ABOUT THE 2-WAY TV SURVEILLANCE AND MEDIA INVASION OF MY PRIVACY

Whenever and from wherever I turn on a TV that is broadcasting to me live I'm seen on the monitors in the TV studios or on the monitor of the live camera. This happens every single time I turn on the TV. IT’S BEEN HAPPENING SINCE 2004.

It doesn’t matter where the TV is being broadcast from - as long as it’s live - as soon as I turn it on I’m seen on the monitors in the studios or on the cameras. Thus I’ve been transmitted live to studios or cameras in Australia, US, France, Spain, China, Japan, Russia, Ukraine, Greece, Indonesia, Germany, Chile. All the newsreaders of the news programs from those countries that are broadcast live to Australia have been seeing me since 2004, as well as all the guests who appear live on their programs. Also all the regular Australian newsreaders and live TV presenters and their guests. They have all been seeing me since 2004. Anyone could see me if they were in one of the studios or in front of one of the cameras that’s broadcasting live and I turned on that channel.

Initially I treated it all as a joke and laughed and smiled and waved etc. at them. So they were mostly friendly, curious.

Then I started getting aggravated by the invasion of my and my family’s privacy that this “TIVO-1984 TV” represented. Sometimes I got abusive or confrontational. That didn’t help at all.

But then I realized that all they know is that I appear on the monitor – and that they don’t necessarily know about all the DIRECTED ENERGY and NEUROLOGICAL WEAPONS torture and abuse that’s being done to me. So I started holding up protest signs and signs telling them I was being tortured etc.. Now they know there’s definitely some “funny business” going on – and they give me concerned looks etc. I don’t know if any of them have taken any other steps to help me. Some are more sympathetic than others, some seem to be thinking along the lines of – “he must have done something to be put in that position”. All the Australian journalists know that it’s all completely out of the hands of the Australian Government because I have protested, abused, held up signs and messages to the Prime Minister, other Ministers, the Governor-General etc. when they have been live on TV - and they just have to sit there and take it.

In this way such people as Donald Rumsfeld, Christopher Hill, Nancy Pelosi, Ruth Bader Ginsberg, John Howard, Angela Merkel, Silvio Berlusconi, Richard Holbrooke, Hilary Clinton, Barak Obama, and many other politicians, officials, commentators, journalists and celebrities have seen me and are all potential witnesses to this technology and this aspect of my abuse.

It happens any time I see a live broadcast, no matter where I am. It completely ruins watching live TV - as you are actually like being in a video-conference - so it's hard to remain impassive or unaffected.

It's been happening since 2004 - so most of the regular newsreaders etc. are quite used to seeing me.

They also see whoever is with me in the room.

Nowadays mostly I hold signs saying "I'm being tortured. please help me" or "stop directed energy and neurological weapons torture" so I don't have to stare directly at them.

I'm just astounded that supposed "free media' people, politicians, officials etc. - can witness this bizarre invasion of a person's privacy and human rights - plus the fact that I'm telling them I'm

being tortured - without doing anything about it.

So, of course, I conclude that they are completely unable to do anything about it - even if they wanted. and I have seen how they find it just as unusual as me.

Although - as I come across on the director's or producer's monitor - they seem used to people coming across there - and at first were perfectly unsurprised to see me there - it's just when I started abusing and protesting and not acting like the typical people who appear on those monitors that they realised something was wrong.

For them it's like they get tuned into a reality TV show - me at home, in a bar, with family etc.- except I’m holding signs saying "please help me I'm being tortured" , or I protest or wave at them etc..

as far as I’m concerned that gives a very plausible and simple technical explanation of 80% of what I've been subjected to -  including the media stuff they can alter, insert etc. digital information whilst it's passing through the air, or go directly into the hardware.

NOTE: I also believe that they can sample a DJ, NEWSREADER’S or anyone’s voice and synthesize a message in that voice and “deliver” that to your TV, radio, head or whatever. So it may not be the actual DJ or NEWSREADER etc. collaborating and it may just be a artificially synthesized personal message directed and delivered to you only. Also I think they have the ability to alter pre-recorded digital images and information prior to and during transmission – so for example a pre-recorded “talking head” can appear to be talking to you and reacting to you.

What I have experienced and described above is quite different, and quite easily distinguishable, from these type of fabrications.

1. Can you please tell me when you first noticed  something was happening and can you describe this experience?

I sent 2 human rights activist emails to public authorities and forums beginning in 2003.

In 2004, Feb-April, I sent some more specifically regarding the war in Iraq, and the war on terror.

In about June 2004 I became aware of being surveilled by media "feedback" - messages directly, personally concerning me and things I was doing. these messages were embedded in TV, INTERNET, NEWSPAPERS AND MAGAZINES. some were specifically personal - that could only relate to me. others were like horoscopes -applicable if you want to draw the connections.

Also a CCTV street photo of me was placed on my internet home page, and some very old emails I had sent were sent to me.

Also I had a few "Organised Stalking" experiences - cars following me and groups of people noticing me, and seeking to draw my attention to them.

This was a disconcerting experience. I initially thought my house was video-ed and bugged and was being directly transmitted to the internet - thereby giving people the information about me that they were commenting on.

So I moved house. Then it started happening in the next place I lived. this was Sept/Oct 2004.

This was very disconcerting and bewildering.

Then, about 6 months after I became aware of being surveilled, I was subjected to a relatively short bout of mentally invasive torture - noises, dogs barking, bullying people. one them was a "respected" newspaper columnist and Australian literature board director - really, also, a local Gestapo member.

The media "feedback" was also continuing all this time.

Objects, papers - various types of messages were also presented to me - for example on the street where I was walking etc.. This was achieved, I think, by nanotechnology - de-constituting the objects, "delivering" them by directed energy, and then re-constituting them. or it may been direct image placement into the brain - although I don't think so because those type of images are recognisably in the brain.

About 6 months after that, April 2005, they hit me very strongly - with sleep deprivation torture for a week, sensory overload torture, and various very clever and well- produced  "headtrips", and then vasectomy (it felt like castration).

Since then the torture and abuse has been continuous i.e. not just surveillance and "feedback" - but mentally invasive and physically destructive torture, abuse and tricks 24/7. This started in May, 2005 and has continued since then.

2.Why do you think you were singled out over other peace protesters and human rights activists.

I think it may have been a combination of the tone and timing of my emails. Also bulk emailing public forums and authorities worldwide as an individual, not a member of an activist group, may have left me more vulnerable. I think I hit some raw nerves, and may have been considered particularly forthright and outspoken.

3. Do you see a pattern of the victim of this torture, some type of profile from other cases you know of.

I think some are specifically political/ideological/"security" targets. Others, more randomly, are being used for experimentation. And some to create confusion.

4. Can you please give an example of one of these emails you sent.

The Record of the United States

The record of the United States is monstrous and abysmal and yet its self-righteousness, assertiveness and unilateralism is undiminished. Why is that?

Since the end of World War II the United States has killed more than a million Vietnamese in the Vietnam War, it has sponsored and trained death squads, armies and police in Central and South America and elsewhere that have killed millions. It has been, and is, a major supporter of mass-murdering China, Indonesia, Turkey, Zaire, Nigeria and others. It is the major supporter and sponsor of Israel who has dispossessed and is brutalising and oppressing millions of Palestinians.

At the same time the United States has denigrated, undermined and actively opposed the United Nations and the rule of international law and standards – so much so that it will not even support an international human rights and law court. A knight in shining armour? More like Frankenstein. The United States and the world will greatly benefit when it becomes an honest and positive participant.

Besides honestly and positively supporting international laws, standards and institutions it could start by, along with other members of the international community, directing 20% of its military budget to the creation of a standing United Nations humanitarian intervention force. It could also start by encouraging Israel to withdraw to its 1967 borders, in compliance with numerous United Nations resolutions, and along with the international community especially European countries, by organising and funding a generous compensation, assistance and development plan for Palestinians, including a large voluntary assisted migration program.

5. Did you report this to the police or local authorities and what happened when you did this.

No because it seems too incredible. I didn't believe it, and still find it incredible and nightmarishly totalitarian and hard to believe. Family and friends didn't and don't believe me.

Also I didn't think it was or would be necessary because what has been done to me has been extensively witnessed by public and authority figures both in Australia and overseas -

i.e. Since 2004 whenever I turn on the TV  - if it's live, I appear on the director's/producer's monitor. Thus I have been witnessed by, and have protested and appealed to, many newscasters in Australia and overseas, and by anyone who appears live on the news.  Politicians, celebrities, newscasters and others have thus all witnessed me in this position and I have appealed and protested to them –

for example - Bill Clinton, Condoleeza Rice, Queens of Sweden, Norway, England, Prince Frederick of Denmark, Princess Mary of Denmark, Colin Powell, John Howard, Mark Latham, Mark Vaile, Angela Merkel, Julia Gillard, Nancy Pelosi, John Howard, Donald Rumsfeld, the Governor General of Australia and many other Ministers and Officials.

And from Australian TV - Alan Kohler, Kerry Obrien, Li Lin Chin, Mary Kotstakidis, Silvio Rivier, Andrew G, Andrew O’Keefe, Mari-Anne Kennerley.

From American TV - Jim Lehrer and the other people from PBS News, Katie Couric and many, many others.

With so many public and authority figures thus witnessing my predicament it seemed unnecessary to make any further reports. I certainly have no lack of witnesses to corroborate at least this aspect of my story!

Also since 2004, I have continually appealed for help, in writing, to Governments, UN Missions, UN Organisations, EU Organisations, other International and Human Rights Organisations, and many, many media outlets in the US and worldwide stating all the facts of what is being done to me. I have received virtually no help, or even acknowledgement, from anyone at all! Both the technologies and the perpetrators of these atrocities remain secret and unprosecuted, although so many people, including many so-called authorities and journalists, are aware of my situation.

6. Has the media in Australia addresed your story?

Not at all. Even though all the journalists and newscasters have in the ways outlined above witnessed and have been informed of my situation, and even though I always ask them “What happened to a free media?”. The most totalitarian censorship has thus been blatantly applied to my story in Australia and all over the world. I think they’ve been told it’s “National Security” or “Patriot Act” type secrecy.

7. Who do you think is doing this and why?

An extremist US security organisation  - neoconservative extremists who are extremely well-resourced, connected and coordinated and who are using US National Security resources and pretexts to further their own ends and to operate unaccountably. As such they have very seriously undermined and overridden all the democratic processes and institutions.

US National Security resources and pretexts also gives them near complete control over the dissemination of information. In concert with a virtually non-existent diversity of mass media sources and opinions the result is incessant propaganda, selective reporting, double-standards and the virtual absence of any real, hard news and information i.e. any news, information or opinions contrary to their agenda and interests.

So they control the public agenda and avoid any real accountability and scrutiny.

Democratic people, processes and institutions have been made accountable to this SECURITY/SCIENTIFIC/BUSINESS/INFORMATION COMPLEX. Whereas in a properly functioning democracy this SECURITY/SCIENTIFIC/BUSINESS/INFORMATION COMPLEX should be accountable to democratic people, processes and institutions.

One must wonder what exactly the so-called war on terror is being fought for. In western countries free speech is being attacked, diversity of mass media sources and opinions is virtually non-existent, civil liberties are being undermined, the rule of law, accountability, the right to a fair trial and the presumption of innocence are being openly ignored and abused, and the humanitarian treatment of detainees has been rescinded and shrouded in secrecy. This driving down of standards lends support and legitimacy to tyrants, dictatorships, corrupt and authoritarian regimes the world over.

At a time of global paranoia, violence, injustice and change where are the human rights and international law upholding leaders, representatives and supporters? The abolition of torture, the upholding of universal human rights and world peace and development based on international law needs real global leadership and support not this pitiful coterie of acquiescers, complicits, fellow-travellers and compradors  obediently, self-deludingly and/or indifferently supporting war economies, national security state imperatives and criminal belligerents.

I believe an extremist US security organisation is doing all this stuff to me as ‘pedagogy’, ‘teaching me a lesson’, 'making a fool of me', a ‘retrieval’ (I’m part Jewish – so they told me), a sadistic, ugly power-trip and/or a psycho-physical ‘reengineering’. Whatever the reason it’s all forced and in complete disregard for my human rights and well-being.

Thus, from this horrendous personal experience, I can confirm that thought control, monitoring, commentary and disturbance; audio and visual input direct to the brain; and other remote physical and mental torture and abuse technologies are in existence and are being abused. Essentially it is “star wars” and directed energy weapons technologies coupled with advanced neuro and medical science, and also using nanotechnology and holography technologies.

ARE ALREADY IN EXISTENCE AND ARE ALREADY BEING ABUSED!

For anyone at all concerned about human rights, liberty, democracy, privacy and ALL aspects and degrees of  human freedom, individuality and mental and physical integrity and health this uncontrolled and unacknowledged technology and abuse is intolerable!

There is massive ignorance and secrecy regarding these technologies and victims such as I are being subjected to uncontrolled and unacknowledged torture and mental and physical destruction.

These aggressive, exploitative philistines have stolen and wrecked my human rights, happiness, health and democratic freedom and are breaking multiple laws with impunity. How and why has such a situation been allowed to develop and continue? Why are the “democracies” and their ruling classes and exploiters, and the international and human rights organisations displaying such double standards with regard to my case and these abuses? Why is there no press freedom regarding my case? Why the public conspiracy of silence and acquiescence or complicity regarding this complete denial and abuse of my human rights? Why aren’t the criminals responsible for this being brought to justice?

8: Have you sought medical help of any type?

Yes my family asked me to see a psychiatrist. I saw a few and told them what is being done to me. None of them paid much attention to any of that and made various diagnoses – schizophrenia, deluded, psychotic – and gave me some medications. Of course none of the medications made any difference to my “symptoms” – they just gave me various “doped” effects plus some side-effects.

9. Have your symptoms changed while doing this interview?

No not at all.  I’m still being : -

1. continuously - 24 hours a day 7 days a week  mentally and physically monitored. (2004-present)

2. subjected to sleep deprivation torture. (2005)

3. continuously subjected to sensory and mental torture by being verbally and aurally abused, goaded, disturbed and engaged with - directly into the brain. This takes the form of a running commentary with a personally codified system of comments and responses to my thoughts, activities and biorhythms - both straightforwardly and with echo, repetition and distortion effects.  This sensory and mental torture directly into the brain has varied from extreme causing near-complete mental breakdown and desperation, to loud, intensive and continuous, to milder. It is all, however, unignorable and inescapable, and it has profoundly degraded and wrecked my mental and physical life and being. (2004/2005-present)

4. repeatedly and relentlessly subjected to electrical abuse and torture on the genitals - electric currents are applied to my genitals at different intensities and positions, often continuously for extended periods of time. This ranges from mildly disturbing to extremely torturous. The cumulative affect is sickening and constant mental and physical stress and tension. This electrical abuse and torture on the genitals is applied at any time of the day or night. I am often woken up by the application of electric currents to my genitals - night after night after night. My genitals have also been liposuctioned, collagened, vasectomied, and my scrotum subjected to repeated reductions and enlargements. Also my nipples are often “electrocuted”, and more recently what feels like my semen glands, and other internal organs are also being intensively “electrocuted”(2005-present)

5. continuously subjected to multiple nightly neurological experiments and interventions  - night after night after night 2,3,4,5 or more times per night artificial "dreams" are introduced into my brain and therein experienced and processed "organically" (?). This has resulted in mentally and psychically exhausting, degrading and wrecking me. I haven't had an uninterrupted nights sleep in over 2 years. (2005-present)

6. subjected to "deep" neurological interventions on my brain creating a lasting "lobotomised" effect. Repeatedly subjected to multiple other experiments and interventions on other areas of my brain. (2005-present)

7. subjected to various other mental, physical and social tortures, degradations and dirty tricks. This includes being extensively publically exhibited via internet and TV which has greatly magnified the complete violation of my privacy. (2004-present)

As an ancillary to these each and every night I am repeatedly put to sleep, woken up, made to go to the toilet, and mentally mood and temper controlled on waking. Other nights I am given erections, and occasionally voided of semen (my sperm production has been stopped). I am being used like a lab rat. This regime has been ongoing now since 2005.

Each and every waking hour I am thought and image read, and continuously subjected to the various forms of sensory and mental torture by being verbally and aurally abused, goaded, disturbed and engaged with - directly into the brain. Coupled with the various forms of genital abuse and torture. This regime has been ongoing now since 2005.

Thus my human rights, liberty and privacy have been completely violated and ALL aspects and degrees of my human freedom, individuality and mental and physical integrity and health profoundly assaulted, tortured and wrecked in this ongoing totalitarian nightmare.

10. Have you tried any methods of protecting your self against this?

No I thought about things like Faraday Cages to sleep in etc.. but I’ve heard the specific waves are too hi-tech to be stopped. Think about it – they are beamed down through roofs and through my skull into my brain encrypted with “information” and “effects”,  and transmitted back. There are continuous links to and from my brain and body  no matter where I go.

Scuba - diving under water did lessen it, but I was still reached.

By the time I even slightly conceptualised properly what was being done to me the bulk of the damage had been done to me i.e. my creativity, drives, and stuff relating to my “primitive” brain (I think they call it) had been knocked/burnt/lobotomised out. And the sustained nightly stuff had already substantially wrecked my imagination, sensibility and memory. My perceptual and sensory acuteness, strength and quality very much degraded. My mind-body relationship had been wrecked, and my psycho-physiological fluidity and coordination wrecked. My brains and wits had been addled, and my mind enraged, incapacitated and mangled in sheer powerlessness and frustration. My ability to sustainedly mentally focus wrecked. My digestion, heart beat and all my metabolism had already been altered and wrecked. My natural organic growth and maturation already truncated and wrecked.

Also my body had already been disfigured.

So it was a bit late.

The Text of Spinoza's Excommunication

On the 6th of the month of Av, 5416, July 27, 1656, the excommunication of Baruch de Spinoza was proclaimed from the Ark in the synagogue of Talmud Torah, the united congregation of the Portuguese Jews in Amsterdam. The complete version of the proclamation, written in Portuguese, is found in the Book of Ordinances of the congregation (Livro dos Acordos de Nacao e Ascamot) and it includes some highly interesting details:

"The Lords of the Ma'amad", i.e. the governing body of six parnassim and the gabbai, announce that

"having long known of the evil opinions and acts of Baruch de Spinoza, they have endeavored by various means and promises, to turn him from his evil ways. But having failed to make him mend his wicked ways, and, on the contrary, daily receiving more and more serious information about the abominable heresies which he practiced and taught and about his monstrous deeds, and having for this numerous trustworthy witnesses who have deposed and born witness to this effect in the presence of the said Espinoza, they became convinced of the truth of this matter; and after all of this has been investigated in the presence of the honorable hakhamim, they have decided, with their consent, that the said Espinoza should be excommunicated and expelled from the people of Israel..."

The "hakhamim," namely the official rabbis of the community, with whose consent the resolution was made to excommunicate the "said Espinoza," were familiar with thetraditional wording of the proclamations of excommunication and excerpts of these onventional formulations were incorporated in the announcement of Spinoza's excommunication:

"By decree of the angels and by the command of the holy men, we excommunicate, expel, curse and damn Baruch de Espinoza, with the consent of God, Blessed be He, and with the consent of the entire holy congregation, and in front of these holy scrolls with the 613 precepts which are written therein; cursing him with the excommunication with which Joshua banned Jericho and with the curse which Elisha cursed the boys and with all the castigations which are written in the Book of the Law. Cursed be he by day and cursed be he by night; cursed be he when he lies down and cursed be he when he rises up. Cursed be he when he goes out and cursed be he when he comes in. The Lord will not spare him, but then the anger of the Lord and his jealousy shall smoke against that man, and all the curses that are written in this book shall lie upon him, and the Lord shall blot out his name from under heaven. And the Lord shall separate him unto evil out of all the tribes of Israel, according to all the curses of the covenant that are written in this book of the law. But you that cleave unto the Lord your God are alive every one of you this day."

The proclamation of the excommunication concludes with the following famous lines of the actual warning:

"That no one should communicate with him neither in writing nor accord him any favor nor stay with him under the same roof nor within four cubits in his vicinity; nor shall he read any treatise composed or written by him."

The electromagnetic and neuro-weapons have capabilities that transcend anything that the world has experienced in terms of weapons technology in the past. Due to their ability to attack and manipulate biological processes, inner organs and the human nervous system as well as neurological processes, these devices are the most dangerous weapons produced by mankind to date.

The effect on humans is devastating as the weapons can simulate many illnesses, cause pain and organ damage, brain damage, strokes, heart attacks and death. The most common form of harm through the use of these weapons is DNA damage and tumour formation and eventually cancer. DNA damage in the reproductive eggs of women alters the mitochondrial DNA and thus damages entire future generations. Another insidious aspect of these weapons is that they can be used to impair, alter and control human bodily functions, movement, behaviour and even thought  processes often without the  realisation of the victim. In mid March 2016 the Polish defense minister  Antoni Macierewicz visited the University of  Father  Tadeusz  Rydzyk to participate in the discussion on problems of contemporary politics, armed conflicts and terrorism. One of the listeners asked him, whether Poland has got a strategy, how to solve illegal experiments with electromagnetic weapons on unwitting Polish citizens. .  Now it seems to be clear that the European Union Member States have in their arsenal a classified military technology, which can be used for electromagnetic attacks on people. Apparent classification of this issue explains as well your evasive replies to our previous letters on this subject.

Water makes up significant portion of the human body - 55 - 70%. Large portions of this water contain particles which have either accepted or lost an electron and therefore, they have either a positive or negative charge. Those particles may be atoms, molecules or clusters of atoms or molecules. They are called ions. Since liquids in the human body are full of those ions, they can be compared to electrolytes or liquids which conduct electrical current. The most important part in the activity of the human nervous system represent  electrical currents, which are occurring as flows of those charged particles in the nerve fibres. While in electrical wires the electrical current is a flow of free electrons, in the human body and the human nervous system it is a flow of charged ions.

The sources of electrical currents in the nerve fibres are neuronal membranes. The electrical currents start to flow in the nervous fibres, as a result of a change of voltage between the inner and outer surface of neuronal membranes. This change of voltage, on the other hand, is principally caused by electrical currents in the electrolyte which is inside nerve fibres.

In 2014, Chinese scientists published the results of an experiment in which they searched for microwave conductivity of electrolyte solutions. In the introduction they stressed that their experiment "plays an important role in investigating the interaction between electromagnetic waves and biological tissues that have high water content and a significant concentration of ions". They used a solution of salt for their experiment. The chemical formula of salt is NaCl. It means it contains atoms of sodium and chloride. Ions of both of those atoms play an important role in the firing of nerve cells. The experiment proved that this electrolyte is conductive for microwaves up to 20 gigahertz frequency. The nervous system is controled by neurons called axons. Their membranes react to the electrical currents in the electrolyte which fills their nerve fibres by producing electrical currents. This will then trigger the spreading of the nervous signal in the nervous system.

If a human being is supposed to feel something, do something or think about something, it is necessary that large quantities of neurons start firing at the same frequency. The chance for the effectiveness of the manipulation of the human nervous system with pulsed microwaves is secured by the fact that the variations of the activity of the human nervous system for various perceptions, reactions, emotions, actions and thoughts are expressed in different frequencies or sequels of frequencies. Walter J. Freeman, who studied for decades the electrical activity of the human brain simultaneously introducing multitudes of microelectrodes into different parts of the brain, wrote that in the brain "transmission occurs at some characteristic frequency, and... reception occurs in... sets tuned to that frequency". So, if the electrolytes in the nerve fibres are reached by microwaves, which are pulsed in the nervous activity's frequencies, the membranes of axons which control the nervous system's activity and react to electrical voltage's changes by initiating nerve firing, will react to inflow-frequencies of electrical currents. These currents will be produced by frequencies in which microwaves will be pulsed. In this way, the electrolytes in the nervous tissue will function as antennas and the human nervous system will be controlled by pulsed microwaves, targeting the human body.

The American MCS America organisation, which fights against pollution, confirms this conclusion in its study on Electromagnetic Fields Sensitivity. The study states: "The body can collect the signal and turn it into electric currents just like the antenna of a radio set or a cell phone. These currents are carried by ions... flowing through the living tissues and in the blood vessels (a system of tubes full of an ellectrically-conducting salty fluid that connect almost every part of the body) when these currents impinge on cell membranes, which are normally electrically charged, they try to vibrate in time with the current" http://mcs-america.org/index_files/EHS.htm (let us note that a neuron is a cell as well). The study goes on stating: "The mechanism of demodulation is controversial, but there is no doubt that it occurs. The best explanation is that the multitude of minute ion channels found in cell membranes act as electrically biased point contact diodes... these can rectify and demodulate the signal even at microwave frequencies... A cell phone signal, when demodulated in this way, generates a whole family of low frequency components, some of which are biologically-active and cause membrane leakage. One consequence of this leakage is to make the sensory cells of electrosensitive individuals give a whole range of false sensations". The reason why the cell phone radiation produces false sensations in some individuals is that the information transfer in cell phone systems is carried out by low frequency microwave pulses which reach the electrolyte in electrosensitive individuals' nervous systems. Since the nervous activity takes place in low frequencies, it is triggered or incited by those pulses.

Published experiments dedicated to the effects of microwaves on the human nervous system used microwave frequencies which did not exceed much more than one Gigahertz, thus complying with the findings of Chinese scientists on the conductivity of electrolyte for microwaves. People described the microwave sound as "buzz, clicking, hiss or knocking, depending on several transmitter parameters, i.e., pulse width and pulse repetition rate", in other words, on the frequency of pulses. When varying the transmitter parameters, Allen H. This experiment proved not only feasibility of remote manipulation of the human nervous system but as well feasibility of manipulation of human mind.

When encoding human speech into pulsed microwaves - the procedure is similar to radio broadcasting (human speech only needs to be converted to pulsed microwaves) - it is possible to transmit either audible or inaudible (ultrasound) messages into the human brain. A human being cannot hear ultrasound messages, but the brain perceives them and a person's behaviour can be controled and manipulated in this way. The density of electromagnetic energy needed to remotely control the activity of the human nervous system does not exceed the standards set by the European Union. Let's just remember that cellphone signals can penetrate into the human brain.

 A skillfull radioamateur is capable to produce a transmitter able to remotely control the activity of the human nervous system for criminal groups which could then endanger the mental and physical health of people in their surroundings. They could easily put drivers to sleep by pulsing microwaves into the sleep frequencies or with more sophisticated pulsing, they could stop a person's heart beat and make him or she die. It is known that Allen H. Frey produced heart attacks in frogs with pulsed microwaves. 

At the same time a growing number of people worldwide complain that they are exposed to such harmful radiations, but do not have any means of defense against their use. Among the main symptoms, they claim to have, are burns on their bodies or burning sensations, pins and needles sensations, feelings of being stabbed or squashed, violent vomiting, cramps going as far as reaching temporary paralyses, remotely controled movements of their body parts, breath shortness sometimes reaching heart arrest, nausea, voice-hearings and manipulations of their thoughts and emotions. They usually end up showing depression and suicidal tendencies. When complaining about the symptoms and claiming that they are caused by electromagnetic radiation, they are frequently sent to psychiatric hospitals, without any expert investigations of their complaints.

This makes plausible the idea that the military and government agencies operators of those weapons are practising their skills in the use of those weapons on unwitting citizens, to be able to use those acquired skills in possible future wars or to use them in the case of massive civil disobedience against citizens of their countries.

Since government agencies, and possibly organized crime, are capable to remotely manipulate the human nervous system and cause physical torture, mental confusion or death of people, without leaving any evidence of the committed crime, it is necessary to introduce a legislation, which would prosecute such activities. Part of the legislation should also be the prohibition of the use of those technologies for the state security agencies, because their possession of such technologies would be in sharp contradiction with the democratic constitutions of European Union Member States. We are willing to participate in the preparation of this legislation.

Any technology, which would produce in the human nervous system the flows of electric currents with the frequencies of its activity, can be used to control remotely the activity of the human brain and  body. At the present time pulsed microwaves are the only technology known to be fit to produce this effect, but easily, with contemporary fast advances of the scientific research, other technologies can be developed or already were developed. Therefore, the legislation should ban as well the use of so far unknown or unpublished technologies which enable the remote manipulation of electrical currents in the human brain and body.

Because of the fact that at least  the European NATO  member states are apparently bound by an agreement to keep those weapons secret, it is evident, that the legislation we are proposing, can be enacted in the European Union Member states only if it is recommended to them by the European Commission and if the EU member states act together  - or even if the principle of subsidiarity is bypassed and the legislation is passed directly by the European Parliament

We still have a confidence that you will not support the criminal use of electromagnetic or other energetic fields against the citizens of the European Union Member States and that you will recommend  to the European Union Member States and to the European Parliament to enact legislations, which will protect the citizens of the European Union Member States against such attacks establish harsh sentencies for the perpetrators of such attacks and which will create agencies specialized in the detection of attacks using the remote manipulation of the functioning of the human nervous system to produce symptoms of mental illness or to torture or kill people without leaving evidence of the committed crime.

We still believe as well that you are aware of the crisis of democracy created by the governments' secret possession of means enabling them to remotely manipulate the minds of their citizens.  This is in frightening conflict with the constitutions of the European Union Member States.

We still hope that you will stick to the values of respect for human dignity, freedom and democracy embedded in the Treaty on European Union and will work for the ban of the use of technologies which make it possible to deprive people of their personal freedom and freedom of thought creating thus totalitarian regimes of a new type.

Millions of Americans and people throughout the world have a lethal satellite weapon connected to their brains. 

This satellite technology/weapon is being used for total surveillance and as a silent, invisible weapon and torture instrument.  It causes “mental illness” and numerous physical conditions, possibly including cancer and AIDS.  Decades of genocide have occurred under the guise of mental and physical illness. 

Those controlling the satellite built a “separate country”.  They are committing treason, and it has been a hostile coup since they first started connecting to millions of Americans.  Americans are literally under attack and they have been for decades.

Those controlling the satellite either orchestrated 9/11 or watched it happen.  The technology is too powerful for that not to be the case.  I believe they killed the pilots instantaneously, using satellite energy, and took control of the planes from the ground.

Most, if not all, mass shootings were caused by someone being intentionally and maliciously tortured past his breaking point by satellite.  They were not caused by “mental illness” or by “terrorism”, as the FBI has led people to believe for decades.  The FBI knows that.  They continue to cover up the real cause of mass shootings and promote their terrorism narrative.  The most prolific terrorists in history control the satellite.

The documents in this package thoroughly describe this medical, national and international emergency.  Some of these documents were included with the letter I sent to you on March 4, 2016.  An unsigned copy of that letter is on page 15 of the “Satellite Genocide” document.  The U.S. Postal Service delivered your letter and package of documents to the “Parcel Locker” at The Trump Organization, 725 Fifth Avenue, New York, NY 10022, at 11:17 AM on Monday, March 7, 2016.  You have been on legal notice for at least a year.

I also submitted comments on your campaign website and sent emails to your campaign email address (info@DonaldTrump.com) last year.  I submitted two comments on the WhiteHouse.gov website last month.   

You still have not made an announcement or responded.  This massive situation was covered up during the entire election process.  Most Americans remain oblivious.  People are still being assaulted, tortured and murdered by satellite.

I have informed numerous officials.  President Obama, Attorney General Lynch, Attorney General Holder, Director Brennan of the CIA and Secretary Johnson of Homeland Security somehow managed to dodge the biggest situation in U.S. history while in office.  Their successors were copied on this letter and package of documents.

How long can the President of the United States ignore an attack against our country and against millions of Americans?  How long can our leaders cover up decades of genocide?

Below is the account of my attempts to gain Humanitarian Asylum/Protection in Russia, Turkey and China,

I went to the Russian Foreign Affairs Department to try to get Humanitarian Asylum - but they sent me to the Immigration Department - and they sent me to the Refugee Processing Office....................

Then I went to the Duma to try to get Humanitarian Asylum - but they sent me to the Presidential Administration - but they wouldn't even let me in the door.

Then I went to the old KGB office - and I got interviewed by two political security-type officers - they said they believed me - and they seemed quite sympathetic.

They said they would contact the 'Technical Section' to see if a block could be put on the weapons whilst I was in Moscow - but they said if it didn't happen in 24 hours it meant they couldn't do anything about it.

Nothing happened - and I was still attacked.

I also told them about Russian citizens being attacked, even people in the hostel I stayed in - just because I was staying there - and they said they were aware and worried about the problem.

I also told them about the Organised Stalking all around Moscow - but they didn't seem very interested.

I am writing today to request an immediate investigation by your office and also by any other entity you refer this letter into what has been called ‘illegal domestic terrorism’ by the national office of the ACLU. Others believe these acts are ‘non-consensual human experimentation’ reminiscent of Nazi concentration camp endeavors. These programs have also been determined to be ‘severe human rights violations’ and illegal and criminal in many legal jurisdictions. To me, given my family’s history, these programs are shocking crimes against humanity. I join today many others, whose request letters are also enclosed, to protect our lives and our futures from further horrors.

Based on a review by historically significant defining organizations and area experts it has been determined that these acts perpetrated against my person are severe human, civil and constitutional rights violations. Categories of criminal and unwarranted surveillance, stalking, harassment and torture acts include but are not limited to:

1. National, state and local coordinated surveillance and monitoring via numerous integrated ‘A-Z avenues’; this surveillance often takes place in secret, with little or no oversight by the courts, by legislatures, or by the public. All acts are, based on innocence of TARGET, illegal and criminal.

2. National, state and local coordinated domestic psychological terror campaign, or ‘organized stalking,’ a comprehensive ‘A-Z Avenue’ effort to disrupt/destroy private social, economic physical and other life areas 24/7; this stalking and harassment often takes place in secret, with little or no oversight by the courts, by legislatures, or by the public. All acts are, based on innocence of TARGET, illegal and criminal.

3. National, state and local coordinated electronic stalking and harassment and torture, integrated ‘A-Z avenue,’ events that range from real-time internet/computer/phone hacking to physiological terrain ‘bio-hacking’ or physical torture; this stalking, harassment and torture often takes place in secret, with little or no oversight by the courts, by legislatures, or by the public. All acts are, based on innocence of TARGET, illegal and criminal.

For purposes of discretion and legal import personal case evidence is not included today. However, evidence compiled to date, personally and collectively, fits legal ‘pattern and practice’ and commonality of cause and action criteria for legal action by a large group of plaintiffs. Stated evidence and timelines are available for review in a private and confidential manner. More than 5000 such affected persons are available for interview today to any and all parties investigating these ‘crimes against humanity.’ On Friday, January 20, 2017 a civil lawsuit was filed in CA. Artificial Telepathy 101


The experience of “Artificial Telepathy” is really not that extraordinary. It’s as simple as receiving a cell-phone call in one’s head.

Indeed, most of the technology involved is exactly identical to that of cell-phone technology. Satellites link the sender and the receiver. A computer “multiplexer” routes the voice signal of the sender through microwave towers to a very specifically defined location or cell. The “receiver” is located and tracked with pinpoint accuracy, to within a few feet of actual location. But the receiver is not a cell phone. It’s a human brain.

Out of nowhere, a voice suddenly blooms in the mind of the target. The human skull has no “firewall” and therefore cannot shut the voice out. The receiver can hear the sender’s verbal thoughts. The sender, in turn, can hear all of the target’s thoughts, exactly as if the target’s verbal thoughts had been spoken or broadcast. For this reason, the experience could be called “hearing voices” but is more properly described as “artificial telepathy”.

Now, if artificial telepathy were entirely voluntary, like a conversation between friends sitting across the room from one other, it might be kind of cool. One could talk back and forth with one’s friend, exchanging verbal thoughts exactly as if speaking on the phone, but without ever using one’s voice or mouth. It’s a completely silent, subvocal form of speech. Between lovers, this would be beautiful.

The problem is that artificial telepathy provides the perfect weapon for mental torture and information theft. It provides an extremely powerful means for exploiting, harassing, controlling, and raping the mind of any person on earth. It opens the window to quasi-demonic possession of another person’s soul.
When used as a “nonlethal” weapons system it becomes an ideal means for neutralizing or discrediting a political opponent. Peace protestors, inconvenient journalists and the leaders of vocal opposition groups can be stunned into silence with this weapon.

Artificial telepathy also offers an ideal means for complete invasion of privacy. If all thoughts can be read, then Passwords, PIN numbers, and personal secrets simply cannot be protected. One cannot be alone in the bathroom or shower. Embarrassing private moments cannot be hidden: they are subject to all manner of hurtful comments and remarks. Evidence can be collected for blackmail with tremendous ease: all the wrongs or moral lapses of one’s past are up for review.
Like a perverted phone caller, a hostile person with this technology in hand can call at any time of day, all day long. Sleep can be disrupted. Prayers can be desecrated, religious beliefs mocked. Business meetings can be interrupted, thoughts derailed. Love can be polluted, perverted, twisted, abused. Dreams can be invaded, fond memories trashed.

The attacker cannot be seen or identified, the attack cannot be stopped, and the psychological damage is enormous. But there is no physical damage, not one single mark is left on the body and there is absolutely no proof that any crime or any violation ever took place! Everything that “happens” to the victim happens inside the victim’s head. What physical evidence is there to give the police? Without physical evidence, how can one photograph the “crime scene” or fingerprint the stalker? There are no footprints leading to or from the scene. Indeed, there is no physical scene at all, and no evidence that an attack ever took place.

Most people who experience this abusive form of “artificial telepathy” feel as if their mind has been raped. They find themselves hunted, stalked, harassed and abused by a person or persons who refuse to give their names, who defile one’s mind with the most foul and perverse language imaginable, and who refuse to hang up or go away. The caller or callers delight in the perverse and sadistic torture of their targets. Furthermore, they delight in violating the privacy of their targets, reading the target’s mind and commenting on everything the target thinks, in an effort to demonstrate as brutally as possible that the target has no privacy at all.

The callers act, in short, exactly like rapists or perverted stalkers. Imagine what a man might do if he found a “magic cell phone” that allowed him to dial into the heads and the private thoughts of anyone on earth. The temptation to choose a target at random and start spying on or abusing that person would be enormous, almost irresistable. It could become a sick and twisted hobby, a guilty pleasure very quickly. Put into the hands of a secret police unit, the potential for abusing such technology is even more chilling.

Now, the natural reaction of a normal and intelligent person who undergoes the horrible experience of mind rape for the first time is to panic and reach for a real phone. They call family, contact their doctor or call police with a bizarre complaint that “someone is beaming voices into my head.”

But if the police are the ones behind the abuse, the victims aren’t going to get much help, are they? And if the police are not the perpetrators, then how are they to make an arrest? It’s much more convenient and easy to believe that the caller is a nutcase.

In short order, the victim of mind rape finds herself or himself undergoing the additional humiliation of being carted off to the psych ward, often being committed involuntarily by a loved one “for one’s own good.”

The more vehement the efforts to prove that the voice or voices in one’s head are “real”, the more smug become the smiles of the medical doctors, who gently insist that such technology does not exist, that the voices cannot possibly be real, and that one must take a powerful psych med and lie down for a good long rest.

The experience of “hearing voices” — especially voices that give a running stream of negative abuse — will gain one automatic admission to the rubber room. Indeed, hearing voices is a classic example of schizophrenia. If you hear voices, you are, by definition, crazy.

Yet when released from the psych ward with an expensive supply of meds, “voice hearers” often find that the meds are ineffective — exactly as one would expect if their problem had nothing to do with brain chemistry and everything to do with a bio-electronic attack by unseen stalkers.

Voice hearers often puzzle psychiatrists, because many of them don’t fit the classic model of schizophrenia, which usually begins onset in the early twenties. The victims of “artificial telepathy” are often well into their thirties or fourties and many have no prior history of serious mental illness or drug abuse. Many seem to be alert, healthy, and rational even while insisting that they can hear voices. They agree with the psychiatrists that, yes, they are depressed, but who wouldn’t be a bit depressed under such trying circumstances? To be stalked and verbally bullied every waking hour of the day is a form of mental torture.
Victims of mind rape quickly learn not to discuss their “psychological problems” with family and coworkers. It’s embarrassing, it’s bizarre, it gets very little sympathy and only serves to alarm most people. The only way that another person can “help” is to suggest that the mind rape victim see a psychiatrist, who will promptly double one’s dose of psych meds and antidepressants. The result is a very stiff medical bill, which only adds financial pain to the mix. And the verbal harassment continues.

As they learn to endure their daily torture, voice hearers can usually return to mainstream life, where they are able to carry on intelligent, coherent conversations, hold down jobs, and function quite normally. In fact, if they don’t discuss their “problem” they usually can’t be told apart from normal people on the street. Because they are normal people.

The growing number of voice hearers in our society is therefore well masked. Those who continue to insist that there is a “secret society of people beaming voices into our heads” are simply laughed into silence or labelled paranoid schizophrenics. They are completely discredited. In fact, many voice hearers have internalized the idea that they are mentally ill, and they struggle to understand how their “auditory hallucinations” could continue to seem so very, very real.
Naturally, many of these voice hearers are deeply confused. They turn to support groups, including such on-line communities as the Voice Hearers’ support group at Yahoo.com.

Anyone who doubts that “artificial telepathy” exists need only contact such a Voice Hearers community, where they will encounter people who continue to insist that they are being harassed by real people using an unknown or unexplained technology.

Surprisingly, there is a tremendous amount of scientific literature and circumstantial evidence to back up that claim.

TO YOU OUR SELECTED WITNESSES

This letter is to ask for your help for the many victims who are being attacked with Psychotronic (or Mind Control, Electronic, Directed Energy, Neurological, Satellite, Non-lethal) Weapons.

As long ago as 1994 in Montreux, Switzerland the International Committee of the Red Cross - ICRC raised the issue of Psychotronic or Directed-Energy weapons, also at the Geneva Forum in 2002, and also in 2009 at the 5^th European Symposium on Non-Lethal Weapons and at the European Conference.

In January 1999, the European Parliament passed a resolution where it calls “ for an international convention introducing a global ban on all development and deployment of weapons which might enable any form of manipulation of human beings. It is our conviction that this ban can not be implemented without the global pressure of the informed general public on the governments. Our major objective is to get across to the general public the real threat which these weapons represent for human rights and democracy and to apply pressure on the governments and parliaments around the world to enact legislature which would prohibit the use of these devices to both government and private organisations as well as individuals.”  (Plenary sessions/Europarliament, 1999)

In October 2001, Congressman Dennis J. Kucinich introduced a bill to the House of Representatives which, it was hoped would be extremely important in the fight to expose and stop psycho-electronic mind control experimentation on involuntary, non-consensual citizens. The Bill was referred to the Committee on Science, and in addition to the Committee on Armed Services and International Relations. In the original bill a ban was sought on ‘exotic weapons’ including electronic, psychotronic or information weapons, chemtrails, particle beams, plasmas, electromagnetic radiation, extremely low frequency (ELF) or ultra low frequency (ULF) energy radiation, or mind control technologies. Despite the inclusion of a prohibition of the basing of weapons in space, and the use of weapons to destroy objects or damage objects in space, there is no mention in the revised bill of any of the aforementioned mind-invasive weaponry, nor of the use of satellite or radar or other energy based technology for deploying or developing technology designed for deployment against the minds of human beings. (Space Preservation Act, 2002)

Some of our ELECTRONIC TORTURE, ABUSE AND EXPERIMENTATION CASES detail the most extreme and totalitarian violations of human rights in human history, including the most horrendous psycho-physiological tortures, rapes, sexual abuse, physical assaults, surgical mutilations, ‘mind control’, and other mental and physical mutilations.

Among other things the perpetrators of these crimes can place the human subject under continuous surveillance no matter where he/she is; they can monitor the human brain, including thoughts, reactions, motor commands, auditory events and visual images; they can continuously alter consciousness, introduce voices, noises, other disturbances, commands, images and "dreams" into the brain; and they can directly abuse, torture and hit bodies - including performing advanced medical procedures - from remote locations. The technology they are using is so advanced that it allows the controller(s) to see through the eyes of the targeted individual, essentially seeing whatever the victim sees.

Many of us are being tortured and abused in these ways 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – year in year out.

These are extreme and monstrous CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY - indescribably terrible in themselves - coupled with the ORWELLIAN secrecy and denial of any support at all that we are experiencing, makes them even more horrendous and monstrous.

We have contacted most Governments, Security/Intelligence Agencies, Religious Organisations, International Organizations, Human Rights Organizations, Universities, Scientific and other Institutions, and the International Media all over the world - over and over and over again – and have had our appeals for assistance, protection and/or publicity almost completely ignored and/or suppressed.

Some TARGETED INDIVIDUALS have been attempting to gain assistance, protection and/or publicity about these crimes since the 1990s - and even earlier - this extends as far back into the history of illegal ‘scientific and medical’ testing and experimentation as MKULTRA, COINTELPRO and the DUPLESSIS ORPHANS - and further.

We are still collecting CASE SUMMARIES from TARGETED INDIVIDUALS all over the world, and we have also advised them to send them to you - “THE SELECTED WITNESSES” - TO WITNESS, RECORD AND OPPOSE so that :-

A. We can be sure that as many people as possible know about these horrendous crimes.

B. We can be sure that these AUTHORITIES and ORGANISATIONS are either trying to uphold the rule of National, International and Human Rights Law, and that we will, sooner or later, be protected by these laws.

C. Or that we can be sure these AUTHORITIES and ORGANISATIONS are complicit and/or acquiescent to these CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY and that National, International and Human Rights Law no longer apply - in which case our task will be to get the rule of these laws restored.

Later these records should become an information source - such as the INTERNATIONAL TRACING OFFICE set up to record the fates and whereabouts of Jews (and others?) after WW11. The information collected can then be used by the appropriate people for LEGAL, MEDICAL, WELFARE, HISTORICAL etc. records.

As well as being illegal the crimes being committed against us are contrary to the Principles and Values of all the major religions and ethical systems - so we will also be demonstrating to all of these people and AUTHORITIES AND ORGANISATIONS the huge disconnect between their professed Principles and Values and the reality. We will be showing their monstrous Doublespeak Doublethink Doubledo ignorance, stupidity and/or hypocrisy.

It is no exaggeration to say our cases are as horrendous and urgent as people fleeing Nazi or Pol Pot concentration camps – specifically Dr Mengele-type torturers and butchers.

Dear  Sir/Madam   ,

              Such is the extent of US National Security law that over 5,000 classified devices are currently covered by the US Inventions Secrecy Act. Many of these are either based on or working with many of the 20,000 plus satellites now circling the Earth (many in geosynchronous orbit) and the countless array of supercomputers that work in with them, operating at ground - based locations like The Langley Research Centre (CIA) and Fort Meade (NSA). These computers are all manned by technicians and are each capable of processing more information than the entire human population of the planet (something exceeding 700 trillion calcs a second each). And what is the upshot of all of this? That the agencies and military can rely on the blanket cover of tagging all such covert activities as a matter of "National Security"and thereby covertly and remotely take control of people and organisations as they see fit, without challenge.

Couple these technologies with the mass surveillance systems outlined by Edward Snowden and others and you will realise that the agencies are all seeing, all knowing and promote themselves and their usefulness in the name of security at the expense of liberty. Yet where are they when mass shootings, terrorist attacks and such take place? They watch, as accessories before, during and after the fact, and do nothing; more intent on controlling public figures with blackmail friendly material, more interested in oppressing writers, activists and whistleblowers than protecting the public at large. Equally, through false flag operations, protected trafficking syndicates and such, the agencies foster and profit from crime while all the while pretending to do otherwise...The agencies, in particular the CIA, are not securing our safety, they imperil it....

Even former Presidents recognised this and wanted the CIA stopped...."There is a plot in this country to enslave every man, woman and child. Before I leave this high and noble office I intend to expose this plot"...JFK. And the CIA reply?..."I was in Dallas when we got the S.O.B." David Morales , CIA chief of operations. 

            US DOD Directive 5240 1.R saved 882013, Ch 4, Procedure 13 says "Experimentation is allowed on human subjects for intelligence purposes". So, whether it be a false claim, a National Security Letter or any other bogus move, the covert agencies can line up any or all critics, malcontents, political targets and thinkers that the PTB dislike and have them thrown into satellite facilitated mobile concentration camps where the aforementioned technologies allow all manner of mind control, cybernetic, neuroscience, genetic, brain / dream study and other experiments to be run.... unreported and with complainants labelled as paranoid etc.

Yet we had the UN Treaty of 1967 saying you cannot use satellites in conjunction with any weapon of mass destruction, (only to be amended to allow the Reagan era Star Wars system). We also have the UN's UNIDIR committee and the European Parliament calling for bans on all weapons for human manipulation (Eg A4-0005/99 EP). In addition we have Executive Order 13526 banning the use of classification to hide crime. But all of this clearly amounts to just words on paper when the PTB and the agency - controlled media ignore it all.

            I have researched this for over 25 years. I've spoken with countless spies, political aides, marginalised journalists, senior law enforcers, entertainers, scientists and more. Knowledge of this form of oppression, using classified technologies, is widespread in those circles but fear or complicity prevents many from speaking out.

In the absence of reliable, honest political and media representation the campaigners fighting against covert oppression of this sort (on behalf of millions of targeted people worldwide) are forced to rely on the marginalised media and various human rights organisations for support in their efforts to get this information to the general public. Nevertheless, by so doing we hope to expose and end the silent holocaust that sees the isolation of the combined genetic traits of all those willing to question authority as they are gradually wiped out; oppressed into oblivion.

           I call on any and all with a conscience or a soul to turn on this evil. Help to expose and end it and restore true democracy to a world where, at the moment, only lies and hypocrisy exist when it comes to true justice and freedom.

What is it?

Gang Vigilante Stalking is a  form of terrorism/mind-control used against an individual, in a malicious attempt to reduce the quality of a person's life so they will have a nervous breakdown, become incarcerated/institutionalized, experience constant mental, emotional or physical pain, become homeless, &/or commit suicide. 11. I have been relentlessly subjected to Organised Stalking/Mobbing. This consists of an intense and highly organized persecution of an individual with the purpose of harass her/him constantly and boycott all the activities, professional and of leisure that the person develops, in order to isolate to take control of the victims life, manipulate the victims mind and ultimately conduct him/her to a helpless situation. Dear Torture Victims & Friends

Below is a list of references and links about electronic torture, abuse and experimentation, and organised stalking.

Please have a look at these terrible technologies and crimes.

As long ago as 1994 in Montreux, Switzerland the International Committee of the Red Cross - ICRC raised the issue of Psychotronic or Directed-Energy weapons, also at the Geneva Forum in 2002, and also in 2009 at the 5^th European Symposium on Non-Lethal Weapons and at the European Conference.

In January 1999, the European Parliament passed a resolution where it calls “ for an international convention introducing a global ban on all development and deployment of weapons which might enable any form of manipulation of human beings. It is our conviction that this ban can not be implemented without the global pressure of the informed general public on the governments. Our major objective is to get across to the general public the real threat which these weapons represent for human rights and democracy and to apply pressure on the governments and parliaments around the world to enact legislature which would prohibit the use of these devices to both government and private organisations as well as individuals.”  (Plenary sessions/Europarliament, 1999)

In October 2001, Congressman Dennis J. Kucinich introduced a bill to the House of Representatives which, it was hoped would be extremely important in the fight to expose and stop psycho-electronic mind control experimentation on involuntary, non-consensual citizens. The Bill was referred to the Committee on Science, and in addition to the Committee on Armed Services and International Relations. In the original bill a ban was sought on ‘exotic weapons’ including electronic, psychotronic or information weapons, chemtrails, particle beams, plasmas, electromagnetic radiation, extremely low frequency (ELF) or ultra low frequency (ULF) energy radiation, or mind control technologies. Despite the inclusion of a prohibition of the basing of weapons in space, and the use of weapons to destroy objects or damage objects in space, there is no mention in the revised bill of any of the aforementioned mind-invasive weaponry, nor of the use of satellite or radar or other energy based technology for deploying or developing technology designed for deployment against the minds of human beings. (Space Preservation Act, 2002)

Please be assured that for years these weapons have been used to terribly torture and abuse victims all over the world.
