This is an attempt to define the Who & Why of GS. I see five possible "who & why" components:

WHY: jealousy/envy/avarice - covet something you possess (ie: land)
WHO: local person/entity interest in community

WHY: revenge - whistle
I wonder if anyone is aware if they have someone monitoring them who is close to them and what are the signs. Also is there a way to get these perps monitoring us more closely to talk to us? This would be more than normal stalking
