"The only purpose of Non-Lethal Weapons is to incapacitate targets and change their behaviors." ---NATO . Actually, I can hardly sleep now.
When I woke up around 2:30 o'clock in the morning, I " saw" from window my Philippine neighbor at once turned off their dim light. What those 3 Philippine couples have much in common are when I sleep they all don't sleep with their lights on. And, they are stalking madly me.

They, in Ontario, Canada extremely don't "like " UN, UN Human Rights Office/Chiefs, UN Human Rights Council, ICC prosecutor, UN Peacekeeping, Amnety International, International Bar Association. ( They all stand up for me !)
So, please send these below to them, please work together to fight those torturers, war criminals, criminals against humanity in Canada because 4 percent of our people in some countries are terribly suffering what I am seriouly suffering regardless of the direcct and indirect warnings from UN, UN Human Rights Office, UN Human Rights Council, UN Security Council, ICC, and International Bar Association.
