William comes and eats -not my cat left by my last tenants-says that if they were to bring him to their new home (he'd) just runaway and come back to this home. But the DEW weapons might not effect him at their place. But the perps hate me and what I do so they hit William with DEW also Ive seen him hit a number of times. The PREPS need to be brought before the court animal abuse sickens me these cowards.
