Alu disk ., w/ amplifiers (Switchable) set up to send out low signals to interrupt other signals coming into y home... this has works very well for me as well..Grounding straps when I sleep, you can see the coiled wire to my leftor if my targeting is on.. It helps to get rid of the excess static electricity built up in my body... the perps end up making a magnetic field around you so the can use it for a type of FMRI...
