The Voice of God weapon — a device that projects voices into your head to make you think God is speaking to you — is the military’s equivalent of an urban myth.  Meaning, it’s mentioned periodically at defense workshops (ironically, I first heard about it at the same defense conference where I first met Noah), and typically someone whispers about it actually being used. Now Steven Corman, writing at the COMOPS journal, describes his own encounter with this urban myth:

At a government workshop some time ago I head someone describe a new tool that was described as the “voice of Allah.” This was said to be a device that would operate at a distance and would deliver a message that only a single person could hear. The story was that it was tested in a conflict situation in Iraq and pointed at one insurgent in a group, who whipped around looking in all directions, and began a heated conversation with his compatriots, who did not hear the message. At the time I greeted this story with some skepticism.

Is there any basis to this technology? Well, Holosonic Research Labs and American Technology Corporation both have versions of directed sound, which can allow a single person to hear a message that others around don’t hear. DARPA appears to be working on its own sonic projector. Intriguingly, Strategy Page reports that troops are using the Long Range Acoustic Device as a modified Voice of God weapon:

It appears that some of the troops in Iraq are using "spoken" (as opposed to "screeching") LRAD to mess with enemy fighters. Islamic terrorists tend to be superstitious and, of course, very religious. LRAD can put the "word of God" into their heads. If God, in the form of a voice that only you can hear, tells you to surrender, or run away, what are you gonna do?

And as Corman also notes, CNET recently wrote about an advertisement in New York for A&E’s TV show Paranormal State, which uses some of this technology. Beyond directed sound, it’s long been known that microwaves at certain frequencies can produce an auditory effect that sounds like it’s coming from within someone’s head (and there’s the nagging question of classified microwave work at Brooks Air Force Base, that the Air Force stubbornly refuses to talk about).

That brings us back to the Voice of God/Allah Weapon. Is it real or bogus? In one version — related to me by another defense reporter — it’s not just Allah’s voice — but an entire holographic image projected above (um, who decides what Allah looks like?).

Does it exist? I’m not sure, but it’s funny that when you hear it brought up at defense conferences, no one ever asks the obvious question: does anybody think this thing will actually convince people God is speaking to them? I’m thinking, not.

It has been 15 yrs since my targeting began. It has been mostly a NIGHTMARE of voices, pain, sickness, sleep deprivation, loss of appetite, burns in mouth, EXTORTION for MONEY, forced HEAVY DRUG USE, forced consumption of CROWN ROYAL WHISKY at a FIFTH a day, drunk driving, hospitals, mental hospitals last count 18 times.

My family is wondering where the Money went? Well, through sleep deprivation even for a week at a time. Well, the forced drug use peaked at $6,000 a month. Many other months were $4,000 $5000 and this was FORCED ON ME for at least a year or more. Combined with MASSIVE HOSPITAL BILLS this depleted my RESOURCES. Now Marty(perp) wants me to PAY HIM for THIS? THREATENING ME for MONEY! HE already depleted it, now he is MAD. Even if I could I would not pay him for the torture, loss, pain, sickness, 2 operations in Hospital. I will never pay him OVER MY DEAD BODY. And I will never pay relatives for this, because some of the Money might TRICKEL down to Marty Buss Jackson st 68005. I have been Clean & Sober for 18 mo. now. I do not DESERVE THIS.

Patriot Act author prepares bill to put NSA bulk collection 'out of business'

Exclusive: Bipartisan bill pulls together existing efforts to dramatically reform the NSA in the wake of Snowden disclosures

The conservative Republican who co-authored America's Patriot Act is preparing to unveil bipartisan legislation that would dramatically curtail the domestic surveillance powers it gives to intelligence agencies.

Congressman Jim Sensenbrenner, who worked with president George W Bush to give more power to US intelligence agencies after the September 11 terrorist attacks, said the intelligence community had misused those powers by collecting telephone records on all Americans, and claimed it was time "to put their metadata program out of business".

His imminent bill in the House of Representatives is expected to be matched by a similar proposal from Senate judiciary committee chair Patrick Leahy, a Democrat. It pulls together existing congressional efforts to reform the National Security Agency in the wake of disclosures by whistleblower Edward Snowden.

Sensenbrenner has called his bill the Uniting and Strengthening America by Fulfilling Rights and Ending Eavesdropping, Dragnet-Collection, and Online Monitoring Act – or USA Freedom Act, and a draft seen by the Guardian has four broad aims.

It seeks to limit the collection of phone records to known terrorist suspects; to end "secret laws" by making courts disclose surveillance policies; to create a special court advocate to represent privacy interests; and to allow companies to disclose how many requests for users' information they receive from the USA. The bill also tightens up language governing overseas surveillance to remove a loophole which it has been abused to target internet and email activities of Americans.

Many lawmakers have agreed that some new legislation is required in the wake of the collapse in public trust that followed Snowden's disclosures, which revealed how the NSA was collecting bulk records of all US phone calls in order to sift out potential terrorist targets.

In July, a temporary measure to defund the NSA bulk collection programme was narrowly defeated in a 217 to 205 vote in the House, but Sensenbrenner said the appetite for greater privacy protections had only grown since.

"Opinions have hardened with the revelations over the summer, particularly the inspector general's report that there were thousands of violations of regulations, and the disclosure that NSA employees were spying on their spouses or significant others, which was very chilling," he told the Guardian in an interview.

Instead, the main opposition to Sensenbrenner and Leahy's twin-pronged effort is likely to come from the chair of the Senate intelligence committee, Dianne Feinstein, who is supportive of the NSA but who has proposed separate legislation focusing on greater transparency and checks rather than an outright ban on bulk collection.

Sensenbrenner and other reformers have been scathing of this rival legislative approach, calling it a "fig leaf" and questioning the independence of the intelligence committee. "I do not want to see Congress pass a fig leaf because that would allow the NSA to say 'Well, we've cleaned up our act' until the next scandal breaks," he said.

"[Party leaders] are going to have to review what kind of people they put on the intelligence committee. Oversight is as good as the desire of the chairman to do it."

Sensenbrenner also called for the prosecution of Obama's director of national intelligence, James Clapper, who admitted misleading the Senate intelligence committee about the extent of bulk collection of telephone records.

"Oversight only works when the agency that oversight is directed at tells the truth, and having Mr Clapper say he gave the least untruthful answer should, in my opinion, have resulted in a firing and a prosecution," said the congressman.

Clapper has apologised for the incident, but reformers expect a fierce backlash to their proposals to rein in his powers in future. "I anticipate a big fight, and Senator Feinstein has already basically declared war," said Sensenbrenner. "If they use a law like Senator Feinstein is proposing, it will just allow them to do business as usual with a little bit of a change in the optics."

His twin effort with Leahy to introduce legislation via the House and Senate judiciary committees is partly intended to circumvent such opposition among intelligence committee leaders.

But there is plenty of support among other intelligence committee members. Democratic senators Ron Wyden and Mark Udall, who were first to seize on Snowden's disclosures as a way to make public their longstanding concerns, recently teamed up with Republican Rand Paul and colleague Richard Blumenthal to propose similar reforms of the NSA in their own bill.

Sensenbrenner insisted the different reform efforts were likely to converge, rather than compete. "I wanted to get a bill passed, and the best way to get a bill passed is to have the chairman of the judiciary committee and the most senior US senator [Leahy] co-sponsoring it," he said. "We need to change the law, and we need to change the law quickly."

Publication of the House version of the USA Freedom bill, jointly sponsored by Democrat John Conyers, has been held up by the government shutdown, which has furloughed a number of congressional legal staff, but is still expected within the next few days.

A spokesman for Leahy's office told the Guardian on Thursday that the senator was still on track to introduce his version of the legislation through the Senate judiciary committee once the shutdown effects had passed.

The main thrust of the bill would tighten section 215 of the Patriot Act to limit the collection of business records such as telephone metadata, to instances where the NSA was able to convince courts set up under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (Fisa) that the target was "an agent of a foreign power", was "subject of an investigation" or thought to be "in contact with an agent of a foreign power".

Sensenbrenner said this tighter definition was needed because previous language had been improperly interpreted by Fisa courts. "Having the three qualifications would make it very clear that they have to find out who a bad person is first, get the Fisa order, and then see who that bad person was contacting to get the information rather than find the needle in a very large haystack, which is what the metadata was," he said.

"We had thought that the 2006 amendment, by putting the word 'relevant' in, was narrowing what the NSA could collect. Instead, the NSA convinced the Fisa court that the relevance clause was an expansive rather than contractive standard, and that's what brought about the metadata collection, which amounts to trillions of phone calls."

This approach has been justified by intelligence agencies as the only way to get enough data to allow them to sift through it looking for connections, but Sensebrenner claimed that NSA director general Keith Alexander only pointed to 13 possible suspicious individuals found through this method during his recent Senate testimony.

"The haystack approach missed the Boston marathon bombing, and that was after the Russians told us the Tsarnaev brothers were bad guys," added Sensenbrenner.

Another important aspect to the bill, in the draft seen by the Guardian, is a set of measures that would prevent the NSA using other legal powers to carry on collecting bulk data – even if the Patriot Act language is tightened.

"The concern that I have had is that if the shoe starts pinching on what the NSA is doing, they will simply try to use another mechanism to try to get the metadata and national security letters is the one that would rise to the top," said Sensenbrenner, who described ways to close this potential loophole.

"I have always had a lot of questions about administrative subpoenas such as national security letters, and the bill adds a sunset date for national security letters, which were originally authorised in 1986."

Staff members have been holding discussions behind the scenes about how to make sure the NSA can continue to get access to individual phone records when they do have specific concerns about terrorism activity.

"We will have to figure out some kind of way for the NSA to get records, wether through a Fisa court order or a grand jury subpoena," said Sensenbrenner.

This is likely to be opposed by the security services, who argued in recent congressional testimony that such a system would impose unacceptable delays in obtaining records.

It is the fifth or sixth day now since my left eye has been covered over with an eyepatch 24/7. The violently vibrating nanoparticles that are constantly guided along the path of the injured ophthalmic branch of the trigeminal nerve from deposition sites elsewhere in the body, have been vibrating elsewhere along segments of the ophthalmic branch nerve, or V1. The pain is exquisite.

    In detailing the path followed by the opthalmic branch of  the trigeminal nerve, Wikipedia continues on : “ The ophthalmic nerve supplies branches to the cornea, ciliary body, and iris; to the lacrimal gland and conjunctiva; to the part of the mucous membrane of the nasal cavity; and    to the skin of the eyelids, eyebrow, forehead and nose. It is the smallest of the three divisions of the trigeminal, and arises from the upper part of the trigeminal ganglion as a short, flattened  band, about 2.5cm. long, which passes forward along the lateral wall of the cavernous sinus, below the oculomotor and trochlear nerves; just before entering the orbit, through the superior orbital fissure, it divides into three branches, lacrimal, frontal, and nasociliary.

The vibrating nanoparticles eject at high velocity at the bone perforation points where the nerve emerges to become more superficial as specified above. The ejected nanofibres consist of translucent fibers, a few of which are red and green. I believe these fibers to convey data on the internal state and functional integrity of the nerve  that has undergone systematic destruction for over three years now, and possibly the state of the brain segment that this nerve originates from.

Some of the ejected nanoparticles fell back into the raw and injured eye where they feel like raw sand dust on a gaping wound in the eye, further compounding the problem as I believe the torturer contractors desire. Instinctive wiping off of the particles from the eye, no matter how gentle, has contributed to the irritation of the eye as well. The result was that the eye began to close up, turned deep red where the sclera and iris boundaries ceased to exist and seemed to merge into one giant red ball. Soon, painful inflammation along the perforation points on the nasal, frontal, and supraorbial foramina began to develop. Inflammation inside the eye, as evidenced by extreme pain during contraction of the ciliary muscle when focusing,  began to set in as well. The eye now is extremely sensitive to light, light intensity changes, pressure of any kind and touch and is very painful.

Further aggravation of the injury to the eye is the torture contractor's gleeful hurling and spraying of nanoparticles directly on the surface of the eye while simultaneously braying angry interrogation-style phrases and phonations whose words are always muted. The spray feels like identical to someone spraying a fine mist particulate liquid directly into the eye, which he then promptly follows  by broiling the eye with microwave heat. The microwave heat has the effect of both amplifying the vibrational energy of the nanoparticles on the eye as well as intensifying the pain via the application of microwave heat to the injured and damaged tissue through the general mechanism of increased tissue molecular vibration from imparted kinetic energy of the heat source. The microwave heating is inflicted with every movement that I make in bed, be it changing sleep position, getting up to relieve myself or simply turning away from the heat trying to protect my eyes.

It had been for all these reasons, and mostly to save my eye, that I wore the eye patch. I know of nothing else to do to protect my eye. The edges of the patch effectively seal off the modified skin on the eyebrow where nanoparticles have been ejected for years long prior to the trigeminal nerve involvemnt. Those nanoparticles that eject from apertures/orifices along the path of the nerve, have nowhere to go if the eye is shut and tightly covered with the eye patch dressing. The eye patch also prevents me from a reflexive need to wipe off the ocean of the tiny particles, thus reducing the chances of further irritating the eye via the brute mechanical action of the a hand swipe.    
The effect of the eye patch on my vision as a whole has become a source of torture in and of itself.  The right eye which must now see for both eyes, is itself constantly covered in fibres by virtue of its sheer proximity to the abused left eye which is in a constant bombardment with the devices, and it cannot see as optimally as desired. Reading glasses get covered in smooth fine nanopowder and nanofibers within seconds of putting them on.

Peripheral vision on the left eye is lost. This poses extremely dangerous challenges when I need to be alert of peripheral movements as when crossing multiple lane roads. I now remain convinced  that I never suffered from a true trigeminal shingles episode which is usually caused by a VZ virus. The painful and violent dumping, squirting and injection of droves of violently vibrating visible particulate nanoparticles into this eye, and their subsequent ejection from within the body, are not characteristic behaviors of a typical virus.

Furthermore, viruses are not known to have cognitive capabilities that associate the act of documenting a crime, with vulgar, punitive acts of retribution by exponentially initiating and revving up pain as soon as I take a pen and paper to write.

In addition, no virus that I know of, or sequelae of viral infection thereof, has ever demonstrated the ability to eject from body apertures/pores and orifices, particulate visible translucent fibers, some colored. I wrote in an earlier documentation, days after the diagnosis of trigeminal shingles, that I believed I had been deliberately infected remotely with a tagged virus for nefarious purposes. I have since googled the possibility and have found evidence of the existence of the technology, dating as far back and the 90s.

Several factors had converged to raise deep suspicions about the trigeminal shingles episode. The good doctor that I saw, correctly explained that dormant chicken pox viruses that had been acquired in childhood, can reactivate under special conditions such as lowered immune system defenses, onset of debilitating disease and extreme stress. I know this to be a fact.  The only problem with this picture is that I never had chicken pox as a child. And I do not have a debilitating disease although mind control torture that has been sustained at maximal levels of pain for 3 years now, 24/7,  is a source of physiological stress.

In 2007, I had a panel of vaccinations as part of my naturalization process. These included chicken pox. If the virus had been improperly attenuated as a matter of accident, or of deliberate intent, the process could have introduced the virus into my body. About 8 to 12 days after the vaccinations,  I began to get so violently ill I almost died, but none of the symptoms expressed during the reaction were typical of chicken pox virus infection, even though they were bizarre enough. I have no way of knowing which of the vaccinations caused the violent reaction, nor why the symptoms were so bizarre.
   
2010 Revisited.

The trigeminal nerve which innervates most of the scalp, forehead and face, was subjected to a diabolically vicious attack with a millimeter wave weapons system. An except from a Wikipedia entry documents:
    “ The ADS works by firing a high-powered beam of 95 GHz extremely high frequency waves at a  target, which corresponds to a wavelength of 3.2 mm.[11] The ADS millimeter wave energy  works on a similar principle as a microwave oven, exciting the water and fat molecules in the skin, and instantly heating them via dielectric heating. One significant difference is that a microwave oven uses the much lower frequency (and longer wavelength) of 2.45 GHz. The short millimeter waves used in ADS only penetrate the top layers of skin, with most of the energy being absorbed within 0.4 mm (1/64"),[12] whereas microwaves will penetrate into human tissue about 17mm (0.67").[13]
    The ADSʼs repel effect in humans occurs at slightly higher than 44°C (111°F), with first-degree burns occurring at about 51°C (124°F), and second-degree burns occurring at about 58°C (136°F).[14] In testing, pea-sized blisters have been observed in less than 0.1% of ADS  exposures, indicating that second degree surface burns have been caused by the device.[14] The radiation burns caused are similar to microwave burns, but only on the skin surface due to the decreased penetration of shorter millimeter waves. The surface temperature of a target will continue to rise so long as the beam is applied, at a rate dictated by the target's material and q distance from the transmitter, along with the beam's frequency and power level set by the  operator. Most human test subjects reached their pain threshold within 3 seconds, and none  could endure more than 5 seconds.[15]
        A spokesman for the Air Force Research Laboratory described his experience as a test  subject for the system:
            "For the first millisecond, it just felt like the skin was warming up. Then it got warmer and warmer and you felt like it was on fire.... As soon as you're away from that beam your skin returns to normal and there is no pain."
    Like all focused energy, the beam will irradiate all matter in the targeted area, including  everything  beyond/behind it that is not shielded, with no possible discrimination between individuals, objects or materials. Anyone incapable of leaving the target area (e.g., physically handicapped, infants, incapacitated, trapped, etc) would continue to receive radiation until the operator turned off the beam. Reflective materials such as aluminium cooking foil should reflect this radiation and could be used to make clothing that would be protective against this  radiation.[16]
    Many human tests have been performed[17] on over 700 volunteers and including over 10,000         exposures by ADS.[15] A Penn State Human Effects Advisory Panel (HEAP) concluded that  ADS is a non-lethal weapon that has a high probability of effectiveness with a low probability of     injury[14]
•    no significant effects for wearers of contact lenses or other eyewear (including night vision  goggles)
•    normal skin applications, such as cosmetics, have little effect on ADSʼs interaction with skin
•    no age-related differences in response to ADS exposures
•    no effect on the male reproduction system
•    the limit of damage was the occurrence of pea-sized blisters in less than 0.1% of the exposures
•    (6 of 10,000 exposures).[15]
    In April 2007, one airman in an ADS test was overdosed and received second-degree burns on     both legs, and was treated in a hospital for two days.[16][18] There was also one laboratory         accident in 1999 that resulted in a small second-degree burn.[15] "

This Wikipedia entry does not address the effects of this weapon when a subject is exposed to it for extended periods of time, measured in months to a year, 24/7, where a subject is denied the right to escape from it as the torture follows the person wherever and whenever he/tries to seek reprieve from it.  This entry does not address issues of torturer compliance with power densities and other parameters of torture tool operation, since the Patriot Act permits torturers to be anonymous and thus unaccountable if they violate rules. This entry does not mention if any group of people was ever subjected to this weapon for a year, 24/7, and whether results from such an exposure were ever obtained. This entry does not address issues of extreme physiological and psychological stress that may result from subjection to such broiling heat for a year, never mind the added stress of dermatologists who, in the absence of burn blisters, are only too hasty to assign complaints to the psychiatric domain. This entry does not address the rights of a person to be not broiled alive without their permission, if ever any person would ever be so bold as to willingly let themselves be broiled for months or a year. There is far more that this entry fails to address...

However, in a document by Cheryl Welchat a workshop on ethics and interrogations by the workshop director, Jean Maria Arrigo PhD., Cheryl writes:
    " Nonlethal weapons are another outcome of CIA behavior control research. Steven Aftergood         wrote about the initial stages of nonlethal weapons in the September/October 1994 Bulletin of         the Atomic Scientists; “Details about programs to develop so called ‘non-lethal’ weapons are         slowly emerging from the U.S. government’s secret ‘black budget.’ ... The concept of non-lethal     weapons is not new; the term appears in heavily censored CIA documents dating from the             1960s.” Dr. Barbara Hatch-Rosenberg described nonlethal weapons on page 45,

    “Non-lethal” Weapons May Violate Treaties
    "Development of many of the proposed weapons described on these pages has been undertaken by NATO, the United States, and probably other nations as well. Most of the weapons could be     considered “pre-lethal” rather than non-lethal. They would actually provide a continuum of effects     ranging from mild to lethal, with varying degrees of controllability. Serious questions arise about the legality of these expensive and highly classified development programs. Four international treaties are particularly relevant ... The Certain Conventional Weapons Convention (also known as the Inhumane Weapons Convention).
    Many of the non-lethal weapons under consideration utilize infrasound or electromagnetic energy     (including lasers, microwave or radio-frequency radiation, or visible light pulsed at brain-wave         frequency) for their effects. These weapons are said to cause temporary or permanent blinding,     interference with mental processes, modification of behavior and emotional response, seizures, severe pain, dizziness, nausea and diarrhea, or disruption of internal organ functions in various  other ways. In addition, the use of high-power microwaves to melt down electronic systems would incidentally cook every person in the vicinity.
    Typically, the biological effects of these weapons depend on a number of variables that,           theoretically, could be tuned to control the severity of the effects. However, the precision of           control is questionable. The use of such weapons for law enforcement might constitute severe         bodily punishment without due process. In warfare, the use of these weapons in a non-lethal         mode would be analogous to the use of riot control agents in the Vietnam War, a practice now     outlawed by the CWC. Regardless of the level of injury inflicted, the use of many non-lethal             weapons is likely to violate international humanitarian law on the basis of superfluous suffering and/or indiscriminate effects.
    In addition, under the 'Certain Conventional Weapons Convention', international discussions are     now under way that may lead to the development of specific new protocols covering                     electromagnetic weapons; a report is expected sometime next year. The current surge of             interest in electromagnetic and similar technologies makes the adoption of a protocol explicitly     outlawing the use of these dehumanizing weapons an urgent matter. “


This weapon seared my head for months, 24/7 without reprieve. It would begin at about 8:00pm at night, coinciding with a steady hum of a motor of some machine that seemed to run from a house adjacent to my own. The heat burnt the head all night long during which I could not sleep, escape or do anything that proved effective to alleviate the pain. Later, the scathing heat included the eyes, face, back , neck, back, front and the kidney area. I slept each night with tons of ice-filled Ziplog bags wrapped around my head and the rest surrounding the rest of the upper body in vain attempts to offset the searing heat. The cold from the ice presented its own miseries but without the ice, I do not know if I would have made it. Later, I discovered that iced water worked much better than pure ice. That  year, 2010,  marked the beginning of the electromagnetic torture.

 It was the same left trigeminal nerve, a mixed nerve, that bore the brunt of that millimeter wave weapon  attack, and as if that were not enough, sensory overload was loaded on the same nerve as  nanoparticles programmed to simulate crawling insects and worms, and sometimes dripping blood, crawled and darted and gnawed and dripped all over the face and forehead and scalp by the million. 24/7..The searing heat abated somewhat after about a year but has never absolutely gone  while the sensory overload continues to this day..

Furthermore, the side of the head where most of the vibrations occur have been the left although this is by no way implying that the right side of the head or face has been exempted from torment.  The main focus of the torture is simply on the left side of the head. In June of 2012, an international body came down to Portland Oregon where about 10 persons, all complaining of electromagnetic torture, showed up for preliminary scanning for frequency emissions. A normal human body is not supposed give off frequency signals. Several frequency emissions were found on my body, most of which were on the head – the left side of the head.

It would appear more a matter of design than chance that the same side of the head, and the very same nerve that transmits all sensory and motor input, are  now being deliberately assaulted with a virus. I am now convinced that the trigeminal shingles was merely a wrapper for anterograde or retrogradetracing done for nefarious ends.

ANTEROGRADE AND RETROGRADE TRACING

    “In neuroscience, anterograde tracing is a research method which is used to trace axonal projections from their source (the cell body or soma) to their point of termination (the synapse).  The complementary technique is retrograde tracing, which is used to trace neural connections from their termination to their source (i.e. synapse to cell body).[1] Both the anterograde and  retrograde tracing techniques are based on the visualization of the biological process of axonal transport. “

Genetic tracers
     “In order to trace projections from a specific region or cell, a genetic construct, virus or protein   can be locally injected, after which it is allowed to be transported anterogradely. Viral tracers  can cross the synapse, and can be used to trace connectivity between brain regions across  many synapses. Examples of viruses used for anterograde tracing are described by Kuypers.[4]  Most well known are the Herpes simplex virus type1 (HSV) and the Rhabdoviruses.[4] HSV was used to trace the connections between the brain and the stomach, in order to examine the brain areas involved in viscero-sensory processing.[5] Another study used HSV type1 and type2 to investigate the optical pathway: by injecting the virus into the eye, the pathway from the retina into the brain was visualized.[6]

Then it happens.

 The trigeminal episode was followed by a  bizarre change in visceral function and behaviour of one specific system and I know not only with absolute certainty that a herpes family virus, long used in similar experiments before as stated above, had been used in the extension of the torture.  The system is the digestive system and the specific viscero-sensory processing of interest is the sensation of HUNGER. Additionally, because of the eye involvement, which according to my ophthalmologist, is not usually affected in trigeminal shingles,  the optical pathways from the retina to the brain are also being manipulated.  My left eye now, filled with nanoparticles, is able to see objects in pitch darkness as if they were brightly illuminated with a lamp. I discovered this by accident. In the middle of the night, I went to the bathroom. The room was pitch dark. As it turns out, a small part of the eye was not properly covered by the eyepatch, and through this slit, I could see everything in the bathroom with the light off. I then covered the part of the eye that was not properly covered by the eye patch, and looked through the good one - the right eye - but could not see a thing in the darkened room. I then covered the good (right) eye, and totally removed the dressing over the left, injured eye. I could see with it to the detail of the head of a pin.

The night began as any other lately. Just another nightmare. I came home from work with a swollen face (caused by prednisone which was used to control the inflammation in the eye), a blood red left eye and a pounding headache from a fake trigeminal shingles. With the torture signals amplified by what I believe are hidden devices in the house, the torture pain revved to exponential levels as soon as I step out of the car in the garage.  Torture professionals in strange cars had already lined the street when I came back from work, awaiting eagerly for the orgasmic thrill of pain infliction on someone who has done nothing to them, their families or their country.
The torture planes, at least four, hover up in the skies at an oblique angle to my house.
A few moments later, the Intellistreet type street light just outside my front yard, begins to dim and then blacks out altogether, while all the other lights remain in amber light mode, the default strength and intensity. After a few moments, the intensity of this light goes back up again. This happens every night now and has been happening for at least the last few months.

The abuse intensifies when I get into bed. The interrogation phrase braying. Microwave broiling honed on the entire face, including the eyes. Nanoparticle vibrations to the injured eye and on the direct path followed by the ophthalmic branch of the trigeminal nerve. Lesions that the virus caused on the surface of the skin and scalp, trace the path of the nerve. The entire path is now being vibrated super painfully.

Incessant pulsations along the entire length of the spinal column where nanoparticles are directly deposited remotely. Pulsations under the right arm, another remote deposition site. I know these to be deposition sites because if I touch both areas, a stream of nanoparticles fires a jet straight into the left eye. Or sometimes, along any segment along the path of the injured nerve. The depositions appear to be subcutaneous.

Painful pinches in various parts of the body as various torture contractors, no doubt some of the folks lining the street, log on into my body at sites I know I have illegal implants. Violent and painful signal “injections” on the scalp, identical to a syringe plunging into the skin to deliver medicine.  A painful  “pull” on the entire scalp, identical to a  pinchers pulling hard on the scalp. Painful dump and vibrations of nanoparticles on the scalp, face, eyes, ears, cheeks, left eyebrow and nasolabialis. Inflation of the left ear with nanoparticles until the ear feels like it might explode. A shoulder, the left shoulder is vibrated at a low frequency.

Nanonoparticles vibrate in the anus and another river of nanoparticles flows from the deposition site along the spinal column to fill the stomach. Artificially induced heart palpitations, heart beat irregularities and other heart manipulations. Incessant car door bangings. Incessant car engines that seem to start but never seem to go anywhere. Dog barkings from surrounding homes from which I have seen no dogs in months. Sleep deprivation sound startlers just as I dose off from sheer exhaustion – or pass out – I do not know which.

In a paper titled “The Effects of Psychological Torture” by then J. D. Candidate Daniel Kramer at the University of California, Berkely, School of Law, who conducted this work as an intern in the school’s Ingernational Hinan Rights Law clinic under the supervision of Clinical Professor orf Law Laurel E. Fletcher, Kramer writes of sleep deprivation:
    “Sleep appears to play an important role in essential cognitive processes such as memory and insight formation. Sleep deprivation causes significant cognitive impairments including deficits in memory, learning, logical reasoning, complex verbal processing, and decision making.(disease symptoms) of individual techniques can be unique due to the particular ways that a technique disrupts homeostasis, as described below. Behaviorally, sleep deprivation also results in mood alteration and declines in psychomotor performance. It can alter the course and outcome of depressive disorder, and increases the risk of suicidal ideation and actions. “

Then it happens...
A sensation of HUNGER that only a victim of extreme famine would know, suddenly grips me. The time is between 1:00am and 1:30am.

I had a full and healthy dinner at about 7:40pm followed by a generous serving of pormagranade seed fruit, oranges and bananas. This is normal. Normally, I would not be hungry until about 1000am the following day, my metabolic rate, being more on the slow side. Consequently, I seldom eat breakfast before at least 8:00am. And I never have BM during the night. Never. I never eat or snack during the night. Never.

I get out of bed immediately and run to the kitchen where I raid the fridge. The hunger is of such an intensity that a mere snack just won't do. So I heat up a plateful of leftover dinner and wolf it down.  I still feel hungry after cleaning the plate. So I peel a banana. And another banana. And an orange. And I head to bed. Strangely, the sensation of fullness is just not there...

Two and a half hours later, my stomach feels as if it had never contained food in days. I run to the kitchen once more, and repeat the eating binge of only two hours earlier.

It is not my intention to upset the reader with the following entry, but I must document accurately what happened. This second feeding is followed by a BM of enormous size. By the time it is 5:00am and time to get out of bed, I am eating my third meal, having devoured all the leftover from last night's dinner which were meant to be part of dinner for today.

I begin to worry about type 2 diabetes, but soon dismiss the concern. I studied type 2 diabetes very well because of a relative by marriage who developed the disorder and whom I liked a lot and wanted to help.  While polyphagia (eating a lot) is a symptom in type 2 diabetes, it has never been recorded to have such a severely acute onset but rather tends to manifest as a progressive development. The same is true of polydipsia (excesive thirst) which also is a symptom. But I was not thirsty, let alone excessively thirsty. Polyuria. I had no excessive need for urination either. This assessment ruled out type 2 diabetes as a possible culprit. Besides, I had had a full blood panel just weeks earlier where my glucose was within range.

01.31.13 Thursday
Thursday night between 01:30am and 0800am , I had had 4 BM and had devoured pounds of food during several runs to the kitchen, so hungry I almost felt dizzy.

In the memorandum from Allen Dulles to President Hoover titled “Brainwashing”, a paragraph titled  “Communist Control Techniques and Their Effect”

6.    “Control of Food,Water and Tobacco. The controlled individual is made intensely aware of his       dependence upon his interrogator for the quality and quantity of his food and tobacco. The             exercise of this control usually follows a pattern. No food and little or no water is permitted             the individual for several days prior to interrogation. When the prisoner first complains of this to the interrogator, the latter expresses surprise at such inhumane treatment. He makes a  demand of the prisoner. If the latter complies,he receives a good meal. If he does not, he gets a diet of unappetizing food containing limited vitamins,minerals, and calories. This diet is  supplemented occasionally by the interrogator if the prisoner "cooperates." Studies of controlled starvation indicate that the whole value-system of the subjects underwent a change. Their  irritation increased as their ability to think clearly decreased. The control of tobacco presented an even greater source of conflict for heavy smokers. Because tobacco is not necessary to life, being manipulated by his craving for it can in the individual a strong sense of guilt. “

It must be observed that this memorandum was written in 1956 and torture interrogation methods involved physical contact of interrogator and interrogatee.  In this scenario, it was possible to deny food to an interrogatee who, the memorandum states clearly by the way, no information was solicited from him although he is not to know this.

In today's mind control / brainwashing torture interrogation methods which use remote remote technologies, it is not possible to deny food to someone, although severe torture during mealtime or supplement (vitamins etc) taking, suggest not only that the principles of torture outlined in that memo are applied without modification today, but severe torture during mealtime still falls short of denying someone food.

The answer? They infected me with a virus of the herpes family which has been used in the past to trace viscero-sensory pathways in order to pinpoint the sensation of hunger. By manipulating this sensation, they inflict unbearable hunger pangs which seem unable to be satiated with food intake.

The amount of food one eats through this mechanism would very soon bankrupt the person, in addition to rendering the person obese very fast. This is a remote implementation of food dependence as best they think they are accomplishing that. Because elimination is so rapid, it is reasonable to conclude that digestion and denial of nutrients from the ingested food is also the objective. And along with denial of nutrition, is denial of anything that must go down the alimentary canal to benefit the body. This includes all medications, which explains why some potent prescription strength medications seem to have no effect at all.

The nightmare goes on. Just this morning, I woke up twice or thrice to eat and I took my supplements never knowing if it will all do any good. But I am so driven by positive thinking and hope, I must continue taking the supplements even as I know that my body is now being denied of both nutrition from the food and the supplements or medication to treat the eye.
                                   
The State of the Eye  - 03.04.13

Since the last entry in the documentation following the remote use of a herpes family virus as a vector for optical nerve path  and for visceral sensory  path tracing, the lesions caused by the virus have long healed and no new ones have formed, but the pain emanating from the healed lesions continues to be both atypical in nature, and intense, focused on the healed lesions  in particular. The lesions formed during the initial phases of the attack follow the exact path of the three branches of the trigeminal nerve of which the ophthalmic branch was the affected one.

What is atypical about the nature of the pain is that it is always initiated by an injection – the feeling of which is identical to a syringe delivered intramuscular injection in a doctor's office – directly on the healed lesions. The injections are very painful and impossible to ignore. The natural instict is to reach out protectively to the affected area with a hand, and touch it to protect it. This action, however, has the effect of releasing millions of nanoparticles/nanofibers that flood the face, spread throughout the scalp, and saturate the immediate air space around me. A special jet of nanoparticles/nanofibers from the deposition is always directed at the left injured eye, guided from the site of deposition along the surface of the skin, directly into the eyeball. This floods the blood red and irritated eyeball with the nanofibers which then promptly vibrate madly inside the eye. The pain is beyond superlative.

Another way in which the eye is being destroyed is via ejection of nanofibers/nanoparticles at the site of the healed lesions – this time not from deposition pools which are often preceded by an injection-like pain – but from deep inside the head. These are then promptly guided directly into the eyeball, where they gain exposure to the outside and I believe, relay their data payloads on a variety of physiological biomarkers of interest to the torture ogres. A third way in which nanofibers are vulgarly introduced into the same eye is via a 'spray' that is identical to an earosol spray directed at the eyeball. The nanoparticles that are delivered in this fashion will enter the eye, with many remaining on the outside, coating the sterile dressing and the eyepatch that I use for protection. All nanoparticle dumps into the eye feel like hurling sand dust into the eyeball. The cummulative volume of nanoparticles into the eye has had the net effect of the eye lighting up and glowing, enabling me to see with it in pitch darkness where the good one on the right, cannot see. The detail of this bizarre night vision is down to the level of a head of a pin. This bizarre behaviour is not typical of shingles nor this a phenomenon that appears in any medical disease textbook, and presents as the strongest evidence of mind control torture.

Neither can any argument be made that this is for the benefit of a future soldier, because the US
military would be without a single soldier if such pain as I endure were to be inflicted on any of its personnel in the course of manipulating any soldier's physiology to impart such alleged advantage on the battlefield. This operation is purely a means to an end. The means is torture. The end is torture. Every other justification, including those that camouflage as national security prerogatives, are merely wrappers to obscure the real truth. Never mind that mind control has not worked in the past and will not work now, no matter how much torture is visited upon the innocents that are used as guinea pigs, the torture ogres, having no other sources of income to feed their families with, must continue to delude themselves into believing that they are succeeding, lying not only to themselves but to their own sponsors who also need to hear the lies themselves in order to believe that the billions of dollars that they are wasting, have produced something. In truth, the only thing that mind control torture produces, is torture. The chasm that separates the culture of torture from any belief system that is based on sound moral foundations and principles, is so repugnantly deep and wide that it is absolutely impossible to traverse or bridge for a person solidly grounded in the latter, ultimately making a mockery of the concept of mind control. Continued torture only succeeds in crippling or killing the person, a resounding failure for mind control.
                       

When most average persons experience a foreign object entering the eye, they naturally seek to remove the obstacle by rubbing the eye, brushing the eye, or wiping the eye. It must be concluded that part of the  flooding of the eye with nanoparticles/nanofibers was, and continues to be,  to hope that I would take the exact above measures to try to rid the eye of the irritants. Scratch, brush, wipe the eye. Constantly. Day in and day out. Until I would literally scratch, brush and wipe the eye out of the socket after the inevitable gross irritation that would ensue and the severe infection that would surely follow. They even have terminology in websites of torture enthusiasts one of which I found by accident and to my disbelief and horror. Self-inflicted torture is what they call it.

Welch, citing McCoy, writes in her paper:
    “Through covert trial and error, the CIA, in collaboration with university researchers, slowly           identified three key behavioral components integral to its emerging techniques for psychological     torture. “ Only the behavioral component of self-inflicted pain is quoted here for clarity.
    “Discovery #2 Self-inflicted pain ...Albert Biderman, Irving L. Janis, Harold Wolff, and Lawrence     Hinkle, advised the agency about the role of self-inflicted pain in Communist interrogation.  ...During the 1950s as well, two eminent neurologists at Cornell Medical Center working for the  CIA found that the KGB’s most devastating torture technique involved, not crude physical    beatings, but simply forcing the victim to stand for days at a time, while the legs swelled, the         skin erupted in suppurating lesions, the kidneys shut down, hallucinations began. “


Flooding the eye with particulate matter that feels like small sand grains all day and all night, may well have been a bait at what they mistakenly call self-inflicted torture, but by covering the eye, I prevented that from happening and thus protected my eye, although the urge is maddeningly there of course, a source of torture in its own right.

Covering the eye that sees in the dark has not altogether prevented problems. The outer edge which receives a constant stream of nanoparticles guided from an overactive illegal implant in the vicinity of the left temporo-mandibular joint, has developed a maddenigly painful laceration that is in continuation with the slit of the eye itself. I found this when cleaning the eye about two weeks ago. The edges of the eyelid, especially the lower edge, were coated with super white fibers. I scraped some and viewed them under a microscope. They emitted light...

In addition to the laceration, a deep crater has formed on the cornea and sclera at a point on the median aspect of the eye. Beigish-which fluid flows from this lesion. When I pried the eyelids open to view the state of the eyeball, the torture ogres rattled bathroom plumbing. All of these have led to an eye that is very painful, especially when attempting to focus on anything. The abuse continues, especially when I try to focus on anything or when I write or read.

Torture planes are more vigilant now, with at least 6 of them following me from home to work and
work back home just yesterday. More flew over with roaring engines as I began typing this at an OHSU  library.

The abuse of the eye has been accompanied by other forms of torture of course, including an occasional direct excitation of the ophthalmic branch of the trigeminal nerve whenever the torture contractor feels like a thrill. I also woke up last week with an implant in the palm of the right hand that made the hand feel heavier, and which is painfully sitting at the base of the third finger, with yet another implant on the same finger, remotely deposited on the night of 03.04.13, at the back of the finger closest to the pinky finger. These implants are perceptibly activated when the arm and hand are rendered dead and numb as part of the torture. The rendering has been occurring with an urgent frequency lately. The pain has me flailing the arms and hands up and grabbing and pinching and rubbing to get the blood flowing in what otherwise feels like rag cloth appendages when this is implemented.

Scalp injections with some lasting for hours on end, are a daily and nightly occurrence. The injections, as said earlier, are identical to the syringe intramuscular injections in a doctor's office, only the pain is sustained for many hours.

Interrogation bitching always accompanies the severe abuse, with the torture contractor apparently
replaying and revisiting favorite torture sessions from within the bloody walled and bloody floored rooms of Abu Ghraib, Baghram and Gitmo.

Torture planes continue to hover overnight administering the most barbaric of abuses yet to be known to most of humanity while I lie helpless at night. These abuses also include the sustained remote scalp injections in sites of healed lesions on the scalp; infusions of icy cold air into the nostrils; nasal-spraying with jets of super fine nanoparticles directly into the nostrils for direct uptake by the olfactory apparatus directly into the brain; pumping of nanoparticles into the left ear until it inflates like a balloon; partial and painful sustained contraction of the gluteus maximus muscles for days on end, for the sole purpose of pain infliction; extreme numbing of hands and arms; waking up with razor cuts in the hands and fingers; nanoparticle/nanofiber pumps into the stomach until the stomach bulges full and gastric acid overflows into the lower esophageal sphincter causing heartburn-like pain which in turn induces incessant coughing; direct excitation of nerve pain endings of the left breast; random nerve pain excitations in other parts of the body; flooding the throat with nanofibers/nanodevices; 24/7 injections of nanofibers/nanoparticles into the body via depositions along the entire length of the spinal column (these depositions have so saturated the body that my urine comes out murky white); internal organ torture; manipulation of the digestive function to exert control over nutrition availability and medication availability to the body, as well as to exploit and manipulate the air found therein for use in growling vocalization (growling with human speech patterns) ; daily sleep deprivation tactics, mostly via remote delivered sound startlers. This list is far from being exhaustive or comprehensive...

Various vehicles of participants, too numerous to count, continue to come parking along the street just yards from my house to train, teach, observe and entertain themselves from, the torture. During the torture, a voice of a zombie torture operator who apparently mans the video unit of the operation, often speaks into the amplifier of the sound component of the torture video which is obviously connected to the house and honed in on me at all times. The words are never distinct.

A piece of skin was removed from the left side of the head. The open sore is now a favourite site of nanoparticle vibrations which cause unspeakable pain.

I have found devices of all nature during this post remote viral infection episode, including a round photonic crystal with an embedded array of about six or seven pentagon-shaped photonic crystals. This was on my living room coffee table. Another device was an anthracite black unit that fell on my client while providing care. The client expressed surprise at the unusual object which I promptly explained what it likely was. Indeed, upon examination, it turned out to be a dark metal with a single antenna -like strand protruding from its body. This has been the hallmark of the torture devices. There were other photonic/optic devices of non remarkable forms or usual forms which are on my floor, blankets, clothing items, handbags, including sheets of paper that I write on.

Other devices are the usual snow white fibers which coat my entire body at all times and constantly fall over my head and body. Super fine dust that has dual properties of a liquid and a solid simultaneously, sways back and forth and in all directions on the scalp to exert the most painful sensory overload. The dust coats the face, eyelids, eyelashes, nose, lips and forehead as well. The dust consists of all mannner of devices, including light emitting photonic dots, light emitting photonic strands and other bizarre looking substances.

More devices, mostly fibers, emanate from the inside the body and are ejected through the pores of the forehead, nasolabialis, left cheek etc. May these words speak for me when I no longer can...

APPENDED ON JUNE 24, 2013

I no longer wear a patch/sterile dressing over the left eye because of two reasons: 1) only a few of the corneal plaques that developed remain according to my opthalmologist. 2) They satisfied themselves by attacking this nerve and moved on to the next: the sciatic nerve that I wrote about earlier. Nanoparticles continue to be deposited directly over the healed lesions that were caused by the VZV and are used to torture the nerve whenever they feel like, with exquisite precision. Nanofibers also eject from the left supraorbital foramen where the opthalmic branch is closest to the skin. Most fibers ejected here are translucent but a few are red. The eye continues to have a dull but constant pain all day which I do not believe will ever go away...

What you are about to read is a documentation of my torture under a highly classified mind control operation,

using advanced electromagnetic, nanoparticle and scalar weapons systems. It is not my intention to try to

convince you. Suffice for me to know that the torture contractor knows that each and every word that I have

written here is the truth and nothing but the truth.  Historical precedents of similar occurrences in America are

well documented.  It is the responsibility of each and every citizen to acquaint themselves with their history in a

democracy.  I trust that you have not failed yourself in that regard. Thank you.—

For more than (4) years now, I have been followed around by a minimum of three (3) airplanes at a time, with an

occasional squadron that flies above like vultures in the skies as I go home from work or leave home to go to

work. For the entire time since the remote mind control surveillance began, a dizzying array of nanodevices have

been dumped on my head and body and living environment.

The nanodevices comprised of photonic crystals of all shapes and form, sizes and morphologies. From hexagonal

or rectangular millimeter-sized photonic crystals made of gold or simply encased in a clear polymer, to triangular

light-bending photonic crystals of similar dimensions. To perfectly round, disc-shaped anthracite-black devices

also of millimeter-sized dimensions that spotted a single light-emitting embedded object. To spherical

nanodevices also of millimeter size, studded with craters of identical dimensions covering the spherical surface,

like a golf ball. To translucent cylindrical rods spotting perfectly delineated segments of green or red bands. To

more translucent cylindrical rods with no coloured segments but which emitted light at the terminal ends of the

rod instead. To dead microscopic insects with light-emitting components.

To arrays of several hexagonal nanocrystals embedded in a matrix on a thin sheet of clear polymer. To metal

microdevices that are most likely of the semi-conductor family, which had a single protruding strand-like

structure that always eerily but slowly erected from a horizontal or angular orientation to point upright, while

waving towards the light of my pocket microscope as soon as light shone on them from this point source. To

tangles of snow-white fibres that are interspersed with single red or blue strands. To tangles of all-black fibres

with no other colourations represented. To white and amber colloidal gels with light-emitting embedded objects.

To black filamentous objects of millimeter-sized length. To an unforgettable device that targeted my head while

I sat at the dining section of a Thriftway Supermarket in Wilsonville, Oregon, in 2012. The super-white

nanodevice descended in a perfectly vertical line headed for the top of my head while rotating in a spiral

fashion. It had the shape of a perfect drill – a straight short tip, a spiral body and a straight short top end. I

ducked aside to save my head. Where I sat happened, by a stroke of good fortune, to have been the perfect

angle for viewing the myriad of a rainbow of colours issuing forth from the nanodust that rained down along

with the  ‘nanodrill’, unlike any dust one might have seen before. A ray of light from a window close by streamed

along the path of the falling devices, making it unusually easy for the devices to be seen. I have no way of

knowing how many ‘nanodrills’ managed to hit the intended target in the course of my torture.

The list is too long…

Most of the devices interacted with, and responded to, exposure to a directed light source from my pocket

microscope by either dimming the light, intensifying it or blinking it, often in a combination thereof. In

aggregates, the collective action of the nanodevices on my scalp caused room lights directly above my head to

flicker madly.

All the above-mentioned nanodevices and microdevices that saturate my body, living space and immediate

environment today, are programmable electromagnetic, nanoparticle and scalar device weapons systems that have

been programmed, in my specific case, to execute a wide variety of functions but primarily to simulate millions

of chronically crawling worms and insects on the head and face for purposes of exerting severe traumatic levels

of psychological and physical torturous pain through a chronic sensory overload and nerve pain excitation. The

sensory overload is an implementation of a complex, classified mind control torture protocol which itself, is a

part of a wider program involving thousands of innocent American citizens and legal residents on whom a wide

spectrum of advanced electromagnetic- and scalar- based weapons technologies are used to abuse them.

The levels of unrelenting pain inflicted on the victims of these abuses have driven some to mental disintegration

where they simply join the society’s pool of the ‘mentally ill’ which consists of two subsets: one comprising of

persons with genuine mental derangements arising from natural, organic brain disorders. And the other,

comprising of persons who have been deliberately driven into this pool of the ‘mentally ill’ by design: mind

control victims. Many of the latter commit suicide. Some have died.

On September 16, 2013 Aaron Alexis, the so-called ‘Navy Yard Shooter’ killed twelve (12) innocent Americans,

before being fatally shot by the police himself. He had earlier written a communication to a director of a human

rights website that helps victims of mind control, soliciting help to alleviate or end the pain prior to the tragedy

“... knowing he would be killed...” and “…“prepared to die during the attack and that he accepted death as the

inevitable consequence of his actions.” , according to an article in the Washington Post.

The pain had apparently proved too much for him to bear. And according to the same Washington Post article,

“…The Navy has legitimately used such technology, the FBI said, but these radio waves also have been at the

center of conspiracies about government mind control.” Sadly, twelve (12) innocent Americans who did not have

to die, lost their lives at his hand as he lost control and lashed out. This is how the person contacted by Mr.

In addition to the vibrating simulations of biting, darting, drilling, pulling, tagging and crawling insect and

nematode behavioural events, the nanodevices have also been used to intrude deep into the interior of my body

via forced inhalation, via the oral cavity and via remote deposition of the devices into the subcutaneous layers of

the skin.

A constant remote-originating, directed stream of nanodevices of all types, has culminated in the formation of an

invisible envelope of nanodevice/nanodust/nanoparticle-saturated air that has surrounded me at all times since

2010, resulting in forced and unavoidable inhalation of the adulterated air. This in turn, has led to a chronic

accumulation of the nanodevices in the lungs, nasopharynx, and skin tissues. The devices that enter the

respiratory tract have amplified the lung activity sounds there, and reduced lung capacity as evidenced by more

and more difficulty in breathing whenever the body places more demand for more oxygen. The devices entering

the oral cavity have rendered the saliva perpetually gritty, and this has been the state of affairs for more than

four years now.

Once at the nasopharynx, the nanodevices become steadily and chronically ingested, with every gulp ensuring a

chronic delivery of the devices into the gastrointestinal system, a springboard to systemic circulation. Other

mechanisms by which the penetration of the body with the nanodevices has been enhanced include a constant and

direct remote deposition of the nanodevices at choice points in the subcutaneous layers of the skin – the largest

organ in the human body.

Yet more devices are used as biosensors that relay biomarker data of the physiological response to the sustained

torture as well as other biomarkers of interest, back to the aerial base station from which the diabolic mind

control operation is conducted. In this way, all routes of entry into the human body are constantly infused with

the devices, and their physiological and psychological effects constantly monitored. Seven (7) or eight (8) cables

that run from an electric box next to my house into an adjacent rental home, likely monitor all behavioural

effects as painful jabs of energy similar to a tip of a sharp knife quickly plunging in and out seem to pair with

every telephone call I make; every word I write etc. On some levels, the torture contractors are no different

from your regular lumpen criminal. A curve I have imagined, shows a graph where the torture levels assume a

steep rise in intensification driven initially by mind control for brainwashing objectives; but as time

progresses,and the predictions of the torture psychologists and psychiatrists practioners and gurus, fall apart,

and the abused person holds on to his or her rights and her will not to be violated, and fights back within lawful

confines refusing to be a ‘slave’ to the most perverted and most lumpen of minds ever, the mind control for

brainwashing objective falls apart as a whole, like the slimy theory it was cursed to be, yet the torture curve

continues to be steeper still, but now in pursuit of a more pressing objective: the suppression of the

dissemination of information about, and evidence of the commission of the original crime…

Nanodevices on the most superficial layers of the scalp, face, neck and now, upper torso and upper limbs, are

used for unspeakably painful sensory overload that inflicts entirely new regimes of sensations that are virtually

unknown to humankind; sensations and pain combinations that are not part of the natural human experience in

his/her interaction with the external world. The intensity of the pain is further accomplished through an added

layer of regular and direct excitation of the nerve pain endings and occasional electric shocks to the scalp and

head primarily, although electric shocks have been delivered to the uterus and left breast once or twice. Pain is

also inflicted through a constant searing microwave heat that broils the head several times each day, every time

the torturer feels like having and orgasmic thrill.

A kind of pain similar to the action of a syringe during an intramuscular injection, is also regularly inflicted on

various parts of the body, especially on the scalp. All while angry interrogation-like voices talk thrash as I writhe

in pain. All nanodevices, nanodust, microdevices, gaseous and liquid substances and thermal energies used in the

abuse, are delivered into my body from a remote source.

The direct effect of the deep intrusion of my body with these micro- and nanotechnologies has been both

profound and concrete. Distribution of the devices in my body is now thorough, and systemic permeation,

complete.

My blood shows light-emitting devices now when viewed under a microscope. A dentist looking at an X-Ray of my

entire set of teeth in preparation for a procedure, stated that it appeared that ALL my teeth had had some

‘filling’ done to them. When I indicated to the doctor that I only had had one tooth filled, a molar now long

extracted, she remained adamant that the X-Ray was most likely telling the truth – that I had had all the teeth

‘filled’. Tooth pain is remotely initiated at will by the torture contractor.

In 2012, my left eye, injured during a viral attack, mysteriously acquired night-vision abilities and was able to

see in pitch darkness to the detail of a head of a pin while the right eye could see nothing in the dark.

Anterograde tracing is a method used to trace the path of a cranial nerve ( http://en.wikipedia.org

/wiki/Anterograde_tracing ). The eye had been deliberately injured during a remote anterograde tracing of the

exact path of the ophthalmic branch and other superficial branches of the fifth cranial nerve – the trigeminal

nerve – the largest of the cranial nerves.  Once the path of the nerve branch had been determined, it would be

used to inflict superlative pain by vibrating nanodevices directly over the nerve branch’s path.

As in the classical case when anterograde tracing is used, a member of the herpes family of viruses (non-genital

type) was used to attack the nerve directly, thus tracing its exact superficial path on my skin and on the MRI,

the latter which by now, the torture contractor had long been in possession of from earlier torturing me into an

hospital emergency room, where I was begged to take an MRI despite my objections. The injury also affected

the left eye, causing partial damage through the formation of permanent plaques and reduced seeing ability.

During the anterograde tracing episode, profuse snow-white material vibrated madly inside the grossly irritated

and swollen eye, exiting at the margins where it accumulated as a white solid precipitate or exudate there. When

I scraped and viewed the white substance under my pocket microscope, the super-white objects emitted light. On

the left side of the scalp, a path of the superficial branches of the ophthalmic branch of the trigeminal, remains

permanently marked today by a uniquely perfectly formed array of indented circular spots in an antero-

posterior direction. Yet no lesions ever formed on the scalp during, following or after, the viral attack.

The episode was officially diagnosed as shingles – trigeminal nerve shingles – even though no documented history

of trigeminal nerve shingles in the annals of medicine has ever recorded a single instance of an affected eye

gaining night vision ability that allowed it to see in pitch darkness to the detail of a head of a pin, as a

consequence of acquiring trigeminal shingles. Even though no documented history of trigeminal shingles in the

annals of medicine has ever recorded instances of madly vibrating substances inside an affected eye which

exited as exudate material possessing light-emitting properties when examined under a microscope. And even

though no documented history of trigeminal nerve shingles in the annals of medicine has ever recorded how

perfectly round depressions along the path of the ophthalmic branch of the trigeminal on the scalp could form

without skin lesions that are typical in shingles ever having been present during the episode. Yet the brutal

effects of the anterograde tracing on the eye using a member of the herpes family of viruses, had mimicked the

action of the herpes zoster virus, the causative agent in trigeminal shingles, and its symptomatic expression of

the trigeminal shingles, well enough for any good doctor ( and my ophthalmologist is the best ) to have arrived at

no other diagnosis other than what was diagnosed.

This is how the adverse physiological effects of remote electromagnetic and nanotechnology weapons abuse

camouflage as genuine organic disease, with even far more detriment to some non-consenting victims when the

mere act of making claims of painful remote attacks to appropriate parties is quickly equated with mental

derangement, with affected persons often falsely accused of psychosis and routed to the psychiatric domain,

forever sealing their fate. These persons, often trusting of those purporting to help them, end up taking

prescribed neuroagents for diseases they do not have. But more detrimental still, the stigma of mental illness

almost guarantees death of any legal recourse in the future for their abuse, not to mention the economic and

social fallout. Fortunately for me, strongly suspecting a deliberate trap, I successfully resisted intensive

pressure to seek psychiatric help.

Effects of remote electromagnetic weapons on human physiology camouflage as genuine symptoms of organic

diseases through mimickery or through close resemblance of symptomatic profiles of a wide array of disease

states. The torturers know this fact. And exploit it to the fullest when their diabolic actions injure the bodies of

their victims – by counting and relying on the medical profession to diagnose ‘diseases’ in their victims that they,

the torturers, then hide behind.

My body activates street walking crossing signals at intersections where “Intellistreet” – like street lights are

installed,without any active input from me, whenever the illegal implants in my body are within range of the

circuitry of the crossing signal, whether walking or driving. It appears that a resonant frequency from my body

interacts with the normally manually activated circuitry of the street crossing signal in a way that is equivalent to

actually pressing the button to indicate an intention to cross the street. Older street crossing signals remain

silent to my body and continue to require active manual activation to cross the street.  But this is all just for

starters…

Lately, they have been using new nanodevices. Wisps of 4 to 6 inch translucent straight fibers similar to a

spider’s silk but much thinner, and a lot of nanodust of much smaller dimensions in length, which they forcibly

drive right straight through the nose remotely and douse my body with. Cars with strange registration plates,

some with Washington State, California, Utah, Arizona and of course, Oregon registration plates, are frequently

coming and parking overnight on my street just yards away from my home, sometimes for a few days or weeks, to

observe and to perform, to entertain and be entertained, to teach and be taught, to learn and to share, torture

expertise with fellow torture masters, students and new recruits that will go on to grossly abuse their fellow

Americans anonymously, remotely and unaccountably.  As well as to conduct demos  on ‘squadron’ nights – for the

investors and sponsors of the technologies of torture.

Regularly, my kidneys are seared with DEW every night right through the metal plate that I wear at night for

protection, in vain. Nanofibre dust and tiny white crystals coat the clothing that I wear as they are used to

chronically saturate the breathing space in a low grade nanoboarding during the day, falling all over me in the

process.  Each and every night, the nanoboarding  – a version of the infamous water-boarding  used in ‘enhanced

interrogation’ where nanotechnology is used in lieu of water  – is implemented full- fledged at an exponentially

intensified level, often in combination with other torture techniques.

During nanoboarding, nanodevice-saturated air is blown directly into the nose where it is perceptible as a low

grade steady jet of particulate-ladden air blowing into the nose as the particles are driven into the nose just like

barkdust is driven from a powered spreader, generating extreme sensations of suffocation from particulate

matter not unlike a sensation of suffocation from sand particles during a wild sand storm. Separately but

concurrently, more superfine nanodevices are sprayed as high velocity jets directly into the nasal conchae at

regular intervals, for direct uptake straight into the brain. This occurs while other devices are vibrated wildly in

torturous patterns all over the scalp, forehead and face in what amounts to a superlative excitation of the entire

sensory system and which has occurred each and every day and night since January of 2010.

The devices are vibrated in the face and eyelashes and inside the right eye as well, among other parts of the

body, including deep inside the ears; in the anus; on the areolae and nipples of the breasts; in the armpits; in the

back of the throat, on the arms etc.  A particularly perverted favourite technique of the torture contractor

consists of driving a jet of air from inside, before exiting it through the vaginal cavity…

The surveillance torture signals that have maintained a perpetual lock on the top of my head for the duration of

the mind control torture, in combination with the chronic high-pressure vibrations of the nanodevices on same,

have together carved out over time, deep, irregular grooves and pits on the scalp of the top of my head, some of

which go so deep that only very thin skin covers the bone underneath.  Additionally, a gross and permanent

transformation of scalp tissue of the same area has been evident for a while now.  Other evidence of dermal

damage manifests on other parts of the scalp as severely itchy macules, papules and pimples. I shaved the head

recently in order to view the grooves which I could only feel when running my fingers over the scalp previously.

I was not prepared for what I saw.

Deep grooves which were carved remotely with unspeakable pain, criss-cross the top of the head. The grooves

appear as irregular black lines. This is because the hair inside the grooves is so deep that the shaving blade

cannot possibly reach it. I took pictures and went to a professional photographer for more pictures. The torture

contractor has now focused the torture on the head strictly on the grooves and pits to not just cause maximal

pain, but I think to inflict worse. Sensory receptors at this depth of the scalp trigger alarm-level sensory

sensations that scream for the host to take immediate action – to remove the irritant immediately. But of course, I

am unable to. The torture contractor knows this. And so he exploits the grooves and pits that he deliberately

carved out remotely, to inflict superlative misery and to keep the torment sustained for as long as he wishes

while I painfully ‘listen’ helplessly.

The grooves and the pits also serve as concave place-holders which hold the devices in place, unable to be

removed by wiping or brushing, while they are being vibrated madly. They also serve to access deeper levels of

scalp tissue where they cause different sensations of torment from sensations caused by vibrating devices on

the superficial levels of the scalp.   Razor-sharp crystals dumped on the head remotely are used to pierce

through the pile of things that I put on my head to protect myself at all times, and to cause slicing pain all over

the scalp, including deep inside the grooves and pits.

Commercial-grade aluminium foil, layered many sheets over for protection over the head at night, often emerges

the following day showing numerous perfectly round small perforations that go right through the stack.  The

perforations are often not visible to the naked eye but if a light source is held behind the stack in a darkened

room, the perforations caused by electromagnetic energy on the aluminium stack show very easily as they permit

light to pass through.

Microwave heat, like a blow dryer blowing hot air on the head, regularly targets the now clean shaven head each

time I wash off the devices, as the torture contractor replaces the nanodevices with new ones. Internally, many

of these devices saturate my body now where they are regularly used to manipulate the physiologies of various

organ systems, as well as in the implementation of internal organ torture. The smooth muscle of the esophagus has

been twisted, churned, pinched, pulled and brushed in the past, including suspending food boluses there while

eating, so that food ‘just hangs there’ while en route to the stomach.

Food digestion is halted or accelerated at will, with dire implications for nutrient, supplement and medicine

bioavailability to the body.  And so is elimination.  Thirst has been largely suppressed in order to limit elimination

of the nanodevices through urination while simultaneously achieving maximal systemic saturation of the

nanodevices in the body. This, as noted earlier, has led to my blood showing light-emitting devices now when

viewed by a microscope. And by extension, it is not only safe to assume that the devices are an integral part of

my both fluid compartments (intracellular and extracellular) now, but also that they distribute throughout the

various tissues of all major human physiological systems. And very likely can be found in the CSF as well as

I now experience thirst for no more than five (5) times in ten (10) weeks on the average where, prior to the

abuse, I used to feel thirsty at least three (3) times a day. This means that I must actively hydrate without

feeling the urge to drink fluids in order to meet the water needs of my body.

Violent coughing spasms implemented by mobilizing a nanofiber to vibrate or brush against the epithelial tissue of

the airway, is used several times a day now whenever the torture contractor feels like an orgasm, but especially

when I eat, write, read, pick up a phone or talk with someone, all activities that have a potential to interfere with

the abuse or threaten exposure of the crimes, from the perspective of the torture contractor.

The violent coughing spasms are also implemented by remotely and deliberately mobilizing gastric acid – which is

hydrochloric acid – from the stomach into the lower easophageal sphincter, where it breaches the constriction

and makes it way into the lower segment of the esophagus. This results in untold pain from the burning effect of

the acid on the esophagus, which has no protective thick mucus-coated protective layer like the stomach, in a

rendering of an artificially induced heartburn but one that never dies  with antacids. The resultant irritation of

the esophagus then triggers the violent cough.  The coughing spasms can be so severe that the eyes water and

become blood red, the nose drips serous liquid and the muscles involved in coughing ache severely from

exhaustion. And this is just the tip of the iceberg…

Scholarly information on somatic (body) surveillance is rarely openly available due to the grossly unethical, crue

l and illegal ways in which bodies must be deeply invaded and the physiologies of affected persons, brutally

penetrated with the corporeal surveillance technologies, in carrying out somatic surveillance on a person. Except

for cases in medical contexts, many persons on mind control programs on whom these technologies are used, have

not consented to their bodies to being violated in these awful ways. The somatic technologies used on them are

not of the medical class but rather weaponized versions. The technologies used in these weaponized versions are

remote somatic surveillance weapons systems whose operational core is electromagnetic and scalar energies.

Weaponized nanodevice systems are a component of this larger class of weaponized systems.

Use of the remote technologies on an unwitting victim by these unscrupulous parties, confers, and affords them,

anonymity, unaccountability and deniability, all elements that together comprise ideal environments in which to

conduct illegal operations, as well as provide legal shelter to the abuser. To enhance legal protection in the

remote event of embarrassing exposure, virtually all remote abusers of these technologies in mind control

operations have illegally sought shelter under national secrecy laws. Edward Snowden, the former NSA and Booz

Allen employee’s recent revelations are an example of the milder forms of the abuses that illegally sought shelter

under the umbrella of national secrets in order to evade public scrutiny.

For consenting persons on whom the technologies are used as part of medical treatment, elaborate laws have

been enacted and are in place to protect their interest, and mechanisms are provided in those laws to permit a

person to opt out any time in the course of their treatment should they wish.  In addition, President Obama

authorized a Bioethics Commission to look into the ‘policies and practices’ in the interplay between technology

and patient. A mission statement from the Bioethics Commission (http://www.bioethics.gov) reads:

“The Presidential Commission for the Study of Bioethical Issues (the Bioethics Commission) is an advisory panel of the nation’s leaders in medicine, science, ethics, religion, law, and engineering. The Bioethics Commission advises the President on bioethical issues arising from advances in biomedicine and related areas of science and technology. The Bioethics Commission seeks to identify and promote policies and practices that ensure scientific research, health care delivery, and technological innovation are conducted in a socially and ethically responsible manner.”

The Bioethics Commission refuses to address our plight on the basis that our issues fall outside the boundaries

of its mandate.  Despite live testimonials by targeted individuals at one of the hearings which were videotaped

live and posted on youtube in 2011, it is our belief that the ‘limited mandate’ of the Bioethics Commission made it

possible for the President of the United State to be effectively shielded from this information.

For unwitting victims of mind control operations, these illegal and cruel activities that visit horrors upon them are

closely guarded, classified secrets, as if torture of innocent Americans were a national asset. This, even as the

classification of the crimes is in blatant violation of Section 1.7 of Classification guidelines that tabulate a list

of prohibitions to classifiable information.

Under this section, (Sec 1.7, Classification Prohibitions and Limitations ) is stated that:

a) In no case shall information be classified, continue to be maintained as classified; or fail to be declassified in order to:
(1) Conceal violations of law, inefficiency, or administrative error;
(2) Prevent embarrassment to a person, organization, or agency;
(3) Restrain competition; or
(4) Prevent or delay the release of information that does not require protection in the interest of the national security.

This section appears to derive from the original Code of Regulations document, Title 6 –Domestic Security,or  6 CFR 7.21 – CLASSIFICATION OF INFORMATION, LIMITATIONS, http://www.law.cornell.edu/cfr/text/6/7.21 .

For the non-consenting person[/color], the only sure way one can expect to be free from pain, is when dies from

it, or dies from the internal systemic, organic or tissue injuries caused by chronic bombardment with

electromagnetic-based weapons systems. And the only way one can ensure redress via a legal pathway is if an

investigation similar to the CoIntelPro, acronymn for CounterIntelligenceProgram, and MK Ultra Church Hearings

of the 1970s to occur.

The latter is not impossible but its path is strewn with formidable difficulties deliberately put in place by the

lawyers of the perpetrators to ensure its failure since the parties committing these crimes are unlikely to

volunteer to either Senate and House Oversight Committees during their intelligence briefings, information

concerning forbidden torture activities that they carry out on thousands of their fellow citizens. The effect of

this state of affairs is such that it creates and maintains the legal status of the dark operations as ‘non-existent’,

and therefore, legally invisible, a legal place that essentially neuters the oversight function of Oversight

Committees while it unburdens them  from effective representation of their constituents on whom gross

illegalities are visited by their own government. And a legal place that the perpetrators can hide comfortably in,

and commit their crimes peacefully and gleefully, knowing or more accurately, hoping that no one can ever touch

them.

As a consequence, the only information outlet about this type of surveillance has been, sadly, from the

non-consentual victims themselves, at a severe cost. Because secrecy of the crimes is paramount to

the perpetrators, any attempts by an unwitting person to seek help, exposing the crimes in the process, is often

followed by retribution in the form of severe torture. I have been subjected to such abuse numerous times in

response to soliciting help from my wonderful Senator Ron Wyden of Oregon who happens to be a member of the

Senate Intelligence Committee and who has heard desperate pleas for help from not just his state of Oregon, but

from around the country. The same retribution followed after I contacted the Bioethics Commission; private

lawyers;  Dept. of Human Services; professors; online parties; ordinary individuals; etc. All to no avail, because

of the illegal classification of the operations.

Also because of the secrecy surrounding the clandestine programs, unwitting persons however courageous it

might be for them to speak out, the covertness of the program’s nature is deliberately designed to effectively

deny them any and all official corroboration that would otherwise carry much supportive weight. Unwitting

persons also do not possess authoritative expertise about the mechanisms of action of these advanced

electromagnetic technologies, nor are they privy to the interactions of somatic electromagnetic weapons systems

with human physiology and the adverse effects thereof. But most importantly, the pain the unwitting person is

subjected to at all times, often demands priority in preoccupation of the mind, placing almost all other tasks to

secondary levels. Unwitting persons also often cannot definitively name the offending parties, even as the

historical record containing a long list of similar abuses in the past, provides us with a short list of likely culprits

that is often validated by whistleblower information in some cases.

We often have difficulty presenting direct proof of electromagnetic energy as the core weapon in these torture tools, although circumstantial evidence avails itself rather abundantly and convincingly enough.

This is largely because equipment sensitive enough to perform the technical tasks required to produce legally

acceptable proof, are prohibitively expensive, running in the hundreds of thousands of dollars, and may not even

be easily available to the public. And partly because scientists developing these weapons systems, and those that

abuse them to inflict unspeakable pain and miseries on their fellow citizens who have done nothing against them,

their families or their country, are themselves sworn to secrecy. And unlawfully so too since the torture of

citizens constitutes a violation of the law and a person’s rights, civil or otherwise, and thus forbidden from

classification as the CLASSIFICATION OF INFORMATION, LIMITATIONS document clearly shows.

Furthermore, it is not even clear if the current set of laws concerning presentation of evidence capture the

unique challenges  of presenting electromagnetic energies as evidence in a court of law. Or whether new

standards would have to be drawn. This the culprits know too well and exploit the vacuum until the issue can be

addressed. In the meantime, we are dying. Or committing suicide. From pain.

We know only too well however, that electromagnetic energy courses and pulses through out bodies in

superlatively painful ways, 24/7, 365, manifesting in multiple ways, whether it be as Voice – to – Skull, or V2K,

or bombardment with sounds of abnormal frequencies, or severe broiling heat with DEW systems, or vibrating

nanodevices programmed to simulate crawling and darting and biting insects and nematodes among other

manifestations.  Our bodies, at least most of us, emit frequencies where a normal body should not and does not,

possible evidence of illegally implanted devices. I have personally seen X-Rays of hands and feet and heads of

tortured individuals with embedded foreign objects, or UBOs (for Unidentified Bright Objects, according to

NIH Director). Abundant literature on the technologies exists. Proof of their use in war theatres in Iraq and

Afghanistan for example, is out in the open. Companies producing the weapons, openly tout their products. The

products are all used remotely to target the individual. This, no one can take away from us.  But some are

beginning to address the problem. And not surprisingly, none of them is a government entity.

An abstract of an informative paper that delves deep into the analysis of somatic surveillance and written by

Drs. Torin Monahan and Tyler Wall in 2007 (Surveillance & Society  Special  Issue on ‘Surveillance and Criminal

describes surveillance as follows:

“Somatic surveillance is the increasingly invasive technological monitoring of and intervention into body functions. Within this type of surveillance regime, bodies are recast as nodes on vast information networks, enabling corporeal control through remote network commands, automated responses, or self-management practices.” 

The authors of the paper then go on to describe the areas of investigation addressed in the paper: 

nanotechnology systems, commercial body-monitoring systems and radio-frequency identification implants,

before concluding the abstract with the following sentence:

“The argument is that in present and projected forms, somatic surveillance systems abstract bodies and physiological systems from social contexts, facilitating hyper-individualized control and the commodification of life functions.” 

Dr. Emilio Mordini, MD, comments on the need for ethics in the field of somatic surveillance in medicine in the following quote:

“Body surveillance technologies are an expanding field of technology research and applications. Lastly but not least, Cynthia J. Bruckner-Lea writes on biosensors:
“Biosensors, like chemical sensors, consist of two essential components: a chemically selective layer that binds the target molecule, and a transducer that converts the binding event into a measurable signal that can be monitored , displayed and used for process control.” (Biosensor Systems for Homeland Security by Cynthia J. Nanodevices have an established interaction with the human physiology in ways that can be used (depending on

the properties of the nanodevice) passively or actively, in the implementation of live-saving tasks in medicine as

well as in deployments as tools of war waged on enemy persons and unwitting persons indistinguishably in mind

control torture operations as this documentation attests.

These references – especially the Monahan/Wall paper – not only validate the existence and use of somatic or

corporeal surveillance technologies, but also provide valuable informed context, whereas my abuse with somatic

surveillance weapons, accurately captures its implementation in a brutal militarized program. 

Now more than four years since the beginning of the abuse, a decision I made to research  the devices has led

me to discover that the devices of somatic surveillance in my case, and perhaps in many other similarly abused

individuals as well, are optic and/or photonic nanoelectromechanical and microelectromechanical systems which,

according to notes by distinguished Dr. Lok C. Lew Yan Voon of the Citadel, Military College of South Carolina,

are mostly made of silicon, metals, and polymers, gross physical attributes that largely match the observations

from my microscopic examination of the devices. A few examples that Dr. LYV gives are silicon dioxides, nitrites,

carbides, Al, Ti, Cu W, photoresists, polyamides. And according to the document, they exhibit multiphysics

properties.

The multiphysicity of these systems affords them applications that exploit their electromagnetic-structural ,

fluid-structural  or electromagnetic-fluid interactions, and may even behave similarly to metamaterials,

substances whose constituent elements are part of the periodic table but when at nanoscale, behave like neither

of their constituents parts at macro or bulk scales.  Consequently, applications of these

nanodevices/nanomaterials are ubiquitous and comprise a wide spectrum including bio-applications that are for

human benefit in medicine, but for torture in weaponized versions.The new regimes of sensations that I painfully

feel are a direct consequence of the multiphysicity of the nanodevices which imparts any number of permutations

among the electromagnetic-structural , fluid- structural or electromagnetic-fluid interactions.  The sensations

that they generate, are the human physiology’s interpretation of the multiphysicity.

The technologies, as evidenced by this documentation, when used in the abuse of human physiology at systemic,

organic or cellular level in mind control programs, have outcomes that are devastatingly negative for the welfare

of the affected individual on all levels , with special detrimental  psychological and emotional implications that

flow from the fact that torture with these devices does not inflict the gross physical injury normally visibly

identifiable in the macro versions of traditional torture. Instead the effects are felt as horrific pain when

nociceptors, nerve endings, sensory systems and internal organ tissues are abused and manipulated 24/7 as it

happens.

According to Jorneta et al, nanodevices are made up of electronic components which can perform  simple tasks,

including “…computing, data storing, sensing and actuation”. Several of these nanocomponents are integrated into

more advanced nanodevices. The resultant advanced nanodevices  achieve complex tasks in a distributed manner

that is implemented as nanonetworks:

“…enable more advanced applications of nanotechnology in the biomedical, environmental, industrial and military fields, such as intrabody health monitoring and drug delivery systems, or wireless nanosensor networks for biological and chemical attack prevention at the nanoscale, amongst others. “ Underlining of nanosensor networks” above is by this author.

Remote communication between the devices illegally implanted in my body and the airborne torture base station

surveilling me 24/7 is accomplished via nanonetworks, which, according to Jorneta et al, are high density

network systems that require special protocols that are defined differently from the standard.  The high density

of the nanosensor network systems flows from the miniature sizes of the devices which in aggregates, constitute

huge numbers.

Remote communication of the devices is likely implemented via ‘ PHLAME’ . ‘PHLAME’ is an acronym for a ‘Physica

l Layer Aware MAC’ protocol for Electromagnetic nanonetworks in the Terahertz. Nano Communication Networks

The devices are manufactured using NEMS and MEMS manufacturing technologies, and companies making these

products are ubiquitous. The products that a vast majority of these companies make are largely used in ‘clean’

applications.  If historical precedence is any guide, torture industries most likely own ‘front’ companies

dedicated to producing weaponized electromagnetic and scalar based devices for military applications. The vast

array of the devices used to torment me point to a dedicated manufacturer who is constantly on the drawing

board, designing and producing tools of torture that inflict more pain that the last batch.

From the very beginning of the abuse, the programmable nanodevice tools employed in the torture had been

designed to attack and chronically overwhelm the somatosensory system, through a sustained and chronic remote

input of constant intense stimuli to virtually all modalities of the sensory system simultaneously, and in what

essentially constitutes torture by sensory overload of the tactile and nociceptor systems, leading to a manifested

injury of the trigeminal nerve in 2012.

“The three divisions of the nerve carry pain, temperature, and touch modalities from the skin of the face; the mucosa of sinuses, nose, and mouth; the teeth; and portions of the dura. They convey proprioceptive sensation from the teeth, hard palate, temporomandibular joint, and muscles of mastication. The three divisions are as follows:{C}1.=7pt    {C}Ophthalmic. Upper division. Innervates forehead, upper eyelid, cornea (thus the corneal reflex), conjunctiva, dorsum of the nose, and dura of some of the anterior cranial fossa. Leaves orbit through the superior orbital fissure. Proceeds through the lateral wall of the cavernous sinus in close relation to the third, fourth, and sixth cranial nerves. Joins other two divisions to form the trigeminal (semilunar, Gasserian) ganglion.{C}2.=7pt   {C}Maxillary. Supplies upper lip, lateral and posterior portions of nose, upper cheek, anterior temple, mucosa of nose, upper jaw, upper teeth, roof of mouth, and dura of part of the middle cranial fossa. Over the course of the torture, in order to inflict the maximal amount of pain and torment, the devices have been

upgraded roughly every fortnight with new replacement devices. I believe that the purpose for the replacement

is multi-fold. One, new  replacement torture tools have tended to be generally more miniaturized, with dimensions

that have been progressively  getting smaller and smaller, from earlier millimeter-sized nanocrystals that were

visible to the naked eye albeit  with difficulty, to now, microdevices of microscopic dimensions although the

nanofibre and nanodust classes remain  visible to the naked eye.

Apparently the smaller the microscopic devices, the more it is to implement novel sensations that are not only

normally not in the set of known human sensory experiences that arise from  normal interactions and

communication with the outside world, but also are novel permutations of the known modalities in such unnatural

combinations that nature has yet to evolve to produce. The smaller the microscopic devices, the more difficult it

is to capture and store as evidence, and innovative and creative thinking is often required to devise ways to

capture them both physically and in images. Even without permutating the sensation modalities, the properties of

the new and smaller devices are such that they impart pain-affliction abilities that are new and  intense novel

tactile and pain sensations that are also uniquely different from the anything experienced by the  brain

previously. The implication of significance from all this is that, pain is gradually intensified and alarm to the

system is chronically maintained  by upgrading the torture tools.

The fortnightly upgrades also appear to be deliberately designed to circumvent the body’s ability to afford the

host some relief through natural adaptive mechanisms, thus driving the body’s natural coping mechanisms to stress

 loads to a breaking point, while assuring a steady delivery of  a continuous and uninterrupted pain stream.

The ultimate objective in traumatic  mind control torture, according to a memo by a CIA director in 1956

(http://home.netcom.com/~ncoic/brainwsh.htm)  makes it clear that the objective is to disintegrate the

personality and thus the brain for reprogramming, a diabolic exercise that is the equivalent of  the crimes the

Nazis were sent to hang for shortly after WW2. The common name for personality disintegration is madness.

First of all, please permit us to introduce ourselves to you. We are some of the Chinese victims from dozens of regions and cities across China , who have been cruelly harassed tortured and persecuted in a covert way by the means of secret remote control on human body & brain. Among us, there are corporate employees, teachers, students, retirees and other intellectual workers and physical workers. Our suffering period ranges from several months till over 30 years.

Thanks to Internet that builds a bridge for us to know each other, and it is same sufferings bring us to work together.

A group of secret criminals who abuse their powers, arbitrarily use “the means of secret remote control on human body & brain”, illegally manipulate our bodies and brains covertly, and also cruelly torture and harass us psychologically and physically and persecute us days and nights so that a lot of victims live a very miserable and horrible life.

Secret criminals utilize the weapons of “secret remote control on human body & brain” and remotely influence us, and consequently our bodies suffer from “physiological diseases and physiological behaviors” caused artificially from their weapons such as aching, itching, coldness, hotness, trembling, unwell feeling and unhappiness, and so that our brains suffer harassments and tortures from “acoasma and hallucination”. Besides, criminals do all they could to shamelessly steal and indecently spread our privacy in our brains in a abnormal psychology and crazily do all they could to intimidate and humiliate victims. All these vices do a great harm us psychologically and physically. Therefore , some innocent victims was forced to hospitals especially for being forced to accept mental treatment, some innocent victims were forced to suicide because of intolerable secret tortures and insults, and others died of “strange fatal diseases” yielded by criminals secretly in a special trap.

Such secret crimes as the wide abuse of their powers, the illegal use of “the means of secret remote control on human body & brain” and illegal violation of fundamental human rights, have resulted horribly in atrocity or the unprecedented anti-human catastrophe of human rights technically. These crimes not only challenge severely Chinese constitution and laws, but also human conscience, the UN Charter and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. It is NOT permitted by all the human beings at all!

Owing to the above-mentioned cases, Chinese victims jointly lodged  “a collective complaint to Chinese President Hu Jintao” (please see attachment 1) on 3rd Dec. 2007, and emailed it to the Chinese Communist Party Central Committee, every ministries of the State Council, major news media and the legal community who we asked to deliver the complaints to Chinese President. 

Subsequently, we jointly announced " An Open Letter to the Head of Chinese Secret Institution"  on 5th May 2008.(Please see attachment 2)

Chinese Goverment has the undisputed responsibility to take an immediate investigation into the secret criminals who abuse their power, and to sternly punish them according to the clause of "the State respect and protect citizens' human rights" set out by Constitution of PRC China. However, unfortunately, so far we have not received any response on the issue.

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UN General Assembly passed and published  Resolution 217A (III) on 10th December 1948) stipulates in the following relevant clauses that:

Article 3  Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person.

Article 5   No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.

Article 6    Everyone has the right to recognition everywhere as a person before the law.

Article 12     No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to attacks upon his honour and reputation. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks.

Article 19    Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers.

China is one of the creators of the United Nations, a permanent member of the UN Security Council, a member of UN Human Right Council and one of the signers of UN Covenant on Human Rights. Therefore, China should seriously observe and enforce the relevant rules of UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

At present, the quantity of victims are increasingly rising around the globe. Thousands of victims strongly demand for an investigation into the sinful Hi-tech crimes which covertly violate human rights worldwide. A large quantity of the stated facts reveal that these secret fascist criminals are the common enemies of all the human beings who use Hi-tech means to arbitrarily secretly violate human dignity and fundamental human rights. The crazy secret Hi-tech crimes heavily threat and violate the fundamental rights of human livings in the world.  

Challenged by the unprecedented worldwide catastrophe of human rights and the severe crimes of damaging human beings, we urge an immediate actions in union and bravely fight against the gangs of secret fascist criminals! We, Chinese victims, support resolutely the global campaign of " Ban the abuse and torture of secret MIND CONTROL/PSYCHOTRONIC WEAPONS/Remote Human manipulation" through our practical actions. 我们来自中国各地数十个城市地区，是一些遭受“秘密遥控人体和大脑（精神）技术”武器残酷虐待折磨迫害和阴谋暗害的受害者。我们之中，有公司员工、教师、学生、退休职工，以及其他从事脑力和体力工作的普通平民。我们之中，受害的时间，短的仅几个月，长的则达三十多年。

网络使我们相识，受害的遭遇让我们走到了一起。

长期以来, 一帮滥用特权的秘密罪犯，肆无忌惮地使用“秘密遥控人体和大脑（精神）技术”，非法秘密控制我们的身体和大脑（精神），日夜不停地实施种种惨无人道的精神骚扰和肉体折磨迫害、阴谋暗害，致使许多受害者每天生活在无比痛苦的、生不如死的恐怖状况中。

他们使用“秘密遥控人体和大脑（精神）技术” ，遥控制造我们受害者身体内日夜交替出现：痛、痒、冷、热、颤抖、难受等人为的“生理疾病和生理行为”痛苦；遥控制造我们受害者的大脑（精神）日夜出现所谓的“幻听、幻觉”骚扰折磨痛苦。他们还竭尽无耻、卑鄙、下流的变态伎俩，窃取传播受害者大脑思维的隐私信息，并且，疯狂地对受害者进行秘密恐吓和种种人格侮辱。所有这一切，都给我们受害者的肉体和精神带来了无与伦比的巨大创痛，身心遭到极度的摧残和伤害。其中，有一些无辜受害者被诬陷并送进“精神病院”；另一些因无法忍受秘密折磨凌辱的痛苦而“自杀”；还有一些则被他们秘密制造身体内出现各种莫名其妙的“绝症怪病”而阴谋暗害，含冤死亡。

这样广泛的滥用“特权”，使用“秘密遥控人体（大脑）技术”，非法侵犯普通平民基本人权的秘密犯罪行为，在其技术性、恐怖性和反人类性上都已经成为中国和世界历史上空前的人权浩劫。这不仅是对中国宪法法律的严重挑战，而且，也是对人类良知、对《联合国宪章》和《人权宣言》的严重挑战，是全人类所绝对不能允许的！

为此，我们中国受害者于2007年12月3日，联名写了一封“致胡锦涛主席的集体控诉信” （ 见“附件一” ），并用电子邮件发送给了中共中央和中国国务院各部门，以及全国新闻媒体和法律界人士等，要求转呈给中国国家主席。

接着，在2008年5月5日，又联名发出了一封《致中国“秘密机构”头头的公开信》（ 见“附件二” ）。

毫无疑问，中国政府有责任按照中国宪法载明的：“国家尊重和保障公民人权”等法律条款，立即调查并严惩这帮滥用特权的秘密罪犯。然而，遗憾的是，我们受害者所进行的这些揭露控诉努力，并没有得到应有的重视和回应。

《世界人权宣言》(联合国大会 一九四八年十二月十日 第217A(III)号决议通过并颁布) 的有关条款规定：

第三条|
人人有权享有生命、自由和人身安全。
第五条
任何人不得加以酷刑,或施以残忍的、不人道的或侮辱性的待遇或刑罚。
第六条
人人在任何地方有权被承认在法律前的人格。
第十二条
任何人的私生活、家庭、住宅和通信不得任意干涉,他的荣誉和名誉不得加以攻击。人人有权享受法律保护,以免受这种干涉或攻击。
第十九条
人人有权享有主张和发表意见的自由;此项权利包括持有主张而不受干涉的自由,和通过任何媒介和不论国界寻求、接受和传递消息和思想的自由。

中国是联合国的创始国之一；中国是联合国安理会常任理事国；中国是联合国人权理事会成员；中国也是联合国有关《人权公约》的签署国之一。因此，中国理应严格恪守、认真执行“联合国人权宣言”等有关维护公民人权文件的规定。

现在，世界各国的受害者数量呈现越来越多之势。成千上万的受害者强烈要求对目前正在全世界范围内发生的这一罪大恶极的侵犯人权事件进行调查。从大量揭露出来的事实表明，这些恣意践踏人类尊严和基本人权的秘密法西斯罪犯是全人类的共同敌人。他们这一疯狂的秘密罪恶正在严重威胁和侵犯着全世界人民最基本的生活和生存权利。

面对这一空前的世界性人权浩劫，全世界人民必须紧急行动起来，团结一致，同仇敌忾，与这帮秘密法西斯罪犯进行坚决斗争！认清他们的秘密罪恶面目，揭露他们秘密侵犯、残害人类的滔天罪行，将他们押上国际刑事法庭的审判台！！

全球所有的新闻媒体和有识之士有责任向受害者表示声援支持；世界各国的法律界人士有责任挺身而出，为受害者提供法律援助；联合国人权理事会有责任捍卫人权,维护全人类的思想自由权、睡眠休息权、身体健康权和生命生存权；联合国海牙国际刑事法院有责任接受和调查受害者提起的诉讼，并将这帮严重危害人类基本权利的秘密法西斯罪犯绳之以法！！

我们中国受害者，以自己的实际斗争行动，坚决支持“禁止使用秘密遥控人体（大脑）技术武器”滥施于民的世界性运动；坚决要求联合国制止这一使用“秘密遥控人体（大脑）技术”武器针对普通平民，实施秘密肉体和精神残酷虐待折磨迫害的滔天罪恶。

我们强烈要求联合国秘书长 潘基文 先生从维护“联合国宪章”及有关“人权宣言和公约”的尊严出发，履行自己维护全世界人民基本人权的神圣职责，紧急召开“禁止使用秘密遥控人体（大脑）技术武器”的国际会议。我们要求欧盟人权委员会立即开展其A40005/1999第27款的工作！

我们强烈呼吁世界各国新闻媒体挺身而出，主持正义，对众多的受害事件进行深入认真调查，并真实地向全世界公众揭露曝光这帮秘密法西斯罪犯的罪恶事实真相！

　　　我们是一些被“秘密遥控人体和大脑（精神）技术” 折磨迫害的受害者。网络使我们相识，受害的遭遇让我们走到了一起。

    我们集体向您——胡主席进行强烈控诉！！

    在现今的中国，有着一帮无法无天的秘密罪犯。

   长期以来,他们恣意践踏宪法尊严，非法侵犯中国公民人权，肆无忌惮地使用“秘密遥控人体和大脑（精神）技术”，对受害者的身体和大脑（精神）日夜不停地实施种种秘密控制骚扰，惨无人道的进行折磨迫害和阴谋暗害，致使许多受害者每天生活在极为痛苦恐怖的精神状况中生不如死，身心遭受极度的摧残和伤害。不少受害者因他们制造出的各种莫明其妙的怪病而无辜冤死。 

    这种秘密“遥控技术手段” 包括：制造我们身体内日夜交替出现：痛、痒、冷、热、颤抖、难受等人为的“生理疾病和生理行为”痛苦；制造我们的大脑（精神）日夜出现被遥控的所谓“幻听、幻觉”的骚扰折磨痛苦。他们还竭尽无耻、卑鄙、下流的变态伎俩，窃取传播受害者大脑思维的隐私信息，并且，疯狂地对受害者进行秘密恐吓和种种人格侮辱。所有这一切，都给受害者的肉体和精神带来了无与伦比的巨大创痛！

     由此，造成我们中的许多受害者如今在工作单位受到了极不公正的对待：有的受到严重岐视；有的被剥夺了工作权利，失去了生计。一些受害者向公安司法部门报案时，也被错认为“精神有问题”而不予理睬。同时，也给我们的家庭带来了极其严重的损害,使不少受害者的家庭因此而出现裂痕,甚至造成家破人亡的惨痛后果。

    据不完全的网络统计，在我国，现今公开站出来揭露曝光的受害者已有几百人之多。而更多的受害者正在逐步认清这帮秘密罪犯的“庐山真面目”，积极加入到揭露曝光他们罪恶的战斗行列来。

     这种无法无天的秘密恐怖犯罪行为的泛滥，正在引发广泛的社会恐慌，给整个社会的稳定与和谐带来严重的破坏。这种伤天害理的秘密恐怖犯罪行为的泛滥，必将对国家、对民族造成巨大的危害！

    而这样广泛的滥用“特权”，非法侵犯公民人权的秘密犯罪行为，在其技术性、恐怖性和反人类性上都已经成为中国和世界历史上空前的人权浩劫。毫无疑问，这是对人类良知、对法律的严重挑战，是国家的宪法和法律所绝对不能允许的！

    中华人民共和国宪法第三十三条法定：凡具有中华人民共和国国藉的人都是中华人民共和国公民。
   中华人民共和国公民在法律面前一律平等。

    国家尊重和保障公民人权。

     中华人民共和国宪法第三十八条法定：中华人民共和国公民的人格尊严不受侵犯。禁止用任何方法对公民进行侮辱、诽谤和诬告陷害。

      中华人民共和国宪法第五条法定：中华人民共和国实行依法治国，建设社会主义法治国家。 
      国家维护社会主义法制的统一和尊严。 
      一切法律、行政法规和地方性法规都不得同宪法相抵触。

     一切国家机关和武装力量、各政党和各社会团体、各企业事业组织都必须遵守宪法和法律。一切违反宪法和法律的行为，必须予以追究。

     任何组织或者个人都不得有超越宪法和法律的特权。

     中华人民共和国民法第九十八条法定：公民享有生命健康权。

　　然而，这帮秘密罪犯，根本无视《宪法》等这些法律条款规定，有恃无恐地凌驾于法律之上，滥用手中掌握的所谓“特权”，丧心病狂地对广大受害者的身体和大脑（精神）进行摧残式的秘密遥控折磨骚扰迫害，恣意蹂躏剥夺受害者的思想自由权、休息睡眠权、身体健康权等公民基本人权；无耻地侵犯侮辱受害者个人所有的隐私和人格尊严……。

     我们受害者在他们的日夜秘密控制折磨中倍受煎熬，“唤天天不应，唤地地不灵”。在这种极度痛苦，举目无助情况下，才不得不集体向您投诉控告。敬请胡主席您能体察民苦民愤，为民做主。 

     据悉，在当今世界上，俄罗斯、美国以及欧盟等许多国家和地区，都不同程度地制订和正在制订一些具体的决议或法规，明确制止这种“秘密遥控人体和大脑（精神）技术武器”对普通平民实施秘密酷刑虐待折磨迫害。如俄罗斯议会的“决议” 就是一例。

中国受害者告全世界人民书
秘密脑控试验—人类生存基本价值被破坏MK-Ultra类秘密试验（脑控试验）常常在试验目标（受害者）不知情或者不同意的情况下进行的。脑控很容易让受害者精神不正常。加拿大巴士杀人案的李伟光就是脑控秘密试验受害者。

脑控常常涉及微小芯片植入到大脑和身体的其它部位,常常用电磁波作为激发的能量，是RFID和晶振技术的充分应用，不需要传统电池。部分只做控制试验的受害者们身体里没有芯片。脑控涉及定向能（Directed Energy），例如X-射线、微波信号和穿墙高能微波。定向能试验的方式非常隐蔽，可能会产生致命的效果。静态造影如MRI和CT可以造假。

Victim几乎都不知道自己是试验目标。一般症状例如，催眠，剥夺正常睡眠，诱导腹泻，诱导分神，产生头痛及其他部位的疼痛，诱导情绪变化等等。受害者往往将异常归结为普通的健康问题，他们常常不认为他们自己是Victim。

各国特工之间往往互相合作。有人在中国成为受害者，在加拿大继续受到试验，那往往就是中加特工在合作脑控。移民很可能成为脑控的几内亚猪。脑控试验不仅从身体上直接打击受害者，而且使用技术手段来破坏一个人的精神心理。脑控常常被用来暗害敌人，并且能杀人于无形，例如杀死主神经和制造癌症，特别是肺癌。

“Lida”技术：脉冲射频发射器，可以导致严重的疲劳和昏睡，或者失眠。可以穿墙瞄准目标发射.  LIDA技术在1950年代由苏联发明，后来在各国得到了发展。声音直达大脑（Voice to skull）技术：可以传送说话声和其它声音，直达目标的头部，旁边的人听不到，可以穿过墙壁发射。该技术可以在没有脑控芯片的情况下实现。（该技术的美国军方代号是“V2K”。） 

读取和破解脑波：通过高科技脑控激励芯片（或特定的帽子）来读取受害者的脑波，通过无线传输到附近的接收设备。再过滤出特定的波形来破解受害者的思维和记忆。这项技术已经非常先进。

意念传输：（Thoughts  Transmission） 通过无线传输特定的脑控波曲线到受害者的大脑，实现意念的传输，一般需要有脑控微芯片植入在受害者的大脑。意念传输也叫潜意识(subliminal)传输，例如“受辱感”，能破坏人际关系。默念传输：（Subvocal Transmission） 通过电磁波传输来影响受害者的说话器官和抑制思维器官，来影响受害者说话。这种话不经过大脑的思考说出，特别细心的受害者能够发现。这种传输可以通过脑控激励芯片（又叫脑控钉）或不用脑控激励芯片进行。受害者的主要特点是说话不经过思考或者说错话。武器化的微波技术：可以导致一系列的身体的伤害反应，可以悄悄地，穿过墙壁进行。穿墙雷达扫描技术（例如机场安检。）高级无线计算机控制技术：通过探测主板的特定的电磁辐射和向特定的线路端子发射X波段电磁脉冲，实现输出和输入。相当于别人的计算机通过串口连到了你的计算机。在没有无线网卡的情况下就能够实现无线遥控计算机。潜意识“无声的声音”（Subliminal “Silent Sound”） 设备：可以传送催眠式建议到受害者，但受害者耳朵听不到，声波的频率介于超声波和人可听声波之间。

（二）受害者们总结的常见的身体症状和经验：(在读取和破解脑波阶段，受害者们通常没有严重的症状，但是他们至少有一颗芯片在身体里面，部分只做控制试验的受害者们身体里没有芯片。)• 头皮发麻。头晕， 头痛。

• 无理由的极度疲劳，腿肌及关节的酸痛。

• 梦境制造和操纵，剥夺睡眠。

• 电击感以及肌肉的振动和抽动。

• 不通过思考的说话 (subvocal transmission),语言能力受到影响，经常结结巴巴。

• 没有道理的出现心跳过速和过缓。• 记忆力减退，记忆消失 。

• 强迫肌肉收缩和舒张，由调制神经信号所引起，会导致身体和四肢移动。/模拟脑波产生情绪突变。

Interesting fact about peacpink is it provides partial SSL content encryption when accessed via the alternate https:// address. When a sites partially encrypted, its called "mixed content" or secure and unsecure content, and from the standpoint of choosing between a regular http site and a mixed content https, the https is still better, but will usually have problems, especially by default, cause by default browsers simple refuse to show the unsecure content on https pages, so you get alotof missing onscreen elements, making them useless to browse.

For a quick visual of what https is good for see this representation. Id suspect its inaccurate concerning NSA but the rests interesting to consider. Https simply improves your online privacy by a fair margin and removes alotof virus type risks. And fwiw the Electronic Frontier Foundation is apparently the main organization pushing all the big players on the net to convert their sites to secure https encryption and is a big reason why its been implemented somuch, but you dont actually see as much as its been implemented when you go round the net cause theres a problem with hooks or something, so sites that HAVE implemented dont allways direct visitors to it. See their HTTPS Everywhere plugin below addressing that problem.

===Anyway How to do it===

The solutions to set the browser to always show unsecure elements if present on https pages, and strictly speaking isnt the greatest idea to keep always set like that, but as mixed contents better than fully unsecure http, you may wanto try it out, just remember how to reset the blocked rule. It only takes a second to do

In Google Chrome:
first close the browser and find the shortcut icon, say on your desktop, right click it, and goto properties, and under Target, will probably see it says
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe"
all you need to do is change that Target so it reads
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe" --allow-running-insecure-content

When you restart Chrome type https://peacepink.ning.com/ and youll be taken to the https version without the blocked content, and the icon for https is crossed out with a red line. Firefox's equivalent symbol is much less scary, just an orange ball.

In Firefox:
no need to close it, just open a new tab and type "about:config" (without parenthesis) into the url address bar, and itll ask you to confirm you know what your doing, and in the searchbox type "mixed" (without parenthesis) which'll display a few options. The one you wanto change is "security.mixed_content.block_active_content" (without parenthesis). Just double click it so the value changes from true to false.

====A few problems with it====

- the script elements for HTML text editing (posting replies etc) is deactivated so cant change elements like font, size, color, bold, italic or add embedded urls, but the layout formatings fine. Also with posting blogs at least, you cant preview them on the https site, and once its uploaded, cant edit them either. The preview issues fine, but the edit ones a real pain for habitual re-editors, you have to return to the regular http site just to access that option

-  subdomain links (to pages within the site) dont automatically redirect you to their https version just cause your on a https page to start with, they need a "force subdomain" rule to do the job, but you can install a Firefox plugin  to fix it called Force TLS or install an alternate version of Firefox or Chrome browsers  made by Comodo with that option built in

- and theres a curious quirk affecting the chatbot and the logout functions also. The chatbot feature only works on the main landing page of peacepink when using https, and its also the only page from which your able to actually log out! Funny but if you dont return to the main page, you need to change back to the http site just to do that. But if you remember to go back to the main page, is again no real problem.

- so presuming the issue with HTML text, and being able to edit posts that can be edited is no problem,  and remember about the chatbot and logout, its no real problem.

- oh and when you log in thru https, theres a message that "Although this page is encrypted, the information you have entered is to be sent over an unencrypted connection" meaning its not actually a secure login. Idk if that means if its truely worthless for protecting your passwords, and thats a relevant question, cause originally http was mostly used for pages like login etc.

===Other browser options===

Anyhow, theres plenty of other things worth checking out in regard to security plugins for Firefox and Chrome, i still dont use Chrome for much so dont know all the equivalent plugins so the following are mostly for Firefox

- recommend HTTPS Everywhere, with versions for both browsers. Its uses a database of sites and uses rulesets for various exceptions, diverting your browser to visit the secure https versions of sites that have them but dont divert you automatically (eg: wordpress.com blogs which do need rule sets cause not all are equal)

- for Firefox to destroy cookies try Self Destroying Cookies and Better Privacy (Chrome has various cookie plugins ive not tried yet, and theres several others for ff aswell)

- for Firefox script blockers  NoScript and Request Policy however pretty complicated to manage

- a simpler script blocker is Do Not Track Me (for Firefox) or Do Not Track Me (for Chrome)

- or an alternative simple script blocker for either Firefox or Chrome is PrivDog (if you install Comodo Dragon its already installed, and if using Firefox/IceDragon wait a few days to download the 1.7.0.10 update -check cnets page shows that version number, that updates mostly for ff)

- for Firefox, things for https browsing are Force TLS and Site Identity Button Colors

- and as mentioned Comodos Dragon and IceDragon Browsers which are just security enhanced clones of Chrome and Firefox builds, making them  better featured out of the box, and still fully compatible with plugins

Also if you want an indication of the ideal TI forum site visit https://www.stopeg.com/forum/ Its got no unsecure content, no scripts or almost no cookies (in Chrome it lists only 2 cookies, while peacepink installs 21 cookies, including a super cookie, see Better Privacy above).  Its hands down what all forums should be like, especially these types

===Alternative to peacepinks chatbot===

If the chatbots bringing you grief, losing message, you might wanto try an alternative. I found one called CryptoCat that works in Firefox or Chrome or Safari/Mac (assume Safari Windows and Safari Mac). Have only tried it once, just now, and not sure what to make of it. My end got diconnected dozens of times, and tried a location near where the Crypto IPs meant to be but still had same trouble. The person i was talking with (in Europe) had no trouble at all, never disconnected. Abit confusing

Functionality has one drawbacks: when it disconnects it also wipes the conversation history (obviously only at your end) but ironically doesnt wipe what your mid way thru typing, normally youd expect that to be the thing wiped not the history. Anwway here a summary of security changes during its development, suggesting its now pretty secure, and fwiw, first saw it mentioned here.

the premise is anyone can start a conversation, and invite others by sharing its "conversation name" and it can have multiple people. Also necessary when making that name, to not use spaces. Otherwise its just a regular chatbot with encryption added, no setup required

Frequency is often talked about, but its properties are not always understood.  I hope the following will help you to understand why some countermeasures might have a chance at working, while others won't.

   The means used to carry a transmission to a receiver is a frequency (ie: radio station to radio).  Each spy bug, CB radio, and radio station use specific frequencies.  Cell phones, MW and GPS transmitters also use frequencies for transmission.

   You can identify some of the more common frequencies using a cheap frequency counter from eBay, then jam it by transmitting noise/music of your own over the top of the freq signal - without ever setting your eyes or hands on the transmitter.  Another way to block frequency from reaching you is to physically block the incoming transmission before it reaches you.

   Frequency is an electromagnetic wave which travels through the air.  This magnetic line of force varies constantly in intensity and polarity.  The operative word here is "magnetic".

   Have you ever driven under a bridge being held up by metal girders, and lost you car radio signal until you got to the other side?  The metal bridge and metal bridge supports surrounding you are actually absorbing the transmission.

   When a freq wave hits a piece of metal with "magnetic" properties (metal a magnet will stick to - so, aluminum won't work), it will grab this incoming freq (electromagnetic wave) and absorb/trap it in the metal.  This is why you don't hear the radio as you travel under that metal bridge, or for that matter, get cell reception in a store constructed using metal structural supports.

I am not smart. Even, my IQ is lower than you can imagine. But, I never try to ignore or defy some top leaders' will, resolution and judgement. The reason why you are keeping torturing me is : 1) protect yourselves 2) 逼宫 3) murder innocent people

Last Sunday, you traced my all the day in every possible ways. Afterwards, I knew UN fact-finder arrived in Canada this Monday. My case has something to do with UN's investigation? You panic? No need. Their purpose is just " resolve problem". I don't think they will do something against Canada. More wisely, more artistically, and more creatively can resolove any problems , including my case.

The very best countermeasure I have isn't one of my fancy cameras, or the freq counter, or any of the other little toys I've amassed over the past 13 years.  The day it dawned on me to IGNORE perp behavior, I discovered a valuable coping tool.  My life improved and I began to feel a little better because I was doing something besides participating in the "game" right along with the stalkers.  There are a lot of them, but without little old ME, there IS NO GAME.  It's like trying to play basketball without the ball.  To me, this is a real forehead slapper!

I've recently been doing a bit more surfing around than usual, and am amazed at how TIs focus on things like cars w/o hubcaps, cars passing each other at the end of your driveway and other screwy behavior.  This is meant to get TIs FULLY engaged and playing the game.  Perps refuse to leave us any real evidence and throw us the crumbs like synch driving behavior so they can get a good laugh.  Sure, we may be lean in the evidence department, but 4 cars driving by missing a hubcap is not something I want to video and give to the District Attorney, then ask him to prosecute them for harassing me.

If you can not gather useful information/evidence, IGNORE what they are doing - especially when they can not be identified in the picture/video.  I know ignoring the behavior is not always prudent or safe to do, but for the stupid stuff and the tactics designed to elicit an emotional response - you can ignore them.

Another VERY good reason to IGNORE your perps' behavior (unless it is truly life threatening) is because by so doing, you are withholding feedback.  Perps may have spent a lot of time studying you at the onset of GS, but you have evolved into a different person and there is no way for them to know how you will react, UNLESS YOU REACT.  If they try a new tactic, they watch you to see what kind of reaction you have, to know for sure whether it worked or not.  It is really only common sense that if you react negatively, they will continue doing what you do not like.  If you "steel yourself" and force yourself to show no reaction, the new tactic will stop a whole lot quicker than if you start crying or swearing at them.

One last benefit which is important and needs to be mentioned is that if you ignore your perps on a consistent basis and pretty much let them do what they want (in a controlled way), they relax and get sloppy about seeing you as a threat.  They simply figure they have beaten you down and you are not capable of resistance (see you as now being under control).  Trust me when I say that with a little thought and planning on your part, you might just be able to spring some impressive set-ups and traps on them (no, not bear traps).  If you do it right, they will never suspect or see it coming.

Before I get comments hurled at me re "letting them have their way and do what they want", consider that they are pretty much going to do what they want whether you try to stop them or not.  The less you show you care what they do or even notice that they are doing it, the quicker the tactic/behavior will stop.

Stick a pin in their balloon so they don't get to enjoy themselves so much at your expense.

It has been previously reported that the mentality of NSA chief Gen. Keith Alexander is captured by his motto "Collect it All". It's a get-everything approach he pioneered first when aimed at an enemy population in the middle of a war zone in Iraq, one he has now imported onto US soil, aimed at the domestic population and everyone else.
But a perhaps even more disturbing and revealing vignette into the spy chief's mind comes from a new Foreign Policy article describing what the journal calls his "all-out, barely-legal drive to build the ultimate spy machine".

The personality driving all of this - not just Alexander's but much of Washington's - is perhaps best captured by this one passage, highlighted by PBS' News Hour in a post entitled: "NSA director modeled war room after Star Trek's Enterprise". The room was christened as part of the "Information Dominance Center"

"When he was running the Army's Intelligence and Security Command, Alexander brought many of his future allies down to Fort Belvoir for a tour of his base of operations, a facility known as the Information Dominance Center. It had been designed by a Hollywood set designer to mimic the bridge of the starship Enterprise from Star Trek, complete with chrome panels, computer stations, a huge TV monitor on the forward wall, and doors that made a 'whoosh' sound when they slid open and closed. Lawmakers and other important officials took turns sitting in a leather 'captain's chair' in the center of the room and watched as Alexander, a lover of science-fiction movies, showed off his data tools on the big screen.

"'Everybody wanted to sit in the chair at least once to pretend he was Jean-Luc Picard,' says a retired officer in charge of VIP visits."
But now, on the website of DBI Architects, Inc. of Washington and Reston, Virginia, there are what purports to be photographs of the actual Star-Trek-like headquarters commissioned by Gen. Alexander that so impressed his Congressional overseers. It's a 10,740 square foot labyrinth in Fort Belvoir, Virginia. The brochure touts how "the prominently positioned chair provides the commanding officer an uninterrupted field of vision to a 22'-0" wide projection screen"

The glossy display further describes how "this project involved the renovation of standard office space into a highly classified, ultramodern operations center." Its "primary function is to enable 24-hour worldwide
visualization, planning, and execution of coordinated information operations for the US Army and other federal agencies." It gushes: "The futuristic, yet distinctly military, setting is further reinforced by the Commander's console, which gives the illusion that one has boarded a star ship"

If you fear a video camera has been placed in your home, the chances are that it is wireless.  Hardwired cameras entail not only a source of electricity, but also audio/video cable connecting the camera to a storage device or viewer at the other end.  Another possibility would be that the storage device was left in your home and the perps will pick it up when you leave.

In the event a wireless camera was left, you might be in luck.  I just purchased a wireless camera on eBay and while playing around with it, thought of something important.   Note the tuning knob on top of the receiver.  This tuning knob allows you to tune in to the AUDIO and/or VIDEO signals the wireless camera is sending out.

 If there is a spy camera in your home, you might just be able to intercept that signal by tuning in on it with a receiver of your own.  If it works, it would tell you right where the spy camera was hidden.

This little wireless camera works exceptionally well, and does have audio.  Now I not only have a wireless camera, I also have a wireless transmitter ("bug").  I'll have to test it out to see if I can pick up any perp bugs or cameras operating within range.
