May 31 I filed a nj feferal civil complaint,June 6 it was approved,Defendants resonded asking for dismissAug 8 I filed amended complaintWas approved by clerkSummons and complaints issued sent to me for us marshalsI asked court clerk for subpoenas for records as evidenceHe sent themI filled out and sent both summons and complaintAnd supoenas for records as evidence. Aug 21I get a letter that dismissed my complaint.sep 11 with 30 days to file amended complaint.Today I get a electronic notice one of the defendants was served.My question is how could the defendant be served whithout the amended complaint?I asked the clerk he was speachless and said the judge ordered the summons to still be served.But I still have 30 days to file an amended complaint.HOW IN THE HELL CAN A SUMMONS BE ISSUED WITHOUT A COMPLAINT?I'm not positive but somethings stinks real bad hereWhat about my subpoenas I sent via certified mail for evidence? Snswers are due to me by september 14 ?I never got a responseIi subpoenad records they were due back sept 14 I received nothing

I wish I could solve the Fukushima Disaster because our future will be derailed from that catastrophe. Radiation poisoning all over the world and no-one is going to live long enough to enjoy life. If I had the connections I would fly there and see what I can do to cleanup this mess. Even if I solve this issue there's so many other problems on this planet that it's just one thing thing after another. GMO is a dangerous experiment on humanity, Financial Tsunami, and the looming World War 3. If I die I would do one last heroic deed before armageddon happens. I want to safeguard the future for humanity but at this rate everything is going down the drain.

the little bit of research  ive done on lead shielding suggests that it will block all electro magnetic radiation its what the millitary uses in a lot of cases because of the density of mass the atomic structure is realy compressed wich stops a lot of the millameter waves even gama rayswouldnt it make sense for us to give it a try sheet lead can be purchased from any roofing supply for pretty cheap unfortunately im barely surviving struggling for me to purchase the materials means my family would have to quit eating for a week or two or we would have to find a new place to live if any can afford a little experiment wich sounds almost guarenteed to offer the best results of escaping this torment entirely a couple hundred dollars remember governments have been using this method from the beginning . heres just a little thing to think about why did they ban lead base paints think duplicity we know its harmful if ingested but could it also interfear with signals

Is it about a dictator's obsessive fascination with the Yamashita treasure?

Is this why I have seen it mentioned here that most of the victims here have military officials in their lineage?

How many of these victims have family members who fought in World War II?

Were their family members chosen so as to ensure that all discussions will be monitored so in case talk about the hidden treasure will come up, immediately the brains behind this treasure hunt will know?

Was the US navy covert warfare technology used not to protect the country but to serve the selfish interests of those who are privy to it?

Is this just about gold?

I read before that most victims have the same name.

I noticed that the perps brazenly use in their nicks , business names, clues or identifiers on what they actually do.

Question: do the names point to the area where an  implant, if indeed there is one, is placed? 

If it does, is it possible that an implantee could be actively abusing victims, acting as a perp?

Greetings, everyone. 

 

There have been many ideas and strategies placed before us over the years, very few of which have borne much fruit.  However, this latest suggestion by private investigator, Doug Millar may just have very important merit: a Grand Jury Investigation. 

 

This will be our topic for discussion tonight's podcast and conference call, which is to feature:

- Doug Millar, private investigator, human rights activist

- Elizabeth Adams, human rights activist

- Richard Cain, law school graduate, human rights activist

- Amy Anderson, human rights activist

 

- who are to be present to answer questions and discuss strategies concerning this legal action.

 

There are several elements to look at as we begin this process:

1. Evidence

2. the Presentation to the US Attorney

3. Response from the Grand Jury (ies)

 

The Evidence

This element is extremely important and will determine whether the grand jury will consider our case.  At this time, we have a few significant sources of evidence that we can present to a grand jury:

a) Medical Documentation - this would include MRI's, CT scans, X-rays, etc. Anyone who has a medical scan which shows implants, please send copies of those to us to present as evidence to the US attorney. 

b) Signal Evidence - meter readings, radio frequency scannings, audio recordings, etc. This evidence could also be convincing in showing what is happening to us. 

c) Expert Testimony - we have among us, doctors, engineers, psychologists, private investigators and others who could provide written statements to corroborate our experiences

d) Historical Evidence - documents that show the development and existence of the technologies and who are using them. 

e) Victim Testimony - we would also want to include the clearest, most credible victim testimonies as evidence of our targeting.

 

***It will also be very important for us to determine who the defendants will be.

 

Presentation to the US Attorney

The presentation to the US attorney would be by the most credible and articulate community members.  There may even be several districts that we would present our case to, including the federal, state, and county jurisdictions. These decisions will be made in the coming weeks and months.  We will also follow any presentation to the US attorney, particularly the first one, with a press release.

 

Response from the Grand Jury

Depending on the response from the grand jury, we will either wait until the conclusion of their investigation or continue seeking other venues to present our case.  If any of the grand juries decide to investigate our claims, a press conference along with a press release would be recommended. 

 

This is a basic outline of what we'd like to do. All of these considerations and more will be the topic for discussion at tonight's call. For best results, this must be a community effort.  Please come with your questions, comments, and willingness to participate in one of our most important activism projects yet.
