Nikita Khrushchev: “We have a Weapon…so Powerful…Wipe out all Life on Earth” If President Obama’s most existential concern today was that an American city would be destroyed by a nuclear bomb in the hands of a terrorist, there is no doubt that he knows this has not been the first time America has been threatened and coming from enemies more dangerous than Al-Qaeda. The facts are that nuclear weapons are not the most lethal weapon on the planet neither are they the most dangerous. Within the armaments of the nations of the world and rouge fighting forces more sinister than Osama ben Laden are the nations that use ionospheric heaters such as HAARP and scalar EM longitudinal wave interferometry weapons that are so dangerous that it forced Nikita Khrushchev to confess to the Presidium in 1960; Nikita Khrushchev, First Secretary of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union (1953-1964) – We have a new weapon just within the portfolio of our scientists, so to speak so powerful that, if unrestrainedly used, it could wipe out all life on earth.” To understand a little of these weapons and the history of their use, we will turn to the archives of BibleSearchers Reflections, where in the year of 2006, it was believed that a threat existed in which one or more of the dormant volcanoes in the Pacific-Northwest would soon explode, not by natural forces but by weapons of mass destruction and would soon become a living nightmare. To understand this phenomenon or technology that can become one of the most dreadful of all apocalypses, let us draw information from the BibleSearchers Reflection’s article titled, “Dreams from the L-rd of a Catastrophic Attack on the Pacific Northwest”. BibleSearchers Reflections - The Russians have been working and perfecting also with supersonic longitudinal light waves which can travel at infinite velocity and with infinite energy. Experimentation have been done transmitting Mozart’s 40th symphony through a barrier and a wave guide at 4.7 times the speed of light. This high-tech physics is being done while at the same time geologists use the same speed of light as a “constant” in their geological dating equations claiming that the speed of light can never change. As such the geologists seek to impose a theory of geological ages in the millions and billions of years upon the world public, when modern physicists have proven and demonstrated in the lab that the speed of light is variable and potentially infinite in speed. The USSR under the direction of the KGB has been using electromagnetic (EM) longitudinal waves for weather modification for decades, according to Lt. Col. Tom Bearden (retired) in “Scalar Electromagnetic Weapons and their Terrorist Use: Immediate Strategic Aspects of the Asymmetrical War on the U.S. (Sept. 28, 2004). The first attack at weather over the United States was in 1967 with the signature of perfectly round holes appearing in clouds and the resultant severe winter over North American. As a bicentennial gift to the United States, they began full time weather engineering over America and the rest of the world on July 4, 1976, the 200th anniversary of America’s Independence… It was in 1975 that Leonid Brezhnev (1964-1972) proclaimed to the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the Soviet Union that their new Scalar supersonic longitudinal light wave weapon was “more frightful than the mind of man could ever imagine.” That year he sent the dour Andrei Gromyko, Minister of the Foreign Affairs of the USSR from 1957-1985, to the United States to draft a treaty (SALT II) seeking to half the production of new weapons of mass destruction that was eventually signed by American President Jimmy Carter. He feared the potential of the experimentation of the United States in HAARP and the Russian’s own technology in scalar potential. According to Bearden, “Longitudinal waves don’t pack a great deal of mass. They interact fairly weakly but they do interact. But because they interact weakly, they go great distances through mass. In other words you can pass longitudinal waves right through the ocean or right through the earth. And you can “hear” them on the other side.” Concerning the development of asymmetrical weapons for warfare against other countries, the concept of scalar warfare and the use of ionospheric heaters came rapidly to the consciousness of the world public at the time of the 2004 Asian Indonesian Tsunami on December, 2004. One of the predominate researchers in Scalar weapons was Lt. Col. Thomas E. Bearden who wrote the manual on Scalar Weapons titled, “Oblivion – America at the Brink”, and the source of most of the information in this current blog and subsequent BibleSearchers articles. It was in May 2006, BibleSearchers Reflections wrote in the sub-article titled, “Russian and Japanese Scalar Weapon Systems”, the following: Scalar Longitudinal EM Wave Interferometry Weapon Scalar Longitudinal EM Wave Interferometry Weapon Technology BibleSearchers Reflections – “Scalar as a longitudinal weapon was first used as a weapon in April 9, 1963 when the Russians killed the USS Thresher atomic submarine as it was moving off the eastern coast of the United States. The next day they shot a huge burst of energy 100 miles north of Puerto Rico. It was sighted by the crew of a nearby commercial jet. As reported, a column of water shot out of the ocean almost a mile into the atmosphere that formed a mushroom cloud and fell back into the ocean. The results impressed and alarmed the United States government. Weather engineering is what they do best because it is simple. They will create a low pressure (hot air) trough in one place and a high pressure system (cool air) in another area. Then by ‘steering’ the hot spots and the cold spots, they can entrain the jet stream and guide it wherever they wish. According to Bearden, “We haven’t had normal weather over North America since July 4, 1976.” It must be understood that the weather engineering over America has not been done directly by the Russian government but, according to Bearden, it has been under the control of the KGB/SFG, the old guardian warriors of the communist Soviets. Due to financial instability in the Soviet Union, they have leased their scalar interferometry stations to a rogue Japanese team controlled by the Yakuza or the Russian mob and Aum Shinrikyo (now called Aleph) the creator of the Tokyo Sarin terrorist attack since 1989. Today this “terrorist” consortium according to Bearden has penetrated all levels of the Japanese government and every major corporate group on that island nation. Here we have an avowed enemy of the United States potentially far more dangerous than the al- Qaeda and ones who have and are using super weapons of mass destruction against the interests of the United States. It is their determined intent to conduct strategic strikes in the goal to destroy the United States. Their motive is vengeance against the US from the “shame” put upon the Japanese people, according to the old Bushido Code, for the defeat of Japan by dropping the atomic bomb at Hiroshima and Nagasaki. A sixty year old blood libel against America is seeking its ultimate revenge. Besides guiding the jet streams across the world, scalar interferometer transmitters can do the same things in the waters of the oceans of this planet. By sending a longitudinal burst pulsing across the water, you can gradually heat it or cool it. In the Pacific Ocean, they have the technological capabilities to produce an El Nino or a La Nina at their whim. They also can take the same scalar energy wave and create increasing energy in a seismic fault zone.” 2010 Magnitude 8.8 Earthquake in Chile Magnitude 8.8 Earthquake in Chile on February 27, 2010 Let us consider the possibility that earthquakes are not just random events. They are easily caused by weapons that are easy to create and whose signature are difficult to locate or isolate. They then can become the weapon of choice in covert asymmetric warfare. We then can see the vulnerability this may have upon any given populations of people. As such the recent Earthquake in Haiti and the earlier one in Chile were both blamed upon the American administration and our military controllers most notably by Russia. As reported by the Russian newspaper Pravda in the article titled, “The Russian Navy reports that the U.S. created the Earthquake in Haiti”; Russian Pravda – “The Russian Northern Fleet indicates that the earthquake that devastated Haiti was clearly the result of a test by the U.S. Navy through one of its earthquake weapons and drew up a diagram of linear succession in relation to earthquakes reported to have occurred by chance to the same depth in Venezuela and Honduras. The Northern Fleet has been monitoring the movements and activities of U.S. Marines in the Caribbean since 2008 when the Americans announced their intention to reestablish the Fourth Fleet, which was disbanded in 1950, and that Russia responded a year later, with the Fleet led by the nuclear-powered cruiser Peter the Great "by starting its first exercises in this region since the end of the Cold War.” Since the end of the decade of the 70's in the last century, the U.S. "advanced a lot" in the state of its earthquake weapons and, according to these reports, they now use equipment with Pulse, Plasma and Tesla Electromagnetic and Sonic technology together with "shock wave bombs." The report also compares the experiences of these two earthquake weapons of the U.S. Navy last week, when the test in the Pacific caused an earthquake of magnitude 6.5 to strike in the area around the town of Eureka, Calif., causing no casualties. But the test in the Caribbean caused the death of at least 140 thousand innocent people. According to the report, it is "more than likely" that the U.S. Navy had "full knowledge" of the catastrophic damage that this test earthquake could potentially have on Haiti and had pre-positioned its Deputy Commander of the Southern Command, General PK Keen, on the island to oversee aid work if needed.” The President of the Nation of Chili was seeking to defect away from the sphere of influence of the United States at the time of the Haitian earthquake. Just prior to the earthquake, the annual Rio Group Summit in Mexico was preparing to split from the United States. They were preparing to form their own international union provisionally called the “Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELC). During this summit, Hugo Chavez spoke out with these words about “finally throwing off the US Yoke” when he said; Hugo Chavez – “Now here, in Mexico we have created a document, a compromise, the creation of the body of Latin America and the Caribbean, without the USA. Now we can say from Mexico we have revived the dream and project of Bolivar.” Tectonic Plates Surrounding South America Tectonic Plates Surrounding South America During also these same days, Chilean President Michelle Bachelet was making rapid changes in her nation’s defense department to reduce the control and influence of the United States military over the rights of the Chilean people in which she reported; Chilean Michelle Bachelet – “With the enactment of this bill Chile will have completed one of the most difficult and ambitious modernizing reforms sponsored by the successive administrations of the Concertación (ruling coalition), with the understanding that defence is a State policy which must be in line with the standards demanded by a modern democracy”…It will be up to the officials elected by the people to define the objectives and means for national defence, assess its enactment adapting it to changes if necessary”, said Ms Bachelet who recalled that “what begins today, is obvious, was not so in the long history of our country: as happened until 1990 and more precisely 1973, was exactly the contrary”. President Bachelet was referring to the bloody military coup of 1973 headed by General Augusto Pinochet who only relinquished office in 1990, although he remained as Commander in Chief of the Army. Defence in Chile has been an area historically disregarded by political leaders and government officials, and most of its running was left almost exclusively to the commanders of the Armed Forces” pointed out the president who then referred to the consequences of such an attitude. The consequences of this government responsibility abdication during decades was not positive and contributed significantly to the gradual weakening of Chilean democracy, but that scenario begun changing in 1990”. A little history of Chile reveals that it was in 1970 that that the American President Richard Nixon ordered that the democratically elected government of Chile under President Salvador Allende needed to be overthrown. It was on September 11, 1973, that the CIA supported Chilean military coup d’etet took over control of the Chilean government ruled by a military junta with the heads of the Air Force, Navy, and Carabineros (police force) and the Army under the command of General Augusto Pinochet. Her father, Air Force General Alberto Bachelet before the coup supervised the distribution of food from the Chilean government’s Food Distribution Office during the famine and political instability prior to the coup. Refusing to support the Pinochet government and also refusing to flee into exile, General Bachelet was charged with treason by the Air War Academy. Imprisoned, he was systematically tortured daily in the Santiago’s Public Prison until he died (or was killed) of a cardiac arrest. Sixteen months later, Michelle and her mother were also detained, arrested, blindfolded and taken to the infamous secret detention center in Santiago called the Grimaldi. They also were isolated and then submitted to interrogation and torture by the Pinochet government until they were secretly four months later sent into exile to Australia, where her father’s brother lived. There is reason to believe that President Bachelet has certain and notable distain for United States government’s military and economic hegemony over the country of Chile. History as revealed that the Nixon administration imposed economic sanctions against the Allende government. This came with the great assistance of the U.S. multinational companies (ITT, Kennecott Aluminum, and Anaconda) whose assets had been nationalized by Chile. It also was supported by the international banks like the Inter-American Development Bank and the World Bank by squeezing the economy of Chile by blocking loans and terminating financial assistance programs towards the country. With skyrocketing military aid to the Chilean military and a crashing economy with an inflation rate that toppled 500 percent, the days of Allende’s Chile were over. So today, the country of Chile has again suffered extensively damage as great segments of her country and economy are now in ruins. Was Bachelet’s nationalistic spirit contrary to the overpowering influence of the American government the reason for the Chilean earthquake of 2010? Did it send a message to the rest of the South American countries that they must be more positive to the American administration and government? How then are these earthquakes created by technology in the hands of a few countries of the world? How can they be used to create or destroy nations and peoples? Returning back to Bearden and the science of scalar warfare, let us read more: BibleSearchers Reflections – “When the energy builds up in the piezoelectric rock structure, it will mechanically expand, slip and then create an earthquake. They can also pulse the energy at the tectonic plate. Even if there is no fault zone, the longitudinal waves will blast its way through the tectonic plate. Using their technology thousands of miles away, longitudinal wave interferometry can send electromagnetic waves through the earth or through the ocean and will leave no signature as to where this wave of terror originates from. At least ten nations have scalar longitudinal wave interferometry weapons (2006) and the list is growing. The most active site of testing is by a consortium of several nations or groups including Yakuza/Aum Shinrikyo in the deserted area of Western Australia over the last several years. To demonstrate the potency of their destructive power, in April, 1986, Bearden reports, “a secretive little U. S. group” intervened in a forthcoming giant earthquake being built up by the KGB scalar interferometers for the greater Los Angeles and San Francisco areas. They were building up the electromagnetic energy to create the “Big One” along the California coast and destroy the western coast of the United States. With a special electronic device, the “group” suddenly destroyed one of the distant Soviet scalar interferometer transmitters near the Russian nuclear plant at Chernobyl on April 26, 1986. In the process, this attack became the catalyst for triggering the nearby Chernobyl nuclear catastrophe in Soviet Ukraine. Well it did prevent the loss of perhaps 200,000 lives in the Los Angeles and San Francisco areas along with the terrible destruction and economic damage that it would have occurred including the damage or destruction of the Diablo nuclear power plant on the California coastline. Before the “Evil Empire” collapsed, in the late 1980’s nuclear weapons were inserted in all of America’s major cities, according to Bearden, by Russian Spetznaz teams by the KGB/FSB and prepared to detonate upon command. Even though the “Cold War” is over and Russia is under the leadership of a moderate Russian president (now Prime Minister Vladimir Putin) who seeks political accommodation, the KGB is still controlled by the ‘old guard’ of the communist elite command. This information was reported in the book, “Through the Eyes of the Enemy” by Stanislav Lunev in 1998, a Colonel in the GRU military counterpart of the KGB and the highest ranking defector to date. One such crisis was adverted in 1970 by a “friendly little nation” many assume to be Israel, when they inserted nuclear weapons in the cities and target centers in Russia. It was in 1986, this same “friendly little nation” came to the aid of the United States by exploding some large Russian missile ammunition depots as an act of warning. It prevented the American strategic destruction by “even more powerful energetics weapons” system. Again in 1997, the United States was destined to be destroyed on two occasions by a “Soviet Super Weapon” attack, the latter date being, May 1, 1997 as the ‘Big One’.” Overall the number of incidents in which this “friendly little country” came to the aid of the United States, included in a nuclear threat in the 1970s which was countered by an even larger threat threatened by this “small friendly nation”. Sixteen years later, a second attack was aimed at the San Andreas fault, increasing energy into the fault line to trigger and earthquake by the Soviet scalar interferometers and thwarted again by the largess and appreciation of this “little merciful nation”. The evidence that the Chernobyl incident was actually fallout to a separate counter attack that essentially “shorted out” a nearby Russian scalar weapon that was sending billions of volts of energy to destroy America’s western coastal regions is sobering to consider. Then we have to consider that this attack was not only thwarted by Israel's scalar EM interferometers used to threaten and counter attack Russia’s Super-Weapons is not only astounding but also insightful! Lt. Tom Bearden gives a personal touch to that last event, for he was one of the major American players trying to forestall the impending attack. As written; Lt Col. Tom Bearden – “In 1997, again the U.S. would have been utterly destroyed on two occasions had it not been for the same little nation. Several professional colleagues and I played a desperate role in both of those frighteningly real incidents, which were never reported in the news media. Indeed, our own intelligence agencies had no inkling that a full strategic Soviet Super-Weapon attack to destroy the United States was imminent on each of the occasions (the second of which would have occurred on May 1, 1997). The May Day attack for 1997 would have been the "Big One", had the Federal Security Service (FSB/KGB) not been checkmated by "an offer it could not refuse" - delivered once again by the “friendly little nation”. During those critical periods when every hour on the clock seemed a week in length, the hostile armada that would have struck us included the Japanese Yakuza and Aum Shinrikyo teams on site in Russia, operating leased KGB/FSB strategic scalar interferometers against the U.S.” It is a profound to consider that the United States of America would not be standing in its preeminence place of political, military, and economic control over the world during the first decade of the 21st century if it were not for the “friendly little nation” of Israel. For this reason alone, this may have been why Israel has been protected by the United States over the years. How did Israel obtain such technology and do we find here clues for the future rise of Greater Israel, when the Lost Tribes of Israel are finally called home, no doubt during great catastrophes by the G-d of Israel? Were the secrets of the Russian Scalar weaponry actually developed by Jewish scientists? Rather, was the Israeli technology a totally different space weapon/s that could actually be far superior than anything Russia or the United States have in their Black Box Secret Weapons Developmental sites. Was this one reason why the Russian Jews were emancipated? Were many of the Russian Jews scientists who immigrated to Israel brought also their knowledge of Russian Science and Technology? Cutting Edge Ministries gives us more insights in their article titled, “Israel has Energetics Systems: Scalar Weaponry, and Quantum Potential Weapons” as they quote again Lt. Col. Tom Bearden. Lt. Col. Tom Bearden - "Israel has powerful quantum potential weapons that detered many (Russian) scenarios (against United States). (Israel) has repeatedly rescued the U.S. from planned FSB/KGB strategic attacks ... She has at least a limited capability against mind conversion and psycho-energetics; and can defend herself against 'precursor robots'." ("Oblivion: America At The Brink", p. 115) "In any major strategic strike on the U.S., FSB/KGB must destroy Israel ... due to their Q.P. (Quantum Potential) weapons. (Ibid., p. 114)" As far back as 1969, a Jewish research scientist in the field of energetics weaponry provided the State of Israel, within three years after the Six-Day War, and the Israeli military with a “fantastic weapon” that could literally cause machinery to quit functioning, jam a mechanical piece of equipment so completely that it could not be moved, and also all the internal mechanical parts of the machine would cease functioning. This technology could possibly unique to the weaponry of Israel and a technology that neither the Russians nor the Americans have access to construct or use. Lt. Col. Tom Bearden wrote about this scientist and his amazing “secret device” as reported in his book titled, “Oblivion - America on the Brink”. Lt. Col Tom Beardon – “Sid Hurwich gave Israelis a secret device in 1969. (It was) demonstrated to the Toronto police in 1969. (This technology) physically 'jammed' a [pistol] lying on a table so it could not be moved or fired. After a half-hour in the room for the experiment, clocks and watches had not changed their time from time of entry. (Ibid., p. 159)…"Hurwich was given ‘Protector of the State of Israel’ award in June, 1976. (This) invention was used at Entebbe, July 3, 1976, and used again against Iraqi nuclear reactors." (Ibid.)" We must ponder with amazement how one of the smallest nations of the world, in the “center” of a sea of gentile nations was able to develop also scalar technology, like the “old KGB” and QP (Quantum Potential) weaponry that is even superior? When America’s comprehension, about these powerful natural forces, was still rudimentary, the survival of this country was owed directly to that “friendly little country”. It was this nation whose “Land” gave us the Messiah who provided the Plan of Redemption whereby we, as the Lost Tribes of the House of Israel may soon be able to return home, and live in the lands of our forefathers under the Millennial rule of our Messiah in Greater Israel. Without YHVH’s Messiah's divine role to “find the Lost Sheep of the House of Israel”, the Lost Tribes of Israel would still be lost. Yet, today, we are beginning our final passage to return home to the land of our forefathers. We will return to our brotherhood with our cousins the Jews of the House of Israel . As our covenanted Plan of Reclamation, Restoration and Redemption we will be “saved” to participate in the “kingdom of JHVH’s Messiah” as prophesied by the prophets of Israel and Judah. This letter is to ask for your help for the many victims who are being attacked with Psychotronic (or Mind Control, Electronic, Directed Energy, Neurological, Non-lethal) Weapons.

As long ago as 1994 in Montreux, Switzerland the International Committee of the Red Cross - ICRC raised the issue of Psychotronic or Directed-Energy weapons, also at the Geneva Forum in 2002, and also in 2009 at the 5th European Symposium on Non-Lethal Weapons and at the European Conference.

In January 1999, the European Parliament passed a resolution where it calls “ for an international convention introducing a global ban on all development and deployment of weapons which might enable any form of manipulation of human beings. It is our conviction that this ban can not be implemented without the global pressure of the informed general public on the governments. Our major objective is to get across to the general public the real threat which these weapons represent for human rights and democracy and to apply pressure on the governments and parliaments around the world to enact legislature which would prohibit the use of these devices to both government and private organisations as well as individuals.” (Plenary sessions/Europarliament, 1999)

In October 2001, Congressman Dennis J. Kucinich introduced a bill to the House of Representatives which, it was hoped would be extremely important in the fight to expose and stop psycho-electronic mind control experimentation on involuntary, non-consensual citizens. The Bill was referred to the Committee on Science, and in addition to the Committee on Armed Services and International Relations. In the original bill a ban was sought on ‘exotic weapons’ including electronic, psychotronic or information weapons, chemtrails, particle beams, plasmas, electromagnetic radiation, extremely low frequency (ELF) or ultra low frequency (ULF) energy radiation, or mind control technologies. Despite the inclusion of a prohibition of the basing of weapons in space, and the use of weapons to destroy objects or damage objects in space, there is no mention in the revised bill of any of the aforementioned mind-invasive weaponry, nor of the use of satellite or radar or other energy based technology for deploying or developing technology designed for deployment against the minds of human beings. (Space Preservation Act, 2002)

We are writing to advise you on our ongoing work and plans for the next meeting of the Presidential Commission for the Study of Bioethical Issues. We appreciate the time that you have taken to engage with us.

We would like to clarify for your information that the Commission is not investigating or reviewing any concerns or complaints concerning claims about targeted individuals. This includes claims concerning: MK-ULTRA; COINTELPRO; electromagnetic torture or attacks; organized stalking; remove influencing; microwave harassment; covert harassment and surveillance; human tracking; psychotronic or psychotropic weapons and radio frequency or military weapons or other claims.

As such the Commission will not hear further testimony on these subjects. Many of these issues have been investigated in the past. Prayer is for everyone. It is a good idea to get others to pray for you as well. I use the Prayonit site but there are many good prayer sites out there. This is my suggestion. "I pray for my protection and the protection of those I love and those who love me. I pray that those who commit crimes against us that the full extent of their crimes will be made public knowledge".

Protesters take aim at Prime Minister Abbott-"Hello Satan" and Denouncing the Illuminati and Global Weather Conspiracies

Placards suggesting that Prime Minister Tony Abbott has a hotline to Satan and others denouncing the illuminati and global weather conspiracies have been waved at a protest in Sydney.

Thousands of people attended the March in March event, which was held near Central Station on Sunday. It's purpose, primarily to criticise the federal government's stance on just about everything.

British singer Billy Bragg gave a tub-thumping speech about equality and fairness, while protesters held a colourful array of placards commenting on major political issues ranging from asylum policies, indigenous welfare to shark culls.

Other placards had a pop at the shadowy illuminati.

Another suggested that the weather is being controlled by America's High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP).

Mr Abbott was also attacked, with one placard featuring a picture of him on the telephone with the caption "hello Satan?"

Another branded him the "minister for ditch the witch", a reference to slogans aimed at former Labor prime minister Julia Gillard during 2012's carbon tax protests.

Bragg and others took aim at mining baron Gina Rinehart over her recent call for Australia to adopt Thatcherite policies.

But he said "cynicism" was the real enemy.

"The true enemy is not actually capitalism or Conservatism - it's cynicism," he told the crowd.

"It's the cynicism that we see in the right-wing press, it's the cynicism we see on the internet.

"It's the amount of bile that appears on the internet when anyone makes a political point - particularly vile attacks on Twitter to intelligent young women expressing an opinion."

The rain eased and Bragg raised spirits further with a few songs, before the crowd took off for a march through Sydney CBD, placards and umbrellas firmly in hand.

NSA Posed As Facebook To Infect Computers With Malware, Report Says.......

The National Security Agency has reportedly used automated systems to infect user computers with malware since 2010, according to a Wednesday report. And at times the agency pretended to be Facebook to install its malware.

The NSA has been using a program codenamed TURBINE to contaminate computers and networks with malware "implants" capable of spying on users, according to the Intercept, which cited documents provided by whistleblower Edward Snowden.

Between 85,000 and 100,000 of these implants have been deployed worldwide thus far, the report said.

To infect computers with malware, the NSA has relied on various tactics, including posing as Facebook.

The federal agency performed what is known as a "man-on-the-side" attack in which it tricked users computers into thinking that they were accessing real Facebook servers. Once the user had been fooled, the NSA hacked into the user's computer and extracted data from their hard drive.

Facebook said it had no knowledge of the NSA"s TURBINE program, according to the National Journal. However, the social network said it is no longer possible for the NSA or hackers to attack users that way, but Facebook warned that other websites and social networks may still be vulnerable to those types of attacks.

"This method of network level disruption does not work for traffic carried over HTTPS, which Facebook finished integrating by default last year," Facebook told the National Journal. "If government agencies indeed have privileged access to network service providers, any site running only HTTP could conceivably have its traffic misdirected."

Other ways the NSA infects malware onto computers include sending out spam emails.

The NSA is capable of installing different kinds of malware, each capable of performing different tasks. According to the report, certain malware can:

Use a computer's microphone to record audio

Use a computer's webcam to take photos

Record a computer's Internet browsing history

Record login details and passwords use for Web services

Log users' keystrokes

Extract data from flash drives when they are plugged into infected computers

Block users from accessing certain websites

Corrupt files that computers attempt to download

When the NSA first began infecting computers with malware in 2004, it would do so manually, according to the report. At that time, only between 100 and 150 implants had been deployed.

In January 1999, the European Parliament passed a resolution where it calls “ for an international convention introducing a global ban on all development and deployment of weapons which might enable any form of manipulation of human beings. It is our conviction that this ban can not be implemented without the global pressure of the informed general public on the governments. Our major objective is to get across to the general public the real threat which these weapons represent for human rights and democracy and to apply pressure on the governments and parliaments around the world to enact legislature which would prohibit the use of these devices to both government and private organisations as well as individuals.” (Plenary sessions/Europarliament, 1999)

In October 2001, Congressman Dennis J. Kucinich introduced a bill to the House of Representatives which, it was hoped would be extremely important in the fight to expose and stop psycho-electronic mind control experimentation on involuntary, non-consensual citizens. The Bill was referred to the Committee on Science, and in addition to the Committee on Armed Services and International Relations. In the original bill a ban was sought on ‘exotic weapons’ including electronic, psychotronic or information weapons, chemtrails, particle beams, plasmas, electromagnetic radiation, extremely low frequency (ELF) or ultra low frequency (ULF) energy radiation, or mind control technologies. Despite the inclusion of a prohibition of the basing of weapons in space, and the use of weapons to destroy objects or damage objects in space, there is no mention in the revised bill of any of the aforementioned mind-invasive weaponry, nor of the use of satellite or radar or other energy based technology for deploying or developing technology designed for deployment against the minds of human beings. (Space Preservation Act, 2002)

Please be assured that for years these weapons have been used to terribly torture and abuse victims all over the world.

Some of our ELECTRONIC TORTURE, ABUSE AND EXPERIMENTATION CASES detail the most extreme and totalitarian violations of human rights in human history, including the most horrendous psychological tortures, rapes, sexual abuse, physical assaults, surgical mutilations, ‘mind control’, and other mental and physical mutilations.

Among other things the perpetrators of these crimes can place the human subject under continuous surveillance no matter where he/she is; they can monitor the human brain, including thoughts, reactions, motor commands, auditory events and visual images; they can continuously alter consciousness, introduce voices, noises, other disturbances, commands, images and "dreams" into the brain; and they can directly abuse, torture and hit bodies - including performing advanced medical procedures - from remote locations. The technology they are using is so advanced that it allows the controller(s) to see through the eyes of the targeted individual, essentially seeing whatever the victim sees.

Many of us are being tortured and abused in these ways 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – year in year out.

These are extreme and monstrous CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY - indescribably terrible in themselves - coupled with the ORWELLIAN secrecy and denial of any support at all that we are experiencing, makes them even more horrendous and monstrous.

We have contacted most Governments, Security/Intelligence Agencies, Religious Organisations, International Organizations, Human Rights Organizations, Universities, Scientific and other Institutions, and the International Media all over the world - over and over and over again – and have had our appeals for assistance, protection and/or publicity almost completely ignored and/or suppressed.

Some TARGETED INDIVIDUALS have been attempting to gain assistance, protection and/or publicity about these crimes since the 1990s - and even earlier - this extends as far back into the history of illegal ‘scientific and medical’ testing and experimentation as MKULTRA, COINTELPRO and the DUPLESSIS ORPHANS - and further.

We are still collecting CASE SUMMARIES from TARGETED INDIVIDUALS all over the world, and we have also advised them to send them to you - “THE SELECTED WITNESSES” - TO WITNESS, RECORD AND OPPOSE so that :-

A. We can be sure that as many people as possible know about these horrendous crimes.

B. We can be sure that these AUTHORITIES and ORGANISATIONS are either trying to uphold the rule of National, International and Human Rights Law, and that we will, sooner or later, be protected by these laws.

C. Or that we can be sure these AUTHORITIES and ORGANISATIONS are complicit and/or acquiescent to these CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY and that National, International and Human Rights Law no longer apply - in which case our task will be to get the rule of these laws restored.

Later these records should become an information source - such as the INTERNATIONAL TRACING OFFICE set up to record the fates and whereabouts of Jews (and others?) after WW11. The information collected can then be used by the appropriate people for LEGAL, MEDICAL, WELFARE, HISTORICAL etc. records.

As well as being illegal the crimes being committed against us are contrary to the Principles and Values of all the major religions and ethical systems - so we will also be demonstrating to all of these people and AUTHORITIES AND ORGANISATIONS the huge disconnect between their professed Principles and Values and the reality. We will be showing their monstrous Doublespeak Doublethink Doubledo ignorance, stupidity and/or hypocrisy.

It is no exaggeration to say our cases are as horrendous and urgent as people fleeing Nazi or Pol Pot concentration camps – specifically Dr Mengele-type torturers and butchers.

Tv and radio harassment, everyone seems in on it

I am trying to find peace but the moment i try to distract myself everything I do seems on the news or listening to music shows what i am thinking or my behaviors What is this? I do hate god for this but i am trying to find strength in prayer and believing again, but the devil seems to interject or they are placing strange thoughts in my head then they being two weeks of sleep deprivation, hermitisim, with only one good night rest has only made me mentally worst.

Unfortunately I was already labeled a schizo, even though at the so know one would believe this, the rest If only this was a false reality on the "program" or derealization, how I hope it is either of those. I never thought I would experience something like this in my lifetime and it is downright scary. I just want it to stop.

My Handlers are using WiFi. My oldest son come by to visit, and six found six WiFis, One disappeared, Bright Eagle, I was writing them down. I also notice, that when the electricity goes off, and on WiFi, it get quit. Is there any way to jam it? Dose anyone have an answers that might help?

Is there a connection between these 4 things? Perhaps I should add a fifth - criminal police/ authorities.targets are not criminal. My theory is gang stalking is a huge criminal con game. The Targets are BAIT to recruit the real targets - ordinary working people with families and assets. The Recruits are recruited on the basis of lies into a cult where they will be subject to manipulation, mind control, indoctrination, with the object of fleecing them of all their assets - slowly, over time. The target bait is just a distraction to keep their focus off what is happening.Why target the elderly? It's an old con tricksters mantra - where there's old there's gold. The target bait also are stripped of their assets. They could be the targets of identity theft - a clever move which strips them of their assets and criminalises them in one move. And the defamation of character is for a purpose - it means their assets can be seized under asset forfeiture laws on no other basis than they have a "criminal lifestyle". No crime need ever be proved. And old people , who have spent a lifetime getting some resources together, trusting of authority and always vulnerable to swindlers - soft and lucrative targets.

An Announcement To The Whole World By Chinese Victims Of Directed Energy And Psychotronic Weapons

DEAR SIR/MADAM

First of all, please permit us to introduce ourselves to you. We are some of the Chinese victims from dozens of regions and cities across China , who have been cruelly harassed tortured and persecuted in a covert way by the means of secret remote control on human body & brain. Among us, there are corporate employees, teachers, students, retirees and other intellectual workers and physical workers. Our suffering period ranges from several months till over 30 years.

Thanks to Internet that builds a bridge for us to know each other, and it is same sufferings bring us to work together.

A group of secret criminals who abuse their powers, arbitrarily use “the means of secret remote control on human body & brain”, illegally manipulate our bodies and brains covertly, and also cruelly torture and harass us psychologically and physically and persecute us days and nights so that a lot of victims live a very miserable and horrible life.

Secret criminals utilize the weapons of “secret remote control on human body & brain” and remotely influence us, and consequently our bodies suffer from “physiological diseases and physiological behaviors” caused artificially from their weapons such as aching, itching, coldness, hotness, trembling, unwell feeling and unhappiness, and so that our brains suffer harassments and tortures from “acoasma and hallucination”. Besides, criminals do all they could to shamelessly steal and indecently spread our privacy in our brains in a abnormal psychology and crazily do all they could to intimidate and humiliate victims. All these vices do a great harm us psychologically and physically. Therefore , some innocent victims was forced to hospitals especially for being forced to accept mental treatment, some innocent victims were forced to suicide because of intolerable secret tortures and insults, and others died of “strange fatal diseases” yielded by criminals secretly in a special trap.

Such secret crimes as the wide abuse of their powers, the illegal use of “the means of secret remote control on human body & brain” and illegal violation of fundamental human rights, have resulted horribly in atrocity or the unprecedented anti-human catastrophe of human rights technically. These crimes not only challenge severely Chinese constitution and laws, but also human conscience, the UN Charter and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. It is NOT permitted by all the human beings at all!

Owing to the above-mentioned cases, Chinese victims jointly lodged “a collective complaint to Chinese President Hu Jintao” (please see attachment 1) on 3rd Dec. 2007, and emailed it to the Chinese Communist Party Central Committee, every ministries of the State Council, major news media and the legal community who we asked to deliver the complaints to Chinese President.

Subsequently, we jointly announced " An Open Letter to the Head of Chinese Secret Institution" on 5th May 2008.(Please see attachment 2)

Chinese Goverment has the undisputed responsibility to take an immediate investigation into the secret criminals who abuse their power, and to sternly punish them according to the clause of "the State respect and protect citizens' human rights" set out by Constitution of PRC China. However, unfortunately, so far we have not received any response on the issue.

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UN General Assembly passed and published Resolution 217A (III) on 10th December 1948) stipulates in the following relevant clauses that:

Article 3 Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person.

Article 5 No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.

Article 6 Everyone has the right to recognition everywhere as a person before the law.

Article 12 No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to attacks upon his honour and reputation. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks.

Article 19 Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers.

China is one of the creators of the United Nations, a permanent member of the UN Security Council, a member of UN Human Right Council and one of the signers of UN Covenant on Human Rights. Therefore, China should seriously observe and enforce the relevant rules of UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

At present, the quantity of victims are increasingly rising around the globe. Thousands of victims strongly demand for an investigation into the sinful Hi-tech crimes which covertly violate human rights worldwide. A large quantity of the stated facts reveal that these secret fascist criminals are the common enemies of all the human beings who use Hi-tech means to arbitrarily secretly violate human dignity and fundamental human rights. The crazy secret Hi-tech crimes heavily threat and violate the fundamental rights of human livings in the world.

Challenged by the unprecedented worldwide catastrophe of human rights and the severe crimes of damaging human beings, we urge an immediate actions in union and bravely fight against the gangs of secret fascist criminals! We must disclose the horrible crimes which are covertly damaging human beings, and put them into the Judge Courtroom in International Criminal Court!!

Journalist and elites worldwide have the responsibility to provide supports for victims, the lawyers worldwide have the responsibility to stand by and offer a legal aid to victims.UN Human Right Council has the responsibility to safeguard human rights and to protect thinking right, sleeping right, health right and living right of all the human beings. International Criminal Court at Hague has the responsibility to carry out an investigation into the crimes denounced by victims, and to charge these secret fascist,the criminals who severely violate fundamental human rights with the Hi-tech Crime and the Antihuman Crime through and according to the relevant legal proceedings.

We, Chinese victims, support resolutely the global campaign of " Ban the abuse and torture of secret MIND CONTROL/PSYCHOTRONIC WEAPONS/Remote Human manipulation" through our practical actions. We strongly appeal for the United Nations to immediately stop the abuse of the means of the secret remote control on human body & brain which are used to cruelly harass and torture and persecute covertly common citizens.

We strongly urge the UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon to do his solemn duty to protect fundamental human rights of the whole world, and hold a urgent international conference on the ban of abusing “the means of secret remote control on human body & brain" so as to protect the validity of the UN Charter and UN Declaration & Covenant on Human Rights. Also, we demand for European Commission for Human Right to immediately put Article 27 of A40005/1999 into practice.

我们来自中国各地数十个城市地区，是一些遭受“秘密遥控人体和大脑（精神）技术”武器残酷虐待折磨迫害和阴谋暗害的受害者。我们之中，有公司员工、教师、学生、退休职工，以及其他从事脑力和体力工作的普通平民。我们之中，受害的时间，短的仅几个月，长的则达三十多年。

网络使我们相识，受害的遭遇让我们走到了一起。

长期以来, 一帮滥用特权的秘密罪犯，肆无忌惮地使用“秘密遥控人体和大脑（精神）技术”，非法秘密控制我们的身体和大脑（精神），日夜不停地实施种种惨无人道的精神骚扰和肉体折磨迫害、阴谋暗害，致使许多受害者每天生活在无比痛苦的、生不如死的恐怖状况中。

他们使用“秘密遥控人体和大脑（精神）技术” ，遥控制造我们受害者身体内日夜交替出现：痛、痒、冷、热、颤抖、难受等人为的“生理疾病和生理行为”痛苦；遥控制造我们受害者的大脑（精神）日夜出现所谓的“幻听、幻觉”骚扰折磨痛苦。他们还竭尽无耻、卑鄙、下流的变态伎俩，窃取传播受害者大脑思维的隐私信息，并且，疯狂地对受害者进行秘密恐吓和种种人格侮辱。所有这一切，都给我们受害者的肉体和精神带来了无与伦比的巨大创痛，身心遭到极度的摧残和伤害。其中，有一些无辜受害者被诬陷并送进“精神病院”；另一些因无法忍受秘密折磨凌辱的痛苦而“自杀”；还有一些则被他们秘密制造身体内出现各种莫名其妙的“绝症怪病”而阴谋暗害，含冤死亡。

这样广泛的滥用“特权”，使用“秘密遥控人体（大脑）技术”，非法侵犯普通平民基本人权的秘密犯罪行为，在其技术性、恐怖性和反人类性上都已经成为中国和世界历史上空前的人权浩劫。这不仅是对中国宪法法律的严重挑战，而且，也是对人类良知、对《联合国宪章》和《人权宣言》的严重挑战，是全人类所绝对不能允许的！

为此，我们中国受害者于2007年12月3日，联名写了一封“致胡锦涛主席的集体控诉信” （见“附件一” ），并用电子邮件发送给了中共中央和中国国务院各部门，以及全国新闻媒体和法律界人士等，要求转呈给中国国家主席。

接着，在2008年5月5日，又联名发出了一封《致中国“秘密机构”头头的公开信》（见“附件二” ）。

毫无疑问，中国政府有责任按照中国宪法载明的：“国家尊重和保障公民人权”等法律条款，立即调查并严惩这帮滥用特权的秘密罪犯。然而，遗憾的是，我们受害者所进行的这些揭露控诉努力，并没有得到应有的重视和回应。

《世界人权宣言》(联合国大会一九四八年十二月十日第217A(III)号决议通过并颁布) 的有关条款规定：

第三条|
人人有权享有生命、自由和人身安全。
第五条
任何人不得加以酷刑,或施以残忍的、不人道的或侮辱性的待遇或刑罚。
第六条
人人在任何地方有权被承认在法律前的人格。
第十二条
任何人的私生活、家庭、住宅和通信不得任意干涉,他的荣誉和名誉不得加以攻击。人人有权享受法律保护,以免受这种干涉或攻击。
第十九条
人人有权享有主张和发表意见的自由;此项权利包括持有主张而不受干涉的自由,和通过任何媒介和不论国界寻求、接受和传递消息和思想的自由。

中国是联合国的创始国之一；中国是联合国安理会常任理事国；中国是联合国人权理事会成员；中国也是联合国有关《人权公约》的签署国之一。因此，中国理应严格恪守、认真执行“联合国人权宣言”等有关维护公民人权文件的规定。

现在，世界各国的受害者数量呈现越来越多之势。成千上万的受害者强烈要求对目前正在全世界范围内发生的这一罪大恶极的侵犯人权事件进行调查。从大量揭露出来的事实表明，这些恣意践踏人类尊严和基本人权的秘密法西斯罪犯是全人类的共同敌人。他们这一疯狂的秘密罪恶正在严重威胁和侵犯着全世界人民最基本的生活和生存权利。

面对这一空前的世界性人权浩劫，全世界人民必须紧急行动起来，团结一致，同仇敌忾，与这帮秘密法西斯罪犯进行坚决斗争！认清他们的秘密罪恶面目，揭露他们秘密侵犯、残害人类的滔天罪行，将他们押上国际刑事法庭的审判台！！

    我们集体向您——胡主席进行强烈控诉！！

    在现今的中国，有着一帮无法无天的秘密罪犯。

   长期以来,他们恣意践踏宪法尊严，非法侵犯中国公民人权，肆无忌惮地使用“秘密遥控人体和大脑（精神）技术”，对受害者的身体和大脑（精神）日夜不停地实施种种秘密控制骚扰，惨无人道的进行折磨迫害和阴谋暗害，致使许多受害者每天生活在极为痛苦恐怖的精神状况中生不如死，身心遭受极度的摧残和伤害。不少受害者因他们制造出的各种莫明其妙的怪病而无辜冤死。

    这种秘密“遥控技术手段” 包括：制造我们身体内日夜交替出现：痛、痒、冷、热、颤抖、难受等人为的“生理疾病和生理行为”痛苦；制造我们的大脑（精神）日夜出现被遥控的所谓“幻听、幻觉”的骚扰折磨痛苦。他们还竭尽无耻、卑鄙、下流的变态伎俩，窃取传播受害者大脑思维的隐私信息，并且，疯狂地对受害者进行秘密恐吓和种种人格侮辱。所有这一切，都给受害者的肉体和精神带来了无与伦比的巨大创痛！

     由此，造成我们中的许多受害者如今在工作单位受到了极不公正的对待：有的受到严重岐视；有的被剥夺了工作权利，失去了生计。一些受害者向公安司法部门报案时，也被错认为“精神有问题”而不予理睬。同时，也给我们的家庭带来了极其严重的损害,使不少受害者的家庭因此而出现裂痕,甚至造成家破人亡的惨痛后果。

    据不完全的网络统计，在我国，现今公开站出来揭露曝光的受害者已有几百人之多。而更多的受害者正在逐步认清这帮秘密罪犯的“庐山真面目”，积极加入到揭露曝光他们罪恶的战斗行列来。

     这种无法无天的秘密恐怖犯罪行为的泛滥，正在引发广泛的社会恐慌，给整个社会的稳定与和谐带来严重的破坏。这种伤天害理的秘密恐怖犯罪行为的泛滥，必将对国家、对民族造成巨大的危害！

    而这样广泛的滥用“特权”，非法侵犯公民人权的秘密犯罪行为，在其技术性、恐怖性和反人类性上都已经成为中国和世界历史上空前的人权浩劫。毫无疑问，这是对人类良知、对法律的严重挑战，是国家的宪法和法律所绝对不能允许的！

    中华人民共和国宪法第三十三条法定：凡具有中华人民共和国国藉的人都是中华人民共和国公民。

    国家尊重和保障公民人权。

     中华人民共和国宪法第三十八条法定：中华人民共和国公民的人格尊严不受侵犯。禁止用任何方法对公民进行侮辱、诽谤和诬告陷害。

    中华人民共和国宪法第五条法定：中华人民共和国实行依法治国，建设社会主义法治国家。
      国家维护社会主义法制的统一和尊严。
     一切法律、行政法规和地方性法规都不得同宪法相抵触。

     一切国家机关和武装力量、各政党和各社会团体、各企业事业组织都必须遵守宪法和法律。一切违反宪法和法律的行为，必须予以追究。

     任何组织或者个人都不得有超越宪法和法律的特权。

     中华人民共和国民法第九十八条法定：公民享有生命健康权。

中国受害者告全世界人民书
秘密脑控试验—人类生存基本价值被破坏MK-Ultra类秘密试验（脑控试验）常常在试验目标（受害者）不知情或者不同意的情况下进行的。脑控很容易让受害者精神不正常。加拿大巴士杀人案的李伟光就是脑控秘密试验受害者。

脑控常常涉及微小芯片植入到大脑和身体的其它部位,常常用电磁波作为激发的能量，是RFID和晶振技术的充分应用，不需要传统电池。部分只做控制试验的受害者们身体里没有芯片。脑控涉及定向能（Directed Energy），例如X-射线、微波信号和穿墙高能微波。定向能试验的方式非常隐蔽，可能会产生致命的效果。静态造影如MRI和CT可以造假。

Victim几乎都不知道自己是试验目标。一般症状例如，催眠，剥夺正常睡眠，诱导腹泻，诱导分神，产生头痛及其他部位的疼痛，诱导情绪变化等等。受害者往往将异常归结为普通的健康问题，他们常常不认为他们自己是Victim。

各国特工之间往往互相合作。有人在中国成为受害者，在加拿大继续受到试验，那往往就是中加特工在合作脑控。移民很可能成为脑控的几内亚猪。脑控试验不仅从身体上直接打击受害者，而且使用技术手段来破坏一个人的精神心理。脑控常常被用来暗害敌人，并且能杀人于无形，例如杀死主神经和制造癌症，特别是肺癌。

“Lida”技术：脉冲射频发射器，可以导致严重的疲劳和昏睡，或者失眠。可以穿墙瞄准目标发射. LIDA技术在1950年代由苏联发明，后来在各国得到了发展。声音直达大脑（Voice to skull）技术：可以传送说话声和其它声音，直达目标的头部，旁边的人听不到，可以穿过墙壁发射。该技术可以在没有脑控芯片的情况下实现。（该技术的美国军方代号是“V2K”。）

读取和破解脑波：通过高科技脑控激励芯片（或特定的帽子）来读取受害者的脑波，通过无线传输到附近的接收设备。再过滤出特定的波形来破解受害者的思维和记忆。这项技术已经非常先进。

意念传输：（Thoughts Transmission）通过无线传输特定的脑控波曲线到受害者的大脑，实现意念的传输，一般需要有脑控微芯片植入在受害者的大脑。意念传输也叫潜意识(subliminal)传输，例如“受辱感”，能破坏人际关系。默念传输：（Subvocal Transmission）通过电磁波传输来影响受害者的说话器官和抑制思维器官，来影响受害者说话。这种话不经过大脑的思考说出，特别细心的受害者能够发现。这种传输可以通过脑控激励芯片（又叫脑控钉）或不用脑控激励芯片进行。受害者的主要特点是说话不经过思考或者说错话。武器化的微波技术：可以导致一系列的身体的伤害反应，可以悄悄地，穿过墙壁进行。穿墙雷达扫描技术（例如机场安检。）高级无线计算机控制技术：通过探测主板的特定的电磁辐射和向特定的线路端子发射X波段电磁脉冲，实现输出和输入。相当于别人的计算机通过串口连到了你的计算机。在没有无线网卡的情况下就能够实现无线遥控计算机。潜意识“无声的声音”（Subliminal “Silent Sound”）设备：可以传送催眠式建议到受害者，但受害者耳朵听不到，声波的频率介于超声波和人可听声波之间。

Here is Toronto Police formal report shared by the Government ( at the bottom of each page, the link address). I reported the use of Non-Lethal Weapons to Toronto Police after I consulted with my family doctor several times and after a series of medical check. From the highlighted statements, you can see how they conflicted with themselves.

1. “The Subject related what seemed to be a totally implausible situation.”

2. “The Subject appeared to be quite disturbed…”

3. “Subject but he had been to his doctor and had been told to move out.”

4. “He speculated that the rays might have been nuclear in nature.”

5. “He also supplied an information sheet on “Sound as a Weapon”.

Regarding item 1, the involved Toronto Police officer stated in my family doctor’s office after seeing my family doctor’s advice and judgment, as follows: “We really appreciate what he provided to us. And we think everything he reported is true. We work a lot than you think, even we are still working on it till now. Your neighbor is not the person who can commit this kind of crime. We didn’t find anything about it.”

Regarding item 2, please refer to their memo’s statement, “ Other than the rays, he seemed quite normal.”

Regarding items 3, their statement confirmed my family doctor’s advice and judgment. Regarding items 4,5, one is nuclear weapons and one is non lethal weapons. Any explanations is needed? In addition, as for my first report to 41 division of Toronto Police, Toronto Police refused to disclose and transfer after being asked.

USA,UK, and UN view Non Lethal Weapons as mass destruction weapons. However, Toronto Police and Canadian torturers have tortured me with these weapons and with almost everything they can about 10 years. With these 10 years, like other torture victims, I tried everything I could to get my normal life back. Even, I wanted to give up. But, these torturers never stop. Are these or those torturers so powerful? No, absolutely not. When all media and so many human rights organizations asked one Canadian torturer to step down, he said: “ Everyone can make mistake. EVER WONDERED WHY PEOPLE GET TARGETED?

An independent researcher Marshall Thomas developed an assessment of why some people got targeted and not others. In his book ‘Monarch-the New Phoenix-Program’* he states that:

‘After meeting with 220 individuals and subjecting their case studies to an epidemiological analysis it was possible to assign the group with a collective set of risk factors. It is helpful if the reader will imagine a huge database with millions and millions of names… perhaps everyone in the United States. The targets are chosen with a computer program that gives a cumulative weighted score to each name when they engage in a certain proscribed activity. Picture this computer program acting as an elaborate three strikes and you’re out program. Every targeted activity or behavior carries a weighted score and every entry to the TI’s name increases their cumulative score. When the score reaches a certain quantity then that person is automatically enrolled in the program as a target’.

TARGETING CRITERIA

Marshall Thomas shows how the scoring works. Taking the case of a lady in her seventies who was targeted, he examines the reasons:

Strike One: Civil rights activity.
Strike Two: An FBI file.
Strike Three: Working for a major oil company as well as any personal or family association with the intelligence community.
Strike Four: Foreign travel to certain countries as well as learning a foreign language and integrating with a foreign culture.
Strike Five: Being permanently injured and on disability – a “drain on the system”*.

Marshall Thomas notes an additional criteria – whistleblowers, which he considers ‘may comprise as many as 5-10% of all cases of targeted individuals’.

He states that ‘There is a great deal of variability across the range of TI’s in both the reasons for their targeting as well as in the manner that they are targeted. Academics, scientists and inventors who possess intellectual property of value are often targeted to relieve them of their ability to retain their patentable intellectual property. Microbiologists are particularly well represented in the target population.

Multiple targets share the risk factor of belonging to religions such as Jehovah’s Witnesses, Mormons, Buddhists, Christian sects, and other groups that are not mainstream religions, a category that will be referred to as religious dissidents. Twins are very common targets, usually one twin is overtly targeted with electronic harassment and microwave weapons while the other twin functions as the control group’.

PEOPLE ALSO GET TARGETED RANDOMLY FOR USE IN SECRET RESEARCH PROGRAMMES

The author and whistleblower Robert Duncan, in his free e-book ‘The Matrix Deciphered’*- puts human experimentation as the main reason why individuals are targeted. He says that:

‘Two high level FBI agents and a couple CIA agents have come forward to validate the existence of a MKULTRA like project that continues to grab random people for mind control experimentation.’

‘Two of these have since become part of the program and endure daily psychotronic tortures. All the torture can be done using directed energy psychotronic weapons with the so called continental ballistic missile surveillance defense grids’.

Robert Duncan says his reason for writing the book was ‘to help consolidate the technical information about the most advanced, secret military weapons being tested on civilians throughout the world, and to give new test victims a literary reference that they can give to police officers, psychiatrists, and family members so that they can be quickly educated on what is happening them’.

Robert Duncan, himself a TI, is a professor in computer science and business. He states that he has ‘interviewed over two hundred people and worked on the highest level of military projects for the U.S., NATO, and U.K. and have given videotaped testimony to senators and representatives’

WHY MORE WOMEN AND MINORITIES GET TARGETED

Several researchers have commented on the significantly higher numbers of women in the population targeted individuals. One of the reasons for this could be compliance with the US Public Law 103-43 which requires that:

1. ’Women and minorities be included in all clinical research studies, as appropriate for the scientific goals of the work proposed.

2. Additionally, NIH policy requires that women and members of minority groups and their subpopulations be included in Phase III clinical trials in numbers adequate to allow for valid analyses of sex/gender, racial, and/or ethnic differences in intervention effects.

3. NIH policy also states that children (defined as persons under the age of 21) be included in human subjects research supported by NIH unless an acceptable justification for their exclusion is provided.

4. The NIH Peer Review regulations (42 C.F.R. 52h) specify that reviewers will take into account, in determining overall impact that the project in the application could have on the research field involved, the adequacy of plans to include both genders, minorities, children and special populations as appropriate for the scientific goals of the research.

5. Therefore, reviewers must evaluate the proposed plans for inclusion of women, minorities, and children as one of the review criteria that factor into the evaluation of scientific and technical merit’.

This underlines the point that targeting is about nonconsensual human experimentation, and the need to get a suitable research population.

THE COMBINED TARGETING STRATEGY

Marshall Thomas sees the three main reasons for targeting of individuals as merging into an overall strategy:

- perfecting (EMW) electromagnetic weapons on unwilling people – human guinea pig experiments.

- neutralizing potential enemies on a hit list, political activists and whistleblowers, by using them as the unwilling subjects of the human experimentation.

- using extreme trauma, sleep deprivation, and other torture techniques delivered by EMW to the targets to further refine the science of behavior modification.

A WORLDWIDE PROGRAM TARGETING THE CIVILIAN POPULATION

In his book The Hidden Evil’, author and researcher, Mark M Rich states:
