To: Targeted Individuals Everywhere: I recently sent out notice asking for you to join me in filing a Group Complaint with the UN Human Rights Council. I started this project because our voices need to be heard. We are human beings who are being treated less than human. This is unacceptable. It would send a powerful message to the United Nations if we were to flood their offices with complaints. The higher the number of participants, the more effective that message will be.
