Linda MacDonald was a victim of Dr. Ewen Cameron's unethical, destructive mind control experiments in 1963. Dr. Cameron used a "treatment" which involved intensive application of three brainwashing techniques; drug disinhibition, prolonged sleep, and prolonged psychological isolation. These were combined with ECT [Electro Convulsive Therapy] treatments.

    The amount of electricity introduced into Linda's brain exceeded by 76.5 times the maximum amount recommended in the ECT Guidelines of the American Psychiatric Association. Dr. Cameron's "depatterning" technique resulted in permanent and complete amnesia. Dr. Cameron proved that doctors skilled in the right procedures can erase a subject's memory. To this day, Linda MacDonald is unable to remember anything from her birth to 1963. As recorded by nurses in her chart, Linda was completely disoriented. She didn't know her name, age or where she was. She didn't recognize her children. She couldn't read, drive, cook, or use a toilet. Not only did she not know her husband, she didn't even know what a husband was.

    Life changed for Linda when the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation program, The Fifth Estate, aired a segment on Dr. Cameron on January 17, 1984. A Vancouver newspaper ran a full-page story on Robert Loggie, a Vancouver man who had been experimented on by Dr. Cameron. Loggie was a plaintiff in the class action suit against the CIA for Dr. Cameron's MKULTRA experiments, which was settled out of court for $750,000, divided among the eight plaintiffs in 1988.

    Eventually Linda got $100,000 plus legal fees from the Canadian government.Not much for the torture and pain Linda suffered,not only Linda but her family awell,really sad considering people who neglect there kids at most have there kids taken away,although Linda didnt recover,there is no plus side to this tragedy,so although many of us are been tortured in so many different ways,as sick as it is,theres always someone worse off than you!

    —President Clinton's apology for the Tuskegee Syphilis Experiment to the eight remaining survivors, May 16, 1997 For forty years between 1932 and 1972, the U.S. Public Health Service (PHS) conducted an experiment on 399 black men in the late stages of syphilis. These men, for the most part illiterate sharecroppers from one of the poorest counties in Alabama, were  never told what disease they were suffering from or of its             seriousness. Informed that they were being treated for “bad blood,”1 their doctors had no intention of curing them of syphilis at all.

            The data for the experiment was to be collected from autopsies of the men, and they were thus deliberately left to degenerate under the ravages of tertiary syphilis—which can include tumors, heart disease, paralysis, blindness, insanity, and death. “As I see it,”  one of the doctors involved explained, “we have no further interest in these patients until they die.” Using Human Beings as Laboratory Animals The true nature of the experiment had to be kept from the subjects to ensure their cooperation. The sharecroppers' grossly disadvantaged lot in life made them easy to manipulate. Pleased at the prospect of free medical care—almost none of them had ever seen a doctor before—these unsophisticated and trusting men became the          pawns in what James Jones, author of the excellent history on the subject, Bad Blood, identified as “the longest therapeutic experiment on human beings in medical history.”

            The study was meant to discover how syphilis affected blacks as opposed to whites—the theory being that whites experienced more neurological complications from syphilis whereas blacks were more susceptible to cardiovascular damage. How this knowledge would have changed clinical treatment of syphilis is uncertain. Although the PHS touted the study as one of great scientific merit, from the outset its actual benefits were hazy. It took almost forty years before someone involved in the study took a hard and honest look at the end results, reporting that “nothing learned will prevent, find,or cure a single case of infectious syphilis or bring us closer to our basic mission of controlling venereal disease in the United States.” When the experiment was brought to the attention of the media in 1972, news anchor Harry Reasoner described it as an experiment that “used human beings as laboratory animals in a long and inefficient study of how long it takes syphilis to kill someone.” A Heavy Price in the Name of Bad Science By the end of the experiment, 28 of the men had died directly of syphilis, 100 were dead of related complications, 40 of their wives had been infected, and 19 of their children had been born with congenital syphilis. How had these men been induced to endure a fatal disease in the name of science? To persuade the community to support the experiment, one of the original doctors admitted it “was necessary to carry on this study under the guise of a demonstration and provide treatment.” At first, the men were prescribed the syphilis remedies of the day—bismuth, neoarsphenamine, and mercury—but in such small amounts that only 3 percent showed any improvement. These token doses of medicine were good public relations and did not interfere with the true aims of the study.Eventually, all syphilis treatment was replaced with “pink medicine”—aspirin. To ensure that the men would show up for a painful and potentially dangerous spinal tap, the PHS doctors misled them with a letter full of promotional hype: “Last Chance for Special Free Treatment.” The fact that autopsies would eventually be required was also concealed. As a doctor explained, “If the colored population becomes aware that accepting free hospital care means a post-mortem, every darky will leave Macon County…” Even the Surgeon General of the United States participated in enticing the men to remain in the experiment, sending them certificates of appreciation after 25 years in the study.Following Doctors' Orders It takes little imagination to ascribe racist attitudes to the white government officials who ran the experiment, but what can one make of the numerous African Americans who collaborated with them? The experiment's name comes from the Tuskegee Institute, the black university founded by Booker T. Washington. Its affiliated hospital lent the PHS its medical facilities for the study, and other  predominantly black institutions as well as local black doctors also participated. A black nurse, Eunice Rivers, was a central figure in  the experiment for most of its forty years. The promise of recognition by a prestigious government agency may have obscured the troubling aspects of the study for some. A Tuskegee doctor, for example, praised “the educational advantages offered our interns and nurses as well as the added standing it will give the hospital.” Nurse Rivers explained her role as one of passive obedience: “we were taught that we never diagnosed, we never prescribed; we followed the doctor's instructions!” It is clear that the men in the experiment trusted her and that she sincerely cared about their well-being, but her unquestioning submission to authority eclipsed her moral judgment. Even after the experiment was exposed to public scrutiny, she genuinely felt nothing ethical had been amiss.One of the most chilling aspects of the experiment was how zealously the PHS kept these men from receiving treatment. When several nationwide campaigns to eradicate venereal disease came to Macon County, the men were prevented from participating. Even when penicillin was discovered in the 1940s—the first real cure for syphilis—the Tuskegee men were deliberately denied the medication.

      During World War II, 250 of the men registered for the draft and were consequently ordered to get treatment for syphilis, only to have the PHS exempt them. Pleased at their success, the PHS representative announced: “So far, we are keeping the known positive patients from getting treatment.” The experiment continued in spite of the Henderson Act (1943), a public health law requiring testing and treatment for venereal disease, and in spite of the World Health  Organization's Declaration of Helsinki (1964), which specified that “informed consent” was needed for experiment involving human beings.Blowing the WhistleThe story finally broke in the Washington Star on July 25, 1972, in an article by Jean Heller of the Associated Press. Her source was Peter Buxtun, a former PHS venereal disease interviewer and one of the few whistle blowers over the years. The PHS, however, remained unrepentant, claiming the men had been “volunteers” and “were always happy to see the doctors,” and an Alabama state health officer who had been involved claimed “somebody is trying to make a mountain out of a molehill.”Under the glare of publicity, the government ended their experiment and for the first time provided the men with effective medical treatment for syphilis. Fred Gray, a lawyer who had previously defended Rosa Parks and Martin Luther King, filed a class action suit that provided a $10 million out-of-court settlement for the men and their families. Gray, however, named only whites and white organizations in the suit, portraying Tuskegee as a black and white case when it was in fact more complex than that—black doctors and institutions had been involved from beginning to end.The PHS did not accept the media's comparison of Tuskegee with the appalling experiments performed by Nazi doctors on their Jewish victims during World War II. Yet in addition to the medical and racist parallels, the PHS offered the same morally bankrupt defense offered at the Nuremberg trials: they claimed they were just carrying out orders, mere cogs in the wheel of the PHS bureaucracy,exempt from personal responsibility.The study's other justification—for the greater good of science—is equally spurious. Scientific protocol had been shoddy from the start. Since the men had in fact received some medication for syphilis in the beginning of the study, however inadequate, it thereby corrupted the outcome of a study of “untreated syphilis.” In 1990, a survey found that 10 percent of African Americans believed that the U.S. government created AIDS as a plot to  exterminate blacks, and another 20 percent could not rule out the possibility that this might be true. As preposterous and paranoid as this may sound, at one time the Tuskegee experiment must have seemed equally farfetched. Who could imagine the government, all the way up  to the Surgeon General of the United States, deliberately allowing a  group of its citizens to die from a terrible disease for the sake of an ill-conceived experiment? In light of this and many other     shameful episodes in our history, African Americans' widespread   mistrust of the government and white society in general should not be a surprise to anyone.

Georgia state Senators held a meeting last month to discuss Agenda 21, a supposed UN conspiracy to deny private property rights, which Obama will help accomplish through a mind-control technique known as Delphi.   The meeting was to discuss Agenda 21, a nonbinding UN agreement aimed at promoting sustainable development. It is also the target of conservatives who believe that it is part of a conspiracy to forcibly move suburbanites to cities.   Jim Galloway of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports on the meeting, which was called by the Republican Senate Majority Leader Chip Rogers, took place at the Capitol and was led by a former member of the Georgia Tea Party (who was forced out because of various conspiracy theories, including birtherism), Field Searcy. A 90-minute screening of the documentary Agenda: Grinding America Down was also shown, as was a video from conservative pundit Dick Morris, who warns of Obama’s “War on Suburbs” and plan to relocate everyone to urban areas.   In the video, Searcy calls Agenda 21 a “conspiracy to transform America from the land of the free, to the land of the collective,” and says that “our own governments are doing this. Our own local city councils and county commissions – they’re doing this.”   Searcy also says that Obama, local chambers of commerce and liberal groups will try to accomplish this through a form of mind-control:  

They do that by a process known as the Delphi technique. The Delphi technique was developed by the Rand Corporation during the Cold War as a mind-control technique. It’s also known as “consensive process.” But basically the goal of the Delphi technique is to lead a targeted group of people to a pre-determined outcome while keeping the illusion of being open to public input.   The video was obtained by Bryan Long of the progressive group Better Georgia:  

Tim Murphy of Mother Jones reports that fears of Agenda 21 have led to legislation in the states:  

 In May, the Kansas Legislature approved a resolution blocking Agenda 21 from being implemented in its state, following in the footsteps of Tennessee. Rogers, the Georgia Senate majority leader, introduced legislation in January that would have blocked the nonbinding UN resolution from being applied to his state. Among other things, the resolution noted that, “according to the United Nations Agenda 21 policy, social justice is described as the right and opportunity of all people to benefit equally from the resources afforded by society and the environment which would be accomplished by socialists and communist redistribution of wealth.”

Reading about the Rome Statute and the compensation that a victim of human experimentation will get , in this site, made me realize that with such a large sum, it may be tempting for some people.

I have read about the compensation for victims before but it really did not register till I read about the Rome Statute. Here are my entries on it:

I never had any idea what was being done to me before.

I realized though that almost all people have allowed this abuse to happen because they could win pot money, house, building fund, etc. 

I should address the money issue then.

MY LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

1. If in case there are reparations or damages that will be processed in case they succeed in pushing me to my death, nothing will go to anyone EXCEPT TO my kid. If I still have another kid, then it will be divided equally between them.

2. Everything that will be paid to my kid/s as reparation or damages or inheritance or  transfer of inheritance or payment from the online earnings I should have received before (but was stolen or I was blocked from receiving), can not be transferred or donated  or given to anyone AND should only be spent for and by my kid. 

3. It cannot be INVESTED on anything except on businesses owned by my kid/s.

4. If my kid chooses to invest in her own business, she is free to do what she wants TO THE PROFIT she earns off the funds transferred to her as inheritance, etc (refer to #2). She can reinvest it, give or donate  a portion of it, spend it on herself, do with it as she pleases.

Reading the history of Watergate Scandal and Cointel Pro plus "The Bay of Pigs" document Richard Nixon didn't wanna talk about, it is apparent that this linked to the human Guinea Pigs they experimented on In Cuba and other Third World Countries, specifically the Philippines. 

In a Harvard study it was mentioned that the Philippines will be the benchmark by which they will model further studies, meaning, they were able to implement their experiments here and they were satisfied with the results.

May it be because amongst the nations where citizens are being experimented on, I have not seen any record yet that the Philippines has fought for and defended its own citizenry?

How sad that by being quiet about this scientific genocide,  our own government agrees that like Cuba, we are but a bay of pigs.

I do not know what they are doing and it just so happens that when they take photos, I am in the area where they are doing so.

They have specifically entered our abode for this purpose and the moles release the info to the group who makes them think they are being "patriotic" by destroying me and the people in my circle who are not yet with them.

From 2005 to this date, they were able to do that.

The roads lead to the sister of my former classmate, the one who bullied me my first day in school. The sister is part of a Physics group whose traffic peaked in the very same period that's crucial to the harassment being done on me..

Please help me save my baby!

I have no way of communicating to the outside world anymore. I can no longer find the mobile phones I hid in my room so I could use it in emergencies like this. My laptops have been messed with. I am only allowed to use PCs that are compromised, browsers that are controlled. The network that I discussed in earlier entries control this town.

I can not find work in companies they DO NOT CONTROL. They have control over my online and mobile communication and they always block calls from companies not in their roster and allow me to establish contact in companies they OWN or are affiliated with. In  these companies, I am bullied to the point where they want me to freak out or give up. This last time, I documented everything knowing now how they operate. They duped me so they could ensure I would exhaust all my funds trusting our agreement and that's when they suddenly turned their back on it.  I documented everything. 

They were able to force me to go back to a place they have FULL CONTROL over, with my neighbors and family being controlled by them. 

They have actually said this technology is owned by the military and they have said they have family members in the FBI and CIA so I know this is a shot in the dark but I will do everything - as long as it's right - to ensure that whether I die or not for making a stand for the truth - I have done everything to ensure I fought for my baby's right to live a normal life.

They have already destroyed my life as people gawked and participated, will you let them destroy another child's future, too?

Please, I am praying, may God work through you. I need to do this, I no longer have the energy, they have managed to harm me physically. I am already weak physically. I need to do something for my baby before  they manage to finally silence me. 

I will write about this later.

The Secret Use Of Microwaves

The author of these articles, Tim Rifat, is Europe's foremost independent author and scientist specialising in psychotronics, the use of biophysical and electronic technology to influence and kill the human organism; his forthcoming book: Remote Viewing, gives hints of the breakthroughs he has made in the physics of psy-warfare.
The history of mind control at a distance, remote mind control technology (RMCT) begins in America with the research of Dr Ross Adey and his colleagues in the late '60's, working on the CIA-funded Pandora Project. Adey found that ELF (extremely low frequency) signals on the region of 1-20 Hz (with 0.1 increments having different effects), had bioactive and psychoactive effects. The research was important to the CIA for they wished to find frequencies which could mind control humans from a distance (RMCT). Pandora researchers discovered that the 6-16 Hz region had drastic effects on brain and on nervous and endocrinal systems. This could enable major dysfunction in the target victim if research on cats and monkeys could be duplicated - the research on human victims still remains classified.
A major problem was that ELF transmissions need vast antennae arrays; Adey's research showed that pseudo-ELF, caused by pulse or amplitude modulated microwave, UHF or RF carrier waves at ELF frequencies not only duplicated the psycho- and bioactive effects of ELF, but due to the highly penetrative effects of S-band microwaves (low frequency microwaves) or UHF and RF these combined to have a synergistic effect (especially microwaves) in disrupting biochemical function to amplify the effects of pseudo-ELF. In layman's terms, microwave and pseudo-ELF were more effective at mind control than pure ELF. RMCT, the means of mind controlling and slowly killing victims using pseudo-ELF - that is amplitude or pulse modulation of microwaves, UHF or RF - at ELF frequencies was born.
This was developed into a whole array of weapons systems based on the dramatic effects of pseudo-ELFs on mind controlling, elctro-chemically zombifying or inducing cancer in victims. ELF or pseudo-ELF was also found to be able to cut or damage DNA, which partially explains the carcinogenic effects of pulse or amplitude modulated microwave, UHF or RF.
In Britain, microwave is defined as between 300 MHz to 300 GHz, or in USA terms above 1 GHz.
Ross Adey's research was done on 450 MHz carriers used to broadcast pseudo-ELFs via pulse or amplitude modulation, his colleagues carried out the same research at 147 MHz (these frequencies have been defined as UHF and VHF respectively in US terms).
This research allows the weaponisation of any microwave, UHF or RF transmitter, if pseudo-ELF could be induced upon it by pulse or amplitude modulation at ELF frequency. The new science of RMCT spawned a new range of EM weapons to mind control and murder by use of pseudo-ELF.
For a specific example, the new TETRA system which will be used by the police and emergency services in the UK for communication, uses between 380 and 400 MHz, which is switched on and off at such a pulse rate that a pseudo-ELF of 17.6 Hz (17.6 times per second) is produced. this means the brain and nervous system are hit by pulses of UHF (USA terms) microwave (UK terms) every 1/17.6th of a second. This is rather like electrochemical hammer blows to the head at a rate of 17.6 every second. Some of us find hammer drills irritating to listen to, imagine 17.6 hammer-like blows being delivered to the nervous and endocrinal system, at a cellular level - might this not have a disruptive effect on the organism? Since the cells communicate to each other in the ELF range, these hammer-like blows of pseudo-ELF disrupts and derange cellular activities, leading to dysfunction, behavioural changes and onset of carcinogenic proteins which can lead to the organism developing tumours.
Mass UK Mind Control Technology Now A Reality
The UK Government is now spending £2.5 million to fully implement a nation-wide deployment of CIA mind-control technology. The TETRA system pulses at 17.6 Hz broadcast at 400 MHz which is essentially the Pandora Project funded by the CIA in the late '60s and early '70s. Dr Ross Adey, the chief researcher on the Pandora Project has released a video to leading UK researchers which proves that not only does the TETRA system cause ELF zombification by massive release of calcium ions in the cerebral cortex and the nervous system, but the activated calcium ions also cause massive hormonal disturbances which lead to frenzied imbalances, emotional and physical states.
This system will be used by all UK police and emergency services by the end of the year, as the Home Office has sold off all police frequencies, so they are forced to use the new system.
Use of the TETRA system by the police will lead to psychotronicaly controlled officers who may be totally controlled in any situation and are very useful for states of economic or social chaos where extreme and violent behaviour is needed without any conscious or moral compunction - so-called police robots.
30,000 transmitters will be placed around the country to maximise the effects on the local UK population - mass mind control. Anyone who has complained of these transmitters has received a letter from the Government informing them that if the transmitters are not positioned where the Government wishes, there can be no guarantee then of police protection, which will lead to higher insurance premiums for the householder.
A leading UK newspaper tried to run this story, but had the item quashed by high-level Government intervention.

Police in Minnesota have been caught on video picking up teenagers, doing drug experiments on them, and the dropping them off at the local Occupy protest to discredit the movement.

It’s the CIA’s famed MK Ultra mind control drug program all over again, but this time the drug experiments are being conducted on teenage volunteers who are dropped off at the local Occupy protest after being drugged up by the cops.

OKLAHOMA CITY – In what strikes this reporter as highly unethical and likely illegal, police officers, highway patrol troopers and sheriff’s deputies from across Minnesota have been allegedly preying on drug-impaired youths, getting them high and observing their reactions, not unlike laboratory rats.

Norman-based blogger Kaye Beach, with Axxiom for Liberty, informed Red Dirt Report about this disturbing program and that similar activities may be taking place here in Oklahoma.

RogueMedia.org, with help from Twin Cities Indymedia, Communities United Against Police Brutality and Occupy Minneapolis, reported that their undercover investigation, revealed shocking stories of cops offering young people drugs and taken to a secret state-owned warehouse where vast amounts of drugs were consumed by the young test subjects under the watchful eyes of interested police. The activists also witnessed, in Minneapolis’ Peavey Plaza, “police dropping off impaired people” where Occupy Minneapolis congregates.

This appears to be part of a new “innovative training program” for police which allows them to become Drug Recognition Experts (DRE’s) and that those recruited for the tests would be already “drug-impaired.” As this activist video shows, several were not impaired and simply jumped at the chance of free drugs and a free meal, only to be dropped off back at the plaza in a drug-impaired state.

It would appear that this program only proves what a joke the “drug war” really is, when the cops are encouraging young people to take drugs so they can become drug-recognition experts.

Continuing, in the video it notes that the young people are offered free drugs, taken to a Minnesota Department of Transportation warehouse near the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport, and observed as they ingest copious amounts of illegal drugs, primarily marijuana.

Interviewing different young people who took part in the “drug tests,” they discovered that no EMT’s or ambulances were on site.

“I got stoned with a couple of cops,” says one young man identified as ‘Panda.’ “I’m high as f***.

Panda explained he was at the local Nicollet Mall in Minneapolis when he was told the police were “doing research” to find out “how people react” under the influence of narcotics. And when the cops offered Panda to take part in the human experiment, he agreed.

Asked by the activist if it was “high-grade weed,” Panda replies: “Dude, this is some of the best s*** I’ve had in a while. Now I know what happens to the stuff they confiscate.”

Afterward, they bought the young drug user a double cheeseburger dinner at a McDonald’s. They monitored how fast they ate his meal so they could see if he had the “munchies.”

Panda also said that the cops knew he was deeply involved in the local Occupy Wall Street activist movement and they asked him to inform on other Occupiers.

Panda claims he was asked to participate some other time in the future, and Panda said “one day” he would consider it.

Another human subject, a young man, said his blood pressure was checked and that at the warehouse there were upwards of 30 cops on site. The Minnesota State Patrol website says these tests on human guinea pigs are part of certification training “where they perform 12 evaluations on drug-impaired subjects” to better train cops for field-sobriety tests and so forth. Certification training takes two-to-three weeks, according to the RogueMedia.org story.

Back to their video, another guy, who wanted heroin, said the cops gave him a big bag of weed to smoke.

Of concern is that these test subjects return to the plaza in an impaired condition and could endanger themselves or others in public gathering spaces, such as Peavey Plaza in Minneapolis.

The video notes that Minnesota’s DRE state coordinator is Riccardo Munoz, with the Minnesota State Patrol in St. Paul. He is part of the International Drug Evaluation & Classification Program.

RogueMedia.org notes that “the DRE program, run by the Minnesota State Patrol, has no Institutional Review Board or independent oversight. Introduction Torture involves deliberately inflicting physical or mental pain on a person without legal cause. This includes threats to family members and loved ones.

Before you object that there can't ever be a legal cause for inflicting pain, consider painful medical treatments, soldiers wounded in a legally declared war, or contestants in a boxing match. Torture has been used as a punishment, to intimidate or control people, to get information or just to gratify sadistic impulses.

Governments have used torture to keep themselves in power, to enforce their particular political philosophy, to remove opposition and to implement particular policies.

Torture is wrong Torture is regarded as wrong for several reasons (expanded later in this section):

British law bans torture and the UK is one of the signatories to the United Nations Convention Against Torture. The Foreign Office web site says "Torture is one of the most abhorrent violations of human rights and human dignity," and adds

"The Government's position on torture has always been very clear. We unreservedly condemn its use as a matter of fundamental principle. The UK is committed to combating torture globally, and continues to implement an active campaign to help eradicate it." A poll in 2006 showed that 72% of Britons oppose torture in any circumstances – even where its use would save lives. Torture and other inhumane acts causing severe pain or suffering, or serious injury to the body or to mental or physical health are also prohibited under international criminal law and can amount to crimes against humanity and war crimes. Evidence obtained through torture is not admissible in British courts, although it is acceptable for police or security forces to act on information obtained by torture.

Torture is still widespread Torture is still widely practised in the world - in 1996 it was said that torture was used, formally or informally, in one country out of every three. Amnesty International states that there were reports of torture or ill-treatment by state officials in more than 150 countries on the period 1997 to mid 2000.

Try to recall the most sick and disturbed persons you have ever read or heard about.  Now try to imagine there are persons far worst than the ones you know, torturing innocent people slowly to death, torturing and murdering children, even torturing and murdering animals.  That is really difficult to accept for us, normal people as we are.We simply do not want to believe this kind of evil exists, it makes us sick, we may start vomiting when stories so horrible are being suggested, being told.
But it can be even worst.  Imagine this evil is related to your government, is being approved, executed, controlled, outsourced by your national secret services including military. Unfortunately for your peace of mind these disturbed persons really exist, and unfortunately your national secret services are really involved in these horrible activities. But even more unfortunate are the victims of these horrible crimes.

The new generation of electronic weapons is capable of burning and cooking humans, destroying (exploding) body tissue, or cause heart attacks. This is all possible from large distances (hundreds of meters) and through walls. These weapons are now (2008) being used at large by secret services to eliminate people: incapacitate, drive into suicide, insanity, criminal behaviour, or are just used to cause heart failure, brain damage, etc. They replace knife, bullet, poison, car accidents.
Push button torture & murder - cooking people
Secret services have turned into depots of psychopaths and murderers. And it is getting worse. They now recruit people to press the buttons of these electronic weapons, button[1] is cook-a-person, button[2] is simulate-a-heart-attack, button[3] is simulate/cause-kidney-failure. Can you image a person microwaving someone like a microwave oven cooks meat?
Electronic weapons, capabilities April 2008
Low-power microwave weapons can be hidden e.g. in a shopping bag and are used to distract e.g. by giving you burning sensation, stings, make you burp or fart within seconds, blur your vision. High power microwave (HPM) weapons can be installed everywhere and mounted in cars (including your own) and can be used to cook a person like a microwave oven cooks meat, to 'shoot' and burn. Most of these weapons can be aimed very precise, that is why they are called Directed Energy Weapons (DEW). From a distance (and through walls) they can hit you, but not the person sitting next to you.  Sometimes these weapons are called non-lethal because they are designed to be applied only for a very short period with the intention to incapacitate people or make people get out of the beam, not to kill them immediately. All experts agree that zapping persons for extended periods is very damaging, which is easy to understand, compare reports about cell phone irradiation.
The perfect weapon, does not kill (immediately), leaves no evidence
If you want people out of the way without evidence you cannot use a gun. There will be proof of a bullet and damaged tissue. With current electronic weapons eliminating people is very easy and best of all, elimination is without evidence. When you want to prevent a person from giving a presentation at work, you can heat him up the night before so he will feel sick, give some diareah, make him cough when talking, make him scratch his head, etc.  If this was done to you, would you be able to understand this?  Probably you would think you just had the worst luck that day. BUT THIS WAS NOT BAD LUCK: YOU WERE INCAPACITATED WITH ELECTRONIC WEAPONS. In other words, you were cooked that day. They also may do this to the target's children, meaning the target must stay home or go home to take care of his child.
Low power/low intensity is just as damaging to your functioning as a human being
Electronic weapons will not immediately kill you or burn a hole in your body. When you are in a meeting someone in the same room can zap your head with a low intensity device, so you want to scratch your head. Someone may fire an energy burst at your throat so you start coughing when you are doing your presentation. They may mount a microwave weapon in your home aimed at your legs when you are in bed and after a month you have to see a doctor because your feet really hurt. They attack your credibility or have you out of the way during important events. These are all very damaging low power/low intensity applications. You may loose your job, a promotion, your family, etc.
High power/high intensity is horrible torture
If the target understands what is being done to him they will increase frequency and intensities. The target gets cooked by HPM (high power microwave), for example every five minutes he receives a burst making him burp, giving a burning sensation on the back, feeling cooked inside where beam went through, and in case of high intensity there is also a burning sensation where the beam leaves the body. Or they make the target's body react to what is happening in his surroudings. E.g. everytime a car passes by, the target is zapped so that he will burp or fart at the same time (it takes 1-3 seconds to make make a person burp or fart).  Or they burn his intestinals (tailbone) so he will suffer horrible cramps, burn his back with insane intensity when he is in the swimming pool, shoot HPM at him when he is running. THIS HORRIBLE TORTURE IS CALLED PEOPLE COOKING.
Everybody can be a target
In some cases you are just a one time target, and once they they got what they want they will go away. In other cases, you are on a list and must be eliminated, not because you are a bad person but mostly because you just was at the wrong place at the wrong time. If 1-out-of-20 people in your country are connected somehow to the national secret services network (probably much more) then chances are you have co-workers, friends, acquintances who are part of this network. Of course they will not tell you this.
Part of the population is eliminated to let the sick system survive i.e. recruit new agents (murderers), see also the links below. May be you have something they want, e.g. your house is at a strategic position (corner), may be you criticize the policy of your government, may be you are a loner, may be you are an activist, may be you play piano on sunday mornings, may be you know something of some person.
You may argue that the chance you become a target is very small. That is right. But don't think you cannot become a target if you live a normal life, in fact most persons placed on this list are friendly, non-shooting back persons. You may become a target more easy then get involved in a car accident.
Physical and mental death
If you have been selected to be eliminated, see above, neighbours, co-workers, friends, etc. are recruited and become part of the sick system. The aim is your physical or mental death: suicide, phychiatric patient, criminal, disease caused by irradiation or poisening. Although gang stalking techniques are used for this and are very effective for may be 90% of the cases, the process is significantly speeded by applying electronic weapons. These weapons are used to make a target look like a schizophrenic. If the target does not know about these weapons he may think he has been hit by the fury of God himself. If the target does know, then it is very difficult to convince other people what is done to him.
These weapons have been developed but they did not tell us and did not develop methods to detect these kinds of harassment. Governments/secret services keep electronic weapons out of the media, police is not instructed on what to do with complaints like these.
Covert electronic harassment/torture - examples
It is called covert as the target being burned/cooked has no clue of what is happening. Examples:

• Very serious diareah

• Reduced strength in hands
• Aging the body
• etc.

If you do not know what can be done to you, you will get a wrong diagnose because nothing is wrong with you (in the first place)! You may even get operated.
Covert electronic harassment/torture - How it is applied
Most of this harassment is done the same ways people are gang stalked. If you tell someone about these incidents, they will say: I got the same problem sometimes.

• When you bend over they hit your back
• When you stand on one foot e.g. in the kitchen to get something from a cupboard they hit that foot
• When you turn your head, they hit your neck
• When you sleep they cook your legs so they will feel stiff the next morning
• When you sleep they wake you by cooking your stomach
• When you rub your eyes they blur your vision
• Etc.

Also important  is that they 'help' the target by making things worst. Example: suppose your left leg becomes painful because you hit a piece of wood by accident. Now, they will zap your leg at the location you feel pain over and over again, including nights, to make you suffer (maximum pain).
Non-covert electronic harassment/torture - examples
It is called non-covert as the target being burned/cooked knows exactly what is happening.

• Make your body react (burp/fart) to cars driving by your house
• Burn your anus
• Microwave you with insane intensity (you feel like being cooked alive)
• Shoot you with HPM when on the street
• Burn/cook your body
• Leave visible evidence  of their attacks
• Burn your child e.g. in the stomach, then burn you in the stomach
• Burn/cook your children reacting to what you say/do
• Shoot your child in the eye when you dry the face after a shower (to make it appear you hurt them)
• Etc.

Also important  is that they 'get exited' when the target makes mistakes. Example: suppose you release a software update but something is not correct. Now they will beam you on the head, the back, your child, etc. to drive you out of your mind, insane. Sometimes they wait for a long time just to get a good 'shot'.
The people cookers belong to sickest species on the planet
As already stated above, the only thing people applying electronic torture have in common with normal people is that they look human. They are murderers and as such there no boundaries for them anymore. It cannot be emphasized enough, the persons applying electronic harassment/torture belong to the sickest species on the planet. I know,other horrible torture also exists, like cutting organs from a living persons. You cannot compare horrible torture, but day-by-day torture by people cooking, including children, certainly is very horrible (the end result being physical or mental death).

The second phase is the assaults of Directed Energy Weapons.

After a victim becomes isolated from everyone in the world. The victim now having feelings of regret, remorse, of loss, trauma, and are drained and broken emotionally and physically. Some of the weapons were known as non-lethal weapons. They use such weapons as extremely low frequency Elf electromagnetic weapons (which has been used in mind control), acoustics, harmonics (which have been used as a mind control technique), ultrasound, microwave audiograms, microwave pulsed, and radio frequency. Another electromagnetic energy beam can be used to induce “considerable agitation and muscular activity” or “induce muscular weakness and lethargy” this weapon is know as Ultra High Frequency EM. Psychological warfare tactics are being used against unsuspecting citizens to destroy their jobs, their families and their lives. The perpetrators will stop at nothing. Their objective is to utterly destroy a person, very often resulting in a person taking his or her own life, or ending up in a mental hospital. This has been taking place for years and nothing is ever said about it. Nothing is ever written about it. For the sake of those who came before us, and those who come after us, the world needs to know what is happening. For many people, this comes out of nowhere. They don’t know whose toes they stepped on in order to warrant such a brutal attack. For others who are whistleblowers, they know full well how they garnered such attention. For some, they don’t even realize that they are the targets of an orchestrated attack to destroy their lives. Some of it can be so subtle that it is difficult to tell. But for others, the attacks can be blatant and obvious, leaving no doubt that something unspeakable and devastating is happening. What makes this crime so heinous is that the most sophisticated techniques of psychological warfare are employed against a person in order to make them look like they are crazy. Friends and family members don’t believe the things that are happening and often believe the targeted person is crazy. This whole exercise is a criminal & terrorist activity. One aspect deals with the gang stalking part of it, which targets experience to varying degrees. This involves stalking by a multitude of individuals both on foot and while you’re in the car. Known as “street theatre” by those who experience it, it involves vandalism to house, car and personal property. Gang stalking can also be referred to as cause stalking, vengeance stalking and multi-stalking. Some people also experience electronic harassment. This is extremely distressing, painful and invasive, and feels like one’s mind and body is undergoing constant rape, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The technology used to do this is unknown, but hundreds of victims report the same physical sensations and experiences. Many take their lives in an attempt to escape the horror. It is so distressing that only fellow targets can really understand what another target is experiencing. In either case, the attacks are so well orchestrated that only the victim is aware of them. This is intentional, and it appears that these groups have perfected these techniques over many years. Mistakes are rarely made, and clearly the perpetrators are successful at what they do, since new targets are completely bewildered as to what is happening to them, having never heard a peep out of the media about such occurrences (except in relation to mental illness). In general, this term refers to the use of electronic technology to view, track and/or harass a person from a distance. Whether this is done by satellite, land based systems or locally (i.e. by neighbors) is largely personal opinion. There is no definitive proof that would allow any of the present victims to launch a court case, but the numbers of victims and the commonality of experience speaks for itself. The technology involves the use of electromagnetic waves of various frequencies to achieve different results. Some frequencies will make a person tired, while others may cause confusion or memory loss. With the rapid increase in cell phone usage, many experiments have been conducted on the detrimental effects of those particular frequencies on animals. The results indicate that the invisible e.m. signals from cell towers can cause a wide range of physical ailments. If that is the case with the relatively narrow range of cell phone frequencies, it is even more likely the case with the frequencies which may be used to cause direct, intentional harm to a person.                           What we have going on in the world today with people unfortunately having strange voices that cant be explained and sensations occurring in their bodies, people being perturbed and mesmorized by what is happening to them. I will tell you this, its because of radiosond technology, or to say it another way, sinus cavity radios. They are a very simple little device that enables the perps to do the things they do. Something that enables the things to be done to people that are described here on peacepink. While you hear that what most people describe, being assaulted by elf waves and things like that, its true, these things are real and they exist. However you need to understand that simply being beamed by a radio frequency signal can do things to you that are negative to your well being, however simply beaming a person by a radio frequency signal, like say the way a cell phone tower can easily do, is real and can be easily done to a person. however, what can be done to a person who is beamed by elf or other radio frequencies is only able to do a limited number of things to person, things that are real and can do things to a person, but what is able to be done that way is somewhat limited. When you hear of people saying that they are able to hear what seems like someone speaking to them, or pains or sensations in their body, something besides the beamed signal is required to do that. It requires that a person be carrying a radiosond in their sinus cavity for them to be able to hear and experience the things that are described by some of the people you will find on peacepink.
