Neuro-electromagnetic weapons work by blocking and re-wiring the neuro-transmitters in the brains of the victim. Like diversity in our DNA, there are some very common neuro-transmitters in humans and some very individualized neuro-transmitters. Creativity and other individualized properties, usually but not necessarily, depend upon individualized neurotransmitters. When NEM weapons are used against people, they lose coherence in speech, thought process and common motor activities and usually become a target of ridicule. But the neurotransmitters that are individualized to the victim and cannot be blocked give them good realization of their helplessness. This cruelty is hard to be described in words.
Many times people around the victim are asked to cooperate either by fear of NEM Weapons or illusions of money while, of course, falsely justifying the morality behind retarding the victim. The victim has enough thought process to know the reality but inability to express himself makes it easy for everyone to ridicule him/her. It is very hard for people to imagine how this cruelty affects the victim.
Many times some victims retain more control of their senses since they depend more on individualized neurotransmitters. In such situations extremely inhuman steps are taken to control the victim. Militaries of various countries are asked many times to force beverage companies to drug all bottled water and beverages in the city where victim resides so that chemicals required for success of NEM weapons could go into the body of the victim. When such actions are leaked, they tarnish the image of United States in other nations forever.

Delgado has been dead for a while now. Delgado is the man who wrote that man has no right to his own brain as it belongs to the state. To prove it, he abused the trust of his patients and instead, administered series of electroshocks to them that were at electric current levels far exceeding the legal limit. The bodies, tied down in straps, writhed violently in convulsions until the brain cells, exhausted and depleted of glucose, could no longer fire. Then, he injected dosages of insulin that induced a desired state of coma. The patients lay in a deliberately induced coma for up to 3 months. During this time, he placed under their pillows, tapes that played over and over 24/7. In the end, the patients woke up with no memories. Delgado was in the employ of the CIA. Some of the victims later settled. The videos and movies are publicly available. But Delgado is back now, from the grave. He possesses the souls and minds of the men and women that now attempt to implement the same evil on me using nanoparticles.
Every night since sometime in June, phrases delivered via programmed nanoparticles, say something unintelligible during each exhalation phase of my breathing cycle, all night, every night. The phrases are unintelligible but bear an unmistakable human speech pattern. The repetitive phrases mimick the repetitive tape playback loops that Delgado placed under the pillows of his comatose patients. They also have a definite electronic signature that betrays their programmed nature.
During the nightly abuse of the body, artificially induced coughing fits have been so frequent that chest and neck muscles are sore from exhaustion. The coughs are induced via a duality of mechanisms: one, by recruiting from anywhere in the body, nanodevices and vibrating them anywhere along the airway, irritating the sensitive epithelial layer of the airway and causing a physiological cascade of events which leads to the coughing reflex. In a normal cough, the coughing often does not take long to expell the irritant which can be either swallowed or spat out, but with nanoparticles, the torture contractor can simply vibrate the nanodevices for as long as he/she/it wishes to inflict the agony. The body has no way of expelling an object whose movement and behavior is exogenously artificially controlled. The lung capacity has been reduced due to the saturation of the respiratory system with the nanodevices. I tire far more easily now. I run out of breath more often. There is a constant metalic wheezing to my exhalation and the coughs have an electronic sounding hue to them. The other mechanism of remotely inducing coughing spasms is by draining caustic gastric acid from the upper portion of the stomach up the lower eosophageal sphincter where the acid promptly burns the esophagus, prompting some coughing. This is not unlike heartburn.
My shaven scalp is wrapped in a dressing with a tape that is water proof but stretchy. It is all I can do to try to protect the sore skin on top of the head. I change it every few days. Examination of the removed tape with a microscope, shows numerous, exceedingly small light emitting objects, and millions of translucent fibers, some coloured. Jabs to the left breast are occassionally inflicted. Syringe-like pain jabs at various points on the scalp occur whenever the torture feels like going off. This pain is identical to a syringe used in the medical profession during an intramuscular delivery of medicine or vaccine.
Illuminated objects at night have rainbow halos around them. Newer traffic signals activate the pedestrian cross button when my body is within a certain distance. Older traffic signals do not.
The skin is peeling off over the darkened and deeply indented spot on the front left leg where an implant was remotely installed early last week. The spot is directly over the bone. A few inches from this spot, another implant, this one very itchy with an easily palpable roundish nodule under the skin, embeds, surrounded by an erythemous skin tissue. My legs, once very beautiful, are now peppered all over with dark indentations the pigmentation of which never subsides. These are all entry points for remotely delivered objects into my body and which are perceptibly active when subsequently remotely accessed.
While the front of my legs are punctuated with dark spots from previous implants, the left eye that they deliberately infected with a virus in December 2012 and which subsequently ended up developing the ability to see in pitch darkness due to a massive infusions of nanodevices inside the eye ( the devices are optonic/photonic ), is gradually losing sight. My shower water tasted bitter this morning. In the past, I have seen black ink flowing from the faucet. The electrical power cord of my cellphone was stripped bare close to the connection point with the wall plug. My earphone had one of the ears ripped off. A new set of earphones that I bought as a replacement just 2 days ago, was removed from where I put it. And this is just the light stuff... I'd rather die with my hands clutching a pen exposing this evil than suffer and die in silence.
On Nov 20th 2013, they directed an energy beam into the left side of the chest which stung like a deep thrusted hot knife, on top of the horrendous nanoparticle sensory abuse. The pain was beyond description. Nanodust continues to be doused all over my person. It is directly drained into the throat; drained into the ears and eyes; causing extreme sensations of suffocation at night when the torture is always at its maximum. The Delgado phenomenon of phrases timed with the exhalation phase of my breathing continue on all night. My body is still scalded with heat each time I move in bed. This is about 12 times each night. The planes continue to trail me wherever I go.
The nanoparticle torture worsens as power densities of the incident signal are revved up to maddening levels. The nanoparticle torture has intensified. The intensification is accomplished by scrolling and vibrating the devices with the pressure that is identical to the one a pen exerts on a writing paper during writing. Except it's a billion pens. The nanoparticles that are programmed to simulate crawling insects and worms all over the scalp. These last few days, a diabolic practice of blowing icy cold air into the nostrils, has resumed. At night, vibrating nanodevices are guided to crawl and dart over the closed eyelids like mad little insects, gnawing at the edges where the eyelids meet. I spend the night wiping these off the eyes where they are promptly replaced. Other nanoparticles are vibrated deep inside the nose while violent electrical currents course the entire length of the back. The left ophthalmic branch of the trigeminal branch is directly attacked by vibrating nanoparticles over the supra orbital foramen, a small hole through the bone at about where the left eyebrow is where the nerve briefly emerges to be closest to the skin. The pain is exquisite. The whole time, a mad interrogation-like voice barks unintelligible thrash, obviously from a torturer that has yet to psychologically leave the bloody walls and feces smeared floors of Abu Ghraib, Bagram or Gitmo. A very bight cessna plane with a few helicopters meanwhile make sure to dole out the torture wherever I go.
And today, leaders of free democracies have descended upon beautiful South Africa to pay their last respects to Nelson Mandela, a man who would be revulsed to know that their citizens suffer from unspeakable chronic tortures with advanced electromagnetic weapons systems and left to die, while they turn a blind. It is a strange but beautiful world...
After I purchased my cell phone, I configured it to meet my needs, something that every cell phone users probably does. Among the settings that I changed, were the settings for incoming and outgoing calls. The phone is a smart phone by Samsung. The default settings for incoming calls had no restrictions. The new settings restricted this to contacts only. The phone worked relatively well for a while, until 10.18.2012 at 5:35pm Pacific Time. On this day, an incoming call that was not in the contact list, managed to breach the rule and place itself on the call list. The number was: 24700*71144444**4*.
Soon thereafter, the phone began exhibiting some anomalous behaviour, culminating in the removal of all my contacts and phone and text message logs from the cell phone in about April or May of 2013. A few days later, only a fraction of the logs was returned. Many other logs were missing. The missing logs included the following:
The log record of an incoming phone on 190.18. 2012, originating from the number: 24700*71144444**4*.
The log record of a text message that warned me that I would soon be on federal assistance.
The log record of several text messages from someone that persistently claimed to have my mail and who urged me to contact him to retrieve it. When I researched the number, the name attached to someone that owned a business in Portland, Oregon. His previous business had been in another city in Oregon. The website visit log showed that visits to the website had occurred only – on the day that the website was constructed. The Portland address of the business turned out to be a phantom address.
All my contacts were removed from the phone, later returned several days later.
The log record of someone that kept asking for some strange word. I asked someone what that meant, and he told that it was a name of an illicit drug. I have never done drugs in my entire life, not even experimentally and have never associated with anyone doing illicit drugs. A wise 70+ year old, had advised me to not respond to any of the text messages, but save them instead. I thought they were safe in my cell phone, but I was wrong.
All this occurred before Edward Snowden revealed to the world details NSA programs that were used to vacuum up “metadata”, except that text message content are no metadata. Deleting evidence of intrusion into a cell phone is not exactly gathering “metadata” either. Insertion of callers in violation of set rules fails to constitute “metadata” collection either. That includes removing contact lists.
Later, I took the cell phone to my cell phone company for a hard reset ( I don't have a working computer anymore since all my computers were rootkited ). A young man there recognized the unusual sequence of the number above as a hack sequence. He reset the phone but the phone would not accept a password. Nor would it permit change in default calling settings. I had to have it reset again, in less than two days. This time he told me that one would have to gain physical access to the phone to re-hackit. That I have to ensure that that does not happen. I went home and that night, placed a trap on the phone that would betray any unauthorized contact. The following morning, the trap on the phone had been promptly breached and I was back to square one.
Fast forward to today. The phone today has been used in commission of multiple violations including the following:
The battery charging module of the phone is disabled at the torturer's whim, disabling the phone by draining it of its power and denying its recharging function. This is apparently done by cutting current flow of the power source at the wall outlet. If I plug the charger on another outlet, it works until they find the outlet minutes later and disable current flow there.
The battery chargers (two so far), have been stripped of the insulation sleeve, rendering the phone unchargeable as the damaged chord fails.
The UI of many websites is altered. The UI of “peacepink.ning.com” for example, is altered to block all new posts; block any ability to log on for purposes of either viewing or posting posts. The colour scheme is altered to a dull gray. All interactive features of the websited are removed.
Videos are frequently interrupted in progress or outright blocked, with pop up text box messages that read : “You cannot watch that video.” I often wipe out cache and reopen the video and watch it anyway. Sometimes with no intention to watch the video anyway, I repeatedly retrieve it and have them reset it all day long. Four torture planes, full of torturers and their pilots, all paid, and the fuel for the planes paid for, spending an entire day trying to stop someone from watching a harmless music video! Few things give an accurate window to the sick minds behind mind control torture.
The phone fails to orient when it is rotated 90 degrees, until I wipe out whatever is in cache.
A loud clicking sound always follows every call I make or receive.
Video output is warped into smudged images that are not unlike those associated with representations of a troubled mind. Using a different device, such as a public computer, enables me to watch the videos just fine, proving that it is the cell phone that has been corrupted.
The audio component of the videos is sometimes corrupted by having entire sound segments removed, or having the same sound line repeated over and over again, or having total silence while the video component continues to show play in progress.
The torturer's drop connection to certain websites, including for a while, FFCHS, DemocracyNow.org, etc.
Earphones are used to deliver exogenous sounds into the ear, that interfere with what I am listening. Changing the earphones by borrowing a set from the library always eliminates the problem, proving that the earphones are modified.
Earphones, just last week, have been ripped of the main cord, rendering them unusable.
Blockages from viewing news at “Aljazeera.net” and being redirected to view “Aljazeera.com/us” instead. This is a watered down version of the full english version of the original website. A workaround allows me to read the real news.
In addition to these desperate attempts to block or frustrate my communication with the outside world, primarily for purposes of suppressing information dissemination of the horrific tortures as well as to monitor who I might be communicating that information to, someone placed a Darth Vader message as an answering messages. More than one friend alerted me to that. Many "Private Caller" and "Out of Area" harassment calls fill my landphone logs. Someone taps something that sounds like a pen on a table when I speak on the landline. The other party often hears the taps as well.
These are just a few of the abuses and the list is by no means comprehensive. Altogether, a list of all environmental and electronic abuses could constitute a book the size of a small bible...

Im in bed, on dec 6 I tried to clean house my pulse and Blood pressure jumped 145 over 97 my pulse was 102. I got my bp down but could not get my pulse lower after 2 baths shielding then I took lorzapam. (meds). I was in bed the next 5 days no energy chronic fatigue and A tight chest. being monitored and sleeping in all day. I NEVER SLEEP IN. on the 9th. I had to get food at the store. I forced myself to leave and pick up my child. I was followed in the store and as soon as I left a helo followed me 1 mile from school(Where i picked up my son) to my home. The helo was 500eet above me with the FLIR pointing at me the whole time. with a white light flashing at me.. I Instantly was able to breath again and my heart went back to normal after 4-5 days of felling tight and emf ill... This happens to me many many times a month and week...

Undervisningen skal tage sigte på den menneskelige personligheds fulde udvikling og på at styrke respekten for menneskerettigheder og grundlæggende friheder. Den skal fremme forståelse, tolerance og venskab mellem alle nationer og racemæssige og religiøse grupper, og den skal fremme De forenede Nationers arbejde til fredens bevarelse.
Forældre har førsteret til at vælge den form for undervisning, som deres børn skal have.
Artikel 27.
Enhver har ret til frit at deltage i samfundets kulturelle liv, til kunstnydelse og til at blive delagtiggjort i videnskabens fremskridt og dens goder.
Enhver har ret til beskyttelse af de moralske og materielle interesser, der hidrører fra en hvilken som helst videnskabelig, litterær eller kunstnerisk frembringelse, som vedkommende har skabt.
Artikel 28.
Enhver har krav på en social og international orden, i hvilken de i denne erklæring nævnte rettigheder og friheder fuldtud kan virkeliggøres.
Artikel 29.
Enhver har pligter overfor samfundet, der alene muliggør personlighedens frie og fulde udvikling.
Under udøvelsen af sine rettigheder og friheder er enhver kun underkastet de begrænsninger, der er fastsat i loven alene med det formål at sikre skyldig anerkendelse af og hensyntagen til andres rettigheder og friheder og med det formål at opfylde de retfærdige krav, som moralen, den offentlige orden og det almene vel stiller i et demokratisk samfund.
Disse rettigheder og friheder må i intet tilfælde udøves i strid med De forenede Nationers formål og principper.
Artikel 30.
Intet i denne erklæring må fortolkes som givende nogen stat, gruppe eller enkeltperson hjemmel til at indlade sig på nogen virksomhed eller foretage nogen handling, der tilsigter at nedbryde nogen af de heri opregnede rettigheder og friheder.
