(1) Court Case News from Deborah Lamb & John Mecca
Our Court Case News
We have appealed our dismissal from the lower Federal Court, we were not dismissed from the Appeals Court and are slated for "Oral Argument" on the TENTATIVE DATE of November 12, 2009. This will take place in the Appeals Court in Lower Manhattan, New York.
We are not certain that the Nov.12th date will remain as it is tentative at the moment. As that day comes closer and we learn the court's final schedule; we will give you notice of the exact date and time for those who wish to come to that court procedure. You can learn of those details by going to http://www.secretangel.tv where there will be news updates and if you have questions use the e-mail link there for contact and answers.
The importance of the oral argument is to give the Appellees {government} and Appellants {Lamb & Mecca} a last chance to say anything that they believe would help their cause. As to the importance of you coming, it can only help to have as many people as possible.
Please pray for our victory as this will help all of us in this danger that we are in.
Other Sad News
We have a sad and unfortunate announcement to make. Our dear friend, Curt Fincher of Torrance, California, who was also a victim has passed away on October 14, 2009. He had advanced electronic attacks via implanted devices and was also being bombarded by advanced maser beam strikes which he proved was occurring. He was a great and patriotic American and also an activist against this treasonous atrocity. He will be sorely missed by his friends and family.
Yours Truly,
Deborah Lamb & John Mecca
(2) Get your letter in the paper
Stay within the word limit, think locally and don't call names.
By Katie Litvin
Every month, the typical small-town newspaper editor receives hundreds or even thousands of letters from readers.
Still, many are unprintable either because they are too long, too confusing or just plain offensive.
That means it's not that hard to get your letter published, provided you follow a few simple rules.
Here are a few tips to better your chances:
What to Do:
* Stay within the word limit. Each newspaper has a set limit on how long published letters are allowed to be, so check the limit before you start writing. The Beaverton Valley Times in Oregon, for example, asks for 300 words or fewer, while The Citizen in Auburn, New York, has a limit of 400 words.
The Pantagraph in Illinois allows even fewer words, explained opinion editor Lenore Sobota.
"We have a 250-word limit, because we don't have enough room to print all the letters we receive. [The word limit] gives more people the opportunity to get their letter published," she said.
* Think Locally. Small papers focus on local news, so you should address issues concerning residents of your town specifically.
"We want local topics. That's one mistake people make, writing about something happening in Mexico or Venezuela that doesn't really affect our readership," said Michael Dowd, the managing editor of The Citizen in Auburn, NY. "We're looking for local people writing about local topics."
It also helps if you're also local. Sobota said the Pantagraph only prints letters from people who live in the paper's circulation area.
* Sign Your Name and Number. Include your contact information for follow-up questions from the editor.
"We contact every letter writer by phone to determine to the best of our best ability if they're the person who wrote it," Dowd said.
For each letter to the editor to The Citizen, he requires a signature, the author's hometown, and phone number.
* Write about positive issues in the community from time to time. Even though they're used to getting a lot of negative mail, editors like to see a nice word from time to time.
"We also publish 'thank you' (letters) especially if they are about a non-profit organization who has done something positive for the community." said Tish Flattery, the news assistant at The Waterloo/Cedar Falls Daily Courier in Iowa.
(3) President Obama signs the Matthew Shepard and James Byrd, Jr. Hate Crimes Prevention Act
America history has been marked by moments of progress, by acts of courage and conviction, and by principled stands on the side of justice and equality. Our nation promise has been sustained by the idea that diversity is a source of strength, not a cause for division. In this country, no one should suffer persecution, discrimination, or violence because of who they are, how they look, or what they believe.
On Wednesday, President Obama protected these basic principles by signing into law the Matthew Shepard and James Byrd, Jr. Hate Crimes Prevention Act, as part of the National Defense Authorization Act.
This new law will help protect Americans against violence based on sexual orientation, race, religion, gender, national origin, disability, or gender identity by extending the federal hate crimes statute.
It also gives state and local law enforcement the tools they need to prevent and prosecute hate crimes nationwide, helping protect Americans against bias-motivated violence and securing our fundamental right to feel safe in our communities.
Throughout my 22 years in Congress, ending discrimination against gays and lesbians has been a top priority. I applaud my colleagues on both sides of the aisle who supported this measure. And I commend President Obama for signing this bill into law and joining Congress in declaring that acts of hatred and bigotry have no place in the United States of America.

(6) Declaration from European Group of Ethics
From: "Robert Naeslund"
This is a mail from Robert Naeslund in Stockholm/Sweden.
As a support for the demonstration to open up the control of brain and behavior,
I do enclose an extract of the European Group of Ethics declaration which was delivered to the European Commssion (i.e. The Government of Europe) in 2005. This document is probably one of the best verifications about what goes on of mind control and its dangers. Sometimes they mentions developments in too soft explanations - like it already has started, when it has gone on for half a century. But however, this outspoken declaration mention in the end that this technology must come up to debate - and it mention that ICT-mplants already is used for social security and to change people´s will. (ICT stands for Information-Communication-Technology). The EGE is the board of Ethics especially to advice the European Government about new technologies.15 minutes left to edit your comment.
(7) Bills filed to remove judge, marital master in New Hampshire

Bills filed to remove judge, marital master in New Hampshire
Recently, two bills of address to remove a judge and a marital master were introduced to the House of Representatives.
Several citizens brought complaints to the redress of grievance caucus at the Statehouse. The violations were so egregious and numerous that the representatives involved were left with no choice but to submit bills to get them off the bench.
There is very strong and abundant evidence that the chief justice and administrative director of the Family Division need to be taken out of position as well. Their abuses are impressive and intolerable.
The Judicial Conduct Committee has proven to be a mirage. It is a division of the Judicial Branch, which is why members don’t punish themselves for their own wrongdoing. The redress caucus enables a mechanism to make those who wrong us to be accountable to the people.
The court corruption harms Democrats and Republicans. No one is safe from this, especially not our children.
The chairman of the redress of grievance caucus is Rep. Paul Ingbretson, R-Pike.

Campaign 2002: http://www.barbforgovernor.com(8) The 2010 Neuroscience Boot Camp at the University of Pennsylvania.
Dear Friends of the Penn Center for Neuroscience&Society:
Today, registration opens for the 2010 Neuroscience Boot Camp at the University of Pennsylvania.
We are excited about the second annual boot camp, keeping what worked so well this past summer -- great teachers, a small but very diverse group of students, and a varied set of teaching methods -- and making it even better!
Through a combination of lectures, break-out groups, panel discussions and laboratory visits, Boot Camp participants will gain an understanding of the methods of neuroscience and key findings on the cognitive and social-emotional functions of the brain, lifespan development and disorders of brain function. Like last year's faculty, the 2010 Boot Camp faculty consists of leaders in the fields of cognitive and affective neuroscience who are committed to the goal of
educating non-neuroscientists.
For additional information and registration instructions, visit our website at: http://neuroethics.upenn.edu/index.php/events/neuroscience-bootcamp
