Project ARTICHOKE (also referred to as Operation ARTICHOKE) was a CIA project that researched interrogation methods and arose from Project BLUEBIRD on August 20, 1951, run by the CIA's Office of Scientific Intelligence.[1] A memorandum by Richard Helms to CIA director Allen Welsh Dulles indicated Artichoke became Project MKULTRA on April 13, 1953.[2][not in citation given]

The project studied hypnosis, forced morphine addiction (and subsequent forced withdrawal), and the use of other chemicals, among other methods, to produce amnesia and other vulnerable states in subjects.

ARTICHOKE was a program of mind control that gathered information together with the intelligence divisions of the Army, Navy, Air Force, and FBI. In addition, the scope of the project was outlined in a memo dated January 1952 that stated, "Can we get control of an individual to the point where he will do our bidding against his will and even against fundamental laws of nature, such as self-preservation?

The CESP continually upgrades equipment and operational techniques to provide the most effective methods using audio and video digital recording devices for the purposes of consensual monitoring. Officers/agents who have a need to understand and use electronic surveillance devices will receive extensive training in officer safety, legal issues, chain of custody of digital evidence, Radio Frequency transmission, and Operational Site preparation and selection. Introduction to electronic tracking, Internet Protocol (IP) surveillance cameras, and various video transmission systems is included in the curriculum. Extensive laboratory applications and hands-on training using various types of audio and video surveillance devices is emphasized. Students are taught how to plan for and conduct technical surveillance operations and how to build covert audio and video concealments. Students will demonstrate their comprehension of the material and techniques taught in this course through a variety of field exercises with professional role players as targeted individuals. This is a HANDS-ON course!

This course is designed for the intermediate to advanced skill level student whose collateral duties include technical operations as well as the student who has technical operations as a full time duty.

This program has been approved by the National Technical Investigators Association (NATIA) as meeting the requirements necessary for training and professional development towards certification as a technical investigator.

Instructors
Instructional personnel in the Covert Electronic Surveillance Program (CESP) include senior law enforcement instructors with many years of extensive electronic surveillance equipment operation backgrounds. The technical and operational experience gathered from hundreds of criminal investigations, allow our instructors to offer the latest in electronic surveillance operation techniques. This mix of qualified and experienced instructors comes from such agencies as the United States Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI), Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS), state, county and local police departments. All CESP instructors are members of the National Technical Investigators Association (NATIA).

Tuition and Cost
Included in the tuition price is a complete (50+ item) portable, electronics master tool kit, auto–ranging digital multimeter, high resolution board camera, high resolution mini digital video recorder, microphone, power pack and audio/video concealment device.

Prerequisites for Attendance
For acceptance into any of the electronic surveillance programs the applicant must meet all of the following requirements:

Be a full time sworn law enforcement officer/agent or a full time employee who is employed by a Federal, State, County or Municipal Law Enforcement Agency whose;
Primary or secondary duty includes working in the technical surveillance,
Has the approval of their respective agency and,
Will be attending the training on agency time
All applicants are required to sign a statement that they have reviewed the prerequisites and that they meet all of the prerequisites required for attendance prior to attending.

Partner organization personnel have first priority for selection.

Non-consensual government experimentation is a daily reality for many thousands of victims in the US and worldwide. Freedom From Covert Harassment and Surveillance (FFCHS), a human rights organization, hopes to have this issue addressed at an upcoming presidential commission meeting in New York City.

It is a rare opportunity when people in the electromagnetically-targeted community can speak directly to someone, anyone that is in a position to positively affect their situation. So the hopes of multitudes from the human rights group, Freedom From Covert Harassment and Surveillance(FFCHS), seem to be riding on their participation in an upcoming meeting of the Presidential Commission for the Study of Bioethical Issues in New York City this Wednesday, May 18, 9 am at the Warwick Hotel on 65 W 54th Street. The topic for this meeting is ‘Human Research Protections’ where the commission will be examining “federal standards regarding human subjects protection in federally-funded scientific studies,” according to their website.
The momentum is building in this small section of social activism for the simple reason that although targeted individuals face daunting struggles in almost every area of their lives: physically, emotionally, psychologically, medically, socially, financially, neurologically and more, no agency, organization, or institution so far will acknowledge or address the claims of its victims, which further adds to their burden.
“We have been calling this issue ‘the secret holocaust’ because we believe that remote mind control programming is being carried out on many, many thousands of people nationwide by the military and intelligence agencies using classified technologies that can remotely access and manipulate an individual mentally and physically whether they are aware of it or not,” says Derrick Robinson, president of FFCHS.

While the commission grapples with the question of whether those who participate in federally-funded human test trials are protected, there continue to be those who find they are victims of non-consensual federally-funded human test programs. What of them? Even Members of Congress have been subjected to non-consensual ‘Psy-Ops’ mind control operations by the US Army, as reported by Rolling Stone magazine in an article on February 23rd of this year, and denounced in a letter to Congress by the ACLU as reported by "The New Political" of Ohio State University.

Silent Sound technologies that subliminally influence human thought and emotion were developed in the early 90’s by Dr. Oliver Lowery of Norcross Georgia. From Rolling Stone: "My job in psy-ops is to play with people’s heads, to get the enemy to behave the way we want them to behave," says Lt. Colonel Michael Holmes, the leader of the IO unit, who received an official reprimand after bucking orders. "I’m prohibited from doing that to our own people. When you ask me to try to use these skills on senators and congressman, you’re crossing a line."
FFCHS believes many lines are being crossed here in the US daily. The organization was formed to address human rights violations brought about by the abuses of what it believes are non-consensual federally-funded mind control research programs. It seeks a halt to such programs and justice for those who are their victims. FFCHS is therefore requesting a vigilant and uncompromising report to the President by the Bioethics Commission of these issues and further requests congressional hearings and an investigation into the covert activities of all U.S. intelligence agencies.

I hate being a mind hostage. lately I am being given evil images to look at when
i close my eyes to go to sleep. and my thoughts are being completely blocked.

a little while but the attacks are getting scarier and scarier day by day.

It seems weird to me that all of the things I think to my self, that are suppose to be private. and then look at the world in styles of clothes, come into the world of fashion.

Strange. they had a concert here and all of the dresses I had saw. seemed to be familiar. because I had thought of the similar design

weeks before. It might just coincidence, but it does seem strange.

years ago I had written a novel and it was of a dream with in a dream. with in a dream. without telling any one of what I had written. 

a few months later. I had watched a music video of a dream with in a dream with in a dream. strange.

Hello all. I have lately especially at my place of work. they are trying to slow me down keeping my heart movements hostage. I have to move at an excessive rate at work help me do the tasks I have to finish. I'm a hotel maid it is a job that works with time and efficiency.  I have been told  by my perps that they are purposely stealing my time away from me to make me slow down, like they told me today they took an hour away from me.

their voice tones  seem to be sitting some where at my job. or near my job; like in the casino. or at the pool or at one of the apartments to monitor me. and laugh at me. lately strange things have been happening. I have over heard what i think is them speaking to my supervisor. and she has been checking up on my work excessively to see or make me make a mistakes. so my work can fire me.

what a life. my perps just laugh at me.
I want some day to find them and have them arrested. I would love to have them put out where all America can see their faces.
