after a helo Blackhalk fly by while my wife and I left a Dr appoint with in 3 min last year this rash appears instantly on my wife chest. while my stomach cramped up and my heart rate jumped. it disappearedwith in a few hours. we were not in the sun. this is not a sun burn.
