Oggetto: disdetta anticipata RC Auto causa «Bracalonaggio» delle Commissioni Patenti affiliate ai CasaMonika di RoMafia Capitale

Io sottoscritto Matteo TĒNNI (in arte AtlantiTeo con iscrizione E.N.P.A.L.S. nel 2000), espongo quanto segue al finora corretto, disponibile, diplomatico gruppo ITAS [(diatec3ntino)].

Da circa un decennio sono costretto a revisionare periodicamente la patente. Se la mia patente di guida conseguita nel 1995 aveva una scadenza di dieci (10) anni, da un decennio circa deve subire irrisorie revisioni che portano nelle casse più di 100 (cento) Euro a botta alle squillo della Commissione Patenti, le quali effettuano visite scandalose nei confronti di moltissimi cittadini/e. L’escamotage non porta a nessuna prevenzione. Solo ad una schedatura/marchiatura più sofisticata della STASI (D.D.R.) e a ridicole viste mediche che sono formalità come (cito degli esempi) quando per il passaggio di proprietà di un veicolo era necessario pagare da 500mila £ire per la banale firma di un notaio effettuata in pochi minuti, oppure (cito un altro esempio) come quando per chi lavorava nel settore ristorazione era necessario rinnovare ogni anno il Libretto Sanitario e un Ufficiale Medico apportava subito una firma per il rinnovo che costava ogni volta 50mila £ire e -a differenza dei germanici- potevi aver avuto perfino il tifo, il colera, la salmonella, la scabbia, la SARS, l’ebola, la Suina N1H1 e nemmeno verificava. Appuntava subito la firma come il notaio e chiedeva 50.000 £ire. Non erano solo della formalità che poi sono state abolite? E lo stesso accade oggi con le Commissioni Patenti che spazzano più di 100 €uro a botta lavorando più delle squillo facendo ricomprare più volte la stessa patente plastificata a coloro che sono finiti nel loro circolo vizioso.

Logicamente le voci di corridoio affermano che se sei figlio di una toga, di un camice bianco (un loro collega), di una divisa o di colletto bianco si rimette tutto a posto alla svelta per “magia” come per Andreatta e Rossi. Come scriveva Giovanni Giolitti: “Per gli amici le leggi si interpretano, per i nemici si applicano”. [Nepotismo]

Da oltre un decennio devo subire rinnovi dalla cOMMISSIONE pATTENTI che sono solo formalità e non hanno alcuna reale pertinenza medica, ma anzi, servono a far cassa nell’illegale Bracalonaggio che fa rima con Comparaggio (farmaceutico) e Signoraggio (bancario).

La mia vignetta elaborata e studiata nei dettagli mostra (a parte un po' di satira) la dinamica del crimine reale che non viene perpetrato solo da agenti in divisa. Prima li spolpano come Robin di Loksley e dopo li buttano in galera asserendo che è la legge (di John Lackland | Johan sanz Terre).

Dal 2006 al 2016 ricevetti rinnovi di soli due anni. Sempre anni pari. 2006, 2008, 2010, 2012, 2014. Giunto al 2016 è logico che decisi la via intelligente e diplomatica di portare un punteggio complessivo distinto agli sceriffi con auto-certificazioni e dati facilmente appurabili per una loro miglior valutazione.

• Trenta 30 punti sulla patente di guida stra-guadagnati perché non ho mai mai beneficiato di alcuna contravvenzione al contrario (detta multa alla rovescia) introdotta dalla Provincia di Trento che è servita solo per far apparire PAT brava agli occhi d’Italia. Mai vista «infliggere»!

• RC Auto di prima categoria. Vostro Gruppo ITAS non può altro che confermare che non vi sono sinistri dall’attestato di rischio e (ATTENZIONE ITAS) gliene lasciai fotocopia che è quindi depositata agli atti dal 7 novembre 2016

• 11 decimi per occhio (11/10 + 11/10)

• Un numero imprecisato di interventi di messa in sicurezza delle strade: interventi di primo soccorso ad altri incidentati, animali selvatici investiti e lasciati agonizzanti da altri e in 2 casi con la targa anteriore smarrita, stalattiti, ecc. vedi PDF inviato ai Vigili del fuoco Trento prima del rinnovo depositato agli atti.

Cosa è successo la mattina del 7 novembre 2016 con tale ennesimo rinnovo preparato nei dettagli tanto da indurmi al preavviso anticipato verso il gruppo ITAS nel giugno 2017? Non solo non è stata rinnovata fino al 7 novembre 2018 (i soliti 2 anni), ma anzi, a portare tale punteggio da marziani mi è stata perfino dimezzata. Scade il 7 novembre 2017. Nemmeno 7 novembre 2018 e chiedevo solo il giusto e cioè 4 (quattro) anni con la data 7 novembre 2020. Quando un uomo chiede il giusto, bisogna dare il giusto. Se sei così imbecille perfino da dimezzare per spazzare soldi in Bracalonaggio significa crearsi acerrimi nemici in Ⓐnarchia come lo Sceriffo di Nottingham. E si fa notare che a causa della casta, è fin troppo comprensibile che sempre più compagni imbracciano l’anarchia delle molotov perché non si può ragionare con la casta. La casta è autistica è vive nel suo mondo di economisti. Quindi basta colpire la casta con interventi incendiari mirati alla sua economia. Non si può ragionare da persone civili con questa gente. Solo restituir loro i danni.

Per dovere di cronaca, dopo tale «bracalonata» del 7 novembre 2016 in cui agli atti ho lasciato copia del pdf inviato ai Vigili del fuoco, alcuni giorni dopo ed esattamente in data 21 novembre 2016 mi vedevo di nuovo impegnato come 1° soccorritore in questo sinistro causato da una cerva che aveva coinvolto ben due veicoli che ostruivano la SP90 all’altezza della frazione di SANTA LUCIAzzolini di CHIZZOLA. La fatalità volle che la Toyota YARIS grigia nello sfondo dell’articolo è Vostra (assicurata) ed è lì semplicemente in veste di primo soccorritore col solito giaccone arancione/blu catarifrangente da “stradim”.

Fatto di cronaca di una cerva investita da ben due automobili avvenuto lunedì 21/11/2016, andato in stampa mercoledì 23/11/2016 sui quotidiani, mentre lunedì 07/11/2016 alle 9:20Am avevo ennesimo rinnovo patente e già in data 19/10/2016 avevo inviato la missiva alla segreteria del Comando Vigili del Fuoco a Trento di sole tre (3) pagine che vi allego facendole depositare anche nei Vostri di archivi. Fatalità o «coincidenza rolliana» mi trovo la macchina nello sfondo grazie alla foto scattata dal giornalista e non ho poco da rognare ancora dal 7 novembre (non certo con i giornalisti), sul rinnovo patente perché ho perso intere giornate tra bollettini, file alla posta, foto, certificati, autocertificazioni, proroga con marca bollo di altri 16 €uro, benzina per andare fino a Trento in MCTC, altri 6,86 + telefonate alle poste e altre lunghe file, telefonate, tagliandi parcheggio pagamento. Vediamo quindi con calma (avendo io tempo fino al 7 novembre 2017) di preparare al meglio il conto delle spese, il rimborso e la «fattura» alla Commissione Patenti attraverso l'Avvocatessa Maria I3ERTOLETTI in Toldini dal foro e tribunale di Pilcante.

Dopo di me giungeva l’auto «Service» con a bordo il giornalista/paparazzo(?) poi in successione il mezzo del Soccorso ACI guidato da Gaetano, il mezzo pesante dei Vigili del Fuoco (VdF 09L TN) con a bordo Sebastiano ed infine la FIAT Punto dei CC di Rovereto (CC CP059) con capo pattuglia il BrigantBrigadier Davide COCCO anziché SuperSalvo Vincenzo. In totale 5 automobili e 2 mezzi pesanti perché la strada è stretta, il punto è nettamente privo di illuminazione ed era buio pesto. I due incidentati (entrambi di origine straniera) avevano solo chiamato il Soccorso ACI ed era logico in base alla mia preparazione che necessitavano in primis di luce e di un mezzo del VdF per rimuovere tutti i detriti. Una targa anteriore era finita a circa sei metri (6 passi) di distanza in una semi-scarpata e senza luce non ce ne saremmo nemmeno accorti. Fatalità anche stavolta il primo a transitare a sinistro avvenuto ero io (poteva benissimo essere un altro) e come mi impone il mio codice dovevo fermarmi e sono stufo di tacere e mandar giù bocconi indigesti per far revisionare un documento a degli imbecilli che a parer mio non saprebbero nemmeno effettuare un primo intervento nonostante il camicino bianco sempre bello pulito e stirato! Mi ogni volta ore e ore a doverme fermare a far el so mister nel binar su la zent che se fata mal o bestie investite e lori lì nel so ambulatoriet a far zo carte marze e viver da siorazzi michelazzi e far el bel e el cativo tempo a seconda de come ié levadi dal let!

Metto inoltre a verbale che in data 30/11/2017 ho telefonato in segreteria Commissione Patenti con telefonata perdurata 10:37 minuti →archiviata←. La segretaria FEDERICA non avendo nemmeno capito le mie ragioni mi chiedeva se dovesse già inviarmi la documentazione da compilare in modo da rimettermi in fila per il rinnovo patente del 2017. Se il gruppo ITAS non lo sà, suggeriscono di chiamare almeno 8/10 mesi prima della scadenza perché hanno una fila interminabile che farebbe invidia ad ogni ristoratore del Garda. Hanno talmente tanto afflusso di clientela, che perfino la Baia Imperiale di Riccione se la sogna. Si informino su questo dettaglio che certamente ignorano. Bisognerebbe telefonare 8/10 mesi prima perché hanno tutto prenotato. Nemmeno le zone sciistiche invernali sono così fortunate di avere un pernottamento interminabile che costa più di 100.000 £ire a cliente. Facciano due conti se non è business prolifico diminuire il più possibile le scadenze dei rinnovi per gli sfarzosi funerali dei loro boss a Roma: i CasaMonika!

Ma siamo imbecilli o cretidioti? Non solo non ho i soliti 2 (due) anni di tempo bensì 1 (uno), ma per la loro malattia mentale cronica -nonostante punteggi più alti di loro- mi dovrei pure rimettere in fila per le 100.000 £ire da far giungere al dottor Stefano BUZZI e a professor Massimo CARMINATI quando per meritocrazia me ne spettavamo almeno quattro (4). Nemmeno finita la trafila e mi devo già rimettere in fila? Non mi chiamo Pinco Pallino e nemmeno Banana Joe!

Siamo sputtanati? Direi proprio che questa Commissione Patenti è Sputtanata e Sputtanante. E quindi, gentile signora AZZOLINI e Gruppo ITAS ho preso la decisione di bloccare tutto perché io non voglio frequentare persone sputtanate e sputtananti. Non amo sputtanarmi nemmeno con sinistri (e lo vedono bene dall’attestato di rischio che è zero) e se costoro invece vivono di carte marze e di sputtanate meglio lasciarli nel loro mondo sputtanante. Nemmeno in catena di montaggio o alle mescole della Marangoni Pneumatici ho mai visto così tanta produzione e mi chiedo se costoro sappiano usare un bisturi o uno stetoscopio o almeno come si svolge un intervento di primo soccorso in caso di sinistri o animali investiti. Tra qualche pagina i nomi e cognomi con la lista dettagliata degli sputtanati e malfamati in camice bianco che è meglio non frequentare. Meglio frequentare il Circolo Pensionati o il Circolo Cabana in quanto persone più nobili.

Qualcuno di Voi ha espletato il Servizio di Leva Obbligatorio? La naja giusto per capirci?

«Ai miei tempi» (la solita frase dei veci) se facevi qualcosa di superlativo si ricevevano giorni di licenzia premio. Se si cagionavano grosse marachelle venivano inflitti giorni di riga. C’era una certa osservanza della meritocrazia.

A farla breve, con il mio punteggio sarebbe come compiere una buona missione e invece di ricevere i 4 giorni di licenza premio ricevere 4 mesi di carcere militare a Peschiera del Garda e scarpae nele bale. Cosa succedeva con idioti e del genere? Senza rovistare alla Folgore di Pisa, ci furono commilitoni che si impiccavano oppure sputavano addosso al Capitano o davano da matto come nell’ammutinamento del Bounty. Di solito erano i sottotenenti a creare molti problemi perché l’ambizione era di arrivare alla svelta al grado di Capitano ed erano disumani assassini.

Questi «scienziati» della Commissione Patenti non sono altro che “roversi come i Carabinieri”. Leggano bene i nomi della lista dei macrocefali che segue perché la demenzialità è di essere Ufficiali dell’E.I. Chi ha fatto la naja dovrebbe metterci poco ad inquadrare grado e nome e notare la bizzarria perché ci sono medici militari che vogliono sentenziare civili di ogni sesso ed età i quali non avendo fatto servizio militare o servizio civile risultano indecorosi e se deve spiegartelo un mona del ‘77 siamo proprio messi male. Rigidi proprio perché impostati da militari e questo dettaglio dovrebbe essere chiaro a tutta la trafila dei civili che devono fare revisione periodica. Vedremo di spammarla in tutta la regione così, una volta acculturati su questo dettaglio e rammentando quanto sono rigidi e assurdi tali carognette, la popolazione potrà presentarsi ai loro rinnovi in divisa o perlomeno più preparata sapendo chi ha di fronte!

Ho avuto modo di vedere uscire una signora che minacciava di andare per avvocati (questa fu la sua espressione in dialetto) e altri ancora mogi mogi prima e dopo dopo di me ed imprecare. →→→Ho usato lo SmartPhone←←← E se ne vedono e documentano di cose fino a stufarsi. Questo lavoro di controllare tali camici bianchi dovrebbe farlo un serio Ispettorato, i NAS (antimalasanità), o una Commissione di Vigilanza oppure una qualche Associazione o Comitato a tutela dell’utenza dei non consumatori. Fanno cassa proprio come il Comandante Vigili di Trento Lino GiacoMoni, il quale, nel tranvai del Governo Mario Monti BilderBerg ordinò ai suoi sottoposti di infliggere non una, ma quattro multe a cranio per bilanciare le casse dell’amministrazione comunale e venne sbattuto sui giornali da qualche sottoposto coerente e corretto come Mr GiacoMone Bracalone 2012 con tapiro e Tonca ne l’ADEs. Un plauso e un grazie a chi si è ribellato e lo ha sbattuto su l’Adige!

10) Stia tranquillo che gli oneri aggiuntivi li stiamo pagando noi Onorevole Ugo ROSSI e li stiamo pagando perfino con morti sospette e vandalismi di ogni tipo. Lo stesso Ugo ROSSI che con auto blu ha causato incidente mortale con un autista che non era né sotto effetto alcol (a differenza del sindaco ANDREATTA) né sotto effetto droghe e nemmeno sotto effetto di psicofarmaci eppure il sinistro mortale lo ha causato lo stesso. E poi asserite di fare prevenzione su di noi quando è far cassa alla GiacoMoni spudoratamente e non sapete nemmeno ricordare cosa significa strada sdrucciolevole. Quel giorno pioveva e viaggiava ai 133 Km/h. Riceverà copia anche Lei signor Rossi di Samoclevo di tal missiva.

Per quanti anni è rinnovata la patente del signor Andreatta? Dovrà fare periodicamente tutta la trafila anch’egli oppure ha scadenza 15 anni solo perché é Andreatta?!

E dopo il signor Rossi, il signor Andreatta, il signor Giacomoni si chiedono perché parecchie persone incendiano colonnine arancioni, auto d’ordinanza, caserme, abitazioni di consiglieri, archivi del municipio, conventi di suore, auto delle poste, mezzi dei vigili del fuoco, tralicci, antenne tv e via via. (vedi quotidiani più avanti che sto collezionando da mesi).

E come dimostra la cronaca, in alcuni casi non vanno a fuoco le auto d’ordinanza pagate dai contribuenti o dei beni pubblici, ma proprio i beni privati come questa Peugeot 106 intestata ad una vigilessa a Canazei o l’abitazione privata del Consigliere a Malosco di gennaio 2017.

E’ fin troppo comprensibile che sempre più compagni imbracciano l’anarchia delle molotov perché non si può ragionare con la casta. La casta è autistica è vive nel suo mondo di economisti. Quindi basta colpire la casta con interventi incendiari mirati alla sua economia e se colpisci i loro beni privati anziché quelli pubblici il danno è minore per i contribuenti e maggiore per i singoli.

Rivediamo il mio punteggio attualmente privo di incidenti mortali:-

• 30 punti sulla patente

• RC Auto di 1^a categoria (vedi attestato rischio)

• 11 decimi per occhio (11/10). Da sottolineare che le tre camicette bianche che avevo di fronte in data 7 novembre 2016 furono: Dott.ssa Giovanna PIVA, Cap. me Valerio LAVORGNA (Pidiellino & Forza Italia come On. Gabriella MAFFIOLETTI la quale dovrà far scuola ai popi della sua stessa parrocchia), dott.ssa Margherita MASTROMARINO (piddina) portano tutti gli occhiali. Praticamente orbi che vogliono revisionare uno che ci vede meglio di loro. La vista dell’aquila del buon vecchio Giovanni (il più giovane degli 11+1). Si denuncia che scrivono il falso perché pur essendo 11/10 scrivono ogni volta 10/10 asserendo che a loro bastano 10/10.

  E da falsi che sono, andrebbero trattati da falsari attraverso escamotage simili a quelli del noto dottor Aldo SEMERARI (wikipedia) perché sono proprio i primi a falsificare documenti. Se il pene del dottor LAVORGNA (a dx) fosse di 15 centimetri avrebbe piacere che io scrivessi in un atto che esso è di 10 centimetri? Penso di essere abbastanza esplicito Caporale del mio pene!

  Se i decimi sono 11 (undici) si segna 11 (undici). Nemmeno il dottor MUSCOLINO (a sx) che ha la specifica di oculista in una precedente visita ha scritto 11/10. Dei falsari. Sono dei fake/falsi! Abili falsari e sono rammaricato non aver mai potuto beneficiare del dottor Aldo SEMERARI come la banda della Magliana.

• una marea di interventi (alcuni difficoltosi) per rimettere le strade in sicurezza (vedi PDF inviato al Comando Vigili Fuoco a Trento).

Io mi aspettavo che con una certa intelligenza e buonsenso con tali punteggi di valore →→oggettivo e forense←← aumentassero il rinnovo a 4 (quattro) anni anziché 2 (due). Quindi di ottenere la scadenza con data 7 novembre 2020 anziché i soliti due anni. Cosa hanno fatto una volta mostrato il punteggio? Me l’hanno rinnovata per un solo anno. Scade il 7 novembre 2017. Nemmeno nella legione straniera francese o nella Folgore sono così cretioditi. La decisione repentina venne stabilita e firmata da Giovanna PIVA con il benemerito tacito del Cap. Med. Valerio LAVORGNA e Margherita MASTROMARINO.

Sono medici scadenti, nervosi, stressatissimi, eccessivamente zelanti, fuorvianti, che godono nel generare malesseri non solo a me, ma a tante persone (uomini, donne, giovani, anziani e →tuti dei nosi←) come riaccertai quella mattina e che indubbiamente necessitavano di SmartPhone. Per non parlare dei due “segretari”. Talmente stanchi e stressati anche “la rossa” e “il biondo” da riversare anch’essi i fumi dello stress di un lavoro di nessuna utilità sui revisionanti. Bancali e barele de carte marze per far ricomprare la patente decine di volte per poco più di 100mila £ire da moltiplicare per tutto l’afflusso di clienti. Sistemi «legali» come quelli di BUZZI e CARMINATI in cui non si rischia come con droga e armi. Se ho un rinnovo valido 2 anni spazzano 100 Euro, ma se dimezzano ne spazzano 200. Figuriamoci darne 4 (quattro). Sarebbe un ammanco nelle loro tasche bracaloniche e vanno in perdita i nostri economisti dal camice bianco.

Sono costretto a far notare al gruppo ITAS che una RC Auto dà un qualcosa di tangibile. Si tratta di una garanzia perché fa prevenzione. È indiscutibile che una RC Auto previene possibili problemi derivanti da sinistro. Previene e copre nei limiti del possibile sia chi ha causato il sinistro, sia chi né è rimasto coinvolto giusto? È bilaterale una polizza assicurativa giusto? Siamo chiari fino qui? Costoro invece non svolgono nessuna prevenzione a differenza Vostra. Tirano ad indovinare in base al loro tono d’umore logicamente influenzato dal loro nervoso, stress, in chiara astenia (ασθένος) a causa un ambiente troppo sofisticato e malsano e riversano sul pubblico. E ovviamente fanno girare i testicoli a tutti/e, i quali, non stanno espletando il dovere del Servizio Militare di leva obbligatorio o servizio civile. Mentre l’assicurazione serve e fa prevenzione, la Commissione Patenti fa solo confusione e 100 €uro a botta che sono buttate nel bidone. Un esempio? Mi hanno inviato a casa la documentazione del signor Tullio BERTAIOLA di Riva del Garda il quale, per un suo rinnovo deve portare emocromo e altra documentazione. Talmente maldestri, da inviare a me la documentazione di questa persona residente a RdG che logicamente non conosco, il quale verrà messo al corrente di quest’altra loro marachella e potrà decidere se per violazione privacy li vuol portare in causa civile passando da ufficio Affari Generali e Legali della ASL e accentuarne il peculato. Dal momento che Carlo GIOVANARDI li ha istruiti con “Tolleranza Zero” e sono militari, si applicherà la stessa legge marziale anziché preservare un sano rapporto umano e dignitoso come prevederebbe il vero scopo della medicina. Ci avete tartassati ad ogni minimo errore? Ci avete decultato punti e fatto pagare l’ira di Dio? Avete dimezzato la durata dei rinnovi? E allora vedremo di non perdonare nessun vostro minimo errore proprio come a militare ed essere ancora più severi. Cosa siamo noi per voi? Semplicemente merce o un numero aziendale!

L’assicurazione (RC Auto) attualmente mi costa sui 250/260 Euro all’anno nonostante il premio che continua a salire. Se devo spendere ogni volta sui 120/130 €uro per marche da bollo, proroga, benzina fino alla MCTC di Trento, parcheggio, fotografie, patente nuova plastificata da più di 12 Euro, telefonate alla posta, alla stessa Commissione patenti e tutto ciò per mantenere loro e le loro Massonerie e Mafionerie non vi sembra cortesi assicuratori che faccio prima a mandarli tutti in MOdeNA e andare a tirar sassi nell’Adige? (A tirar sasi en l’Ades come dis el proverbio). Voi come tutte le compagnie assicurative date una tangibile copertura atta a prevenzione loro invece cosa offrono?

Offrono di aver perso un cliente diligente tuttavia si consiglia all’ITAS di prendere la palla al balzo e proporre a tutta la lista degli «scienziati» a pagina 5 e 6 un’ottima polizza assicurativa sulla vita, sulla casa e sui loro mezzi (soprattutto furto/INCENDIO) cosi bilanceremo le casse del Gruppo ITAS (diatec3ntino) che in questi giorni è spesso sulla cronaca giudiziaria.

Sig.ra Azzolini non si faccia sfuggire l’opportunità di assicurarli tutti. Una buona polizza sulla vita, sul mezzo, e sull’abitazione, così con i loro soldi ci compriamo altri 2/3 giocatori per la Diatec 3ntino. Prenda in serio esame il mio suggerimento di stipular loro polizze con un premio minimo perché si sono fatti una marea di «amici» e di «fans» come l’Itas Diatec Trentino del PANEM ET CIRCESES.

Dom, 16/04/2017 – 07:02 Nuova bufera Itas: altre accuse a Grassi «Due dipendenti rimossi»

Non solo la presunta estorsione ai danni del presidente del Gruppo Itas, Giovanni Di Benedetto, fatto pedinare e ricattato - secondo i pm - per incassare il ricco premio ed ottenere l'impunità, evitando una denuncia. Secondo l'accusa l'ex direttore Ermanno Grassi avrebbe messo in atto «condotte minatorie» anche nei confronti di altri dipendenti dell'agenzia di assicurazione. Persone che sarebbero poi state «rimosse» dal loro incarico, per avere di fatto ficcato il naso in «affari» che non li riguardavano. Dalla ricostruzione fatta davanti ai carabinieri del Ros del Generale Giampaolo Coca Ganzer emerge anche che molti - in azienda - avrebbero saputo dei presunti illeciti, soprattutto per quanto riguardava il sistema di fatturazione. Televisori o elettrodomestici che, per esempio, sarebbero stati indicati come chiavette usb. Tanto da fare dire ad un dipendente: «Se entra la Finanza andiamo tutti in galera».

24/05/2017 - Trento – Il Consiglio di amministrazione di Itas Mutua, riunitosi martedì a Trento, ha nominato Raffaele Agrusti quale nuovo direttore generale di Itas Mutua. Il CdA ha anche nominato Alessandro Molinari vicedirettore generale. Una scelta fortemente condivisa dal Consiglio per dare continuità all’operato della Compagnia con una figura interna che saprà supportare nel migliore dei modi il nuovo direttore fondando una struttura direzionale coesa.

28 dicembre 2014 - Sequestrata la Bmw del medico in fuga dopo l'incidente
E' uno psichiatra l’automobilista di una Bmw Z3 di lusso nei guai per omissione di soccorso.

PISA. Auto sequestrata e patente ritirata, con taglio di dieci punti, per lo psichiatra denunciato la sera di Natale per omissione di soccorso, lesioni e rifiuto di sottoporsi all’etilometro e al test per accertare l’eventuale assunzione di sostanze stupefacenti. Il 36enne medico di San Giuliano Terme, dottor Enzo Ciardella, protagonista di un incidente con due feriti sulla Calcesana, con quel no all’alcoltest si ritrova in automatico la contestazione più grave delle tre ipotesi di guida in stato di ebbrezza: quella nella quale si supera il tasso di 1,5 g/l. La legge prevede la confisca del veicolo, se di proprietà di chi guida. E poi c’è anche la parte penale con l’ammenda da 1.500 a 6.000 euro e l’arresto da 3 mesi a un anno. Non solo. Si rischia la sospensione della patente da 1 a 2 anni secondo quanto deciderà la prefettura.

Quando gli hanno spiegato senza tanti giri di parole quello a cui sarebbe andato incontro nel proseguire con un atteggiamento che già lo aveva compromesso, si è lasciato convincere. Gli hanno chiesto di fare l’alcoltest e lo psichiatra si è rifiutato. Un secondo no è arrivato anche per il test sull’assunzione di sostanze stupefacenti. Oltre che con il codice penale, lo psichiatra dovrà anche fare i conti con il suo ordine professionale e gli eventuali provvedimenti disciplinari. E, non ultimo, con la sua *coscienza di medico.

09/12/2015 – VENEZIA ||| Sembra uno scherzo ma non lo è: è cronaca di oggi.

Psichiatra ha un crollo, gli fanno il Tso per superare una crisi psicotica.

E’ costata così molto cara, a un giovane dottore specialista milanese, la passione scoppiata per una collega. Una passione insopprimibile ed eccessiva per una dottoressa nata tra i letti dei degenti di un famoso istituto milanese, il Pio Albergo Trivulzio, antica casa di riposo nota anche come la ‘Baggina’.

Il medico, uno psichiatra, è stato colto, per ironia della sorte, da una crisi psicotica ed è finito dove di solito spedisce i pazienti più gravi, cioè nel reparto psichiatrico di un pronto soccorso per essere sottoposto a un Trattamento Sanitario Obbligatorio (Tso).

Una storia che ha davvero del grottesco, se non fosse che il dottore, oltre al danno, rischia ora anche di perdere il lavoro e di non vedere più la sua adorata dottoressa che, per di più, non ne vuole proprio sapere di lui e potrebbe anche denunciarlo per stalking viste le sue reiterate azioni, evidentemente ritenute molto poco romantiche e assai più invece come molestie.

Il fatto è accaduto lunedì sera, quando l’uomo si è recato sul posto di lavoro pur non essendo in turno.
Si è presentato nella struttura cominciando a proferire frasi sconnesse ad alta voce e chiedendo della sua ‘fiamma’. Quando poi ha preso in mano un estintore, malati, personale medico e infermieristico, si sono chiusi nelle stanze e hanno chiamato il 112.

I carabinieri, giunti numerosi, hanno faticato a rintracciarlo per la labirintica struttura, ma alla fine lo hanno trovato in cortile e lo hanno convinto a seguirli al pronto soccorso dell’ospedale S.Carlo.

A lui, 34 anni, residente a Pavia, sarebbe stata diagnosticata una ‘crisi psicotica e paranoide’ dai colleghi. I carabinieri non confermano il movente passionale, ma alla base del gesto, pare, ci sarebbe proprio l’infatuazione per una collega che lavorerebbe nello stesso istituto e che non lo corrisponde, anzi che considera le sue attenzioni come una vera e propria persecuzione.

Al momento l’uomo non è stato indagato per l’azione, dato che il TSO prevede già un iter giudiziario. Anche se, in questo caso, potrebbe essere ritenuto anche un trattamento sanitario non coatto, vista l’accettazione da parte del ricoverato al trasporto in ospedale all’arrivo dei militari.
La denuncia però rischia di vedersela fare dalla sua ‘amata’ collega, che probabilmente non si lascerà sfuggire l’occasione per liberarsi del suo stalker in camice bianco.

Con tale notizia di cronaca abbiamo accertato scientificamente che una crisi di nervi o esaurimento nervoso possono sopraggiungere perfino per un medico nonostante si creda una divinità. Si ritiene che andando avanti a questi ritmi autolesionisti, lo stesso personale della Commissione Patenti possa incombere in ricoveri coatti al pari del protagonista sul quotidiano veneziano. La terapia consigliata è di allungare i tempi e di non strafare nella catena di montaggio con le persone che debbono revisionare. Si ritiene inoltre che alcuni di loro soffrano della Sindrome di HUBRIS. I più sensibili a tale sindrome sono proprio coloro che esercitano un ruolo i potere o di comando. (Il potere dà alla testa recita un antico proverbio) ed essendoci militari potrebbero essere portatori della patologia.

Si invita tutto il personale della commissione patenti come coloro che indossano toga, divisa e colletto bianco a non sottovalutare tale Sindrome e di farsi seguire periodicamente da uno specialista come il dottor Giuseppe RASPADORI psicologo di Trento.

E' relativamente recente la definizione nel mondo della psichiatria moderna della “Sindrome di Hubris” , questa malattia psichiatrica colpisce prevalentemente chi esercita una qualche forma di potere, come quella derivante ad esempio da una grandissima disponibilità economica. La sindrome di Hubris, secondo il medico e politico inglese Lord David Owen, è un disturbo psichiatrico simile in molte sue dinamiche, alla compulsione e alla dipendenza da gioco d'azzardo (ludopatia). Il contesto è simile a quello di altri tre disturbi della personalità, quello istrionico, quello narcisistico e quello antisociale ma a differenza di questi, tende a dare anche dipendenza, e in caso di repentini crolli del potere o della ricchezza può anche in alcuni casi spingere al suicidio. Presentato per la prima volta al grande pubblico con un articolo sul Guardian del 2009 a firma di Sarah Boseley , questa sindrome è caratterizzata da comportamenti arroganti e ispirati a presunzione, che si accompagnano ad una preoccupazione maniacale per la propria immagine e carriera. Il termine Hubris infatti deriva dal greco antico dove veniva considerato uno tra i più gravi crimini e il suo significato indica presunzione, arroganza e orgoglio. Questa sindrome si presenta il più delle volte nelle persone che gestiscono qualche tipo di potere, specie se ciò si protrae nel tempo e se al potere si aggiunge il successo. A Trento durante il rinnovo 2014 ho chiaramente diagnosticato un medico che era più che affetto da tale patologia e negava ogni possibile accertamento sanitario. Ho inoltre notato che si fanno subito scudo di due agenti di polizia perché a Trento (a differenza di Rovereto) li hanno già presi a sberle e a calci ed invece di curarli li hanno blindati con due agenti, i quali, come Guardie Giurate non possono negare il malcostume che regna, il loro stress che viene riversato sui civili e il Bracalonaggio delle 100mila £ire oltre ad atteggiamenti istrionici e una forma narcisismo cluster B. Non vogliono curarsi e rifiutano i miei consigli terapeutici oltre alle diagnosi azzeccate. E dalla cronaca di Pisa e Venezia abbiamo medici in omissione soccorso e TSO. Si credono invincibili o divinità e sono solo bipedi con pollice opponibile.

TERAPIA domiciliare per contenere la Sindrome di Hubris: una compressa di Imperare Sibi al dié

Imperare sibi è una locuzione latina che in italiano significa letteralmente Comandare a sé (stessi) prima che agli altri. La sentenza completa, presso Seneca, è: imperare sibi maximum imperium est (comandare a se stessi è il massimo imperio), è la più alta forma di comando. [Lettere a Lucilio,CXIII.30]

Ripresa anche dagli autori latini, fra i quali Plauto e Cicerone. Anche nella Bibbia è detto che essere padroni dei propri istinti vale più che espugnare una fortezza. [Proverbi, XVI.32].

I veri capi hanno una grande padronanza di sè e meritano tanto di cappello. Di loro puoi fidarti,ma non di certi "capetti" che usano il comando per sopraffare e vale non solo in ambito aziendale o manageriale, ma nella vita in generale. O magari solo per il piacere di comandare, perché il comandare - dicono in Sicilia - è meglio che fare sesso o fare all'amore, essendo un piacere ed un godimento assai duraturo e non un piacere momentaneo come un orgasmo che dura pochi attimi.
A Napule c'è lo stesso modo di dire : " O cummanna' è meglio d' 'o fottere" (Comandare è meglio che copulare).

I tedeschi hanno un modo di dire similare dimostrando che tutto il mondo è paese, a cominciare dal Dott. Faust il quale afferma: "Chi comanda provi gusto solo nel comando".

Tenere il prossimo sotto i piedi, magari sotto una specie di democrazia fasulla, è uno dei mali peggiori del vecchio secolo. Esso è un peccato biasimato dalle sacre scritture,in specie dal Corano (come nella Bibbia) che condanna esplicitamente il dominio dell'uomo e approva l'autorità quando sia utile al benessere di tutti. Per assurdo anche Marx (sx) e il «Mein Kampf» (dx) adottano princìpi simili. Secondo una concezione islamica molto prossima a quella romana, l'autorità è esercitata sempre in nome di un princìpio superiore: il giudice è di necessità al di sopra di chi giudica, ma sopra di lui c'è Allah che legge nell'animo suo che deve trasmutare. Anche in fatto di autodominio, la concezione islamica è molto rigida: "La guerra santa" (Jihad) soleva dire un capo carismatico è distinta in dieci parti di cui una consiste nel lottare contro il nemico,ma le altre nove volte contro noi stessi.

Animum debes mutare non caelum è una frase in latino che si traduce letteralmente in: L'animo devi mutare, non il cielo. È l'esortazione di Seneca ad un amico che crede di liberarsi degli affanni viaggiando. Non col cambiare luogo potrai riuscirvi - dice più avanti il filosofo - ma col mutarti in un altro uomo (Epistole a Lucilio, XXVIII.1, CIV.8.).

Il concetto era già stato espresso nell'esametro di Orazio: caelum non animum mutant qui trans mare currunt (il cielo, non l'animo mutano quelli che attraverso il mare corrono) (Epistole, I.xi.27 a Bullazio).

Un po' diversa era la concezione dei Greci: "Cambiare aria non fa diventare assennati, né toglie la stupidità" sentenzia uno dei Sette Savi (Biante presso Tosi, 108).

È possibile rinnovare una patente scaduta da anni oppure bisogna rifare gli esami?

La patente può essere sempre rinnovata, anche se è trascorso tanto tempo dalla sua scadenza. Tuttavia, dopo 3 anni , gli uffici della Motorizzazione possono disporre la revisione della patente al fine di accertare se sussiste ancora l’idoneità fisica e le abilità teorico-pratiche richieste per condurre un veicolo. La revisione della patente non scatta in automatico ogni qualvolta venga oltrepassato il limite dei tre anni dalla scadenza, ma può essere eventualmente disposta solo dopo una valutazione caso per caso, tenendo conto anche delle motivazioni prospettate dal richiedente per giustificare il ritardo. www.motorizzazionecivile.it

Reply MCTC-TN: la motivazione mi sembra evidente visto il punteggio oggettivo forense presentato ai Bracaloni e la congelo per i tre anni consentiti dalla LEX-is. Una volta bloccata/congelata la RCAuto e possibile riattivarla non perdendo la classe acquisita? E quanti anni abbiamo di tempo prima di perdere le classi guadagnate col sudore della fronte?

L’attestato di rischio è il documento più importante nell’ambito delle assicurazioni per auto e moto. La quasi totalità delle polizze RCA prevedono infatti la formula bonus-malus, ovvero un adattamento del premio da pagare in base alla storia assicurativa della persona, che è certificata appunto nell’attestato di rischio, assieme ad altri parametri quali lo storico recente con gli eventuali sinistri e altre informazioni utili a determinare il “profilo di rischio”. Questo documento prima veniva rilasciato solo su richiesta a seguito della disdetta di una polizza, oggi invece, grazie al decreto di liberalizzazioni effettuato da Bersani, ogni assicurato deve ricevere il proprio attestato almeno un mese prima della scadenza della polizza. Essendo stato abolito il tacito rinnovo, questo è molto importante per poter cercare dei nuovi preventivi per il nuovo anno.

Sull’attestato è riportata, oltre alla classe di merito C.U., anche la storia dettagliata degli ultimi 5 anni dell’assicurato, e ovviamente tutti i dati della compagnia assicuratrice e della polizza in scadenza. Questo attestato è l’unica forma di documentazione legalmente valida della propria classe, e deve quindi essere prodotto in originale nel caso di stipula di una nuova polizza. L’attestato di rischio ha una scadenza: questa durata, storicamente limitata ad 1 anno, è oggi stata prolungata a 5 anni ed è bene prendere nota di questo cambiamento, perché molte compagnie disattente (o disoneste!), potrebbero considerare scaduti attestati invece ancora validi! La data da prendere come riferimento è quella della scadenza della polizza (31/08/2017) e non quella del termine del periodo di osservazione ne’ quella del rilascio dell’attestato (che comunque quasi mai è presente). Questo “allunga” il termine di validità di un ulteriore mese circa, rispetto alla data di produzione del documento. Cosa accade se l’attestato è scaduto? Qualora si sia in possesso di un attestato scaduto, per un veicolo sempre di vostra proprietà ma non circolante, non buttatelo… potrebbe essere sempre utile qualora vogliate ri-assicurare il veicolo, perché garantisce di essere nuovamente assicurati in classe CU 14. Questo, se nell’attestato si figurava in classe 14 o minore, altrimenti si mantiene la classe più alta e nel mio caso la classe 1.

Non sono una carogna o un bastardino, ma le persone buone (e da tutti gli interventi segnati ai VdF non dite che non sono un buono e che non si fermerebbe anche per Voi visto il mio codice samaritano) quando diventano cattive, diventano più cattive dei cattivi.

Se accadesse qualsiasi cosa, la responsabilità è loro e della loro carriera medica e/o militare dal momento che è più importante della bioetica e vita umana ed in contraddizione con parecchi versetti del Giuramento Ippocrate e Giuramento Infermieri spero non dati per formalità anziché per vera vocazione della medicina. Io sottoscritto Matteo TĒNNI (in arte AtlantiTeo con registrazione all’E.N.P.A.L.S. nel 2000), espongo quanto segue affinché l'Autorità competente, valutati i fatti, prenda i provvedimenti e/o le iniziative che riterrà opportune sperando non si chiuda nel solito silenzio e omertà visto e considerato che già in passato, per altre vicende non ho ottenuto alcuna risposta per iscritto nemmeno con istanze che menzionano il cp406 e 408cp e i tempi di legge e nemmeno serio vaglio, verifica e raffronto di un Esposto di ben 87 pagine dattiloscritte che speravo di risistemare in compagnia di chi è pagato dallo Stato per prendersi cura dei suoi Cittadini di Stato.

I fatti sono i seguenti:-

Nell’estate del 2016 d.C. sono venuto a conoscenza di un documentario di circa 45 minuti che riguarda la mia persona senza che io abbia firmato alcuna liberatoria; in tale reportage ci sono evidenti accenni e inquadrature alla mia persona e alla ONLUS denominata AISJCA-mft con sede a Torino di cui fanno parte la dott.ssa Anna Abbiate FUBINI di Torino (classe 1932), il Giudice Avvocato Dottor Vicepresidente Carlo PALERMO di Trento (classe 1947) e altri associati.

L’emittente privata che lo ha mandato in onda è denominata DIGITALB con sede a Tirana in Albania ed ha ricaricato la puntata di quella trasmissione su youtube nel maggio del 2017. [Sito-web http://digitalb.al]

Il giornalista/regista che ha creato questo reportage si chiama Nadir MURA e dovrebbe avere una residenza a Roma. Egli quindi lavora sia in Italia che Albania ed è un professionista. Il suo numero di telefono è +355.66.XXX.XXXX

Il giorno 4 luglio 2016 ore 7:05 (fa fede il mio fb) ho scritto agli amministratori della pagina facebook denominata DigitAlb che attualmente conta ben 570.000 followers (più di mezzo milione) e una volta letto il mio messaggio privato in cui chiedevo come poter avere una copia sottotitolata in italiano, gli admins mi hanno rigirato al giornalista/regista che ha creato tale opera, ho un suo numero di telefono che ho menzionato e il suo contatto fb da luglio 2016 tuttavia da allora non si riesce proprio a raggiungere un semplicissimo accordo per ottenere una copia di tale reportage in lingua italiana che ha oramai 2 (due) anni di vita. Chiedo di farmi un prezzo e rifiuta e chiede se io voglio soldi dal momento che accenno al fatto che non ho firmato alcuna liberatoria. Controbatto che desidero solo una copia nella mia lingua. Mi sembra di parlare arabo e lui cinese.

La mia idea era semplicissima. Basta sottotitolare i dialoghi in italiano allo stesso reportage. Io stesso ho già sottotitolato documentari in lingua inglese con sottotitoli in italiano grazie ai miei fedeli software AVIDEMUX e GNOME ed ho chiesto le concessioni per il mio FAIR USE dalla Tv americana KMIR e dalla giornalista Angela MONROE con due brevi righe in inglese.

Non ritengo opportuno doverle aggiungere in questo esposto, comunque sappiano che sul web questo è il mio modus operandi perfino con privati e semplici cittadini tedeschi, italiani, francesi, canadesi, australiani e di altre nazioni e una volta ottenute le concessioni le espongo sempre in bella vista nelle proprietà del prodotto finito con i ringraziamenti proprio per il fatto che nella vita ho esercitato varie professioni tra cui il DJ grazie alla meravigliosa Radio Rovereto Stereo di Mary Lorenzi PAOLI allora ubicata su Corso Rosmini a Rovereto che mi ha svezzato come speaker e DJ nel 1993 e poi fatto intraprendere tale strada in maniera più professionale con tanto di registrazione obbligata all’E.N.P.A.L.S. nel 2000 grazie al signor Gianluca MANICA 328/83.XX.XXX a cui ho firmato diversi borderò per la S.I.A.E.

Ed è grazie ad aver esercitato tale professione che conosco la parola copyright, ma anche le parole fair use, common use, creative commons, le concessioni, eccetera eccetera eccetera. Sia chiaro che ho svolto anche mansioni più umili come ad esempio operaio delle pulizie per PULITECNICA di mAla con titolare il signor Luciano MIORELLI che tra gli appalti ebbe la Questura di Bolzano e la scuola cadetti di Bolzano (due distinte strutture in due distinte vie di Bozen) a cui ho pulito i profumatissimi bagni, corridoi, vetri, alla professione di carrellista per la Se.Ca con patentino obbligatorio, idraulico, manovale, meccanico, rappresentante e altre ancora, ma ciò andrebbe discusso in altra sede e sarà utile sorvolare.

Aneddoto: Negli anni 90, quando vi era solo analogico e il digitale terrestre di Maurizio GASPARRI (PDL) nemmeno si sapeva cosa fosse ed avevamo tutti solamente una semplice TV a tubo catodico con 14 (quattordici) canali, il TGR RAI Trentino creò un servizio TV dei soliti due minuti su un avvenimento che serviva ad un ex amico classe 1971 di Dro già rodato come produttore musicale. Egli si accordò con la RAI di Trento, la quale impresse tale breve servizio su una VHS (presumo di 30 minuti) e pagò solo il costo della VHS e le spese spedizione. Mi sembra avesse detto che il complessivo ammontava sulle 7000 £ire. Questo aneddoto dovrebbe dimostrare quanto poco di vuole a mettersi in regola con la nostra RAI di Trento e con persone più semplici e meno sofisticate che attualmente in Italia sono gli unici a curare una pagina sociale fb in maniera intelligente, riproponendo i brevi servizi che compongono il palinsesto del TG Regionale. Le altre sedi delle varie Regioni in Italia non svolgono tale lavoro sulle relative pagina ufficiali fb. Solo il TGR Trento fb subentrato a AdigeTrentino yt.

Nota bene che:-

1) Io curo degli spazi web che ho gestito come meglio potevo con evidenti problemi di salute che perdurano da novembre 2007 ed ho gestito la sintesi del caso Petrit DEMO in lingua italiana su di un blog non a scopo di lucro grazie a documenti in inglese. Se io non avessi creato quel blog con le concessioni del signor Petrit Demo che è l’intervistato con gli occhiali da sole che ci saluta e non vi fosse stata una polemica sulla veridicità del suo caso tra “Atlantide e Babilonia” quasi certamente non sfuggita al signor Nadir MURA non avremmo mai avuto il suo superlativo reportage. Se Atlantide non lo avesse creato nel 2013 (che in crono-storia è antecedente al reportage) la puntata numero 6 della trasmissione Enigma in onda a DigitAlb 2015/16 non si sarebbe avuta e sarebbe andato in onda tutt’altro. Digitalb non ha fatto altro che fare quello che si aspettava Atlantide nella polemica con Babilonia perché Nadir MURA aveva le giuste credenziali per tornare in patria ad indagare come un serio ricercatore indipendente.

Ad oggi si presume che quella riga l’abbia proprio pragmatizzata il signor Nadir MURA nel maggio 2015 il quale aveva le giuste sponde e credenziali a differenza di tale Emiliano BABILONIA di Roma. Ricontrollando le date e tutta la crono-storia, l’Arma non può altro che arrendersi al fatto che è da tale mio 23 settembre 2013 che ne è venuto fuori un reportage nel 2015/16 con argomenti difficili che menzionano le onde scalari e che per una certa legge della coerenza mi spetterebbe una copia sottotitolata in italiano che posso tranquillamente pagare con una determinata somma in Euro per un DVD, le spese del traduttore o traduttrice, e le Spese Spostali al pari dell’aneddoto che ho descritto menzionando la redazione di Trento che manda in onda su RAITRE il TGR tutti i giorni.

(1 Se io non creavo il blog in italiano ad oggi non avremmo la puntata sulle onde scalari. Questa ultima riga sintetizza tutto il punto 1).

2) Il filmato è necessario al soggetto (io) con sottotitoli in italiano per comprendere argomenti molto difficili come “il mistero delle onde scalari” che lo riguardano per la sopravvivenza ed è alla continua ricerca di estinguere determinati fenomeni fisiologici “in scalare” (***)

3) I parenti del soggetto italiano (io) ed alcuni suoi amici e conoscenti vorrebbero capire anch’essi cosa spiega il video-documentario e capire perché il loro parente che abita in un piccolo villaggio sperduto nel Trentino meridionale composto di ca. 700 anime che è PALCINTE è finito è in una TV privata piuttosto famosa e in un video-documentario dai tratti, argomenti e musiche piuttosto serie, ma incomprensibile nei dialoghi per chi non è di origine albanese e ciò genera malessere e dissapori a tutti i componenti svegli e intuitivi.

Porgo i più cordiali saluti e nelle due pagine a seguire allego materiale da fonti certificate che possono agevolare le Autorità competenti nell’interpretazione dell’arcano. Copia di questa lettera A/R verrà consegnata al CC di Rovereto ubicato in Via Campagnole n° 22 e allo stesso giornalista Nadir MURA. Qualora trovassimo finalmente un accordo per una copia sottotitolata per i 3 (tre) motivi sovra-elencati [dei quali il 2° è il più importante dei 3 (tre)], questa querela verrà ritirata come consentito dalla legge italiana. Si si! Si può ritirarla e ci sono parecchi casi di persone che successivamente hanno ritirato querele giusto o no?!

Si chiede un’ultima cortesia all’Arma. Di controllare questo filmato in compagnia di un elettrofisico o di un biologo (non un novellino o un ciarlatano) perché ha destato l’interesse di alcuni ricercatori e di controllare se l’Arma o la scientifica (RIS – Reparto Indagini Scientifiche) ha uno strumento simile a questo ACECO (ne avrà di più sofisticati e precisi) e sà a cosa serve e sà ipotizzare perché supera le 5 tacchette. Ho specificato biologo e/o elettrofisico. Non en zavatom de paes o n’altro stormenì che l’ha fat le scòle nelle roulotte del campo nomadi ai Lavini de Marco. Perché pubblicare foto prese da Facebook è illegale? Vale anche per un quotidiano del Trentino (o altra regione) quando ruba foto dai profili fb come ad esempio nel caso di Bruno DEFANT nell’Operazione Curandero di luglio 2015? Se il signor Bruno DEFANT fosse più attento a diritti e doveri anziché nel prendersi gioco di «Manitou» e degli spiriti (i quali poi te la fanno pagare salata) chiedendo cifre esorbitanti e operando in maniera truffaldina si ritiene potrebbe far causa alle testate giornalistiche per avergli rubato le foto dal profilo fb e poi ripubblicate sui quotidiani che non sono certo non a scopo di lucro perché le copie dei giornali le vendono bene. Esistono inoltre più di 70 articoli del codice deontologico ed etico del vero e sano muckraker imposte dall’ODG.

Gli utenti restano titolari della proprietà intellettuale dei contenuti multimediali presenti sui profili. Ma chi ne stabilisce la titolarità?

16 giugno 2015 - Prelevare foto da Facebook, anche da profili pubblici, e (ri)pubblicarle altrove è un reato. Lo ha stabilito la IX sezione del Tribunale di Roma con una sentenza che può tranquillamente definirsi storica.

Il giudizio della Corte romana mette infatti un punto sulla vexata quaestio del diritto d’autore all’interno dei social network, stabilendo che i contenuti multimediali che appaiono sui profili personali non comportano la cessione integrale dei diritti d’autore, rimanendo quindi di proprietà intellettuale dagli utenti. Qualsiasi tipo di appropriazione da parte di terzi è dunque indebita e va punita con una sanzione.

Solo l'autore (e Facebook) possono sfruttare le immagini

La sentenza nasce da un caso aperto da un giovane fotografo romano, rivoltosi alle autorità giudiziarie dopo aver visto alcune delle sue foto pubblicate sul proprio profilo Facebook riprese da un noto quotidiano nazionale e da alcune tv locali.

Il tribunale di Roma ha sancito la risarcibilità del danno patrimoniale nonché di quello morale connesso al mancato riconoscimento della titolarità del materiale fotografico, basandosi sulle condizioni d’uso pubblicate dalla stessa Facebook. Nelle quali si legge (articolo 2 della dichiarazione dei diritti e delle responabilità) che "l'utente è il proprietario di tutti i contenuti e le informazioni pubblicate su Facebook".

Nella fattispecie, foto e video vengono catalogati come contenuti Ip, ovvero "coperti da diritti di proprietà intellettuale". Secondo l’interpretazione fornita dalla legge, in pratica, al di là dell'autore solo Facebook può utilizzare i contenuti multimediali pubblicati in bacheca in ragione dei una licenza non esclusiva e trasferibile. La sentenza potrebbe porre fine alla pratica molto diffusa nel mondo editoriale, quella del cosiddetto “sciacallaggio” sui social. Fra le prime immagini pubblicate dai media, soprattutto nei casi di cronaca, ci sono infatti foto apparse si profili Facebook e altri servizi Web, spesso lasciati in modalità “pubblici” e quindi visibili a tutti.

Il problema della titolarità

La domanda a questo punto sorge spontanea. In che modo la giustizia è in grado di stabilire chi è il vero titolare di una determinato contenuto apparso su un social? Secondo quanto riportato dalle agenzie che hanno seguito il caso, la pubblicazione stessa di una fotografia nella pagina personale di Facebook rappresenta"presunzione grave, precisa e concordante della titolarità dei diritti fotografici”. Insomma, per la legge già solo il fatto che una foto appaia all’interno di un profilo personale rappresenta di per sé un indizio di paternità. Questo almeno fino a prove contraria.

Si tratta, evidentemente, di un’interpretazione piuttosto lasca delle regole, considerata la facilità con cui gli utenti possono oggi prelevare e ripubblicare qualsiasi foto presente sul Web. Stante così la norma, il fotografo professionista o chiunque abbia interesse a vedere tutelato il proprio patrimonio multimediale non ha che un modo per legittimare la patria potesta sul materiale originale: apporre ad ogni scatto (e ad ogni video) il cosiddetto watermark, la firma digitale da "stampare” in sovraimpressione attraverso gli appositi software. Su questo tema ci sarebbe, secondo le agenzie, un Provvedimento della IX sezione del Tribunale di Roma, relativa al caso della pubblicazione di alcune foto nella pagina personale Facebook di un giovane fotografo scattate dallo stesso in una nota discoteca romana. Le foto erano poi apparse, all’insaputa dell’autore, su un quotidiano nazionale a corredo di una serie di articoli giornalistici, relativi al fenomeno della frequentazione dei locali notturni da parte di soggetti di giovane età e, successivamente, riutilizzate anche da alcuni programmi televisivi di rilievo nazionale.

Occorrerà leggere attentamente il provvedimento del Tribunale perché il tema delle immagini sui social network e del diritto d’autore ad esso associato, per le mille sfaccettature che questo comporta, è tra i più complessi del mondo del diritto. Talmente complesso, come tutti i profili del diritto d’autore in rete, da necessitare l’attenta disamina da parte di un Giudice.

n.d.r. Mi auguro che sia d’aiuto alle Autorità competenti (io sò di non sapere). Essendo trascorso un anno, abbiamo provato ad arrangiarci cercando un bilingue per italiano-albanese ed abbiamo lasciato avvisi al CAF di Rovereto, nella biblioteca ubicata su Corso Bettini a Rovereto, in alcuni locali pubblici, ma non si trova un interprete albanese nemmeno a pagare. E meno male che c’è crisi. Per la parte informatica mi potevo arrangiare io, ma senza un bilingue è impossibile. Va comunque rammentato che sulla rete internet operano molte persone non a scopo di lucro. La questione si accende quando il lucro è evidente se trattasi di un programma TV, di un Network (Radio), di una testata giornalistica, di una Major perché tutti loro ricevono un compendio e il tutto ruota grazie alla compliance della pubblicità che funge da sponsor. Un blogger solitamente cura un blog per sè stesso e non a scopo di lucro e se è intelligente o arguto o comunque non è un babilonese in calce evidenzia quanto segue:-

I was quite surprised before watching this video about the need to provide my address because I was worried about my family and because such information as address has never been asked on other surveys I had previously done on some Tis forums and sites.

The Text of Spinoza's Excommunication

On the 6th of the month of Av, 5416, July 27, 1656, the excommunication of Baruch de Spinoza was proclaimed from the Ark in the synagogue of Talmud Torah, the united congregation of the Portuguese Jews in Amsterdam. The complete version of the proclamation, written in Portuguese, is found in the Book of Ordinances of the congregation (Livro dos Acordos de Nacao e Ascamot) and it includes some highly interesting details:

"The Lords of the Ma'amad", i.e. the governing body of six parnassim and the gabbai, announce that

"having long known of the evil opinions and acts of Baruch de Spinoza, they have endeavored by various means and promises, to turn him from his evil ways. But having failed to make him mend his wicked ways, and, on the contrary, daily receiving more and more serious information about the abominable heresies which he practiced and taught and about his monstrous deeds, and having for this numerous trustworthy witnesses who have deposed and born witness to this effect in the presence of the said Espinoza, they became convinced of the truth of this matter; and after all of this has been investigated in the presence of the honorable hakhamim, they have decided, with their consent, that the said Espinoza should be excommunicated and expelled from the people of Israel..."

The "hakhamim," namely the official rabbis of the community, with whose consent the resolution was made to excommunicate the "said Espinoza," were familiar with thetraditional wording of the proclamations of excommunication and excerpts of these onventional formulations were incorporated in the announcement of Spinoza's excommunication:

"By decree of the angels and by the command of the holy men, we excommunicate, expel, curse and damn Baruch de Espinoza, with the consent of God, Blessed be He, and with the consent of the entire holy congregation, and in front of these holy scrolls with the 613 precepts which are written therein; cursing him with the excommunication with which Joshua banned Jericho and with the curse which Elisha cursed the boys and with all the castigations which are written in the Book of the Law. Cursed be he by day and cursed be he by night; cursed be he when he lies down and cursed be he when he rises up. Cursed be he when he goes out and cursed be he when he comes in. The Lord will not spare him, but then the anger of the Lord and his jealousy shall smoke against that man, and all the curses that are written in this book shall lie upon him, and the Lord shall blot out his name from under heaven. And the Lord shall separate him unto evil out of all the tribes of Israel, according to all the curses of the covenant that are written in this book of the law. But you that cleave unto the Lord your God are alive every one of you this day."

The proclamation of the excommunication concludes with the following famous lines of the actual warning:

"That no one should communicate with him neither in writing nor accord him any favor nor stay with him under the same roof nor within four cubits in his vicinity; nor shall he read any treatise composed or written by him."

Two scientists came to talk with us. A high level scientific discussion took place in the presence of Mr. Serge Labreze who addresses the scientific aspects of this phenomenon and crime against humanity on his blog.

Association Stopzet’s board decided by a vote at the last minute to cancel their event twinned with ADVHER’s event and co-organized by Sam and decided to postpone their demonstration to 2 July.

The reason given is that the general and national assembly of Stopzet will be held from 30 June to 3 July 2017 so they felt it would be better for them do their event at this occasion.

I was really having trouble with AI. I wanted to know what it looked like.

Sometimes seeing is believing. I want to see and know what I am up against. I seen a lot of methods of gangstalking. But the AI has been a mistery to me. I really have to know if it's a AI or some creep living 3 door from where I live with the electronical weapon following me around. Don't get angry at me but, the Perps are working hard on giving me memory loss and it's working very very well my dearies!!
