I am in USA and there is Freedom Information Act for me and anyone to search public information with search engine Google, Bing, Yahoo and so on, I even entered Wikileaks where I only found out one Chinese victim Solelimavis in Shanghai Fudan University, she was the Peacepink website founder, but in fact there are millions Chinese victims in 22 Chinese provinces and cities Whom Wikileak did not collect because these victims can not use English and international website.
However, I want to tell you all that I can not confrm the news about UN START INVESTIGATION TO BAN CYBER TORTURE , after I search the UN Huam Right Council official website, I found nothing about this news.
