The WHO has refused to release the Minutes of a key meeting of an advisory vaccine group – packed with executives from Baxter, Novartis and Sanofi – that recommended compulsory vaccinations in the USA, Europe and other countries against the artificial H1N1 “swine flu” virus this autumn.

In an email this morning, a WHO spokesperson claimed there are no Minutes of the meeting that took place on July 7th in which guidelines on the need for worldwide vaccinations that WH0 adopted this Monday were formulated and in which Baxter and other pharma executives participated.

Under the International Health Regulations, WHO guidelines have a binding character on all of WHO’s 194 signatory countries in the event of a pandemic emergency of the kind anticipated this autumn when the second more lethal wave of the H1N1 virus — which is bioengineeredto resemble the Spanish flu virus — emerges.

In short: WHO has the authority to force everyone in those 194 countries to take a vaccine this fall at gunpoint, impose quarantines and restrict travel.

There is verifiable, clear and unambiguous proof that WHO supplied the live bird flu virus to Baxter’s subsidiary in Austria, which was used by Baxter to manufacture 72 kilos of vaccine material in Febuary.

Baxter subsequently sent this material out to 16 labs in four countries under a false label designating the contaminated product as vaccine material, so nearly triggering a global pandemic.

Because Baxter must adhere to strict biosafety level 3 regulations when handling a dangerus virus such as the bird flu virus, the production and distribution of so much pandemic material cannot have been an accident but must have been done by Baxter with criminal intent.

The Austrian police are now investigating after I filed criminal charges in April.

It is increasingly clear that WHO and Baxter are just elements in a much bigger criminal organisation that is moving forward in a synchronised and coordinated way to fulfil the “elite” agenda of global population reduction in the coming months and years whileputting in place a global government of which WHO will be an arm.

WHO, a UN agency, appears to play a key role in coordinating the activities of labs, vaccine companies and governments to achieve the goal of population reduction and political and economic take over of North America and Europe:

- First, WHO gives funds, support and cover to labs such as the CDC to bioprospect for pathogens, bioengineer them to make them more deadly, and also patent them.

- Second, WHO gives those same deadly bioengineered pathogens to companies such as Baxter in Austria, so that Baxter could use those viruses to deliberately, systematically contaminate vaccine material. If the contamination of the 72 kilos had not beendetection on time by a lab technician in the Czech Republic, millionsof people would have caught the “bird flu” from the injections.

- Third, in the event of a pandemic, WHO orders a compulsory vaccines for all 194 countries, following “recommendations” by an advisory vaccine group on which executives of Baxter also sit.

- Fourth, WHO awards Baxter, Novartis, Sanofi and other companies lucrative contracts to supply those vaccines.

Furthermore, WHO acquires new global authority on an unseen scale in the event of a pandemic.

Under special pandemic plans enacted around the world including the USA, in 2005, national governments are to be dissolved in the event of a pandemic emergency and replaced by special crisis committees, which take charge of the health and security infrastructureof a country, and which are answerable to the WHO and EU in Europe andto the WHO and UN in North America.

If the Model Emergency Health Powers Act is implemented on the instructions of WHI, it will be a criminal offence for Americans to refuse the vaccine. Police are allowed to use deadly force against “criminal” suspects.

Through their control of these special pandemic crisis committees with the power to enact legislation to be set up most countries, the WHO, UN and EU become the de facto government of a large part of the world.

Mass murder and death will also bring economic collapse and disruption, starvation and wars – and these events will lead to a further population reduction.

To sum up: WHO helps create, distribute and then release the deadly pandemic virus, and this pandemic virus allows WHO to assume control of governments in North America and Europe and also order forced vaccination on populations by the very same companies that havedistributed and released the deadly viruses in the first place and allunder under the pretext of protecting populations from a pandemic theyhave created.

The corporate mainstream media owned by the same “elite” group which funds WHO is systematically concealing from the general public the nature of the real danger of these H1N1 jabs by withholding from them key information concerning the interrelated activities of this group of organisations for their mutual profit.

As a result, most people still believe that the H1N1 virus is a natural swine flu when even WHO has officially dropped the term “swine” in tactic acknowledgement of its artificial origin.

Most people still believe the vaccine companies can deliver a cure when the vaccine companies are preparing a lethal series of shots containg live attenuated virus, toxic metals and other poisons.

The two-dose H1N1 shots are designed to disable the immune system and then load that system with a live virus in a process that mirrors the one described in two of WHO’s 1972 memoranda where the technical means for turning vaccines into killers is outlined.

The Strecker Memorandum also reveals that WHO has been actively searching for ways to weaken the immune system.

The best protection against the H1N1 virus that has now been released and that will inevtiably become more lethal as it mutates in autumn is colloidal silver and also vitamins to strengthen the immune system, face masks and other such measures.

However, none of the governments in North America or Europe have stocked up on colloidal silver or announced sensible health measures to contain the coming lethal wave.

Instead, there are growing signs, they will use the panic to terrify people into taking the toxic vaccines which are sure to cause injury or damage because of the presence of heavy metals alone.

This mass vaccination will moreover alllow ever more lethal strains to emerge and also provide a cover for a release of bird flu virus or other pathogens.

This is why steps need to be taken now to stop the mass vaccinations anticipated in autumn by taking legal action to block the distribution of vaccines and/or laws allowing govenrments to force people to take vaccinations.

An investigation into this international corporate crime syndicate has to be conducted in every country because it has its tentacles in every country, and to try to initiate this in the USA, I filed charges with the FBI against WHO and the UN among otherdefendants in June. I included President Obama among the defendantsbecause I believe the time has come to identify and isolate the coremembers of this international corporate criminal group which hasannexed high government office in the USA, and put them in prison onceand for all, and there are reports that Obama has direct financiallinks with Baxter that need to be investigated by law enforcement.

There is evidence the Austrian Health Minister and other officials have been helping Baxter to cover its tracks.

Also, there is clear evidence that elements of the Austrian media are involved in actively spreading lies and misinformation to lull people into a false sense of security concerning Baxter’s manufacture and distribution of pandemic material in Austria thisFebruary.

Vital is for individuals and local authorities need to take effective measures to protect against the coming lethal wave of the H1N1 virus to minimise its impact.

I witnessed the aftermath of these weapons in Chicago Illinois November 11th2006, as well as in Oak Park Illinois, Allen Park Michigan, Troy Michigan,Bloomfield hills Michigan, Royal Oak Michigan, Ann Arbor Michigan, CleavelandOhio, Detroit Michigan, Cooperstown New York, Burlington Vermont. I wason my way to the United Nations in New York and the compass of the car wasalterted, and changed by directed energy weapons to not point toward magnetic north.Also evidence of massive genocide in Upstate New York near the Canadian boarderexisted. Mail in boxes that was weeks old and newspapers in news boxesthat were weeks old. No service on Sunday at the Churches. Burnedcars, burned buildings, bodies in Waste Management garbage disposal trucks onthe South Side of Chicago. The entire police depart. of the Village ofOak Park Illinois was terrified, in total fear. Bodies being taken out ofOak Park Illinois decomposed in the night time by ambulances without sirens upuntil the end of January 2007.

The most sophisticated classified weapons in the US military arsenal are being used to target political activists and whistleblowers. Three previous illegal government programs have been combined into one. The Phoenix Program, Project MKULTRA, and Cointelpro have been combined into the current illegal government program that uses microwave weapons against potential enemies on a hit list. The Phoenix Program was the Vietnam War era assassination campaign targeting civilians in a war crime that violated the Geneva Convention. Project MKULTRA was the CIA crash program to decode the secrets of the human mind by using severe trauma and drugs to break the human mind in order to manipulate and control it. Cointelpro was the FBI secret counterinsurgency war waged against the Civil Rights Movement, the Anti-War movement, the Women’s Movement, and even the Environmental Movement. Elements of all three illegal programs have been combined into a modern day secret dirty war being waged against loyal Americans. Nonlethal microwave weapons were used by the USSR to attack the US embassy in Moscow in the 1950’s. These attacks went on for decades and were kept secret from the American people and the embassy employees. The US began a crash program called Project Pandora to develop our own microwave weapons. These weapons are the crown jewels of the military intelligence community because they have plausible deniability. Attacks with chemical, biological, and nuclear weapons, or attacks from bullets all leave physical traces. Nonlethal microwave weapons can disable and kill a target without leaving physical traces and this gives the assassin plausible deniability. The Pentagon terms slow kill, soft kill, and silent kill refer to the ability to assassinate targets with non-ionizing radiation that simulates a heart attack, cerebral hemorrhage, a cancer, or other condition that appears a normal cause of death. There exist public examples of these classified weapons. The Active Denial System is a public nonlethal microwave weapon that uses a 95 GHZ electronic beam to instantly heat the skin to 130 degrees and this weapon functions as a pain amplification device. Milliwave radars are military radars used for house to house fighting such that building materials are transparent but human bodies are easily identified inside buildings. Only the most benign microwave weapons have been made public to avoid a public backlash. The Joint Special Operations Command possess more advanced and lethal microwave weapons that can track and target people in any weather or terrain 24 hours a day. These weapons are so secret that they were only brought into the Iraq War when it appeared that the US forces might lose. High level Al Qaeda personalities were tracked and recorded 24 hours a day and assassinated at will. These same revolutionary technologies are being used to illegally track and target civilians on a hit list in the US and other nations in a secret dirty war. The man in charge of developing nonlethal microwave weapons for Army Intelligence since the 1980’s, Lt Col John B. Alexander, worked to move these classified microwave weapons from the DOD to the DOJ and into the hands of local law enforcement to use against domestic enemies on a hit list. Army intelligence officer Lt Col Michael Aquino has publically advocated using these classified weapons against civilians in their own homes. This is exactly what is happening to hundreds of victims that the author has interviewed in person. Hundreds of people who live in different parts of the country and have never met are telling basically the same story. They are targets of vigilante violence in the community including organized stalking and attacks from nonlethal microwave weapons in their homes. The majority of 200 targets interviewed have a history of political activism or are whistleblowers who have denounced criminal activity. The victims are all ages, including children, and all races, but the average target is a female in her forties with an IQ of 120 and a history of political activism. The target profiles are very similar to the target profiles of previous illegal programs such as Cointelpro and MKULTRA. This secret dirty war may be part of a very ambitious undeclared war of counterinsurgency and political infiltration. These weapons are a revolution in military affairs, an invention that turns the world upside down similar to the invention of nuclear weapons. It is imperative for an independent investigation of these war crimes, one with no ties to the administration or the intelligence services. I wanted you to know that my beloved brother Frank J. Kucinich, Jr. was buried this morning. He died suddenly of a heart attack on June 30th.

Frank was a United States Marine, a distinguished veteran of the Vietnam War, the founder of several veterans' organizations, and a wonderful, gentle, humble soul who travelled life's path with me for the last 60 years.

Frank's passing was sudden and unexpected, a great shock to our family. I shall miss him very much. Please keep him in your prayers.

A BILL

To preserve the cooperative, peaceful uses of space for the benefit of all humankind by permanently prohibiting the basing of weapons in space by the United States, and to require the President to take action to adopt and implement a world treaty banning space-based weapons.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the `Space Preservation Act of 2001'.

SEC. 2. REAFFIRMATION OF POLICY ON THE PRESERVATION OF PEACE IN SPACE.

Congress reaffirms the policy expressed in section 102(a) of the National Aeronautics and Space Act of 1958 (42 U.S.C. 2451(a)), stating that it `is the policy of the United States that activities in space should be devoted to peaceful purposes for the benefit of all mankind.'.

SEC. 3. PERMANENT BAN ON BASING OF WEAPONS IN SPACE.

The President shall--

(1) implement a permanent ban on space-based weapons of the United States and remove from space any existing space-based weapons of the United States; and

(2) immediately order the permanent termination of research and development, testing, manufacturing, production, and deployment of all space-based weapons of the United States and their components.

SEC. 4. WORLD AGREEMENT BANNING SPACE-BASED WEAPONS.

The President shall direct the United States representatives to the United Nations and other international organizations to immediately work toward negotiating, adopting, and implementing a world agreement banning space-based weapons.

SEC. 5. REPORT.

The President shall submit to Congress not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, and every 90 days thereafter, a report on--

(1) the implementation of the permanent ban on space-based weapons required by section 3; and

(2) progress toward negotiating, adopting, and implementing the agreement described in section 4.

SEC. 6. NON SPACE-BASED WEAPONS ACTIVITIES.

Nothing in this Act may be construed as prohibiting the use of funds for--

(1) space exploration;

(2) space research and development;

(3) testing, manufacturing, or production that is not related to space-based weapons or systems; or

(4) civil, commercial, or defense activities (including communications, navigation, surveillance, reconnaissance, early warning, or remote sensing) that are not related to space-based weapons or systems.

SEC. 7. DEFINITIONS.

In this Act:

(1) The term `space' means all space extending upward from an altitude greater than 60 kilometers above the surface of the earth and any celestial body in such space.

(2)(A) The terms `weapon' and `weapons system' mean a device capable of any of the following:

(i) Damaging or destroying an object (whether in outer space, in the atmosphere, or on earth) by--

(I) firing one or more projectiles to collide with that object;

(II) detonating one or more explosive devices in close proximity to that object;

(III) directing a source of energy (including molecular or atomic energy, subatomic particle beams, electromagnetic radiation, plasma, or extremely low frequency (ELF) or ultra low frequency (ULF) energy radiation) against that object; or

(IV) any other unacknowledged or as yet undeveloped means.

(ii) Inflicting death or injury on, or damaging or destroying, a person (or the biological life, bodily health, mental health, or physical and economic well-being of a person)--

(I) through the use of any of the means described in clause (i) or subparagraph (B);

(II) through the use of land-based, sea-based, or space-based systems using radiation, electromagnetic, psychotronic, sonic, laser, or other energies directed at individual persons or targeted populations for the purpose of information war, mood management, or mind control of such persons or populations; or

(III) by expelling chemical or biological agents in the vicinity of a person.

(B) Such terms include exotic weapons systems such as--

(i) electronic, psychotronic, or information weapons;

(ii) chemtrails;

(iii) high altitude ultra low frequency weapons systems;

(iv) plasma, electromagnetic, sonic, or ultrasonic weapons;

(v) laser weapons systems;

(vi) strategic, theater, tactical, or extraterrestrial weapons; and

(vii) chemical, biological, environmental, climate, or tectonic weapons.

(C) The term `exotic weapons systems' includes weapons designed to damage space or natural ecosystems (such as the ionosphere and upper atmosphere) or climate, weather, and tectonic systems with the purpose of inducing damage or destruction upon a target population or region on earth or in space.

Perry Kucinich, 52, the youngest brother of Democratic U.S. Rep. Dennis Kucinich, died of heart and lung disease, according to the Cuyahoga County Coroner's Office.

Kucinich was found dead Dec. 19 at his apartment above Becker's Donuts & Bakery on East 71st Street in Cleveland.

Perry Kucinich, 52, the youngest brother of Democratic presidential candidate Dennis Kucinich, was found dead Wednesday morning at his apartment above Becker's Donuts & Bakery on East 71st Street in Cleveland.

His brother Larry found him face down on the kitchen floor at about 9 a.m., Powell Caesar, spokesman for the Cuyahoga County Frank Miller, said.

"Being face down doesn't indicate anything," Caesar said. "Whatever happened to him, gravity took hold, and he went down. There was no blunt force. No trauma. No sign of foul play."

The exact cause of death is pending autopsy results.

Larry Kucinich had taken his brother shopping Tuesday and then took him home but couldn't get an answer when he tried calling him Wednesday morning, Caesar said.

Dennis Kucinich, who represents the 10th U.S. congressional district in northeast Ohio, returned from Washington after learning of his brother's death.

Upon arriving in Cleveland, the congressman said that his brother was a talented artist whose style and structure was influenced by such modern artists as Paul Klee and Pablo Picasso.

"He was a genius," the congressman said. "He had extraordinary insights. Although he struggled with mental illness, with the help of friends and family he led a productive life. We are a close family. It's just devastating."

Perry Kucinich, the fifth of Frank and Virginia Kucinich's seven children, died eight days after his 52nd birthday and nearly 29 years to the day after he became world famous for robbing a bank.

On Dec. 18, 1978, while then-Mayor Dennis Kucinich was downtown withdrawing money to make a symbolic gesture in protest of Cleveland Trust's refusal to refinance $5 million in notes the city owed that bank, Perry Kucinich, then 22, was making an unauthorized withdrawal from a Central National Bank branch on the East Side of town.

The mayor withdrew nearly $9,200 from his personal savings and checking accounts at Cleveland Trust.

His brother, unarmed, wearing a red tassel cap, sunglasses and black leather jacket, handed a teller at a Christmas card with "All your $ or die" written on the back. He took along a light blue suitcase in which to carry the stolen $1,396.

Following the colorful description offered by witnesses, Cleveland police caught up with Perry Kucinich as he was walking home, reading the card and smiling.

Then Mayor Kucinich told reporters that Perry had been under psychiatric care for five years.

"I'm sure that he did not really understand what he was doing," he said.

Reports of the event were published internationally.

Two months later, Perry Kucinich was deemed incompetent to stand trail on a federal bank robbery charge.

He is survived by his brothers, Dennis, Larry, Frank and Gary; and sisters, Theresa and Beth Ann.
