I was wondering could you please provide me with a brief understanding of the progress of TI's.
such as has any private investigator or anybody gained official recognition of TI's. have any officials properly assited TI's. And can you tell me some methods some people have used to lose the signal such as shielding tips, or relocation and if so to what type of place and has anybody gone deep underground and found disconnection if so how deep was this place where is it and how is it possible to gain access to it. At the moment I am thinking of visiting an 800 foot deep cave in New Mexico USA, but I don't know if this would help. I also know there are very deep cave in europe over 1000 meters but I don't know how to gain access to them if you could ask someone it would be very helpful. Maybe a cave in Georgia Europe it is very deep. Also I live in Toronto Canada and I am being targeted by local electronic harassers who I do not believe to be offiliated with any government just pirates who got their hands on this technology and I believe it is the case with many people. Also access to sattelites should not be to difficult for people with an amatuer radio liscence and with the incredible amount of information being relayed by these systems it is very hard to monitor.

This letter is to ask for your help for the many victims who are being attacked with Psychotronic (or Mind Control, Electronic, Directed Energy, Neurological, Non-lethal) Weapons.
We are a group of our over 1300 electronic torture, abuse and experimentation victims.
Please help us to get this electronic torture, abuse and experimentation stopped.
Some of our ELECTRONIC TORTURE, ABUSE AND EXPERIMENTATION CASESdetail the most extreme and totalitarian violations of human rights in human history, including the most horrendous psychological tortures, rapes, sexual abuse, physical assaults, surgical mutilations, ‘mind control’, and other mental and physical mutilations.
Among other things the perpetrators of these crimes can place the human subject under continuous surveillance no matter where he/she is; they can monitor the human brain, including thoughts, reactions, motor commands, auditory events and visual images; they can continuously alter consciousness, introduce voices, noises, other disturbances, commands, images and "dreams" into the brain; and they can directly abuse, torture and hit bodies - including performing advanced medical procedures - from remote locations. We have contacted most Governments, Security/Intelligence Agencies, Religious Organisations, International Organizations, Human Rights Organizations, Universities, Scientific and other Institutions, and the International Media all over the world - over and over and over again – and have had our appeals for assistance, protection and/or publicity almost completely ignored and/or suppressed.
These are extreme and monstrous CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY – indescribably terrible in themselves – coupled with the ORWELLIAN secrecy and denial of any support at all that we are experiencing, makes them even more horrendous and monstrous.
Some TARGETED INDIVIDUALS have been attempting to gain assistance, protection and/or publicity about these crimes since the 1990s - and even earlier - this extends as far back into the history of illegal ‘scientific and medical’ testing and experimentation as MKULTRA and the DUPLESSIS ORPHANS - and further.
We are still collecting CASE SUMMARIES from TARGETED INDIVIDUALS all over the world, and we have also advised them to send them to you TO WITNESS, RECORD AND OPPOSE so that :-

ALLA CORTESE ATTENZIONE DELLA SEGRETERIA DEI FUMETTISTI
Oggetto : collaborazione ad opera di uno o più bravo/i disegnatore/i per identikit e ricostruzioni grafiche su compendio
Mi chiamo *** e sono un ex DJ. Il mio contatto skype è AtlantiTeo abito nella zona di Rovereto (TN) ed eventualmente posso spostarmi.
A causa di diverse vicissitudini, sono stato inguaiato e incastrato in una maniera similare ai primi quindici secondi della sigla iniziale di RENEGADE dove parla Reno Raines aka Vins Black interpretato da Lorenzo Lamas ed ho parecchi problemi e casini e vorrei districare la matassa e finalmente aggiungere più tasselli al puzzle in modo da fare chiarezza,luce e trasparenza alla mia vicenda.
Ho parlato dei primi 15 secondi della sigla di Renegade e basta ciò per farsi alcune vaghe idee ed impressioni di ciò che afferma Reno/Rino.
Ho chiesto più volte a Carabinieri e Polizia di Stato - già nel lontano 2005 - di aiutarmi a creare degli identikit di persone reali che mi hanno cagionato non pochi danni a causa di gangstalking (stalking organizzato) e altri reati. I bravi militi (polizia e carabinieri) hanno sempre fatto orecchie da mercante; già nel 2005 mi fecero fare la spola da un ufficio all’altro facendomi passare per lo scemo del villaggio. Da Procura, Magistratura, Pretura, Questura, Comando Carabinieri, gli unici che potrò sempre ringraziare sono coloro della Guardia di Finanza di Rovereto che avevano fiutato puzza di bruciato e che almeno si rivelarono un po’ più disponibili cortesi e interessati, ma sono e resto in stallo come Reno Reins pur non essendo un rinnegato,ma mi identifico in colui che vuole acciuffare e identificare i malfattori veri che mi hanno rifilitato una sorta di brainwashing e incastrato maldestramente male,perchè con una corretta e attenta analisi e indagine,potrei dimostrare cosa è realmente accaduto a più riprese soprattutto nel 2005.
Sono quindi costretto a chiedere da privato e cittadino, la collaborazione di un qualche bravo fumettista che abbia tempo voglia e pazienza di collaborare con la mia persona per realizzare tutti i volti delle persone che mi hanno causato gravi danni materiali e morali in vari episodi significativi, ed eventualmente avendo già io scattato diverse foto dei luoghi dove si sono svolti i misfatti, di creare ricostruzioni grafiche similari a ciò che fate voi con il vostro lavoro e cioè creare storie narrative e ambientazioni proprio come nelle vicende di un fumetto solo che in questo caso,trattasi di episodi di vita reale.
Una volta riuscito nell’impresa, con rabbia e ferocia sarà mio preciso intento chiedere e pretendere un’istanza.
Istanza: nel diritto l'istanza è l'atto giuridico con il quale un privato chiede ad un organo pubblico di avviare un procedimento.
Avendo già foto di alcuni luoghi dove sono passati i farabutti, non sarà un lavoro particolarmente difficile per chi accetterà tale incombenza e che ovviamente riceverà un compendio. Se già dispongo delle foto dei luoghi e scattate da tutte le angolazioni possibili, basta solo metterci dentro le facce e dar un tono espressivo ai volti; ne uscirà una cosa similare ad un fumetto e in successivo momento tutto ciò mi sarà utile per la mia potenziale autobiografia che è ed è sempre “under construction”.
Se interessati - ed ovviamente su compendio -, si prega di contattarmi tramite skype in quanto questo strumento è indispensabile per creare un piano di lavoro e determinare gli accordi. Perché pagare e spendere una marea di soldi con telefonate quando abbiamo skype e webcam e possiamo avere videochiamate di breve durata e quindi guardarci nelle palle degli occhi per determinare gli accordi? Lascio questo appello a voi e ad altri nella speranza che non passerà inosservato in quanto mi sono dovuto ingegnare io e riflettere fino ad arrivare alla conclusione che chiedere a qualche bravo fumettista potrebbe esser una soluzione in quanto il saggio insegna che “Chiedere è vergogna di un momento, non chiedere è vergogna di una vita”.
Già immagino che siete tiratissimi di lavoro, tuttavia - da voi - sono sicuramente passati molti disegnatori che vi avranno lasciato bozzetti e che sono disoccupati. Avrete una marea di nominativi di potenziali fumettisti che volevano farsi conoscere e che volevano lavorare e che sono bravi però sono senza lavoro e sono simili ai precari, a differenza di chi lavora per voi ed già ha una paga ed un lavoro sicuro e siccome non potete dare lavoro a tutti,grazie al Governo e a questo lassismo spaventoso se ce ne sono sempre più di disoccupati, precari ,ma veramente bravi come voi e voi potreste fare da intermediari e la soddisfazione se l’impresa riuscirà,sarà anche vostra, ne terrò conto e vi citerò.
Carta parla villan dorme, ovvero Verba volant scripta manent. Negli anni descritti, non mi hanno rilasciato nessuna “carta” i tutori dell'Ordine e quindi posson sempre dire rivolti a me che non si ricordano nulla,ma io non dimentico i miei nervosi e la spola fatta da un posto all'altro. Secondo voi,cari fumettisti,disegnatori,grafici, web designer, perché almeno una querela contro ignoti era utile e con i timbri dei CC o della Polizia di Stato? No, loro stan lì con te 10/20 minuti a chiacchiere (con le ciacere no se sgionfa done e le chiacchere no le val nient, recita un proverbio nordico) oppure ti fanno fare la spola da un’ufficio all’altro come Bud Spencer nel film Banana Joe.
Eccovi una scena brevissima e sempre di un minuto circa e la scena e similare a quello che ho vissuto io con i militi.

Aterix e Obelix nel Palazzo che rende folli e dove ti fanno fare la spola proprio come tutti quelli che ho incontrato io. Penso che visionandolo troverete subito il nesso. Questa parte del cartone animato, dura circa 10 minuti e non è uno spezzone velocissimo come gli altri che vi ho passato,ma rende assai bene l'idea.
Se avete velocemente visionato velocemente questa avventura di Asterix e Obelix avrete ben capito perché ti rendono apatico e folle e a volte la realtà supera la fantasia di fumetti e di storie inventate.
Un privato riesce da solo a creare l’identikit del ladro
e lo fa incarcerare.
Chi fa da sé,fa per tre ed infatti, se anche questa persona aspettava i gendarmi, col cavolo che lo faceva beccare il ladrone che lo aveva fatto incazzare dopo averlo derubato a tal punto da ricreargli la faccia e andarlo a cercare in giro per la città !!!
Ahimè, io ne ho parecchie di persone da identificare a differenza sua e non uno solo come il protagonista della vicenda apparsa sul quotidiano e il compito per me è assai arduo.
Questo è l’unico identikit che io sono riuscito a creare da solo e sò benissimo che fa schifo,ma di meglio non riesco a fare e ne ho parecchi da identificare e parecchi episodi che si intersecano tra loro.
ULTERIORI DATI su MAZONE CARLO (una sola zulu nel cognome e ovviamente il nome era falso e non centra niente con CARLO MAZZONE ex allenatore della ROMA).

«A Pasiano l’ “alieno” di Mortegliano» (15-04-2012)
Attenzione rispettabili disegnatori, vi rammento che nei primi mesi del 2012,nella provincia di Pordenone, diversi testimoni parlano di un presunto alieno alto circa 4 metri sulla via Napoleonica e questo fu lo schizzetto del testimone oculare.
Dopo la bozza iniziale del testimone,ecco grazie all'aiuto di un bravo grafico e disegnatore,una ricostruzione molto più precisa e nitida.
In successiva qualcuno ha creato quest’altra ricostruzione che vedete nello sfondo e come vedete,anche lui non era certo un grande disegnatore come me,ma come me ha coraggio e fegato ed è ovvio che con un po’ di pazienza e di fatica, la ricostruzione è venuta decisamente meglio in un secondo tempo e con persone come voi. Questo è solo un esempio per farvi capire cosa significa unire le forze.
Quello che segue invece era l’identikit iniziale con la ricostruzione del caso di abduction di Pierfortunato Zanfretta (GE).
Quello che segue invece è una ricostruzione più recente che mostra meglio i particolari e sempre inerente al caso Zanfretta e anche qui, si nota che con calma pazienza e fatica i risultati sono migliori del bozzetto iniziale e che nel frattempo, il povero metronotte genovese è invecchiato e i capelli sono diventati bianchi.
Vi ho allegato queste foto, perché io dico spesso che a volte, un’immagine, vale più di 1000 parole e per farvi capire che anche il mio schizzetto di identikit fa schifo, ma siete voi che avete abilità ed esperienza nel disegno e per dimostrarvi che con calma fatica e pazienza, si possono creare cose analoghe per il mio personale caso.
Perfino l'identikit che segue e che mostra un famigerato MIB (Men in Black) che venne fatto creare dal Dr. Herbert Hopkins e pressochè identico alle vere sembianze di chi gli si avvicino e lo intimidì nel lontano 1976. Mancano solo gli occhi che sono azzurri, talmente azzurri e intensi da sembrare quasi...
... "greys".
Porgo a tutti voi i più cordiali saluti e spero che troverò qualche collaboratore almeno per gli identikit se non per le ricostruzioni e che sà il fatto suo ed estrapolare dalla mia testa e dalla mia memoria le facce ed eventualmente ricostruire gli episodi più significativi o almeno creare le facce delle persone coinvolte nelle scorribande creando delle buone caricature.

dopo ben 34 anni dal furto cioè il giorno 30 settembre del 1978.
Non è mai troppo tardi per risolvere un caso,basta solo darsi da fare.
Non è mai troppo tardi per risolvere un caso e anche se sono passati 34 anni,è bastata un po’ di arguzia,di esperienza e colpo d’occhio per appurare da dove provenivano quelle statue veneziane che erano state trafugate dalla regione Trentino ben 34 anni prima. Spero che questo articolo attinto dal quotidiano possa darvi interesse,forza d’animo e voglia di fare, oltre alla voglia di districare la matassa che è assai ingarbugliata perché anche io,ingiustamente trattato per ignoranza e superbia da bigotti,ottusi appartenenti delle Forze dell’Ordine e non solo loro,sto ancora aspettando da circa 7 anni verità e giustizia oltre a collaborazione e nel frattempo mi sono rivolto ad investigatori privati che sono delle sanguisughe freddi e calcolatori, associazioni no-profit malgestite e scoordinate e anche da privati come Stefano Gennari per ottenere prove inopponibili ed inoppugnabili con risultati non molto soddisfacenti.

Io fui un DJ e iniziai a Radio Rovereto Stereo nel 1993. A causa di Gangstalking e di tutto 'nu burdello iniziato nel 1995 e che si è intensificato nel 2005 e che ho cominciato a realizzare solo in tale anno inviando perfino lettere alla DIA di Padova (Direzione investigativa Antimafia) e nevrosi oltre ad incazzature e fregature varie ho perso anche un certo amico che è TAV71 proprio dopo il 2005 con il quale avevamo in programma diversi lavori e che fu ed è un ottimo produttore musicale.
Il remix di V. R. della canzone liberi liberi (e altri) non verranno mai creati o terminati da me/noi. Per chi legge ciò è ininfluente,ma non per chi aveva ricominciato a rimettersi in gioco.
Egli è/fu un ottimo produttore musicale e sapeva depositare alla SIAE i lavori e conosce e conosceva perfettamente la burocrazia. Se oggi non sono niente e nessuno, lo devo ai GANGSTALKERS a dei cari signori che si chiamano MIB (MEN IN BLACK), al MILAB e al lassismo degli Organi Competenti (Funzionari di Stato,medici,avvocati e chi più ne ha più ne metta) e per me e la mia mentalità produttiva, tutto ciò è anche un danno per i beni artistici culturali. Molti brani e remix mancheranno nella storia della musica grazie a tutte queste interferenze e intromissioni che hanno cagionato nevrosi e spaccature perfino tra me e l’amico TAV71 soprattutto nel 2005 e che egli stesso dichiarava con uno scritto aver provocato in lui parecchie nagatività e conservo i suoi messaggi ed email stringate.
Esempio: se avessero fatto la stessa cosa a Maurizio Molella e/o Mario Fargetta e li avessero annichiliti come nel mio caso tantissimi anni fa, oggi molti dei loro grandi single non sarebbero in commercio. Non avremmo mai ballato o conosciuto nemmeno Your Love di Fargetta e nemmeno Change di Molella o altri brani dei due citati che sarebbero sconosciuti e magari morti dal nervoso o di suicidio. Io non ho mai nemmeno potuto cominciare a fare sul serio, infatti la mia autobiografia inizia a farsi seria nel 1995. Esso non è un possibile danno ai beni artistici? Se avessero rapito Molella e Fargetta nel lontano 1995 e ammazzati o ridotti in schiavitù? O messi in depressione totale? Il risultato sarebbe uguale a quello che cerco di esplicare e non un “LIBERI LIBERI RMX di Vasco Rossi” con diritti d’autore pagati,ma interi album dei due citati che mancano e tutto ciò solo per lasciar vincere dei delinquenti,pazzi criminali e ai quali ho tracciato un psychological profile or offender profiling, criminal profiling, criminal personality profiling o criminal investigative analysis.
Non sono certo Molella e nemmeno Fargetta e per carità, nemmeno Mozart, ma so ben io cosa è successo e a quanto ammontano i danni morali e materiali a causa di queste organizzazioni malavitose da una parte e gendarmi furbacchioni e facce doppie dall’altra dall’altra che non prendono denunce,non ti fanno fare querele e ti lasciano nella kakka oltre a farti fare la spola e non ti rilasciano “carta”.

He thought when one experiences pain it needs to be diverted from the thought process, there needs to be a major shift away from the thought and experience of pain in which to forget it mentally or to not dwell on it. I see a lot about surveillance and recording people. When does that become stalking? If a TI becomes obsessed with 'recording' the people who may be perps, aren't they stalking in a way? And what if they stalk someone they think is a perp, then find out that they're just regular people? The wrong committed would be great. I think some TIs need to be more careful that their attitudes and actions don't become perp like.
I would suggest TIs who aren't familiar with gang stalking should watch videos on youtube to see what most episodes of 'gangstalking' consist of. Some of the videos are obviously of innocent people unknowingly being recorded or harassed by the 'TI'.
That's not to say that gangstalking doesn't happen, I have been a victim of it myself. I have also thought innocent people were stalking me and responded in a way that got me removed from my home. A hard lesson learned. Being overly paranoid, or being tricked into believing everyone around us is a stalker doesn't do anything for a person's peace of mind.

This issue of satellite surveillance and human experimentation has caused this whole country to be done.

It's a national emergency because every one of us has been placed in harms way for no apparent reason and we are suffering the cruel indecencies of a powerful elite. This is as bad as Pearl Harbor, or 9-11. I declare a national emergency in order to gain help and protection from abuse.
I guess that this makes them feel secure or like they're doing something. I don't get it. They can kill or disable us. What's so new about that? They've done that since the beginning of time. As illustrated by Russians and myself, we don't care what Putin has; we still resist because he goes against our interests. We're going to drown or die anyway. We might as well flip him off in the process.
If they serve me, I'll do something. I tried to give Putin a chance to give me what I desired as settlement, but he wasn't interested in redeeming himself, so he can kiss my service goodbye.
