Subject: State, National and International Emergency - Organized Stalking and Satellite Surveillance and Torture
Dear Governor Hickenlooper,
I wanted to make you aware of an emergency situation. Satellite technology is silently connected to millions of people, including children, throughout the world. It provides constant location, sight, sound and thought surveillance. The operators can literally hear what we hear, see what we see and read our thoughts. This technology is also being used as a remote, invisible torture instrument by transmitting inexplicable sounds, voices, images, smells and tastes directly into the brain, creating numerous pains and sensations throughout the body and significantly altering sleep patterns, energy level and emotional states. Many believe the technology has a “kill switch”, capable of causing instantaneous heart failure or a stroke. Everyone is potentially at risk. Imagine Hitler or Stalin with this technology.
Aaron Alexis, the Washington Navy Yard shooter, Miriam Carey, shot fleeing a White House checkpoint in October 2013, Dominic Adesanya, one of the recent White House fence jumpers, and Myron May, the shooter at Florida State University last November, were all targeted and tortured prior to those events. Eddie Ray Routh may have been targeted, tortured and provoked to kill Chris Kyle, the highly decorated Navy SEAL portrayed in American Sniper, and his friend Chad Littlefield. Many other seemingly inexplicable tragedies, including mass shootings going back decades, and an untold number of suicides have been caused by people being tortured past their breaking points. Once exposed, this will be the largest crime in U.S. history.
There are millions of satellite torture victims all over the world. Most do not even know this technology exists. Many are pushed into the mental health system. Over the past decade or so, information has sprung up everywhere – books, articles, websites, blogs, petitions, victim testimonials, support groups, etc. Published by torture victims trying to make sense of something almost impossible to comprehend, the information is understandably all over the board. Search “targeted individuals”, “organized stalking”, “gang stalking”, “electronic harassment” and “technological assault”. One prominent support group, Freedom from Covert Harassment and Surveillance (www.freedomfchs.com), was formed 10 years ago and has members and affiliated support groups across the country and throughout the world.
Since the satellite technology is classified and no information has been released to the public, there are many different theories regarding technological assault. However, any viable theory has to be able to explain how people are targeted on airplanes at 35,000 feet over the middle of the ocean. Satellite is the only technology that can do that.
Many victims of satellite surveillance and torture also experience “organized stalking”. This is stalking, monitoring, harassment and intimidation conducted by a large, organized, well-funded group. Organized stalking is a form of psychological torture which uses tactics similar to those used by corrupt regimes throughout history to manipulate and control their populations. The Germans had a name for the psychological terror inflicted by the Stasi in former communist East Germany – zersetzung or decomposition. American citizens in communities across the United States are being victimized by organized stalking. The size and scope of the organized stalking apparatus suggest government involvement and funding.
I have been a Colorado resident since 1999 and a victim of organized stalking and satellite surveillance and torture for roughly the past decade. I attached a copy of a paper I wrote in May 2014, “End the Torment”. It describes some of my personal experiences. I have reported these crimes to the Denver Police Department, the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office and the Summit County Sheriff’s Office. I have also contacted the FBI on numerous occasions. To my knowledge, no investigation has been commenced. The brutal torture continues every second of every day.
Victims across the country have filed reports with local and federal law enforcement. The crimes are not being investigated. It is being dismissed as mental illness. Torture victims are not only being ignored, they are often subjected to defamatory labels. It is NOT mental illness, yet the mental health profession continues to provide cover for these crimes by handing out false diagnoses and prescribing potentially dangerous, mind-altering drugs. The DSM and mental health practices will be completely revamped when this situation is finally exposed. The mental health profession has massive legal exposure, both civil and criminal, to this issue.
This is a state, national and international emergency. A long list of horrific crimes are being committed: unimaginable privacy violations, stalking, assault, torture, murder, domestic terrorism and crimes against humanity. American citizens are under attack, and innocent lives are being destroyed. This situation must be immediately investigated, and organized stalking and satellite technology capable of ending humanity must be exposed and permanently locked down.

STOP ORGANISED STALKING - ANOTHER TERRIBLE FORM OF TORTURE AND DEGRADATION

What is it?
Gang Stalking is a well-organized form of covert harassment used against an individual. It is done by large groups of people who systematically & repeatedly harass individuals. The people who participate are usually under the impression that they need to keep an eye on a targeted person or drive them out of town for wrongdoings. It often encompasses the use of Directed Energy Weapons (DEW) such as Microwave harassment. This can be a for-hire organized harassment service. These groups operate throughout the world – especially North America & Europe, & exhibit cult-like characteristics. They usually have local numbers ranging in the hundreds. This has also been called Cause Stalking, Gang Stalking, Community-based Harassment, Organized Vigilante Stalking, Vengeance Stalking, Terrorist Stalking, Revenge Stalking, Covert Action, State-Sponsored Harassment, Microwave Harassment, Microwave Mind-Control.
Gang Vigilante Stalking is a form of terrorism/mind-control used against an individual, in a malicious attempt to reduce the quality of a person's life so they will have a nervous breakdown, become incarcerated/institutionalized, experience constant mental, emotional or physical pain, become homeless, &/or commit suicide. It is done using well-orchestrated accusations, lies, rumors, bogus investigations, setups, framings, intimidation, overt or covert threats, vandalism, thefts, sabotage, torture, humiliation, emotional terror, DEWs, & general harassment. It is a ganging up by members of the community who follow an organizer & participate in a systematic, & ritualistic persecution of an individual. Organized Stalking is a destructive criminal program built on deception that exists to serve the intentions of a few who are aware of its true agenda.
Gang Stalking (also called "group stalking" "organised stalking") is a total assault paradigm. It is carried out by criminal secret societies. The OS paradigm includes (but is not limited to):
- many of the attacks are synchronized to happen precisely as the target does something, e.g. leave his/her residence, goes to the shops etc.
- "street theater": staged skits designed to frighten and upset the target
- the same harassment happens every day, day after day, year after year
- a large group of stalkers, each of whom does a portion of the stalking-attacks
- 24 hour surveillance, every day. Among other things, the stalkers, working in shifts, sit in their vehicles parked around the target's residence.
- "slander campaign": the foundation of OS. The stalkers go to everyone the target interacts with (family members, coworkers, neighbors, etc) and spread lies: that the target is a homosexual or a criminal of some type. This is an effective tactic because most people can't even imagine that a stranger would lie to them.
- the stalkers present themselves as members of a "civic organization" which works with law enforcement and monitors terrorists or other criminals. The stalkers may use fake badges or fake "official files" to convince people that the target is a criminal.
- "noise campaign": very frequent sounds (sirens, car alarms, beeping sounds, loud engine accelerations, loud booming sounds [from vehicles], etc) which follow the target everywhere.
- the stalkers target homosexuals (or people thought to be), members of "left-wing" (e.g. peace, civil rights, environmental) organizations, whistleblowers, people who live "alternative lifestyles", and anyone else the stalkers see as not conforming with their version of "normality."
- persistence: the stalkers follow the target as he/she moves to other cities or states.
- the stalkers use lies, money, and intimidation to get nongroup members to attack the target.
- the stalkers commit crimes and blame them on the target
- targets are harassed while driving, and vehicles are sabotaged - pets are killed - physical assault
- derogatory name calling - mail is stolen or damaged - harassing emails and phone calls
- residences and vehicles are vandalized - law enforcement and firefighter participation

Some Important Points:
- The primary targets of all these tactics are the group members, not the target. The group members are the ones who are programmed. Group leaders define reality for their members, so it doesn't matter if tactics do not work on a target.
- Group members are sensitized to all the tactics they employ.
- Stalking various targets is only part of the activity of these groups. Members are trained to perform a variety of activities without question. They do not know the objectives of their leaders.
Those targeted for harassment will have no problem concluding that someone is after them, but most never know who it is.
What other tactics are used?
Face-to-face tactics:
- Following a target on foot wherever he goes
- Standing around a target while he is paying for a purchase in a store.
- Swarming the target – i.e. totally surrounding a target so he cannot move.
- Physically intimidating a target by standing very close -
- When a target sits anywhere in public, group members will attempt to sit behind him in order to create noise, by whatever means, including tapping their feet on the target's chair.
- Walking by a target and doing strange things to attract his attention, such as:
- Blinking their eyes - Reading the time from an imaginary watch on their wrist - Making faces
Noise Campaigns:
- Generating noise around the clock.
- Interfering with sleep patterns (i.e. through excessive noise). Trying to wake up the target at night as many times as they can.
- Noise campaigns include:
- People yelling and screaming outside the person’s residence.
- Numerous different vehicles, squealing their tires, honking their horns and hanging around a certain area.
- Apartment noise campaigns will include:
- Tapping on the walls in the middle of the night - Taps running - Hammering
- Noises coming from the upper and/or lower apartments, and possibly the apartments on both sides
- Ideally, noises are timed to activities of the target, such as:
- When a target goes outside - When a target flushes the toilet
- When a target turns on a water faucet - When a target walks near a window.
Vehicle-related tactics:
- Numerous different vehicles hanging around a certain area.
- Traveling in convoys with highbeams on - Drivers in convoys waving at one another.
- Attempting to intercept the target’s vehicle at intersections.
- Trying to force the target’s vehicle off the road.
- Vandalizing the target's vehicle, including:
- Slashing tires - Scratching paint - Stealing license plates
- Draining the oil or antifreeze over a period of time in the hopes of destroying the engine.
- They do not usually cut brake lines or commit other acts of sabotage which would leave evidence.

11. I have been relentlessly subjected to Organised Stalking/Mobbing. This consists of an intense and highly organized persecution of an individual with the purpose of harass her/him constantly and boycott all the activities, professional and of leisure that the person develops, in order to isolate to take control of the victims life, manipulate the victims mind and ultimately conduct him/her to a helpless situation. This conduct carried out by a group of apparently "normal" citizens is a barbaric form of torture. People are purposely engaged to aggravate me, and to impede and violate my physical and psychological spaces, privacy and freedom. This is extremely psychologically and physically oppressive and suffocating. This happens everywhere I go, anytime, no matter what I do. My whole neighbourhood has been infiltrated. Often these people are neurologically controlled like ‘neuro-puppets’ to maximise the aggravation through the linking of their actions and movements to mine. Other times they are misguided and/or misinformed ‘Jones-Town’ type idiots/victims. This is being done to me everywhere I go – including in Russia and Turkey.
THE PSYCHOLOGICAL TOLL OF THIS HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATION IS ALSO HUGE. IMAGINE BEING UNDER CONSTANT SURVEILLANCE AND TORTURED WHEREVER YOU GO. SABOTAGE OF REPUTATION AND BELONGINGS AT HOME, WORK AND AUTOMOBILE WHILE A TARGETED PERSON IS AWAY. FAMILY LIFE IS DESTROYED. WORK PERFORMANCE IS AFFECTED. JOBS AND LIVELIHOOD ARE LOST. SOME HAVE COMMITTED SUICIDE.
WHENEVER THESE CRIMES ARE REPORTED TO LOCAL OR FEDERAL POLICE, THE VICTIM IS LABELED MENTALLY ILL. THEREFORE, THE PERPETRATORS CONTINUE FREELY WITH THEIR TORTURE CAMPAIGN ON MANY, MANY OTHERS.

It's the first time that GCHQ have admitted to carrying out hacking in the UK (Ministry of Defence - Wikimedia Commons)Computer, smartphone and network hacking by UK intelligence agency GCHQ is legal, a security tribunal has said.
The Investigatory Powers Tribunal ruled on Friday that computer network exploitation (CNE) – which can include remotely activating microphones and cameras on electronic devices such as iPhones without the owner’s knowledge – is legal.
The case, which was heard in 2015, was the first time that GCHQ admitted to carrying out hacking in the UK and overseas. Previously, their policy had been to "neither confirm nor deny". The IPT, which deals with complaints about surveillance and the intelligence services, found in favour of the Cheltenham-based monitoring agency and the Foreign Office.
The ruling comes after Campaigners Privacy International’s legal challenge claiming GCHQ's hacking operations are too intrusive and break European law. Whistleblower Edward Snowden described the spying agency as “worse than the US”.
The case cannot be appealed to any higher UK court, but it could be taken to Europe.
During proceedings, GCHQ admitted that it carries out CNE outside the UK, and that in 2013 about a fifth of its intelligence reports contained information derived from hacking.
The Home Office has now published a code of practice for hacking, or "equipment interference" as it is also known, and aims to put it on a firmer legal footing in its Investigatory Powers Bill, which is due to become law later this year.
The IPT judgment said: “The use of CNE by GCHQ, now avowed, has obviously raised a number of serious questions, which we have done our best to resolve.
“Plainly, it again emphasises the requirement for a balance to be drawn between the urgent need of the intelligence agencies to safeguard the public and the protection of an individual’s privacy and/or freedom of expression.
“We are satisfied that with the new [equipment interference code] and whatever the outcome of parliamentary consideration of the investigatory powers bill, a proper balance is being struck in regard to the matters we have been asked to consider.”
According to the judgment, the legal structure under which warrants are issued for GCHQ to carry out equipment interference in the UK is compatible with the European convention on human rights.
Philip Hammond, the foreign secretary, who welcomed the ruling, said: "The ability to exploit computer networks plays a crucial part in our ability to protect the British public.”
“A proper balance is being struck between the need to keep Britain safe and the protection of individuals’ privacy.”
Scarlet Kim, a legal officer at Privacy International, said: “We are disappointed by the IPT’s judgment, which has found government hacking lawful based on a broad interpretation of a law dating back to 1994, when the internet and mobile phone technology were in their infancy.
“Until we brought this case, GCHQ would neither confirm nor deny that they were engaging in mass hacking of computers, mobile devices and entire computer networks.
“During the course of the proceedings, the government sought to create law ‘on the hoof’, changing anti-hacking laws [the 1990 Computer Misuse Act] through an addition to the 2015 Serious Crime Act and producing a code of practice for hacking. Hacking is one of the most intrusive surveillance capabilities available to intelligence agencies.
“The IPT has decided that GCHQ can use ‘thematic warrants’, which means GCHQ can hack an entire class of property or persons, such as ‘all phones in Birmingham’.
“In doing so, it has upended a longstanding English common law principle that such general warrants are unlawful. Allowing governments to hack places the security and stability of the internet and the information we exchange on it at stake.”

Out of control elements of FBI use misinformation to target Americans with certain beliefs
(INTELLIHUB) — When an individual has been “watch-listed” as a domestic threat, rogue factions within the FBI will feed false information to the data fusion centers, in order to get innocent Americans targeted for surveillance and harassment via DHS and civilian hirees, which include but are not limited to ex-cons, criminals, illegal immigrants, neighbors, store and restaurant owners/employees, etc. InfraGard, the FBI’s “civilian” branch also most likely plays a role in assisting with “monitoring” watch-listed individuals on a domestic basis.
Who is watch-listed?
If you have done something in the past like reporting a state or federal agency for corruption or negligence, if you were arrested for something minor, offended a highly-placed individual or a person with political affiliations, you too can be placed on a watch-list. Subsequently, your normal and legal activities will intentionally be misinterpreted or falsely portrayed in order to prove that you demonstrate a predisposition for criminal behavior. Then the level of surveillance and harassment is increased depending on your “value,” and “potential threat level.”
Who else can be placed on a watch-list?
Activists, LGBT supporters, out-of-the-box thinkers, military veterans, retired law enforcement personnel with IED disposal experience, Black Lives Matter participants, PETA and Greenpeace members, investigative journalists, academics, conservatives, Tea Party members, Rand Paul supporters, Oath Keepers, “Sovereign Citizens,” whistle-blowers, Pro-Lifers, Americans who are married to foreign-born individuals, Americans who have a bank account or property in a foreign country, firearm owners, and NRA members are all “potential domestic threats.”
This is not a finite list; individuals belonging to other “terrorist” groups not listed above may also be included. As time progresses, the list is getting longer and encompasses even more diverse actors.
Accused individuals are never availed of due process. They were watch-listed extra-judicially, via a federal, closed-door decision making process referred to as a “Star Chamber.” Most “domestic terrorists” have not committed any crimes, or certainly any crimes worthy of their being targeted at the expense of tax-payers.
Most of those on watch-lists had no idea that since they were firearm owners, military veterans, retired law enforcement personnel with IED disposal training, or university students who once protested the poor treatment of Shamu the killer whale at Sea World, that they had participated in activities, or had occupations, which would result in them getting flagged as terrorists, along with Osama bin Laden.
Most people are unaware that they have been placed on a watch-list, which should not be confused with a “No-Fly” list. A “No-Fly” list is simply one of many watch-lists, which are in part categorized by threat-level.
And it needs to be noted that when the FBI or DHS watch-lists you (no legal hearing or proof needed of course) as a terrorist, they do not mention to the different law enforcement agencies or Data Fusion Centers, that all you did was raise a sign saying “Free Shamu.” Literally anyone can become suspect.
You see, when someone is red-flagged and watch-listed, those blurry lines work to the advantage of the aggressors (which in many cases are the FBI) who are ignoring the constitutional process, in order to target, harass, incarcerate, or extra-judicially eliminate innocent Americans.
So think twice before you raise a sign for Shamu the killer whale, protest for the rights of unborn babies, or join the NRA.
If you belong to one (or several) of the groups above, then you, like me are considered a “potential national security threat.” Now you can kiss your constitutional rights good-bye, as well as the basic rights provided to human beings as designated by the Nuremberg Code, which the United States is a signatory to.
What follows is part of my personal story of being watch-listed by the FBI and targeted in foreign countries. This is a summary of what happened to me – with a few details changed in order to maintain my anonymity.
STEP 1
So the FBI has their eye on you because you fall in several of the aforementioned categories. Maybe you are (1) a military veteran or whistle-blower, (2) you married a Christian girl from Mozambique, which has a Muslim population, (3) you opened a bank account in Mozambique, (4) you traveled throughout Africa, and (5) you studied some Islamic-related topics as part of a Middle Eastern Studies Program for your university degree – which these days implies that you are a potential Muslim convert.
STEP 2
The FBI tells the government in Mozambique that you are on a watch-list in the United States as a “domestic terrorist” (i.e. – “terrorist”) and that you should be “heavily monitored,” which basically equates to being put under 24/7 surveillance and harassed by the security apparatus of the country you are visiting. And in many places, Americans are high-value targets without the extra attention. The FBI is well aware of this and uses this to their advantage.
The FBI will also create a false criminal background for you (the “terrorist”) in order to further alarm the foreign government. This in turn results in the security apparatus of the foreign government increasing their level of monitoring and harassment of you, the extra-judiciously targeted “”potential domestic threat.”
With the help of local authorities, Americans in the employ of the U.S. federal government will also funnel your wife’s family and the police in the foreign country of your residence additional false information in order to stir up even more trouble.
Here are some of the narratives which I have seen deployed:
You are suspected of “kidnapping” or “human trafficking,” (even though you have never even been involved in anything even remotely like that).
When you were 21, fifteen to twenty years ago, you were arrested for the possession of a small amount of marijuana (a few joints). Guess what? You are now a known “drug trafficker” and “dealer.”
As a fifteen year-old, you were snagged shoplifting a small bag of Sweet Tarts by your mom at a local food store. Your pissed-off mother then marched you back into the store by your ear and made you return the stolen candy, after which you returned home to a hiding, grounding, and promises that both Satan and God had a special spot in hell reserved just for you.
Now as a thirty-five or forty year-old, the FBI, already knowing every detail of your background, has relayed to your wife’s family and foreign government, that you were the subject of “an armed robbery investigation” in your home town.
But they “fail” to mention that the situation occurred twenty years ago, your mother caught you, made you return the stolen bag of Sweet Tarts to the store, that there were no weapons involved (you left your florescent green squirt-gun at home that day), you were a stupid fifteen year old, and that the FBI and DHS knowingly got the story from a family member who has an axe to grind with you.
And by the way, if you are watch-listed, Homeland Security and the FBI will speak to anyone you had a legal dispute with, or anyone else who could possibly hold a grudge against you. Indeed, those are the type of people they seek out during the commencement phase of their sabotage campaign against individuals who they have labelled as “threats.” You sued your ex-business partner and won the case against him twenty years ago? Guess who they are going to speak to first…
As an added “bonus” these gangster-styled federal agents attempt to create turmoil in the “target’s” life, create tension, cause hardships, ruin relationships, destroy family ties, facilitate financial loss, etc. Their goal is to totally destroy the watch-listed individual.
Now let’s say you fly from Mozambique to Morocco, Italy, or the United Arab Emirates to visit a friend, start a business, or take a vacation. FBI employees already stationed in the country of your destination will be alerted to your impending arrival. They will then have you flagged in “Country B.” Let’s pretend that “Country B” is Italy.
They will inform the Italian government that you are a suspected “terrorist” in the United States, that you were born as a Christian, yet “showed interest in Islam” (but they will not mention that it was required as part of your curriculum), and that your wife’s family and the government of Mozambique are worried about your possible involvement in kidnapping, human trafficking, drug trafficking and armed robbery.
And that aspect of the story is true, since it was US federal government employees who created the false narrative and then began to disseminate it to every person you associated with in Country A. So of course the government in Mozambique and your wife’s family is now worried, and even begins the divorce process.
US government employees will also monitor and intercept all of your phone calls, VOIP, SMS, and e-mails within the foreign countries you frequent in order to “harvest” all of your contacts. There are classified and dedicated operations which address that, in every country in which Americans are present.
Now what the FBI will not reveal to “Country B” is that they fabricated all of the information, and that they were the ones who caused the uproar by lying to the government of “Country A.” Now in “Country B (Italy),” they might add something additional and extra-juicy to the recipe in order for the targeted American’s harassment to escalate. The idea is to create a snowball effect and to keep the snowball rolling and growing.
Now God-forbid, this individual who was falsely targeted in the U.S., who is now set up for false arrest and extra-judicial detention (proxy detention) in both “Country A” and “Country B” by the FBI, travels to a “Country C” or “Country D.” In each new locale, the stories get bigger, the list of alleged “crimes” grows longer, and the FBI “kicks the hornets’ nest” even harder.
And then what the FBI does is re-directs or re-loops the growing misinformation stream to all of the foreign governments of the countries the target travels to. And they keep on recycling the misinformation until the level of alarm of the security apparatus in each of these countries grows exponentially, all compliments of their lies and fairy-tales.
FBI agents will contact the government of “Country A” and let them know that “the subject is also under investigation in “Countries B, C,” and “D.” They will do that for all of the involved countries, and even help law enforcement in each of those countries to network with each other, in order to trigger the illegal arrest and illegal detention of the targeted American, should he ever venture to any of those countries again.
These agents will facilitate the false arrest of Americans who have never committed a crime. This is called proxy detention, and in a third world country it can be a death sentence, and the FBI knows it. That is the goal: eliminate the terrorist, the target while maintaining a high level of plausible deniability. And let me tell you – from experience – they put a lot of effort into trying to pull it off.
STEP 3
If the FBI employees based in the foreign countries which the “watch-listed terrorist” travels to are feeling especially cheery, they may set up the American for a crime, entrapment, or assault. Local harassment and theft are standard operating procedure.
They will create scenarios to provoke the “terrorist,” facilitate a loss of his/her funds, reputation, life, health, and freedom. And guess what. The misinformation has also been conveyed to the State Department, so if you do end up in trouble, and call the embassy, you are already red-flagged on their databases, and are on your own.
STEP 4
If and when the American terrorist returns home intact (which really upsets them), the FBI will then feed the entire false narrative and bogus investigations (from Countries A to Z) to the Department of Homeland Security and also the Regional Data Fusion Centers.
While abroad, “Subject Q” was the “focus of terrorism investigations” in four countries. He/she was also suspected of/under investigation for: kidnapping, human trafficking, drug trafficking and armed robbery.
Now, all of this misinformation appears as “red flags” on the networks which connect federal, state, county, and city law enforcements – via the Regional Data Fusion Centers. The more flags an individual has attached to his name, the more value he or she has, and the greater possible “threat level” they represent. If an individual simply protested Shamu the killer whale at Sea World five years ago and works as a cashier in a restaurant, the federal government will certainly not spend as much time, money and effort targeting them.
If an individual has a high level of education, military background, familiarity with weapons, travels to dangerous locales, etc., then they very quickly become a “higher-level” target. Which means more resources are spent and more assets are assigned to neutralize or eliminate them as a threat.
Most law enforcement officers at the city and county level have no idea that the FBI created the entire false narrative for the targeted “terrorist.” Compartmentalization is utilized in order to keep fusion center employees, comprised of local, state and federal law enforcement officers; plus some civilians with security clearance, out of the loop, which operates on a need-to-know basis.
Additionally, the false criminal history created by the FBI (parallel construction) can then illegally be used as “legal” cause to set up sting operations to entrap the target. A sting operation can only (legally) be set up if an individual has shown a predisposition for committing a certain type of crime.
So now the entire false narrative created by the FBI, and then “re-collected” from foreign authorities, provides the basis (predisposition) for unconstitutional entrapment operations which outwardly appear to be legal sting operations.
Domestic law enforcement personnel, in addition to local, state and federal prosecutors (should the “target” ever be arrested) have no idea that the FBI created the bogus criminal history for the “terrorist,” which now portrays him or her of being suspected of criminal acts in foreign countries. In addition to causing grief for the “domestic threat” at home, they have turned the US citizen into an internationally-wanted target as a result of their parallel construction, lies and sophomoric fairy-tales.
Now the US citizen is put on additional “domestic tasking lists.” With the assistance of the FBI and Homeland Security, private security contractors, utilize civilian hirees to harass the domestic “extremist.”
The federal authorities will provide medical records, financial information and academic records to these non-governmental security contractors, as well as domestic law enforcement personnel. Much of this personal identifying information (PII), which is supposed to be protected by the Privacy Act, is also available on data fusion center networks, which are tied in to dozens of law enforcement databases, all the way up to the federal level.
While the aforementioned scenario spanned foreign countries, this type of situation can also happen domestically. “Country A” and “Country B” can just as easily be “City A” and “City B;” both within the United States.
Personnel working for the FBI, the Department of Homeland Security will create the false narratives, the fantastic stories and absurd fairy tales, “feed” them to different recipients, be they different law enforcement groups in cities in the United States, or to foreign governments, and then they help the false narrative to “snowball” and spin out of control. The bigger the snowball and more absurd the stories become, the better.
Federally-funded private security contractors and their thuggish, street-level hirees will harass the watch-listed individual with acts such as vandalism, theft, cyber-harassment, provocations in public locations, pet poisonings, and defamation of character with family, friends and co-workers.
While it is difficult to pin down who is involved in the cyber-harassment, the most likely culprits are the regional data fusion centers, the FBI’s Data Interception Technology Unit (DITU), and several privately-owned cyber-companies based here in the U.S. which produce and deploy “weaponized” software and technologies.
Additionally, the Department of Homeland Security, which is actually represented at both federal and county levels, dispatches personnel to inform the watch-listed individual’s familiars that that he or she “poses a grave threat to the community” and “should be monitored.”
Familiars include professors, faculty and students should the watch-listed individual go to school, co-workers, family members, friends and landlords. DHS personnel or private security contractor hirees will also go to the commercial locations the individual frequents: gyms, restaurants, stores, clubs, salons, and barber shops.
In some cases Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) or National Security Letters (NSLs) are flashed in order to “impress” upon the target’s familiars the “urgency” of the situation in regards to national security.
Homeland Security will also financially compensate neighbors, friends, landlords and co-workers for their “assistance” in monitoring domestic “terrorists.” It is a huge business, which is funded by the sleeping taxpayers.
In order to maximize trauma to the “target,” who in reality is a victim of outrageous government conduct, the governmentally-affiliated parties involved will also relay to all of the watch-listed individual’s contacts, that he or she is mentally unstable, delusional, involved in pedophilia, child pornography, bestiality, rape, sexual deviancy, is a homosexual, has a history of violence, or has committed a crime of moral turpitude.
This defamation of character is an integral aspect of their tactical operations, which is referred to as “Zersetzung” (social decomposition), and was developed by the former East German Stasi. The goal is to totally destroy the person’s reputation, relationships, family and income-stream. This is also known as “No-touch torture or Soft-kill.”
The specific narrative (i.e. – defamation of character) is based on the information recipients. If the target’s neighbor has children, then he or she is falsely labeled as a pedophile. If the target works at a bank, then he or she is falsely accused of having a history of theft, and all of the target’s co-workers will be informed. The false narrative which the FBI and DHS create is tailor-made and adjusted to each recipient based on the situation and context.
These Stasi-styled operations are geared to silently isolate and destroy individuals who have been “red-flagged” and “black-listed” for being potential “domestic extremists” or “domestic terrorists.” What has been described above is illegal, is a RICO statute violation, is in violation of the Nuremberg Code, is considered cruel and unusual punishment, and is representative of outrageous government conduct.
Unfortunately these tactics are common tools which are employed by certain groups within the federal government against innocent American citizens, and these activities – which amount to a counter-intelligence operation, are now much more commonplace than people assume.
In the 1970s, the Church Committee held hearings which publicized the FBI’s counter-intelligence program (COINTELPRO), which was supposed to have been terminated. Apparently, once again certain factions within the federal government have launched another classified program which is targeting innocent Americans.
Keep in mind that the perps and their complices are not only committing a crime against you, but against the whole humanity, because the technology and methods they use on us today, will be perfected and used on the next generations. So apart from being evil they're also retarded because their descendants might be the targets of tomorrow (since no one is irreplaceable).
If my hunch is correct, there are a number of other TIs living in my community. Some types of DEW and weaponry are only used upon me sporadically, like there’s a visiting perp who brought some of his toys along every time he comes to my area on Friday night for his monthly or bi-monthly visit with friends. There’s no way you’d ever convince me that these fun toys are shelved when they aren’t in use on me. If my perps had them, I’d experience them every day.
So, now I’ve decided that there ARE other TIs close at hand. Going on the notion that there is power in numbers - theirs as well as ours - how do I go about finding some of these other TIs that are close by - if for no other reason than to let them know they aren’t alone or crazy?
Should I run an ad in a paper? Graffitti something public with something like “Gang Stalking alive in Hershey, Pennsylvania” (sub in my community name)? Post flyers in public places like the library, or tuck them inside library books? Contact local churches or mental health centers? Youtube video w/ “Gang Stalking alive in Hershey, Pennsylvania” as the title?
How would you reach out and find another TI in your community?????

Normally, I'm not one to piss and moan about my daily torture. For one thing, it serves no purpose other than to provide entertainment and positive tactical information to all those who derive pleasure tormenting and injuring other living beings. For another thing, chewing and being fixated upon "them" and what they are doing only serves to consume HUGE amounts of my time.
Although I don't have many moments during which I am not reminded of their "omnipresence", those moments that do exist where I am relatively forgotten are precious, and I don't want to fritter them away by being focused on anything other than positive thoughts.
Usually, I am very adaptable and have found ways to cope. My main coping skill has been to show ABSOLUTELY NO INDICATION or RESPONSE to any tactic being tried out on me - eventually, the tactics will change to something new in hopes I will respond. However, for the past two days I have been living in hell night and day. Unless I am too exhausted to fall on the floor asleep, I am suffering every moment I am awake.

Was looking for RFID blocking and ran across this site in a Google search. Sounds like it might offer useful shielding products for some TIs.
These people work on me 24/7. I don't one second of alone time. They pour chemicals/DEW on my head non-stop. It is so heavy, I feel as if I am going to pass out. They would block one of my nostril and stuffs the other with things that are going straight down my throat. At time they do it so much, my nose burns so much. I would keep turning to avoid it and they would follow my face and keep it going. I can't even clean my home at the moment. They use my hands to spread they crap all over everything. That is from washing dishes to cleaning the toilet, they would drop things that stick on them. What is worst and stupid, is they trail my feet around and dump things all over my floors. The outside of my home looks cleaner than inside. I have been a TI for 2 years and 2 months. They've gotten worst and more stupid by the second.

TO SECRETARY GENERAL THORBJØRN JAGLAND AND THE COUNCIL OF EUROPE
This letter is to ask for your help for the many victims who are being attacked with Psychotronic (or Mind Control, Electronic, Directed Energy, Neurological, Non-lethal) Weapons.
As long ago as 1994 in Montreux, Switzerland the International Committee of the Red Cross - ICRC raised the issue of Psychotronic or Directed-Energy weapons, also at the Geneva Forum in 2002, and also in 2009 at the 5th European Symposium on Non-Lethal Weapons and at the European Conference.
In January 1999, the European Parliament passed a resolution where it calls “ for an international convention introducing a global ban on all development and deployment of weapons which might enable any form of manipulation of human beings. It is our conviction that this ban can not be implemented without the global pressure of the informed general public on the governments. Our major objective is to get across to the general public the real threat which these weapons represent for human rights and democracy and to apply pressure on the governments and parliaments around the world to enact legislature which would prohibit the use of these devices to both government and private organisations as well as individuals.” (Plenary sessions/Europarliament, 1999)
In October 2001, Congressman Dennis J. Kucinich introduced a bill to the House of Representatives which, it was hoped would be extremely important in the fight to expose and stop psycho-electronic mind control experimentation on involuntary, non-consensual citizens. The Bill was referred to the Committee on Science, and in addition to the Committee on Armed Services and International Relations. In the original bill a ban was sought on ‘exotic weapons’ including electronic, psychotronic or information weapons, chemtrails, particle beams, plasmas, electromagnetic radiation, extremely low frequency (ELF) or ultra low frequency (ULF) energy radiation, or mind control technologies. Despite the inclusion of a prohibition of the basing of weapons in space, and the use of weapons to destroy objects or damage objects in space, there is no mention in the revised bill of any of the aforementioned mind-invasive weaponry, nor of the use of satellite or radar or other energy based technology for deploying or developing technology designed for deployment against the minds of human beings. (Space Preservation Act, 2002)

Some of our ELECTRONIC TORTURE, ABUSE AND EXPERIMENTATION CASES detail the most extreme and totalitarian violations of human rights in human history, including the most horrendous psychological tortures, rapes, sexual abuse, physical assaults, surgical mutilations, ‘mind control’, and other mental and physical mutilations.
Among other things the perpetrators of these crimes can place the human subject under continuous surveillance no matter where he/she is; they can monitor the human brain, including thoughts, reactions, motor commands, auditory events and visual images; they can continuously alter consciousness, introduce voices, noises, other disturbances, commands, images and "dreams" into the brain; and they can directly abuse, torture and hit bodies - including performing advanced medical procedures - from remote locations. The technology they are using is so advanced that it allows the controller(s) to see through the eyes of the targeted individual, essentially seeing whatever the victim sees.
Many of us are being tortured and abused in these ways 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – year in year out.
These are extreme and monstrous CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY - indescribably terrible in themselves - coupled with the ORWELLIAN secrecy and denial of any support at all that we are experiencing, makes them even more horrendous and monstrous.
We have contacted most Governments, Security/Intelligence Agencies, Religious Organisations, International Organizations, Human Rights Organizations, Universities, Scientific and other Institutions, and the International Media all over the world - over and over and over again – and have had our appeals for assistance, protection and/or publicity almost completely ignored and/or suppressed.
Some TARGETED INDIVIDUALS have been attempting to gain assistance, protection and/or publicity about these crimes since the 1990s - and even earlier - this extends as far back into the history of illegal ‘scientific and medical’ testing and experimentation as MKULTRA, COINTELPRO and the DUPLESSIS ORPHANS - and further.
We are still collecting CASE SUMMARIES from TARGETED INDIVIDUALS all over the world, and we have also advised them to send them to you - “THE SELECTED WITNESSES” - TO WITNESS, RECORD AND OPPOSE so that :-
A. We can be sure that as many people as possible know about these horrendous crimes.
B. We can be sure that these AUTHORITIES and ORGANISATIONS are either trying to uphold the rule of National, International and Human Rights Law, and that we will, sooner or later, be protected by these laws.
C. Or that we can be sure these AUTHORITIES and ORGANISATIONS are complicit and/or acquiescent to these CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY and that National, International and Human Rights Law no longer apply - in which case our task will be to get the rule of these laws restored.
Later these records should become an information source - such as the INTERNATIONAL TRACING OFFICE set up to record the fates and whereabouts of Jews (and others?) after WW11. The information collected can then be used by the appropriate people for LEGAL, MEDICAL, WELFARE, HISTORICAL etc. records.
As well as being illegal the crimes being committed against us are contrary to the Principles and Values of all the major religions and ethical systems - so we will also be demonstrating to all of these people and AUTHORITIES AND ORGANISATIONS the huge disconnect between their professed Principles and Values and the reality. We will be showing their monstrous Doublespeak Doublethink Doubledo ignorance, stupidity and/or hypocrisy.

Scenes from the Jean-Claude Van Damme movie Universal Soldier may become reality, as the US military is working on the development of an implantable chip which could turn soldiers into real-life cyborgs by attaching their brains to computers, Tech Times reported.
The new interface is being developed by the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). The project plans to connect the human brain and modern electronics, the source said.
A bio-compatible chip would be no larger than 1 cubic centimeter and act as a translator to convert "electrochemical language used by neurons in the brain and the ones and zeros that constitute the language of information technology," ScienceAlert reported.
If things turn out as planned, the new interface would allow the US military to have cyborg-soldiers with enhanced battle capabilities through a digital system, the science news source said.
Although the military use would most likely be the first use for the new interface, its potential uses go far beyond the battlefield. The device could become a breakthrough advancement for neuroscience, synthetic biology and low-power electronics, just to name a few things, according to ScienceAlert.

DARPA, the Pentagon’s cutting-edge science division, is developing a neural network to enhance “deep learning” on the battlefield.
Modern warfare requires more than simple brute strength. The Information Age has revealed new ways to communicate and access information, and these new rules have also affected the way wars are fought and won.
Imagery gathered by satellites and drones must make its way to units on the ground for data analyzation. While a drone can take a photograph, it cannot tell you what it’s looking at, or what to do about it, if anything. A human brain is necessary to spot a terrorist stronghold, or to recognize that a missile launcher in one photo has been moved, when compared with an older photo.

"Full exploitation of this information is a major challenge," officials with the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) wrote in a 2009 brief on "deep learning."
"Human observation and analysis of [intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance] assets is essential, but the training of humans is both expensive and time-consuming. Human performance also varies due to individuals’ capabilities and training, fatigue, boredom, and human attentional capacity."
Working with a team of researchers at MIT, DARPA is hoping to take all of that human know-how and shrink it down into processing unit no bigger than your cellphone, using a microchip known as "Eyeriss." The concept relies on "neural networks;" computerized memory networks based on the workings of the human brain.
A palm-sized neural network chip could be installed in drones or satellites, allowing these units to conduct their own learning in real time, without the need for human analysis.
Instead of a team of individuals combing through imagery looking for a single target, a drone could simply alert soldiers on the ground once the drone has identified a target.
The technology could also work in disaster zones, allowing drones to spot and identify people in need, and then communicate location and other data to aid workers.
Current deep learning technology requires a large number of servers and the energy necessary to run those computers. Data can be sent to warehouses containing the computers for analyzation, but that requires an Internet connection, which isn’t always readily available in combat situations and, when it is, is not always secure.
But Eyeriss could change the way the game of war is played. Packing more processing power into a much smaller space, the microchip could allow our handheld devices to become even smaller, and allow drones and satellites to operate without a need for massive server warehouses or hundreds of human analysts.
