I think of all the efforts this one is PARAMOUNT.

If we can get law passed that prohibits human testing without signed consent (currently there is no law on the books!), and the bill referenced in the title which was introduced after James Walbert was found to have beensuccessfully implanted with an rfid chip, and a brain implant, was shot down!

If there is legal discourse (currently there's not!) for such invasive, abusive, tortuous implants, then these actions will no longer occur, or be far less because of the potential backlash (think of all the publicity surrounding illegal neural implants for torture and research because of all the lawsuits that would spring up!)

V2K without a chip is close to bullshit. If you're always hearing voices you have a chip. It is called a brain interface neural implant. They are not the size of dust, MRIs will detect them, problem is a trustworthy doctor now is few and far between. Don't say anything to them about voices or anything otherwise- you'll be locked up for being a kook.

This all is controlled by the National Security Agency in the US (Fort Meade, VA).

If you hear voices it most likely isn't a real person, but AI programmed to sound like a voice. Advanced AI (the most advanced in the world) will try and trick you constantly- try and trick you not to do anything, or put you in a state of fear not to do anything- it will constantly tell you things like "don't type that or you'll die", "if you just be quiet I'll take them out", "don't say that, this is your last chance", and on and on and on. It is a dumb computer- the only way to overpower it is to understand it. Understand it's a computer trained to trick you, and you can be free.

I do not mean to insult anyone's intelligence- I am new to this, and am simply asking these questions to get an overview of people's symptoms here. I expect to be wrong in many of my assumptions.

1) Do most of you people believe you have some type of chip or brain interface in your head- or do most of you believe that you are just a victim on electronic weaponry harassment?

2) If you believe you got chipped- where do you think it happened (your house, on vacation, surgery, dentists, because of a girlfriend/boyfriend, etc)?

3) Have you ever had chips taken out and then put back in, or have you ever had chips taken out and they're now gone completely? If so, how do you think you know this (just from difference in psyche, or the symptoms are gone, etc)?

4) Who do you think is responsible for this?

5) How do you think the chips work?

6) MRIs- how many of you have had MRI's or CT scans on your head if you think you have a chip? How many of you if any have had an MRI test positive for a chip?

7) Has anyone here successfully had a doctor remove a chip/brain-interface?

8) Symptoms: What are the symptoms if you believe you have a chip / brain interface (hearing frequencies, voices, blurry vision, bloody nose, sharp tingling sensations/burns on the body, etc)? Please share if you can your symptoms.

9) Laws- are any of you aware of laws that permit implanting humans with covert chips / brain interface, or vice versa, laws that disallow such technologies?
