I  was in Geneva  for the  human rights and democracy summit on the 19h of February  , and the only one from the Peace Pink group.

I managed to mention briefly the problem of electronic torture to Mr Hillel C. NEUER , UN Watch Executive Director.

He suggested that  a letter of information be sent to him.
