It would appear that this program only proves what a joke the “drug war” really is, when the cops are encouraging young people to take drugs so they can become drug-recognition experts.

Continuing, in the video it notes that the young people are offered free drugs, taken to a Minnesota Department of Transportation warehouse near the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport, and observed as they ingest copious amounts of illegal drugs, primarily marijuana.

Interviewing different young people who took part in the “drug tests,” they discovered that no EMT’s or ambulances were on site.

“I got stoned with a couple of cops,” says one young man identified as ‘Panda.’ “I’m high as f***.

Panda explained he was at the local Nicollet Mall in Minneapolis when he was told the police were “doing research” to find out “how people react” under the influence of narcotics. And when the cops offered Panda to take part in the human experiment, he agreed.

Asked by the activist if it was “high-grade weed,” Panda replies: “Dude, this is some of the best s*** I’ve had in a while. Now I know what happens to the stuff they confiscate.”

Afterward, they bought the young drug user a double cheeseburger dinner at a McDonald’s. They monitored how fast they ate his meal so they could see if he had the “munchies.”

Panda also said that the cops knew he was deeply involved in the local Occupy Wall Street activist movement and they asked him to inform on other Occupiers.

Panda claims he was asked to participate some other time in the future, and Panda said “one day” he would consider it.

Another human subject, a young man, said his blood pressure was checked and that at the warehouse there were upwards of 30 cops on site. The Minnesota State Patrol website says these tests on human guinea pigs are part of certification training “where they perform 12 evaluations on drug-impaired subjects” to better train cops for field-sobriety tests and so forth. Certification training takes two-to-three weeks, according to the RogueMedia.org story.

Back to their video, another guy, who wanted heroin, said the cops gave him a big bag of weed to smoke.

Of concern is that these test subjects return to the plaza in an impaired condition and could endanger themselves or others in public gathering spaces, such as Peavey Plaza in Minneapolis.

The video notes that Minnesota’s DRE state coordinator is Riccardo Munoz, with the Minnesota State Patrol in St. Paul. He is part of the International Drug Evaluation & Classification Program.

RogueMedia.org notes that “the DRE program, run by the Minnesota State Patrol, has no Institutional Review Board or independent oversight. Before you object that there can't ever be a legal cause for inflicting pain, consider painful medical treatments, soldiers wounded in a legally declared war, or contestants in a boxing match. Torture has been used as a punishment, to intimidate or control people, to get information or just to gratify sadistic impulses.

Governments have used torture to keep themselves in power, to enforce their particular political philosophy, to remove opposition and to implement particular policies.

Torture is wrong Torture is regarded as wrong for several reasons (expanded later in this section):

The new generation of electronic weapons is capable of burning and cooking humans, destroying (exploding) body tissue, or cause heart attacks. This is all possible from large distances (hundreds of meters) and through walls. These weapons are now (2008) being used at large by secret services to eliminate people: incapacitate, drive into suicide, insanity, criminal behaviour, or are just used to cause heart failure, brain damage, etc. They replace knife, bullet, poison, car accidents.
Push button torture & murder - cooking people
Secret services have turned into depots of psychopaths and murderers. And it is getting worse. They now recruit people to press the buttons of these electronic weapons, button[1] is cook-a-person, button[2] is simulate-a-heart-attack, button[3] is simulate/cause-kidney-failure. Can you image a person microwaving someone like a microwave oven cooks meat?
Electronic weapons, capabilities April 2008
Low-power microwave weapons can be hidden e.g. in a shopping bag and are used to distract e.g. by giving you burning sensation, stings, make you burp or fart within seconds, blur your vision. High power microwave (HPM) weapons can be installed everywhere and mounted in cars (including your own) and can be used to cook a person like a microwave oven cooks meat, to 'shoot' and burn. Most of these weapons can be aimed very precise, that is why they are called Directed Energy Weapons (DEW). From a distance (and through walls) they can hit you, but not the person sitting next to you.  Sometimes these weapons are called non-lethal because they are designed to be applied only for a very short period with the intention to incapacitate people or make people get out of the beam, not to kill them immediately. All experts agree that zapping persons for extended periods is very damaging, which is easy to understand, compare reports about cell phone irradiation.
The perfect weapon, does not kill (immediately), leaves no evidence
If you want people out of the way without evidence you cannot use a gun. There will be proof of a bullet and damaged tissue. With current electronic weapons eliminating people is very easy and best of all, elimination is without evidence. When you want to prevent a person from giving a presentation at work, you can heat him up the night before so he will feel sick, give some diareah, make him cough when talking, make him scratch his head, etc.  If this was done to you, would you be able to understand this?  Probably you would think you just had the worst luck that day. BUT THIS WAS NOT BAD LUCK: YOU WERE INCAPACITATED WITH ELECTRONIC WEAPONS. In other words, you were cooked that day. They also may do this to the target's children, meaning the target must stay home or go home to take care of his child.
Low power/low intensity is just as damaging to your functioning as a human being
Electronic weapons will not immediately kill you or burn a hole in your body. When you are in a meeting someone in the same room can zap your head with a low intensity device, so you want to scratch your head. Someone may fire an energy burst at your throat so you start coughing when you are doing your presentation. They may mount a microwave weapon in your home aimed at your legs when you are in bed and after a month you have to see a doctor because your feet really hurt. They attack your credibility or have you out of the way during important events. These are all very damaging low power/low intensity applications. You may loose your job, a promotion, your family, etc.
High power/high intensity is horrible torture
If the target understands what is being done to him they will increase frequency and intensities. The target gets cooked by HPM (high power microwave), for example every five minutes he receives a burst making him burp, giving a burning sensation on the back, feeling cooked inside where beam went through, and in case of high intensity there is also a burning sensation where the beam leaves the body. Or they make the target's body react to what is happening in his surroudings. E.g. everytime a car passes by, the target is zapped so that he will burp or fart at the same time (it takes 1-3 seconds to make make a person burp or fart).  Or they burn his intestinals (tailbone) so he will suffer horrible cramps, burn his back with insane intensity when he is in the swimming pool, shoot HPM at him when he is running. THIS HORRIBLE TORTURE IS CALLED PEOPLE COOKING.
Everybody can be a target
In some cases you are just a one time target, and once they they got what they want they will go away. In other cases, you are on a list and must be eliminated, not because you are a bad person but mostly because you just was at the wrong place at the wrong time. If 1-out-of-20 people in your country are connected somehow to the national secret services network (probably much more) then chances are you have co-workers, friends, acquintances who are part of this network. Of course they will not tell you this.
Part of the population is eliminated to let the sick system survive i.e. recruit new agents (murderers), see also the links below. May be you have something they want, e.g. your house is at a strategic position (corner), may be you criticize the policy of your government, may be you are a loner, may be you are an activist, may be you play piano on sunday mornings, may be you know something of some person.
You may argue that the chance you become a target is very small. That is right. But don't think you cannot become a target if you live a normal life, in fact most persons placed on this list are friendly, non-shooting back persons. You may become a target more easy then get involved in a car accident.
Physical and mental death
If you have been selected to be eliminated, see above, neighbours, co-workers, friends, etc. are recruited and become part of the sick system. The aim is your physical or mental death: suicide, phychiatric patient, criminal, disease caused by irradiation or poisening. Although gang stalking techniques are used for this and are very effective for may be 90% of the cases, the process is significantly speeded by applying electronic weapons. These weapons are used to make a target look like a schizophrenic. If the target does not know about these weapons he may think he has been hit by the fury of God himself. If the target does know, then it is very difficult to convince other people what is done to him.
These weapons have been developed but they did not tell us and did not develop methods to detect these kinds of harassment. Governments/secret services keep electronic weapons out of the media, police is not instructed on what to do with complaints like these.
Covert electronic harassment/torture - examples
It is called covert as the target being burned/cooked has no clue of what is happening. Examples:

• Headaches that come and suddenly disappear
• Sting sensations like a fly or mosquito
• Blurred vision
• Irresistible coughing
• Very serious diareah
• Heart attack/cramps
• Kidney pain
• Excessive burping

• Intestinals cramps
• Pain in the legs
• Pain in ankles
• Heel muscle
• Reduced strength in hands
• Aging the body
• etc.

If you do not know what can be done to you, you will get a wrong diagnose because nothing is wrong with you (in the first place)! You may even get operated.
Covert electronic harassment/torture - How it is applied
Most of this harassment is done the same ways people are gang stalked. If you tell someone about these incidents, they will say: I got the same problem sometimes.

• When you bend over they hit your back
• When you stand on one foot e.g. in the kitchen to get something from a cupboard they hit that foot
• When you turn your head, they hit your neck
• When you sleep they cook your legs so they will feel stiff the next morning
• When you sleep they wake you by cooking your stomach
• When you rub your eyes they blur your vision
• Etc.

Also important  is that they 'help' the target by making things worst. Example: suppose your left leg becomes painful because you hit a piece of wood by accident. Now, they will zap your leg at the location you feel pain over and over again, including nights, to make you suffer (maximum pain).
Non-covert electronic harassment/torture - examples
It is called non-covert as the target being burned/cooked knows exactly what is happening.

• Make your body react (burp/fart) to cars driving by your house
• Burn your anus
• Microwave you with insane intensity (you feel like being cooked alive)
• Shoot you with HPM when on the street
• Burn/cook your body
• Leave visible evidence  of their attacks
• Burn your child e.g. in the stomach, then burn you in the stomach
• Burn/cook your children reacting to what you say/do
• Shoot your child in the eye when you dry the face after a shower (to make it appear you hurt them)
• Etc.

Also important  is that they 'get exited' when the target makes mistakes. Example: suppose you release a software update but something is not correct. Now they will beam you on the head, the back, your child, etc. to drive you out of your mind, insane. Sometimes they wait for a long time just to get a good 'shot'.
The people cookers belong to sickest species on the planet
As already stated above, the only thing people applying electronic torture have in common with normal people is that they look human. They are murderers and as such there no boundaries for them anymore. It cannot be emphasized enough, the persons applying electronic harassment/torture belong to the sickest species on the planet. I know,other horrible torture also exists, like cutting organs from a living persons. You cannot compare horrible torture, but day-by-day torture by people cooking, including children, certainly is very horrible (the end result being physical or mental death).
The people cookers are part of the psychopaths and murderers that make up your national secret services. We, the normal people, created laws and human rights. The ones who violate these must be jailed. Let's jail these gits! thats been polite.

The second phase is the assaults of Directed Energy Weapons.

After a victim becomes isolated from everyone in the world. The victim now having feelings of regret, remorse, of loss, trauma, and are drained and broken emotionally and physically. During this time many have been implanted with microchips. Many begin experiencing extreme pain to their head. Some hear voices. Then pain is delivered to various other parts of their bodies. The pain is delivered by Directed Energy Weapons. No one sees anyone around them causing the pain and no one is touching them. It is an invisible energy force. Along with drugs being administered by the scientist through either a drip system which!has been inserted into an individual, food tampering, or injection all without the victims permission. Some of the weapons were known as non-lethal weapons. They use such weapons as extremely low frequency Elf electromagnetic weapons (which has been used in mind control), acoustics, harmonics (which have been used as a mind control technique), ultrasound, microwave audiograms, microwave pulsed, and radio frequency. Another electromagnetic energy beam can be used to induce “considerable agitation and muscular activity” or “induce muscular weakness and lethargy” this weapon is know as Ultra High Frequency EM. Psychological warfare tactics are being used against unsuspecting citizens to destroy their jobs, their families and their lives. The perpetrators will stop at nothing. Their objective is to utterly destroy a person, very often resulting in a person taking his or her own life, or ending up in a mental hospital. This has been taking place for years and nothing is ever said about it. Nothing is ever written about it. For the sake of those who came before us, and those who come after us, the world needs to know what is happening. For many people, this comes out of nowhere. They don’t know whose toes they stepped on in order to warrant such a brutal attack. For others who are whistleblowers, they know full well how they garnered such attention. For some, they don’t even realize that they are the targets of an orchestrated attack to destroy their lives. Some of it can be so subtle that it is difficult to tell. But for others, the attacks can be blatant and obvious, leaving no doubt that something unspeakable and devastating is happening. What makes this crime so heinous is that the most sophisticated techniques of psychological warfare are employed against a person in order to make them look like they are crazy. Friends and family members don’t believe the things that are happening and often believe the targeted person is crazy. This whole exercise is a criminal & terrorist activity. One aspect deals with the gang stalking part of it, which targets experience to varying degrees. This involves stalking by a multitude of individuals both on foot and while you’re in the car. Known as “street theatre” by those who experience it, it involves vandalism to house, car and personal property. Gang stalking can also be referred to as cause stalking, vengeance stalking and multi-stalking. Some people also experience electronic harassment. This is extremely distressing, painful and invasive, and feels like one’s mind and body is undergoing constant rape, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The technology used to do this is unknown, but hundreds of victims report the same physical sensations and experiences. Many take their lives in an attempt to escape the horror. It is so distressing that only fellow targets can really understand what another target is experiencing. In either case, the attacks are so well orchestrated that only the victim is aware of them. This is intentional, and it appears that these groups have perfected these techniques over many years. Mistakes are rarely made, and clearly the perpetrators are successful at what they do, since new targets are completely bewildered as to what is happening to them, having never heard a peep out of the media about such occurrences (except in relation to mental illness). Their actions are based on many of the same tactics as those employed in ritual abuse, and are designed to weaken the target’s mind and perpetrators are becoming increasingly addicted to this game of predator/prey, always needing more targets to satisfy their unending thirst for a thrill. “Electronic harassment” or e-harassment is a catch-all term used to describe a group of circumstances which a large number of people are currently experiencing in common. In general, this term refers to the use of electronic technology to view, track and/or harass a person from a distance. Whether this is done by satellite, land based systems or locally (i.e. by neighbors) is largely personal opinion. There is no definitive proof that would allow any of the present victims to launch a court case, but the numbers of victims and the commonality of experience speaks for itself. The technology involves the use of electromagnetic waves of various frequencies to achieve different results. Some frequencies will make a person tired, while others may cause confusion or memory loss. With the rapid increase in cell phone usage, many experiments have been conducted on the detrimental effects of those particular frequencies on animals. The results indicate that the invisible e.m. signals from cell towers can cause a wide range of physical ailments. If that is the case with the relatively narrow range of cell phone frequencies, it is even more likely the case with the frequencies which may be used to cause direct, intentional harm to a person. Electronic harassment is sometimes referred to as “psychotronics”, but would more accurately be described as “criminal psychotronics”.

                          What we have going on in the world today with people unfortunately having strange voices that cant be explained and sensations occurring in their bodies, people being perturbed and mesmorized by what is happening to them. I will tell you this, its because of radiosond technology, or to say it another way, sinus cavity radios. They are a very simple little device that enables the perps to do the things they do. Something that enables the things to be done to people that are described here on peacepink. While you hear that what most people describe, being assaulted by elf waves and things like that, its true, these things are real and they exist. However you need to understand that simply being beamed by a radio frequency signal can do things to you that are negative to your well being, however simply beaming a person by a radio frequency signal, like say the way a cell phone tower can easily do, is real and can be easily done to a person. however, what can be done to a person who is beamed by elf or other radio frequencies is only able to do a limited number of things to person, things that are real and can do things to a person, but what is able to be done that way is somewhat limited. When you hear of people saying that they are able to hear what seems like someone speaking to them, or pains or sensations in their body, something besides the beamed signal is required to do that. It requires that a person be carrying a radiosond in their sinus cavity for them to be able to hear and experience the things that are described by some of the people you will find on peacepink. No bullshit. If you wonder how people here and there in differant places could be carrying such a device within themselves, how could that be ? I will tell you, its because the methods of putting them in people have been perfected over many years, ways of doing that to people who are not aware that the tiny device was givin to them, so you see, that beaming people with radio waves is very real, look at the cell towers around you, it still requires another technology, tiny radiosonds, to do the things you hear people talk about here on peacepink.

MI6 pays out over secret LSD mind control tests · 'Truth drug' trials men win out of court settlement · Porton Down accused of duping volunteers in 50s

•The Guardian, Friday 24 February 2006 The Secret Intelligence Service, MI6, has paid thousands of pounds in compensation to servicemen who were fed LSD without their consent in clandestine mind-control experiments in the 1950s. MI6 has agreed an out-of-court settlement with the men, who said they were duped into taking part in the experiments and had waited years to learn the truth. The men experienced vivid hallucinogenic trips when given the drugs. One recalled seeing distorted "Salvador Dali-style faces and cracks in people's faces". MI6 is also paying the cost of the men's lawsuit, which alleged assault. Don Webb, a former airman, said yesterday: "I feel vindicated; this has been a classic cover-up for years. They took a liberty." The LSD experiments were conducted in 1953 and 1954 by scientists working for MI6 who were trying to discover a "truth drug" to compel prisoners to confess. MI6, then led by Sir John Sinclair, was worried that the Russians had a secret drug to brainwash cold war enemies. The service had seen captured American servicemen confessing to "crimes" during the Korean war and calling for a US surrender. A Hungarian dissident had admitted to crimes he did not commit. MI6's counterparts at the CIA also did LSD experiments on men without their knowledge to try to control their minds. Both agencies finally concluded that LSD could not be used to manipulate people. One scientist involved in the trials wrote that the experiments were "stopped ... when it was reported that in a few people it might produce suicidal tendencies". The trials were described as "tentative and inadequately controlled" in one official document. The amount of compensation paid to three servicemen in the lawsuit is not being disclosed by MI6 or the men; Alan Care, the men's lawyer, called it modest. One man did not wish to be named. But Mr Webb and a former Royal Navy radio operator, Eric Gow, were 19 when they volunteered to take part in what they believed was research to find a cure for colds. They were sent to the chemical warfare research establishment at Porton Down, Wiltshire. Both said they were not told beforehand that they were going to be tested with LSD. At the time, the effects of LSD, only discovered in 1943, were unknown to the general public. Mr Webb said scientists gave him LSD at least twice in a week. He remembers a nightmarish experience when he hallucinated for a long time. He saw "walls melting, cracks appearing in people's faces ... eyes would run down cheeks, Salvador Dali-type faces ... a flower would turn into a slug". He said he had first made inquiries about the experiments in the 1960s but was "blanked by the government, which quoted the Official Secrets Act". He said he experienced flashbacks for 10 years after the experiments. Mr Gow said the scientists acted in an "irresponsible and sloppy" way and had not properly monitored him. "They treated us just like guinea pigs. They did not know what was going to happen." One morning, Mr Gow began to trip on LSD, seeing a radiator moving "like a squeezebox". He was still hallucinating when later he went dancing with his wellingtons on. Yesterday, he said: "I am glad they have finally admitted it." A Foreign Office spokeswoman, speaking for MI6, said last night: "Settlement offers were made to the government on behalf of the three claimants which, on legal advice ... the government thought it appropriate to accept."

The Secret Use Of Microwaves By British Police And Army By Tim Rifat 7-18-1     Introduction by Ivan Fraser

The author of these articles, Tim Rifat, is Europe's foremost independent author and scientist specialising in psychotronics, the use of biophysical and electronic technology to influence and kill the human organism; his forthcoming book: Remote Viewing, gives hints of the breakthroughs he has made in the physics of psy-warfare. The history of mind control at a distance, remote mind control technology (RMCT) begins in America with the research of Dr Ross Adey and his colleagues in the late '60's, working on the CIA-funded Pandora Project. Adey found that ELF (extremely low frequency) signals on the region of 1-20 Hz (with 0.1 increments having different effects), had bioactive and psychoactive effects. The research was important to the CIA for they wished to find frequencies which could mind control humans from a distance (RMCT). Pandora researchers discovered that the 6-16 Hz region had drastic effects on brain and on nervous and endocrinal systems. This could enable major dysfunction in the target victim if research on cats and monkeys could be duplicated - the research on human victims still remains classified. A major problem was that ELF transmissions need vast antennae arrays; Adey's research showed that pseudo-ELF, caused by pulse or amplitude modulated microwave, UHF or RF carrier waves at ELF frequencies not only duplicated the psycho- and bioactive effects of ELF, but due to the highly penetrative effects of S-band microwaves (low frequency microwaves) or UHF and RF these combined to have a synergistic effect (especially microwaves) in disrupting biochemical function to amplify the effects of pseudo-ELF. In layman's terms, microwave and pseudo-ELF were more effective at mind control than pure ELF. RMCT, the means of mind controlling and slowly killing victims using pseudo-ELF - that is amplitude or pulse modulation of microwaves, UHF or RF - at ELF frequencies was born. This was developed into a whole array of weapons systems based on the dramatic effects of pseudo-ELFs on mind controlling, elctro-chemically zombifying or inducing cancer in victims. ELF or pseudo-ELF was also found to be able to cut or damage DNA, which partially explains the carcinogenic effects of pulse or amplitude modulated microwave, UHF or RF. In Britain, microwave is defined as between 300 MHz to 300 GHz, or in USA terms above 1 GHz. Ross Adey's research was done on 450 MHz carriers used to broadcast pseudo-ELFs via pulse or amplitude modulation, his colleagues carried out the same research at 147 MHz (these frequencies have been defined as UHF and VHF respectively in US terms). This research allows the weaponisation of any microwave, UHF or RF transmitter, if pseudo-ELF could be induced upon it by pulse or amplitude modulation at ELF frequency. The new science of RMCT spawned a new range of EM weapons to mind control and murder by use of pseudo-ELF. For a specific example, the new TETRA system which will be used by the police and emergency services in the UK for communication, uses between 380 and 400 MHz, which is switched on and off at such a pulse rate that a pseudo-ELF of 17.6 Hz (17.6 times per second) is produced. this means the brain and nervous system are hit by pulses of UHF (USA terms) microwave (UK terms) every 1/17.6th of a second. This is rather like electrochemical hammer blows to the head at a rate of 17.6 every second. Some of us find hammer drills irritating to listen to, imagine 17.6 hammer-like blows being delivered to the nervous and endocrinal system, at a cellular level - might this not have a disruptive effect on the organism? Since the cells communicate to each other in the ELF range, these hammer-like blows of pseudo-ELF disrupts and derange cellular activities, leading to dysfunction, behavioural changes and onset of carcinogenic proteins which can lead to the organism developing tumours. Mass UK Mind Control Technology Now A Reality The UK Government is now spending £2.5 million to fully implement a nation-wide deployment of CIA mind-control technology. The TETRA system pulses at 17.6 Hz broadcast at 400 MHz which is essentially the Pandora Project funded by the CIA in the late '60s and early '70s. Dr Ross Adey, the chief researcher on the Pandora Project has released a video to leading UK researchers which proves that not only does the TETRA system cause ELF zombification by massive release of calcium ions in the cerebral cortex and the nervous system, but the activated calcium ions also cause massive hormonal disturbances which lead to frenzied imbalances, emotional and physical states. This system will be used by all UK police and emergency services by the end of the year, as the Home Office has sold off all police frequencies, so they are forced to use the new system. Use of the TETRA system by the police will lead to psychotronicaly controlled officers who may be totally controlled in any situation and are very useful for states of economic or social chaos where extreme and violent behaviour is needed without any conscious or moral compunction - so-called police robots. 30,000 transmitters will be placed around the country to maximise the effects on the local UK population - mass mind control. Anyone who has complained of these transmitters has received a letter from the Government informing them that if the transmitters are not positioned where the Government wishes, there can be no guarantee then of police protection, which will lead to higher insurance premiums for the householder. A leading UK newspaper tried to run this story, but had the item quashed by high-level Government intervention. Murder And Mind Control - The Secret Uses Of Microwaves By the British Army   By Tim Rifat 7-18-1 Greek Cypriots have been rioting outside the British military base in Southern Cyprus, protesting against the destruction of 190 foot microwave towers, which are to be used by the British Army and NATO to broadcast high-power microwaves. A Greek MP was arrested by the police and the 1000+ Greek Cypriots stormed the jail and broke him out. It appears that these microwave antennae are to be used by the British and NATO for 2 purposes: 1. A massive build up of NATO forces in Cyprus in order to support Ariel Sharon's forthcoming genocidal war against the Palestinians and to occupy the Lebanon as a so-called peace-keeping force after Israel has sterilised the area. This situation comes about because ultra-rich Jewish families own the West via the Federal Reserve and the Bank of England, and most of the multi-national companies that trade in the so-called free world. 2. The Turkish government has refused NATO carte blanche passage through its country and the Turkish military have refused NATO's request that the Turkish armed forces come totally under their control if the need may arise. This dictates that there is no passage for NATO to support Israel unless they use Cyprus. Cyprus is a perfect situ for the NATO strategy of causing war between 2 belligerent parties and then taking over that country as a so-called peace keeping force; examples of this being Bosnia, Kosovo, Macedonia - where NATO arms, organises and co-ordinates both sides of the conflict - and the failed Chechen rebellion which was armed and co-ordinated by America and Britain. To stir up a war in Cyprus, the British are building these transmitters with an aim to mind controlling the Greek Cypriots into a state of mindless violence; the frequency for this being 11.3 Hz, amplitude or pulse modulated from the microwave transmitters. This frequency will cause the Cypriots in the South to feel uncontrollable anger and British and NATO hope will cause a far-ranging conflict in Cyprus so NATO can bomb the Turks into submission and take over the island as an English stepping-stone to aid Israel. As well as this capability, 16MHz beam can bounce off the troposphere - which is much lower than the ionosphere - causing atmospheric pressure inversions, which can literally knock aircraft out of the sky. Considering Southern Cyprus allows this British super-HAARP to attack Turkey, Russia, the Lebanon, Syria, Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan and other surrounding areas, its deployment by the British Army puts them on par with the Americans as a military superpower. I have written who the main perps are in a number of written journals and my email accounts.  I also have evidence of phishing codes and where they are from and description of how they actually do the PC hijacking stuff. I also found a gadget with a magnet placed on the electric fan and I have secured it. All of these are kept secure in my things and if they disappear, it's the people closest to me who did it. (I have caught them several times going thru my things. I just lost my cellphones in my room. This has always been the case, either here or in my cousins' or with the people I am with who they have contact with - my mobile phones either disappear or they are destroyed. I would   sleep with them functioning and when I wake up , parts will be missing. Twice I noticed when I woke up that the door lock was open when I was sure I locked it.  There was one time I opened the window because my kid was crying , the room was too hot and I unintentionally slept, too spent. When I woke up the phone was already acting weird, I had to enter my password a number of times before it worked. The next morning they were laughing about my "sibling" sleeping like a log she did not notice somebody enter and close the door and "fix" the things around again.

This has happened several times in my uncle's house,too. They would openly laugh about being able to get my pillow from us without me waking up (they talk about this not with me but with themselves or with the people outside, the neighbors. The place is but small so it's within hearing distance).

They would also comment real-time at times when I am writing in my journal - which supposedly they won't be able to see because I am in a room away from them - like: You said she will forget? The other would answer: don't worry, she will.

There was  one time I noticed a medicine in my things and the reaction of the one who saw me notice it clued me in on the fact that it was important. When i checked it, it was something for the nerves. When I asked her, "what's this doing in my things? She said "I don't know. Maybe you placed it.

For the record, It is not mine, I do not drink meds. I rarely do so even when I have flu, colds, etc. I always opt for natural options: fruits, water, rest, etc." I have written about this when it happened. These people are health professionals.

The people around me know what's going on and they are OK with the abuse being done.

Almost all of the people in this neighborhood work for the organizational network owned/affiliated with the company where I found the phishing code.

Their connection to me can be traced even prior to the time i was born. They are friends with the ones who took care of me when i was a baby, them having come from the same seminary, them being ex-priests.

They are affiliated with a VERY POWERFUL global business and political figure, having been neighbors in the same commercial strip even before I was  born.

I checked the list of people in the department where I underwent hypnosis for a school exercise  when I recalled one important detail: the priest's secretary looked so much like the person who invited me to the church where we were "spiritually activated". Upon checking, I found forwarded emails that established the latter mentioned person's connections with two recurrent family names - both classmates during the semester I was hypnotized. I also noticed a forwarded email linking them to a raytheon employee.

One critical detail I also noticed is that there was also another person in the department whose family name stood out: THE SAME FAMILY NAME as the family mentioned above, the ones who own a network of companies 

where I found the Phishing code. (This FAMILY Name is not common.)

Apparently for such a small department, they have a number of people closely connected to networks/organizations using this technology on people.

The attacks are getting worse. They have shut the electricity down several times in our town after I started writing about what I know. They are protecting the people who they consider as the town's pride, having established themselves in the international and national business arena. The Government has published a Bill which would mean that in future, UK complicity in torture and rendition will be covered up, rather than brought to light.  Reprieve is working to oppose these plans and ensure they do not become law.

The Justice and Security Bill The Government’s Bill contains a number of measures which would make it extremely difficult to hold the Government or its intelligence agencies to account over complicity in acts such as rendition and torture. The key proposals are: Expanding ‘Closed Material Procedures’ across civil courts – this risks creating a parallel system of secret justice, operating in the shadows and undermining Britain’s centuries-old tradition of open justice. It will replace the current system, under which the Government’s national security concerns are balanced against the rights and liberties of the individual, with one in which proceedings are strongly skewed in favour of the state. Those who have been victims of wrongdoing by the Government will be denied access to closed proceedings, and represented only by a security-cleared lawyer, with whom they will be allowed little or no contact. In this sense, it flies in the face of the central principle in British law: that you should be able to know what the accusations are which are being made against you, and to challenge the evidence produced to support them. Limiting ‘Norwich Pharmacal’ applications – this obscure legal term refers to the mechanism by which we first found out about the torture of British resident Binyam Mohamed. The Bill basically aims to get rid of it. Had this been in place at the time, we would never have known about UK involvement in torture. This move will do nothing to stop our country becoming involved in human rights abuses again – but it will do a lot to stop them ever coming to light. The bottom line is not only that the Bill is the wrong answer – but that the Government has asked the wrong question. After a decade which has seen our intelligence agencies become involved in unprecedented wrongdoing, we should be asking how we stop this from ever happening again – not how to remove the safeguards which allow us to hold the state and its agencies to account.

Views on the Justice and Security Bill One of the Government’s central claims has been that they are seeking to “maximise the amount of relevant material available for consideration in civil proceedings”. However, this defence of Closed Material Procedures (CMPs) has in the past been described as “deceptively attractive” by Supreme Court Judge Lord Kerr. “The central fallacy of the argument,” he continues, lies in the unspoken assumption that, because the judge sees everything, he is bound to be in a better position to reach a fair result. That assumption is misplaced. To be truly valuable, evidence must be capable of withstanding challenge. I go further. Evidence which has been insulated from challenge may positively mislead. It is precisely because of this that the right to know the case that one’s opponent makes and to have the opportunity to challenge it occupies such a central place in the concept of a fair trial. However astute and assiduous the judge, the proposed procedure hands over to one party considerable control over the production of relevant material and the manner in which it is to be presented. The peril that such a procedure presents to the fair trial of contentious litigation is both obvious and undeniable. The very lawyers who work within the CMP system – known as ‘Special Advocates’ – have also been strongly critical of the Government’s proposals, and the claims made to support them. In their consultation response, they state: Contrary to the premise underlying the Green Paper, the contexts in which CMPs are already used have not proved that they are “capable of delivering procedural fairness”. The use of SAs may attenuate the procedural unfairness entailed by CMPs to a limited extent, but even with the involvement of SAs, CMPs remain fundamentally unfair. On 4 April 2012, the Joint Committee on Human Rights published a report on the Green Paper. In the report, the Committee concluded that the Government has failed to make the case for extending CMP's to all civil proceedings and inquests, and described its proposals as "inherently unfair". The Equality and Human Rights Commission, responding to the Green Paper, has warned that "closed material procedures can never be completely fair [and] are likely to violate ... the right to a fair trial," going on to state that The Commission further believes that the current system of Public Interest Immunity works well as a means of protecting sensitive information that also respects the common law principles of open justice and natural justice. The Bill has run into widespread opposition from the media, with The Guardian, the Daily Mail, The Times, The Independent and the Financial Times all coming out in opposition to the plans, and calling on the Government to think again. Even the Ministry of Justice’s own impact assessment of its plans for secret courts has warned that they will damage the justice system. They have admitted in their impact assessment of the planned reforms that they could cost an extra £11 million every year and lead to a “higher risk of potential security breaches.”

The document states that: •The introduction of CMPs could have a net cost of as much as £11m each year, since “the savings from [the current system of Public Interest Immunity] are not judged to be significant enough to outweigh the costs of the CMPs over the next decade” (pp19, 27) •Introduction of CMPs may lead to a “Higher risk of potential security breaches due to a larger number of individuals accessing sensitive information [and] any potential breaches may impose substantial costs to UK security.” (p12) •The proposals may “[lead] to resentment or a reduction in confidence in court processes” (p2) “and unwillingness to participate in jury service” (p11). Ken Macdonald, former Director of Public Prosecutions, argues that the fears that UK Ministers have that foreign intelligence agencies, such as the CIA, would stop sharing intelligence with Britain are ‘spurious’. He attests that their relationship with the Americans is not one sided and in his experience these sort of threats ‘tend to ring hollow’.

The Justice and Security Bill was published 29 May 2012. Commenting on it, Lord Macdonald said that, despite improvements made, there are still major problems with it, as "people whose cases are decided against them on the basis of evidence they've never been allowed to see, are still going to feel bitterly aggrieved by a procedure of this sort, and feel they haven't got justice." This is in fact the sentiment expressed in a letter sent to Justice Secretary Ken Clarke by Khadidja al-Saadi straight after the Bill was published. Khadidja is the daughter of Sami al-Saadi. At the age of 12, she was - along with her parents and three younger siblings - rendered to Gaddafi's Libya by British Security Services. Khadidja's family is taking the British Security Services to court for conspiracy to torture, after failing to secure an apology or explanation for their ordeal. Through the Justice and Security Bill, the UK government is now saying this case should be heard in secret - the press will be barred and the public will never know the truth. On 15 June a report from the Lords Select Committee on the Constitution raised concerns that the proposed Closed Material Proceedures are "one-sided" in favour of the Government. On 26 June, in his evidence to the Joint Committee on Human Rights, the Independent Reviewer of Terrorism Legislation, David Anderson QC warned that the Bill would mean that “the judge’s hands are effectively tied” and “the Secretary of State continues to pull the strings.”  Special Advocate Martin Chamberlain also told the Committee that judges will not have the “final decision” over when closed procedures are used, contrary to then Justice Secretary Ken Clarke’s claims. Further details emerged as the Bill was debated in the House of Lords.  On 13 July, it was revealed that the Government could also use 'Closed Material Procedures’ in habeas cases (where unlawful imprisonment by the state is challenged), laying open the possibility that the reason for someone’s detention could be kept secret.  Then, on 23 July, Ministers confirmed that the fact the Government has applied for a Closed Material Procedure (CMP) could itself remain a secret.

 An example was the Brighton police van parked outside the Brighton Pavilion which was used to beam UHF and microwaves at vagrants to clear them from the area. All Brighton's city centres are bombarded with microwaves when vagrants congregate to make them so ill they have to flee. The Evening Argus newspaper asked the police if the white van which was parked in the Brighton Pavilion grounds for months was their van; they replied it was one of their 'surveillance' vehicles. On Wednesday, 4th of February the author was passing Brighton Police station with a frequency counter which detects microwave weapons and I detected a 452 MHz microwave beam being directed at two young offenders sitting on a wall opposite the station. I confronted the police with the reading. Robert Galloway, spokesperson for the police stated "they were not interested in microwaves even if they were a danger to health." The author has uncovered widespread use of microwave weapons in Brighton by the police and MI5 as a test programme to clear vagrants from the city centre. On the Channel 4 programme, For the Love of… New World Order, shown on Monday night at 12pm on April 6th, the author revealed some of these facts on television. The presenter and researchers of this programme complained of severe headaches in the days preceding filming, symptomatic of microwave attack. As the foremost non-military expert microwave weapons, remote viewing (psychic spying) and Psi-warfare, the author became aware of the microwave problem when he was targeted to stop his forthcoming book on remote viewing being released. This book on psychic spying, published by Century Books, is the first book by a scientist on the subject of Psi-warfare and the techniques the superpowers developed. Subsequent to the filming of the Channel 4 programme, he was arrested by Brighton Police on February I5th outside their building and his frequency counter was confiscated to stop him recording the use of microwave weapons around the police station and in public places around the town - even though no law was broken. It appears Brighton Police are worried that their use of microwave weapons on Brighton's vagrants is coming to light. The UK government has also bought up all the readily available frequency counters, these being the Watson FC-128 frequency counters and the Optotronic devices, and the manufacturers now market a 'modified' model, which may have a digital filter so that the microwave weapon frequencies given above cannot be shown. The author's frequency counter has still not been returned. With such high level manipulation of events it seems that microwave mind control is part of a secret policy which is being practiced on the general public in this county. As part of a covert government policy of harassing and disabling critics, this means of attack is not covered by the law and highly deniable - the perfect intelligence device for civilian control. The author's flat is targeted with a 900 MHz beam which seems to be designed to cause massive neurological damage and produce tumours. The BT phone network has the potential to be used for docilisation of the UK public. A 30-40 MHz signal is carried by the phone. When the earpiece is placed against the head, bone conduction carries the ELF component into the brain of the phone user. A ELF signal which can effect behaviour or health is therefore passed into all BT phone users. From experts I have consulted on the subject it appears that the digital phones have been designed to carry this mind control carrier frequency. Vodaphone has supplied a mobile phone to a friend of mine that pumps out an 847 MHz signal at over 100 mW/cm2 - this is equivalent to four 100 watt light bulbs being turned on in the body of the user. This means that mobile phones can potentially be used to kill or so disable a person they no longer become a problem to the establishment. Another Vodaphone tested pumped out 50 mW/cm2. UK safe levels for microwave ovens are 5 mW/cm2 - which are not held near the head. There are reports by military researchers that 1 mW/cm2 will cause swelling of nerve cells exposed to microwave. It is obvious that a total policing of the population by means of UHF, VHF, and microwave EM radiation, amongst others, is being used to keep the UK population in a docile and submissive mental state. Mental confusion can also be added to the signal for working class inner city areas to keep them docile and confused. A land of stultified zombies who are mind controlled to make them docile and unable to think clearly. Subversives are habitually targeted with microwaves to drive them mad or make them fatally ill.

On July 4th 1976, seven giant transmitters in the Ukraine, powered by the Chernobyl nuclear facility, pumped a 100 megawatt radio frequency at the West, which contained a 10 Hz ELF mind control frequency. According to a US scientist, Dr. Andrija Puharich, MD, the soviet pulses covered the human brain frequencies. With a Dr. Bob Beck, Andrija proved that the Soviet transmissions were a weapon. He found that a 6.66 Hz frequency would cause depression and an 11 Hz signal would cause manic and riotous behaviour. Transmissions could indeed entrain the human brain, and thereby induce behavioural modification; populations can be mind controlled en masse by ELF transmissions. More importantly he found that an ELF signal could cause cancer at the flick of a switch. It did this by modifying the function of the RNA transferases so that amino acid sequences are scrambled and produce unnatural proteins.
