I always listen via archives (being away from home at the TPH air time) and I've just listened.

What I applaud especially is the care Dr. Hall took to use qualifiers like "appears to be," "is probably," "my theory is," "I believe" and so on.  Nothing boosts someone's credibility more than being honest about what one knows as a fact, versus what is a theory!

This is a call to all TI of Europe and of the whole world. I wish to make to each one of you a proposal, in order to start a public awareness campaign of world scale.

It is about a simple action: a poster campaign in the streets, that each one of us will participate to alone or in organized groups (on the public – and legal – spaces reserved for this purpose... and they are numerous) and revealing a single message, the same in French or English : “NON À LA TÉLÉPATHIE SYNTHÉTIQUE. VOUS POURRIEZ ÊTRE UN TI. RENSEIGNEZ-VOUS.” “NO TO SYNTHETIC TELEPATHY. YOU COULD BE A TI. INFORM YOURSELF.”

I think it's clear and simple and that it will serves us far much more than using ambiguous words like “psychotronic”. When people search for this term on internet, I mean, people who are not aware of the problem, they find things that seem incredible to them, that they can't comprehend that easily. The word TI is generally used in a more clearer and clever way and we must draw the public attention with it.

We only have to choose a particular day, one single day (and we will proceed to the posting in the night that will precede this famous day).

You will with find in attached file the message written above, that you can choose to use in the form of impression or using a silkscreen printing process (copy the message on a transparent plastic support of which you will hollow out then the letters, with a cutter, to use it several times with a bomb of painting).

For you to choose which method seems the most efficacious. I propose the night of February 26th for us to act. It is a Sunday and most people work the next day. Thus, our activities won't be disturbed.

However, legal posting can be done also in broad daylight. Nevertheless, to proceed the night will certainly create an effect of surprise in the morning. We mustn't limit our action to one or two posters, but stick as much posters as possible during the course of the night. Choose public places, in full center of the place you live and do not hesitate to return the following day to take a photograph.

Thanks to simple and efficacious actions like these, we can draw the attention of the media. And the more we will draw attention on this problem, the more the public will be confronted to the possibility the question of the veracity of what we're actually living. We need support, in particular financial supports. And we must act strategically accordingly to our needs.

The year 2011 brings in a host of opportunities and challenges to America. Will we accelerate toward economic insolvency by continuing the policies that have created this crisis, or will a new Congress elected on the energy of the Tea Party movement find the courage to change course?

With the new Republican majority in the House I will have the opportunity as a subcommittee chairman to take a careful look at our domestic monetary policy. I’m excited by the prospect of real oversight of the Federal Reserve, but I also hope to focus on the important ways in which our foreign policy and monetary policy are related. Just last week the Financial Times reported that the limited oversight of the Federal Reserve allowed by the passage of a watered-down version of my Audit the Fed bill revealed that approximately 55 percent of the loans made available under the largest Federal Reserve bailout program – termed “auction facility” – went to foreign banks. This is just but one example of the real cost to Americans of maintaining its empire overseas and it cries out for more transparency and oversight. This is why it is key for us to understand that our foreign policy and current economic crisis go hand in hand. Some have promised to lead us back to fiscal responsibility while asserting that any reduction in our foreign and military spending is off the table. They would like us to believe that we should not only continue spending as much on the military as the rest of the world combined, but they actually call for an even more aggressive U.S. policy abroad. They believe we should continue to bomb Pakistan, Yemen, Afghanistan and elsewhere, that we must impose even more crippling sanctions on countries like Iran while moving steadily on to yet another Middle East war that is not in our interest. They represent the failed policies of the past and they would like to lead us down a dead-end street. We must resist the temptation of their neocon-inspired scaremongering.

There will be much work for us to do in the next year and in the next Congress. We need look no further than the grossly unconstitutional and immoral policies of the Transportation Security Administration, demanding that we either be irradiated or fondled to travel in our own country, to see that those who would deprive us of our civil liberties on the empty promise of full security will not be given up easily. We must continue standing up to them and we must not compromise.

We must not allow the out-of-control Department of Homeland Security to impose an East-German like police state in the U.S. where neighbors are encouraged by Big Brother or Big Sister to inform on their neighbors. We must not accept that government authorities should hector us via television screens as we go about our private lives like we are living in Orwell’s 1984.

I’m optimistic that the incoming members of Congress understand the importance of what they have been entrusted with by the American people. But I do hope that those who elected them will watch their actions and their votes in Congress carefully. An early indication will be the upcoming vote on re-authorization of the anti-American PATRIOT Act. Defeating once-and-for-all this police state legislation will be a great way to start 2011 and the 112th Congress.

We must move ahead with confidence. Our numbers are growing. Happy New Year.

Next year, Denmark for the first time for the exam in the UN Human Rights Council. It happens during the so-called Universal Periodic review of the English shortened UPR.

The intention of the UPR is that all UN member states within a four-year period in consultation with other Council members yesterday in a dialogue about their human rights record. And the second May 2011 is thus Denmark's turn to take to task.

As a basis for this "UN exam" uses reports from the Council include the Danish government itself, civil society and from IMR. Precisely therefore hold Foreign and IMR a series of public hearings where all can freely participate and give their views on human rights in Denmark - and thus provide concrete contributions to the content of the Danish report.

I'd like to share some details on the experiences I've been having with DEW blocking strategies.

Most of the attacks I suffer are directed at my head creating sensitive spots on the scalp, headaches, ringing ears, and invariably sleep deprivation. V2K is not that pronounced.

For a few months now I've been using silicon baking sheets with limited success.While blocking the energy sufficiently enough to allow sleep, they become too warm at times, or eventually fall away from my head, causing me to awake duringa subsequent attack. As I have mentioned to a local TI here, although they have sufficient benefit, I don't consider them a sole source of protection.

Just these past few days, I've been experimenting with the use of mirrors. I first got on this idea while watching an episode of a Canadian fiction television show called "Murdoch Mysteries". The story had the villain-of-the-week stealing a directed energy weapon prototype from the inventor Nikola Tesla, which the main character, Inspector Murdoch, was able to retrieve by using shielding coated with silver oxide(?) paint. I didn't initially make the connection but I then recalled my wife's suggestion of putting a mirror in the window. For some reason, I dismissed the idea at the time, but to my chagrin, I think the idea makes sense.

To investigate, I've decided to reflect the directed energy from one of my neighbours toward the nearby Vancouver airport. My thinking is that if anything is going to get the Feds attention is having focused microwave energy hitting an airport control tower.

The reaction so far has been significant. The energy that I'm reflecting immediately stops, and I am then subjected to a DEW attack from behind me, and from the direction of the airport! I am not convinced that this isn't an attempt to fool me into thinking that it's the airport staff that is doing this.

I am interested to know what all of you think of this.

(6) Shielding using square screen aluminum holes of 1.5 mm
A TI used aluminum screen meant for a screen door or screen window with a hole size of about 1.5 mm or a 1/16 inch. Writings that I have read about cell phone microwave antennas claim that they are using different hole sizes to shrink cell phone antennas. In the writings they said a whole will pick up frequencies from the diameter of the whole to 1/2 the diameter of the whole. So a mesh of round holes would pick up between .75mm and 1.5mm in range. I'm not sure how the square holes of door and window screen would effect this or if the woven wire as a factor.
I have looked at microwave ovens to see that they use round holes punched out of a very thin metal. I will assume this works better or is easier the manufacture or is more attractive. The goal would be to double the size of the hole for the next layer of screen to not leave a gap in frequency range. So optimally 3mm holes would then block .75mm to 3mm frequencies.
I have seen a 6 screen wall made by...I think.... Roger Stolce. his was copper instead of aluminum with varying sized spacing.
One microwave scientist working on the ADS weapon told me he thought we were being hit in the 1mm to 1.5 mm range. That would mean that the size used on this first test would be ideal and also readily available.
This TI wrapped it around her bed and it was 4 ft high, or 4 ft wide aluminum screen. This TI said it didn't totally stop the night time attacks but that it help a great deal, stopping the stinging burning. Total cost was twenty three dollars. Easily affordable.
We will have to see if this lasts and can they alter the frequency to by-pass this shielding. I will let you know. I would also like to say I tried this for my supposed MEDUSA attack which is a high powered microwave hearing effect that is loud instead of barely audible. The screen had no effect in that situation and I grounded it as well.

I just got back the signed and stamped mail delivery certified card for 60 Minutes, and one for President Obama. There is still one activist packet out for Dateline, that I haven't gotten the signed certification card back yet.

I sent these news agencies, 60 Minutes and Dateline, and President Obama a packet containing correspondence between myself and the ER concerning the situation that developed on May 2, 2010. The material describes the situation and the fact that I am being targeted, and literally tortured to death and expect to be seriously disabled or dead in a matter of days, weeks, a few months at most. I asked these agents to visit http://cfasw.net/ and review the video material there, and then take action on behalf of the whole TI community.

Today, for the first time, I spoke to this one individual about my targeting. He has known me for a number of years and have seen how much I've gone down hill in the last couple of years. I told him about the local stalking and about the potential of becoming a victim of high-tech homicide in the days and weeks ahead. To my complete surprise, he seem to know what I was talking about. It was as if what I was telling him was confirming what he thought all along. It turns out that when this guy was in the military, he received some specialized training in interrogation and torture techniques. I told him about the sleep deprivation and about the use of certain conventional technologies like a modified microwave oven, as a tool for inducing remote torture and death. He stated that sleep deprivation was primary to any interrogation process. Then he says, it sounds like the police is involved. Meaning that he either knew or suspected that the local police participate in this kind of unethical and illegal activities. It is unclear at this point how things will proceed form here. But if they do mess me up or end my life in the days or weeks ahead, people will know what really took place. That's all that really matters.

There is a number of people in UK (as well as abroad, who corroborate the UK data)who record on youtube physical assaults inside their home, done by electromagnetic systems (also called DEWs, Masers, PHaSRs, ADS, Lasers, Microwaves etc.) These people got a right to use your personal dosimetry facilities and measure honestly and accurately how many Watts per kilo energy is stored in their body. They do the youtube recordings to show to their GP what is meant by "electronic sleep deprivation" and why is this forcing them to ask for a sleeping tablet.
Also because RIPA 19 dictates that if unauthorised disclosure is done to a target that he is being spied under RIPA, then Police, GPs, Housing Council must ALL deny this RIPA decision to the end and must section the person as insane purely to be compliant with RIPA article 19 unauthorised disclosure offense and not get jail
penalties up to 5 years. So, the last resort has been to document how they are attacked with high tech through the walls and the ceiling late at night, so as to get proper medications for external assaults and not get misdiagnosed.

Please supply what is the exact procedure for any UK citizen resident to obtain watt per kilo measurements at your facilities as soon as he suspects attacks with harmful frequencies in his home.
The proof is there and all UK residents and citizens got a right to honest dosimetry, a right to honest healthcare and no unfair use denials, perjury or abuse of the Mental Health Act just to keep abusing the RIPA 19 offense of disclosure.

Because these harmful frequencies, whether by industrial accident, power lines, work place contamination or criminal abuse of high tech weapons and systems can be detected with your accurate dosimetry and this secures the fundamental rights to life, equal treatment and freedom from torture.

Although I have suggested to our largest National victims' group [FFCHS] that we adopt this as a group project (namely, that FFCHS submit a formal 1-page Statement for this U.P.R., and that FFCHS also submit an Appendix to that submission - including 1-page Complaints of Human Rights Violations from many, many, many individual Victims), FFCHS seems to be too busy.

Job loss (after 3 years on job) due to Crime in August 2004 (Crime reduced my productivity on job). ...
Unknown cause of targeting. Some projects (but none of mine) at former employer required security clearances. But causation unknown.
Crime is causing a horrible destruction of a young person's marriage, and preventing me from raising a family (more children were planned). Horrible destruction of a young, successful, person's promising and financially-rewarding career. Caused to move back to parent's residence. Strains on all personal relationships, including near-family, and what was formerly my group of friends. (Almost all of the (4 -6) friendships that I still have are limited by my friends being cautious 'I'm still your friend, but don't talk to me about that apparent U.S. Gov't Crime you're a victim of. I'm afraid of them, and don't want to be involved with that, but I'm still your friend.')
I tried taking a graduate college course, in Engineering/Computer Science, but the Crime significantly diminished the quality of my work (and my grades) for that class [prior to crime, in college, I excelled in my classes].
I try to maintain my health, and fitness, but (due to Crime) my sleep quality is significantly decreased. Also, due to Crime, my degree of fitness (pre-crime I was in excellent physical condition) is not nearly as good.
My financial resources are badly depleted due to the job loss. Even if I found a lawyer (to contest this Crime), I could not afford much at all.'

WHAT: The Testify! Project documents human rights violations in the United States using short videos and 1 page written testimonies. These videos and testimonies are an important way to explain to the US Government and representatives from the rest of the world whether the U.S. is complying with its human rights obligations and how it can improve.

Submissions should tell a story about an injustice occurring in your area and suggest a solution to the US government. I have decided to join forces with the Natives who are instrumental in starting the anti-Olympic movement-campaign here in Canada. At the same time I decided to join this group, I also phoned Keven Annett (Canadian Activist, former United church minister who lives here) and he and I are getting together later today. For those who do not know Kevin Annett, he fought for the Natives to expose the genocide that took place when they gathered up all the Native children and shipped them off to residential schools where they were tortured and killed at the hands of the United church and it (the round up of native children)was facilitated by the RCMP. Kevin has had a rough ride and the perps did effectively trash his life and the United Church did fire him. Kevin is in the process of doing a documentary about the Child Trafficking ..the documentary is called the Diary`. The signed judgment he presented at the bank will show that he was set up. Did a real judge sign the judgment or was he victimized by fictional administration in the courts? Was the judgment signed for no other purpose other than a major part of his mind control programming, which led him to believe he had authority to seek enforcement of the judgment?
