How to Remove Toxic People from Your Life!!

our sight is being poluted. Our moderators do not care. Members have been trolled off regularly for the last 8 months. We need to clean house.

People an be toxic in different ways, but regardless of what kind of toxicity they bring to a relationship, they just have to go. One toxic person in my life was manipulative of my time and resources, and another always talked about himself and how bad things continued to happen to him all the time. For my own sake and the sake of my family, I had to tell them both I didn’t want to hear from them again.

Sit down and really think about the relationships in your life. Think about how you react to those relationships. Do you find yourself screening phone calls because of one or two people? Are you avoiding activities you used to enjoy because a certain person makes them miserable? These are glaring signs that you’re in a toxic relationship.

When Toxic People Are Poisoning Your Life

Toxicity is the degree to which a substance can damage an organism. If someone is causing damage to your life, then he’s toxic and should be dealt with accordingly. People who suck the life out of you with negative attitudes, constant complaining, gossip, selfishness, or extreme dependency are damaging you in a way that can cause depression and anxiety.

You wouldn’t hesitate to cut toxins out of your diet, nor would you think twice before removing toxic substances from areas where your children play, so why is it that we are so hesitant to remove toxic people from our lives? The most obvious reason is that most of us like to avoid conflict and don’t want to hurt another human being’s feelings.

However, you need to have the courage to tell a toxic person the truth. Not only is this the only way to remove a damaging relationship from your life, but that person needs to have his feelings hurt so he can examine his life, face his own toxicity, and hopefully make a change. He may or may not change, but that’s up to him — not you. You can only change your own life by choosing who can be a part of it.

Freeing yourself of toxic relationships is not easy, but there are 3 steps you can follow that will help:

Step #1: Establish Boundaries and Don't Apologize for Them

Boundaries are instrumental in maintaining your sanity and health. If people don’t respect your boundaries, they aren’t respecting you. Make a list of your own personal boundaries, and don’t be afraid to tell other if they cross them.

Step #2: Know that Toxic People Won't Leave Easily

In any ecosystem, toxins must be met with powerful forces to eradicate them. Toxic people will not just “go away.” They may push back and become irrational, angry, or act like victims. Don’t beat around the bush or defend yourself; tell toxic people the truth and be consistent and firm in your decision.

Step #3: Recognize Signs of Toxicity in People

You have to learn to recognize the signs that a person is toxic, or it won’t be long before the seeds of toxicity develop stubborn roots. You must learn to protect yourself from toxic people in the same way you protect yourself from catching a cold by washing your hands and avoiding contact with infected people. Watch out for people who negatively affect your other relationships, invade your space, and take up a lot of your time. If a person makes you feel uncomfortable or unproductive, he’s probably toxic.

It’s Ok to Say, “I Don’t Want to See You Again”

Because toxic people are drawn to those who are empathetic and trusting by nature, it can be difficult for that kind of person to do what it takes to free himself. At first, you might feel as if you’re being harsh or mean, but recognize that it’s Ok to defend yourself and your sanity. If you value your physical, emotional, spiritual, and relational health, you’ll do what it takes to get rid of toxic relationships.

It’s important to remember that when you remove toxic people from your life, you’ll go through an adjustment period during which you might question your decision or rationalize the behavior of the toxic person. Be strong and remember that you are doing this for your own good — and for the good of your family. Negativity will eventually manifest itself physically and emotionally, causing a ripple effect that will impact both you and your loved ones.

The truth is that we need relationships, but we don’t need every relationship. Surround yourself with positive people who bring you up, rather than drag you down. You don’t have to sacrifice your sanity because you don’t want to hurt someone’s feelings. You don’t have to be controlled by your own kindness. You can be a good person without bending to the will of those who damage you with their own selfishness.

You deserve to be happy.

Is your glass half-empty or half-full? How you answer this age-old question about positive thinking may reflect your outlook on life, your attitude toward yourself, and whether you're optimistic or pessimistic — and it may even affect your health.

Indeed, some studies show that personality traits like optimism and pessimism can affect many areas of your health and well-being. The positive thinking that typically comes with optimism is a key part of effective stress management. And effective stress management is associated with many health benefits. If you tend to be pessimistic, don't despair — you can learn positive thinking skills.

Understanding positive thinking and self-talk

Positive thinking doesn't mean that you keep your head in the sand and ignore life's less pleasant situations. Positive thinking just means that you approach unpleasantness in a more positive and productive way. You think the best is going to happen, not the worst.

Positive thinking often starts with self-talk. Self-talk is the endless stream of unspoken thoughts that run through your head. These automatic thoughts can be positive or negative. Some of your self-talk comes from logic and reason. Other self-talk may arise from misconceptions that you create because of lack of information.

If the thoughts that run through your head are mostly negative, your outlook on life is more likely pessimistic. If your thoughts are mostly positive, you're likely an optimist — someone who practices positive thinking.

The health benefits of positive thinking

Researchers continue to explore the effects of positive thinking and optimism on health. Health benefits that positive thinking may provide include:

Increased life span
Lower rates of depression
Lower levels of distress
Greater resistance to the common cold
Better psychological and physical well-being
Reduced risk of death from cardiovascular disease
Better coping skills during hardships and times of stress

It's unclear why people who engage in positive thinking experience these health benefits. One theory is that having a positive outlook enables you to cope better with stressful situations, which reduces the harmful health effects of stress on your body. It's also thought that positive and optimistic people tend to live healthier lifestyles — they get more physical activity, follow a healthier diet, and don't smoke or drink alcohol in excess.

Identifying negative thinking

Not sure if your self-talk is positive or negative? Here are some common forms of negative self-talk:

Filtering. You magnify the negative aspects of a situation and filter out all of the positive ones. For example, you had a great day at work. You completed your tasks ahead of time and were complimented for doing a speedy and thorough job. That evening, you focus only on your plan to do even more tasks and forget about the compliments you received.
Personalizing. When something bad occurs, you automatically blame yourself. For example, you hear that an evening out with friends is canceled, and you assume that the change in plans is because no one wanted to be around you.
Catastrophizing. You automatically anticipate the worst. The drive-through coffee shop gets your order wrong and you automatically think that the rest of your day will be a disaster.
Polarizing. You see things only as either good or bad. There is no middle ground. You feel that you have to be perfect or you're a total failure.

Focusing on positive thinking

You can learn to turn negative thinking into positive thinking. The process is simple, but it does take time and practice — you're creating a new habit, after all. Here are some ways to think and behave in a more positive and optimistic way:

Identify areas to change. If you want to become more optimistic and engage in more positive thinking, first identify areas of your life that you typically think negatively about, whether it's work, your daily commute or a relationship. You can start small by focusing on one area to approach in a more positive way.
Check yourself. Periodically during the day, stop and evaluate what you're thinking. If you find that your thoughts are mainly negative, try to find a way to put a positive spin on them.
Be open to humor. Give yourself permission to smile or laugh, especially during difficult times. Seek humor in everyday happenings. When you can laugh at life, you feel less stressed.
Follow a healthy lifestyle. Exercise at least three times a week to positively affect mood and reduce stress. Follow a healthy diet to fuel your mind and body. And learn techniques to manage stress.
Surround yourself with positive people. Make sure those in your life are positive, supportive people you can depend on to give helpful advice and feedback. Negative people may increase your stress level and make you doubt your ability to manage stress in healthy ways.
Practice positive self-talk. Start by following one simple rule: Don't say anything to yourself that you wouldn't say to anyone else. Be gentle and encouraging with yourself. If a negative thought enters your mind, evaluate it rationally and respond with affirmations of what is good about you.

Here are some examples of negative self-talk and how you can apply a positive thinking twist to them:

No one bothers to communicate with me.	I'll see if I can open the channels of communication.
I'm not going to get any better at this.	I'll give it another try.

Practicing positive thinking every day

If you tend to have a negative outlook, don't expect to become an optimist overnight. But with practice, eventually your self-talk will contain less self-criticism and more self-acceptance. You may also become less critical of the world around you.

When your state of mind is generally optimistic, you're better able to handle everyday stress in a more constructive way. That ability may contribute to the widely observed health benefits of positive thinking.

I don't know about many of you and your cases, but this system has to be recast, I mean once they judas you, they'll make everything in their power to justify it, so they will try to set someone up, think about it, this is just devious, they put a brain interface in you, implants in your genitals area, they see what you see, hear your internal dialog, hear what you're saying... they spread rumors to try to justify it, they dedicate their lives to running someone's, they follow you around, basically they're playing gods... and no-one ever won their freedom, some people are living their lives completely unaware, but most are screwed, "Speech Is Words That They Will Bend", unbelievable... this has to be stopped, only by exposing it,

These people that mind control me have falsely accused me of molesting my ex-boyfriend Charles nephew named Jacob M. These people know that me and my teenage kids used to babsit Jacob the nephew of Charles along time ago when he was little because my ex-boyfriend Charles told them this. Not only have they accused me of that while mind controlling me but they have falsely accused me abusing my own children. Not only that a lady named Michal that used to live upstairs from me at Steelwood Ln apt # 2 Reno,Nv falsey acused me of sleeping with her ex-husband Mark while she was mind controlling me and sending very loud soundwave voices to my ears. Not only that Michal had threatened to shoot me in the head with her gun after she told me that I slept with Mark her ex-husband two years ago which I had never did. I was scared when Michal threatened to shoot me with a gun and I hid underneath my bed I felt alot of pain in different parts of my body. I believe that she and others are mindcontrolling me through a microchip that my ex-boyfriend Charles had put in my ears or skull without my permission when he had drugged me and put me out five years ago when I used to live with him on 1917 C street in Sparks, Nevada. I believe that Michal C got my neighbors nextstore to me in involved in apt 3 at 1504 Steelwood Ln Reno,Nv after my ex-boyfriend either paid Michal C through drugs or money to kill me by causing me health problems through electronic weapons while mindcontrolling through a microchip to make me look like the crazy person while she and others kill me through the electronic weapons and through soundwave weapons that they send soundwave voices through my ears with. Not only do they that they have found a way to force the voice to come out of me, they can make my voice soundlike anyone they want when they force the voice to come out of my mouth. Not only that these people along with many others involved have sexaully assaulted me they have a controlled my vagina muscles and give me orgasms when they want too by controlling my vagina muscles through a microchip in my body that connects to their computors and cell phones through a sixteen digit microchip codes that goes to the gps microchips in my body. Not only do they have control of those muscles they have control of all the muscles in my body through these microchips in my body. There have been time where my bladder was full and these people would control my bladder muscles to the point of when I wanted to go pee I couldn't go pee. These people have burn't the top of my head with the electronic weapons that they have been using which has caused my hair to fall out by the handfull. They also tampered with my sense of smell two years ago when I smelled a dead body even though there was no dead person in my home. They given me the pain of crucifiction two years ago through these microchips in my body that connected to their computors and cell phones through a sixteen digit microchip code while they laughed about it through the soundwave voices that they sent through my ears. The african lady nextstore to me at 1504 Steelwood Ln apt 3 Reno,Nv 89512 has sent very loud abulance sounds to my ears through soundwaves that has almost caused me to lose my hearing and has caused me ear infections in the past. I believe that these people have used cybernetics on my chest because for months I felt a rope like pain in the center of my chest. These people have made me feel the pain of heart surgery with not blood on the outside of my body. These people have caused me to feel a sensation of contacts being removed from my eyes which has made my eyes more sensitive to the light outside. They have caused several skips in my heartbeat through the electronic weapons and microchips in my body I know this because I have had prior angiograms of my heart that came back normal before these people caused these skips in my heartbeat. These people that target me had raised my blood pressure and heartbeat up so high one day that the doctor at carson tahoe hospital had to give me medication to bring it down. Not to long ago when these people was mindcontrolling me through these microchips in my body that connect to their cell phone or computor from my body and also through soundwaves voices that they sent through my ears, they was calling me Michal while mindcontrolling me and said that Michal admits to using electronic weapons on your brother Christopher to kill him. Well this makes me wonder if Michal really used electronic weapons on my brother Christopher Hamby to kill him before he died because when I was visting my brother at the Renown hospital before he died the hospital nurse could not get my brothers high heartbeat to come down through the medications that the nurse gave him through the IV the nurse was going to jump start my brothers heartbeat when it came back into rythym later. Anyways I wish I could do something about this but I can't I have filed police reports here in Reno and Sparks,Nv and they are not doing anything to help me. I can't even get a doctor to help me have these microchips surgically removed because they will not verify that there is microchips in my skull or ears through cochlear ear implants even though it is obvious that there are black objects on the left side of my brain in the fluid area of my brain on my mri photos of my brain and skull from Renown medical Center and my sons wife a ex-ray tech who was off duty looked at the same mri photos from Renown hospital here in Reno,Nv and has told me that she seen a foreign object in my skull on the leftside on my mri photos of my skull and brain. And I have extra evidence verifying that these are microchips in my body because I have bought a radio frequency bug detector that detects radio signals from microchips and it has detected a radio signal from a microchip when I put it near the leftside of my head and I have it on video while I was outside my apt by the trees. This means that the doctors,mri and ex-ray depts lied to me when they told me that my mri and ex-rays photos was normal and that there was no microchips or foreign objects in my brain or skull.

Distraction

Distraction from sadness using art therapy may be a better alternative than venting sadness. Two studies by Drake and Winner (2012) published from the American Psychological Association compared venting (expressing negative feelings) and distraction (expressing something that is not related to negative feelings) in one study. To distract oneself, the participants were told to draw something unrelated to a sad film they had watched. The participants who had vented were told to draw something related to the film. In study 2, the participants were told to think of a sad event and were put into the venting, distraction, and calming position or sitting conditions. The sitting condition allowed the passage of time to be evaluated. In study 1, the distraction method in which the participants drew something unrelated to the sad film significantly improved negative mood compared to the venting condition. In study 2, the distraction method in which the participants drew a house (something unrelated to the sad event), had significantly improved negative mood compared to venting (drawing the sad event) or the sitting condition (sat quietly for 10 minutes). Therefore art therapy could be beneficial to people suffering from depressive moods through a way of distraction rather than venting.

What is it?
Gang Stalking is a well-organized form of covert harassment used against an individual. It is done by large groups of people who systematically & repeatedly harass individuals. It often encompasses the use of Directed Energy Weapons (DEW) such as Microwave harassment. This can be a for-hire organized harassment service. The primary targets of all these tactics are the group members, not the target. The group members are the ones who are programmed. Group leaders define reality for their members, so it doesn't matter if tactics do not work on a target.

Stalking various targets is only part of the activity of these groups. Members are trained to perform a variety of activities without question. They do not know the objectives of their leaders.

Those targeted for harassment will have no problem concluding that someone is after them, but most never know who it is.

What other tactics are used?

Face-to-face tactics:

Following a target on foot wherever he goes

Standing around a target while he is paying for a purchase in a store.

Swarming the target – i.e. totally surrounding a target so he cannot move.

Physically intimidating a target by standing very close -

When a target sits anywhere in public, group members will attempt to sit behind him in order to create noise, by whatever means, including tapping their feet on the target's chair.

Walking by a target and doing strange things to attract his attention, such as:

Blinking their eyes - Reading the time from an imaginary watch on their wrist - Making faces

Noise Campaigns:

Generating noise around the clock.

Interfering with sleep patterns (i.e. through excessive noise). Trying to wake up the target at night as many times as they can.

Noise campaigns include:

People yelling and screaming outside the person’s residence.

Numerous different vehicles, squealing their tires, honking their horns and hanging around a certain area.

Apartment noise campaigns will include:

Tapping on the walls in the middle of the night - Taps running - Hammering

Noises coming from the upper and/or lower apartments, and possibly the apartments on both sides

Ideally, noises are timed to activities of the target, such as:

When a target goes outside - When a target flushes the toilet

When a target turns on a water faucet - When a target walks near a window.

Vehicle-related tactics:

Numerous different vehicles hanging around a certain area.

Traveling in convoys with highbeams on - Drivers in convoys waving at one another.

Attempting to intercept the target’s vehicle at intersections.

Trying to force the target’s vehicle off the road.

Vandalizing the target's vehicle, including:

Slashing tires - Scratching paint - Stealing license plates

Draining the oil or antifreeze over a period of time in the hopes of destroying the engine.

They do not usually cut brake lines or commit other acts of sabotage which would leave evidence.

11. I have been relentlessly subjected to Organised Stalking/Mobbing. This consists of an intense and highly organized persecution of an individual with the purpose of harass her/him constantly and boycott all the activities, professional and of leisure that the person develops, in order to isolate to take control of the victims life, manipulate the victims mind and ultimately conduct him/her to a helpless situation. This conduct carried out by a group of apparently "normal" citizens is a barbaric form of torture. People are purposely engaged to aggravate me, and to impede and violate my physical and psychological spaces, privacy and freedom. This is extremely psychologically and physically oppressive and suffocating. This happens everywhere I go, anytime, no matter what I do. My whole neighbourhood has been infiltrated. Often these people are neurologically controlled like ‘neuro-puppets’ to maximise the aggravation through the linking of their actions and movements to mine. Other times they are misguided and/or misinformed ‘Jones-Town’ type idiots/victims. This is being done to me everywhere I go – including in Russia and Turkey.

THE PSYCHOLOGICAL TOLL OF THIS HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATION IS ALSO HUGE. IMAGINE BEING UNDER CONSTANT SURVEILLANCE AND TORTURED WHEREVER YOU GO. SABOTAGE OF REPUTATION AND BELONGINGS AT HOME, WORK AND AUTOMOBILE WHILE A TARGETED PERSON IS AWAY. FAMILY LIFE IS DESTROYED. WORK PERFORMANCE IS AFFECTED. JOBS AND LIVELIHOOD ARE LOST. The requested information is fully denied under 5 U.S.C. 552(b)(1)..." NASA abstract in part stated, "A decoy and deception concept presently being considered is to remotely create the perception of noise in the heads of personnel by exposing them to low power, pulsed microwave. When people are illuminated with properly modulated low power microwaves the sensation is reported as a buzzing, clicking, or hissing which seems to originate (regardless of the person's position in the field) within or just behind the head. The phenomena occurs at average power densities as low as microwatts per square centimeter with carrier frequencies from 0.4 to 3.0 GHz. By proper choice of pulse characteristics, intelligible speech may be created. Before this technique may be extended and used for military applications, an understanding of the basic principles must be developed. Such an understanding is not only required to optimize the use of the concept for camouflage, decoy and deception operations but is required to properly assess safety factors of such microwave exposure."

U.S. Air Force Looks to the Battlefields of the Future: Electromagnetic Fields That Might "Boggle the Mind "It would also appear possible to create high fidelity speech in the human body, raising the possibility of covert suggestion and psychological direction. When a high power microwave pulse in the GHz range strikes the human body, a very small temperature perturbation occurs. This is associated with a sudden expansion of the slightly heated tissue. This expansion is fast enough to produce an acoustic wave. If a pulse stream is used, it should be possible to create an internal acoustic field in the 5-15 kHz range, which is audible. Thus it may be possible to "talk" to selected adversaries in a fashion that would be most disturbing to them."
Federal Times, Dec. 13, 1976 Microwave Weapons Study by Soviets Cited. The Defense Intelligence Agency has released a report on heavy Communist research on microwaves, including their use as weapons. Microwaves are used in radar, television and microwave ovens. They can cause disorientation and possibly heart attacks in humans. Another biological effect with possible anti-personnel uses is "microwave hearing." "Sounds and possibly even words which appear to be originating intracranially (within the head) can be induced by signal modulation at very low average power densities," the report said. According to the study, Communist work in this area "has great potential for development into a system for disorienting or disrupting the behavior patterns of military or diplomatic personnel." No mention was made of the still-unexplained microwave bombardment of the American Embassy in Moscow. Here are a few examples of the advanced state of technology. Science Digest 7-84 page 30 stated Thomas Jensen, of Chicago's Rush-Presbyterian St. Luke's Medical Center, and Donald York "have discovered that just before a person says a particular word, the brain emits waves peculiar to that word alone. ...These waves are the same from person to person."
Dr. Richard Clark at the Flinders University of South Australia wrote the following in Think, Sept/Oct 92. Artificial neural network computer programs are used "to include the ability to learn and recognize simple patterns of thought from the electrical fields of the brain."
Science Digest 10-81 entitled Machines that read Minds by Gary Selden stated that "Indeed, CIA spokespeople have admitted 'following' ERP[This is the waveform that the brain characteristically emits after absorbing an external event] research, perhaps the way the agency followed LSD research in the 1950s. ...With remote monitors, such an instrument would be a spy's dream." It is naive to think that the CIA has not exploited this research.
In Nature, 1-22-98 Denis Le Bihan, a researcher at the French Atomic Energy Commission, he stated "we can almost read people's thoughts". The national bioethics committee is taking such threats so seriously that it is launching a study. The title of this article was Advances in neuroscience may threaten human rights.
Even in the unclassified sector, new technology includes surveillance for 'abnormal behavior' in order to alert security personnel of criminal behavior such as a car break in.. New Scientist, 12-11-99 Vol. 164, No. 2216 page 25 by Graham-Rowe, Ducan, described the technology as a computer programmed under the notion that most people behave in predictable ways when walking to their car. This behavior is transferred into a mathematical pattern and the computer recognizes it as such. "Anyone who deviates from this set pattern, such as someone who walks in circles or who lurks in shadows, will set off an alarm..." This is just a small example of human behavior and how it is studied scientifically. No doubt with the political will and the money of national security defense, as victims are alleging, human behavior has been studied and is controlled by government technology.
