I am too darn tired of this! TIP: This organized Crime Syndicate masquerades as legit businesses or altruistic organizations...

...and steals Serial Numbers from Licensed OS users and overwrites installations with fake ones to justify DRM Control.

To identify who they are , check who the major players in the BPO incubation business are and identify the top companies in the IT industry selling cloud-based services

They shroud the net on competitors, providing them a sandbox where the data is filtered and controlled, while they on their part siphon off the clients of competitors who think are are still communicating with the actual account owners.

This system is being used for spamming, phishing and stealing credit card accounts and siphoning off money from banks.

 

Their protectors and the people who supply them the  info on how to use built-in functionalities that allow security breaches  are insiders  in the actual factories where the semiconductor RFID communicators are fabricated.

My major perp works at Micron (Intel factory since the 1970s till it became Numonyx then Micron just a couple of years ago.)

 

They are actually controlling my PC right at this moment, windows are opening and apps are loading on their own. It can be traced (IP route) of who's using this.

 

This town and the region has become the testing ground and the main players/people behind the technology originated from this town.

Symptoms of Microwave Mind Control and Targeting

Most Targeted Individuals do not even realize they are being targeted and slowly develop symptoms, which they think are natural medical problems.  

Until masses of families and individuals start realizing what is happening and take action, the criminals will probably continue their success with this and all of humanity will suffer indescribably.

 These are symptoms which I have either experienced or witnessed in other victims. Most people only have some of these symptoms. Different individuals and families are often targeted in different ways so there may be many symptoms that I do not listed here. The symptoms may come on suddenly and then disappear as quickly. . .or may slowly increase and continue almost constantly. There are many variables.

* High Pitched Ringing in Ears: Can be so faint that victims may not notice.

* Dehydration: Often severe even when consuming a lot of fluids.
* Unusual Cellulite Accumulations: this can range from minor to severe. (I have seen a victim suddenly acquire cellulite around well used muscles after about three months of extreme microwave mind control exposure.

 * Mood Swings: Unusual episodes of depression, anger, anxiety, crying, laughing...etc. (possibly misdiagnosed as "bipolar...")

* Joint and Muscle Pain: Arthritis and other pains in joints or bones...etc.

* Sudden Body Bloating: This is very common with microwave attacks and can range from mild to severe.

* Zombification: Mental numbness that can become so severe that it is difficult to focus, make decisions and think clearly.

* Brain Farts: (lol gotta hold onto my sense of humor!) Intrusions into our brains can cause interrupted thoughts or speech, dizziness, forgetfulness, mental fatigue...etc.

* Forced Speech: Saying things and not knowing why you said them. . .a "where did that come from" sort of feeling. Sometimes even sudden episodes of gibberish talk - making no sense (rare)

* Obsessions: Onset of sudden unusual obsessions (either for or against someone or something)

* Memory loss: This can range from short bouts of memory loss to severe permanent complete loss of memory. Can also be in the form of mental blocks in certain areas or in regards to certain subjects.

* Allergy Types of Symptoms: constant sinus problems and dark circles under eyes. Also feels like a stuffy head, although there is no cold or illness.

* Nausea: Can range from short mild episodes to severe vomiting.

* Unusual Thoughts and Dreams with Unusual Messages: Psychotronic weapons can be used to project voices into our heads and this is often done at night, in order to brainwash us.

* Nerve Irritation or Damage: Periods altered depth perception, eye sight and hearing. . .also numbness in lips, face or right arm, unusual head aches, bouts of small sharp pains shooting into head, deep pain behind right eye and eye brow, pain down back right side of head, muscle or nerve twitching in eyes or other parts of face, burning sensation in mouth, aching teeth and swollen gums...etc.

* Coordination Problems: Suddenly becoming accident prone


* Symptoms that Mimic Mental Illness: Victims can experience sudden mood swings and feel anxious -  like they know something horrible is happening to them, but can not figure out what it is. Victims and/or their loved ones can easily assume it is a "mental illness" due to lack of awareness of remote mind control technologies. And, sadly, some doctors are more than happy to prescribe medications that aid the complete success of said technologies.  Hearing voices that are sneakily technologically projected are common. (These voices can also be projected to people who are near the target, in order to make them think the target is saying foul things...etc.)

* Misdiagnosis: Falsely labeling Targeted Individuals as "mentally ill" is almost the worst part of this, because it forces 'help' in ways that are NOT needed and completely prevents help in the ways that are DESPERATELY needed.

* Seizures: Sudden seizures for no apparent reason and can be mild and temporary or severe and long term. (Possibly misdiagnosed as "epilepsy"?)

* Neurological Problems: Sudden unexplainable neurological problems, which can range from mild numbness in various parts of body. . .to sudden brain damage with severe altercations to speech and motor skills.

* Personality Change: Slow or sudden altered belief systems, taste, desires, preferences, values, morals ...etc.

* Extreme Physical and Mental Fatigue: May be short or long term.

* Unexplainable Pain in Muscles and Bones: (possibly misdiagnosed as "fibromialgia")

* Heat and Energy Flashes: Sudden rushes of heat or energy with tingling throughout body.

* Digestive and Intestinal Problems: Sudden bouts of these are VERY common in remote mind control victims.

* Sudden Onset of Medical Problems:  From minor things like hair loss, swollen gums, reflux, skin eruptions, cataracts at an unusually young age, temp plummeting to 96-97, sudden weight gain or loss to detached retinas and lung, heart, liver or other organ complications or failures as well as aneurysms, strokes...etc.

* Heart Flutterings and Attacks: This is common and can range from mild heart attacks and feelings of the heart beat vibrating through whole body to lethal heart attacks, which (according to Microwave expert General Barrie Trower) can be inflicted with the push of a button.

* Sudden Onset of Unusual Physical Injuries: Injuries seem to suddenly happen almost on their own. Things like sprained ankles, joint problems and slipped discs can be remotely inflicted.

* Tumorous Growths: These may or may not be cancerous.

* Sexual Stimulation: Sexual stimulation that does not feel natural and does not match genuine desires.

* Ridges Forming on Fingernails and Toenails: From mild to severe.
* Sun Sensitivity: Sudden onsets of head aches or skin rashes during exposure to the sun

* Unauthorized Surveillance Symptoms: Feeling like we are being watched when there appears to be no body there.
* Malfunctioning of Technology: Radios and TVs suddenly turn off or on. Vehicle instruments go haywire. Watches usually stop when we wear them...etc.

* Lupus: Lupus as well as other autoimmune diseases are caused by over doses of microwave energy. The "flares" happen when our bodies react to severe levels of microwaves, which are intentionally being directed at us.

* Morgaloins Disease: (Probably spelled wrong) This and many other illnesses that we THINK are natural are actually being inflicted by microwaves.

* Leukemia and other Cancers: Tumorous cancers are also often inflicted with microwave attacks.

* Birth Defects: A targeted pregnant woman can have a child with a minor heart defects (like I did in 1982)

* Blocked Hearts: Long term Mind Control Victims often become selfish, egotistical and uncaring toward others. (This is evident in the families of Primary Targeted Individuals.)

* Inconspicuous Murder: Sudden death that appears natural,
 suicidal or accidental but does not feel right to the loved ones of such victims. FTI: Deaths that are intentionally inflicted by other human beings are NOT "meant to be." These murders often leave a persistent unsettled feeling in the victim's loved ones.

Most Targeted Individuals do not even realize they are being targeted and slowly start developing symptoms, which they think are natural medical problems.

Primary Targeted Individuals can also experience extremely painful and obvious remote electronic tortures, which can include the projection of voices to either confuse them or people who are near them - making those who hear it think that whatever is being said is coming from the TI. Targets who are also being "gang stalked" experience chains of sabotaged jobs, relationships as well as destroyed vehicles and homes. Our computers are often invaded and our writings altered in ways that make us look crazy and/or stupid.

It appears that one female victim is sometimes chosen from a targeted family to be more heavily targeted. This individual will probably be intelligent, independent and attractive. Manipulations will be set up to completely separate her from her family or anyone who can help her. (This can include massive levels of mind control in those whom she is closest to.) Then she will be surrounded with severe chains of difficulties and psychological, physical torture, which is apt to also include being repeatedly drugged and raped.

When we start realizing that we are being targeted, and start talking about it, we become inflicted with even ore severe levels of psychological harassment, from organized stalking groups, in efforts to make our testimonies sound like we only have "paranoid schizophrenia" or whatever. . . so that no one will believe us and the criminals can continue freely targeting humanity.

Until masses of families and individuals start realizing what is happening and take action, the criminals will probably continue their success with this and all of humanity will suffer indescribably.

Gang Stalking - Organized Stalking Information

The Secret Criminal Part 0f Our Own Societies
Gang stalking is a lethal program that is designed to
 inconspicuously destroy literally every aspect of a person's life.

   Victims of "gang stalking" (Also called "organized stalking" or "Cause Stalking") have been thought to be only political figures or popular individuals, but this is not so. Hitler used these tactics against the Jews. Our own government uses them against what are perceived as possible threats. And sadistic occult members use them against anyone they choose. Countless numbers of ordinary people are becoming victims of this criminal program. Apparently all it takes is to be at the wrong place at the wrong time, or to upset, reject, be disliked by, or attractive to, someone who is connected to the secret society and is heartless enough to want to make us suffer for the rest of our lives.

    There is a desperate need for public and law enforcement awareness of this crime, which is mostly unacknowledged, at the victims expense. As far as I know, the state of Michigan is the only state in the USA, which has recently acknowledged the devastating effects of gang stalking and has passed new laws to help prevent its continued success.

Some stalking group members are law enforcement personnel, or "neighborhood watch" groups, who believe lies, which are fed down to them, through a corrupt system, against innocent victims. Some are foolish people who are manipulated into stalking, as if it were a game. Some are poor people who are paid to perform crimes against victims. Some are doctors and dentists who plant micro chips in unsuspecting victims. Some are taught these tactics in prison and do it as a regular job when they are released. Many are members of dark occults with satanic intentions. Many are perceived as respectable community members. MANY are veterans who are still caught up in a war and are not aware that their plight is being taken advantage of by criminals. Many proudly display USA flags while destroying our freedom and liberty. (I have found these depths of hypocrisy shocking!) Most of them appear to be unaware victims of remote mind control technologies. All of them are criminal accomplices to the countless numbers of psychological and physical murders, which are now taking place throughout humanity.

    Targeting starts out slow and inconspicuous and ends up blatant and lethal: In the initial stages of this crime victims can think they are going crazy and not realize that ill intending people are aiming to drive them into a state of confusion and distress. After the victim is isolated from all sources of help, and is allowed to realize what is happening, the harassment is vamped up into sadistic levels that aim to destroy every aspect of our lives. This is when the real terror starts.


Here are a few things that are done by gang stalkers:

Stalking the victim everywhere he/she goes. Stalkers seem to be connected to a large occult that has chapters in most communities. They pass the victim off to each other so that the harassment never ends. . .no matter where we go.

Keeping victim under constant surveillance: Tracking the victim through cell phones, devices on vehicles and satellites.

Invade and destroy our privacy: Stalkers tap into our computers, phones, emails, homes...etc., to listen to our conversations and then let us know that they hear us.

Crowding us in public: Constantly try to cut us off or stand too close or bump into us or make us wait in long lines, literally everywhere we go.

Street crowding: Stalkers follow you in vehicles. . .often pulling out ahead of you instead of behind you. They try to cut us off, blare horns at us, pull up beside us with blaring music, try run us off the road, suddenly slow down in front of us or rush to get ahead of us in line at a fast food restaurant ...etc. They use false license plates on their vehicles when obviously zooming to cause harm or irritation. Otherwise they try to blend in with other traffic and just be inconspicuously rude.

Befriend and betrayed the victim: in order to inflict emotional pain and mental abuse and interfere with relationships. They observe until they find out what bothers us most and then keep making it happen over and over again. They will hurt us and betray us until we tell them to leave and then another member of the group will zoom in, if they are not already in place, to console us and start the cruel process over again. When they first zoom in, they often use the name of a loved one (often one that they have inconspicuously murdered) to either make us feel comfortable with them or to be a constant reminder of the loss.


Home and Vehicle Intrusions: They access our homes and vehicles, (with keys made by a locksmith!) in order to move our belongings around in your home...etc. They play games like hiding something one day and then putting it back after we notice it missing. They do things like repeatedly move the rear view mirror in our vehicles or hide our keys. Some of the stalkers will even go so far as to drug or toxify our food.
"Street theater" - noise campaigns: Stalkers creating frequent loud noises around us, which can include things like blaring music, blaring horns, banging, slamming doors, blaring sirens, yelling, revving engines, screeching tires. . .and street theater - the process of acting out an argument between two stalkers, which sometimes includes the repeating of parts of our own conversations...etc.

Micro-chip planting: Many victims have been implanted with micro chips by a trusted doctor or dentist or stalker who slyly drugged them before installing it. Many victims suddenly find a cut or sore on their head without any memory of an injury...etc.

Financial Ruin: The stalkers instigate financial ruin in any way possible. This can include mind control techniques to steer us in bad directions, identity theft and nasty rumors started in our place of work, which instigates sudden rude behaviors from coworkers for no apparent reason. Reporting us for things we did not do...etc.

Sabotaging relationships: Stalkers aim to destroy our relationships with our children and family members as well as our friendships. . .through rumors, fabricated letters, emails, recorded phone messages...etc. With the use of mind control technologies this is becoming easier then you'd think it could be. (Please read the page on "Mind Control."

Sabotaging vehicles: Sudden flat tires, brake failures, electrical problems, batteries being drained by remote technologies, oil leaks being created, engines being destroyed ...etc. (I have had three sudden break failures since 2009 and ALL of my vehicles have developed sudden oil leaks...etc. The goal seems to be to destroy our vehicles in ways that appear accidental.

Threats: Threats are often delivered in cryptic ways that repeatedly mention or display death. Stalkers will come close to you and yell out a message, while pretending to be talking to each other. . .in such a way that you are the only one who knows that the message is for you. (The most obvious time that this happened to me was when a couple parked net to my van and. . .as the woman removed a child from the back seat, the man came around to that side of the car (right next to me) and yelled, "You keep testing! You know what is going to happen if you don't STAND DOWN!" This was while I was moving around - testing to see if remotely directed microwave energy attacks were coming from vehicles (like they want us to think) or from some other remote source. My conclusion was a FIRM knowing that we are being attacked through technologies like HAARP and satellites

Remote Electronic Torture: Stalkers slyly attack you with microwave or laser weapons. These attacks can rang from being uncomfortable to being extremely painful as well as mentally and/or physically debilitating. Sometimes its constant blasts of microwave energy and sometimes its like being shot with some sort of laser weapon, which caused an instant rush of heat and intense pain.
Biological Warfare: The stalkers us chemicals that burn, itch or make us choke. These chemicals can also be placed in cars, heat vents, food, shoes, clothes ...etc. (I have experienced suddenly breathing in something that burns my lungs and makes me choke. And also something that caused intense pain in my lungs, sudden choking up globs of mucus that had little black dots in it. . .at a time when I was not ill - this came on within minutes of being infected.

Stealing or killing of victim's pets: (I have experienced both of these things.)

Inconspicuous Murders of Loved Ones:Victims can experience an unusual amount of losses that FEEL unnatural although they appear to be of natural or accidental causes.

Psychological Harassment and Torture: Stalkers say and do countless numbers of things to confuse or scare us. They play the catty games. . .like telling us what kind of harm they are going to inflict on us before they do it. They say something and then say they didn't say it. This list could go on forever. It can include all sorts of mental abuse and any array of cruel confusing scenarios.

Manipulations: Stalkers manipulate situations to make us think innocent people are the ones who are following or harassing us. This makes us look crazy if we accuse them. (This happened to me with my daughter's boyfriend who was doing all the things that perpetrators do - like pushing things that are bad for us and running to text someone after trying to get me to tell him the names of people I was putting in a report to the FBI. . .and insisting on keeping the yard light shut on the night of my visit, although it was left on all other nights...etc. (My car was being tampered with at the time) Is he a perp or a mind controlled innocent? I am still not sure, but most likely a victim of mind control. However, he was a heavy influence in convincing my daughter that I am "just crazy" and that none of this is really happening.)

Sleep deprivation: Stalkers launch noise campaigns to try to keep us from getting the rest we need. This can also be done with remote technologies.

Parasite infestations: Stalkers infect our bodies, vehicles or homes with parasites.
Loss of Homes and businesses: Stalkers inconspicuously destroy our homes and businesses.

Slander: Stalkers use the media or internet to publicly discredit us, or start false rumors, so that the public will not believe us.

Framings for uncommitted crimes: Stalkers try to set us up to be blamed for crimes that they commit or they try to set us up to commit a crime.

Murder: Stalkers may try to kill us in ways that look like an accident or natural death. This is being slowly done to most Targeted Individuals, through toxifying food and directing steady doses of microwave energy at us...etc.

Abduction: Some victims are abducted after being completely isolated from their families and friends. (There appears to have been more then two attempts to do this to me.)

Drugging and raping victim: This can repeatedly happen to both the victim and his/her children. It seems to be a sadistic domination tactic. ( I had two beautiful daughters and believe that they have both experienced this. One had the bruises to prove it.)

    Primary Targeted Individuals are intentionally isolated from family and friends, through cruel and relentless manipulations and mind control techniques, leaving us with no possible avenue for help or support, while our lives become infiltrated with criminals who harass and harm us in any way that is not obvious to anyone else. This covert targeting is performed so inconspicuously that even the victim often does not realize what is happening until it is too late to reclaim their destroyed lives.
    Attacks often start out slow and subtle and then increase as the perpetrators succeed at isolating their victim. The final steps aim to push the victim into a seemingly natural death, suicide, mental breakdown, institutionalization or being jailed for uncommitted crimes - ultimately destroying the victim's life. This process is so cruel and barbaric that it becomes unbelievable to those whom we try to get help from. . .and this is the most dangerous part!

    There is a desperate need for public and law enforcement awareness of this horrific crime, which is mostly unacknowledged, at the victims expense. My rosary part untied and some other incidents

I forgot to finish up the multi-lingual mass and prayer book, so I'm working on it tonight. I hope it would be done by tomorrow morning for sure. I need to work more to keep up with everything I must do now.

I got quite a good understanding and updating of my gang stalking book from my experiences here and the V2K perps threats. The V2K perps mention about the importance of the family and the connections and you cannot do anything against us like that. They do have certain threats and they are like of what they are making for their traps and their plans. However, I learned these V2K perps threats are not reliable as they do not know the Christianity and they claim themselves as Soka Gakkai members. They can put importance on the connections and how they can ask favor from the high rank members in the churches for their "witch hunting" on the Targeted Individuals. That kind of information gives me the insight that the comparison of the tendency of the current church and of during the Middle Ages when the riches can buy the guaranty to go to heaven and how the high status people can take out certain people from the society or label them as something bad. My defense against such argument is the early church as the model when the St. Peter and St. Paul were working in small members from Antioch to Rome after the (known) history of St. John and the Virgin Mary ends in the south of Epeshus. If the NWO is supporting the communism style due to the surveillance and controlling in the US is modeled after China, then we should tell every one that the new religious phenomenon is that the religious people are controlled by the police and if the police does not like a priest or a sister, the informants can make up the claim to move the one out from the church. Well, that kind of thing would be in my book. I'm doing what supposed to be helping the church in a long run. As long as I assume, Jesus won't be on the side of the people bullying others. He would say peace to others instead of kicking them out or robbing them.

Well, I woke up at 7.30 this morning and saw the kitchen light was on. It happened twice since I started to stay here. At the rosary prayer from 5pm in the church, I saw the tied string next to the VM medal of my rosary was untied for couple of rounds to make the string very loose. Last night, I went to the church and prayed rosary, and I did not see such a problem. The rosary had the string loosen at the crucifix and it happened on few days before the purchase of the rosary. I bought it on the next day I lost my Altötting rosary parts in the Cross Mountain. I saw the part which got loose today was loose for about one round at that time. So, I tried to pull the string to make that part tight every time I pray rosary. I kept my new rosary in the inner pocket of my jacket. After I used it yesterday night, I did not take it off from my jacket and it was on the desk near the kitchen.

When I came back, I checked the handle of the doors toward the balcony. I'm living in a quite good location with nice rooms. It's just off-season and some accommodations are offered in reduced prices. Well, both doors had handles pointing 4.30pm degree. If it is at 3 o'clock, the door can be opened, and 6 o'clock to be closed. I don't know what happened but nothing much looked to be stolen or damaged. I might need to put something in front of the doors to know if they are opened from outside or not.

At the church, I tried to record the rosary damage and saw a female Italian group showed up and tried to sit down on the bench 2 rows to the front. I noticed the one on the right had Jack Wolfskin jacket. There should be very few people except Koreans visiting Medjugorje and it was very rare to see someone with Jack Wolfskin jacket again. So, she would be the 4th person, so far. I think she is probably a perp. I bought some breads on my way back for "Abendbrot," I saw a guy with a gray sweatshirt with hood also came to buy some breads there. But when I was walking toward the hill, the guy was quite fast walking behind me. I first thought of running, but decided to film him and let him pass first. He was walking fast and passed me. Then there were two men from the behind showed up and I led them pass as well. Then I walked from their behind, I saw one of them went into the house just near where I'm staying!!! That is a typical residence of gang stalkers. The first one was like a teenager and the two men were in middle ages. You can check the video below for today's event. And don't forget to check the Delta Security guys hanging around in front of the church. There was one standing on the left side of the church as well. I was expecting to get some events would be in the church, but they did not. By the way, the Dinamo guys are staying in Medjugorje, so if you want to see the famous football prayers, you can come here. I'm a Dinamo fan, and that would be proven by the video on my blog about arguing with the pizza guy in Split who told me that wearing a Dinamo T-shirt in Split is dangerous and someone might kill me. There are Croat areas to the north from here where people put Hajduk signs, but Medjugorje welcomes Dinamo as well as a part of Croatian National Team, which often do the training in the sport center here.

Prayers please: Please Save This Town

I am beginning to see a very dark picture.

Please help save this town.

It's destiny will be the world's own destiny.

The pressure has to come from the outside. From somebody who is steadfast in His belief and who has more power than the President of the United States or Japan or the United Nations or the World Health Organization.

Actually Pres. Obama may be able to help but that would mean he has to investigate the very people who placed him in power. I do not know and I wouldn't be so presumptuous as to think whether he will side with his supporters or he will do the right thing - make a stand for freedom, make a stand for a whole area of technological and human experiments.

I have done my research and the data i have gathered so far that our town has been the hub of human experiments during World War II and the people who were privy to it have capitalized on the situation and used that technology for further human experimentation.

This peaked during the ,martial law.

I would like to quote from an article printed in New Zealand's "The Sunday Star Times" December 16, 2012 "A critical juncture in human history".
According to the US National Intelligence Council's Global Trends Report " The NIC warns that... "In a tectonic shift, individuals and small groups will have greatER access to lethal and disruptive technologies (particularly precision-strike capabilities, cyber instruments and bio-terror weaponry), enabling them to perpetuate large scale violence - a capability formerly the monopoly of states," it says."
You have received a complaint from John Finch of Australia, who I have been in contact with since 2007. I can testify that what John Finch is complaining about does happen. I live in New Zealand and I am also a Targeted Individual with no privacy. I have also been subjected to workplace mobbing in every job I have held since 2002.
There is absolutely no doubt that such weaponry exists - I urge you to read "US ELECTROMAGNETIC WEAPONS AND HUMAN RIGHTS" - a report by Professor Philips and other academics from Sonoma State University. Also Psychiatrist Carole Smith's "ON THE NEED FOR A NEW DIAGNOSIS OF PSYCHOSIS IN LIGHT OF MIND INVASIVE TECHNOLOGY" and "HACKING THE MIND".
With so many people worldwide coming forward to make people aware of what this technology is doing to them and the fact that the National Intelligence Council has admitted that individuals and small groups already have access to lethal and disruptive technologies - why are you dragging your heels about these serious matters?

To the Members of the International Criminal Court – ICC

Dear Sirs and Madams,

We, the German “Association against the Abuse of psychophysical Weapons e.V.” inform you about barbaric crimes. The question is the secret committing of crimes against innocent people in Germany, and in other countries of the world. An immense number of facts have accumulated, which confirms the military-medical experiments on peaceful citizens for decades, experiments with psychophysical weapons, which were performed without the consent of the people. The victims of these atrocious experiments and their families/children are forced to live with these conditions of psychophysical and social terror in spite of being law-abiding and conscientious citizens: www.psychophysical-torture.com, www.volkstribune.de.tl, www.psychophysical-torture.de.tl

These “Non Lethal Weapons” or “Less Lethal Weapons” are of dreadful effectiveness and endanger the life of every individual, of the entire population of a state, of the whole world.

The consequences of their application surpass the ones of all known weapons of mass destruction. They unify all the inhumane qualities of the most barbaric weapons of mass destruction like the chemical, biological or nuclear weapons of mass destruction. Apart from the damages to the body of humans and animals, the secret manipulation and control of the mind, the thoughts and the human behavior is also possible; easily dissidents and politically interested people can be murdered, as these psychophysical weapons can act onto the physis of men up to their lethal exit. The residences and houses of irreproachable citizens are being transformed secretly into drill-grounds for these weapons. So as not to leave any traces of their presence, the Secret Services usually perform their experiments from a distance. We have reports, that the relatives of those victims of these weapons, who dared to address the courts with complaints, have been killed with the same weapons. There exists an uncountable number of still living witnesses, who anytime could give evidence of having been irradiated by these weapons. The citizens, who are being abused for such experiments, are being discredited, they lose their jobs and they are declared mentally ill.

According to the instructions of the Secret Services, those, who complain about this military-medical experimentations, have to be psychiatrized and handed over to closed psychiatric wards. Furthermore physical, health problems are induced, residences and houses fraudulently seized and the families destroyed, relatives and children brutally murdered. In the medical institutions of the state in many cases the irradiation injuries are kept secret, adulterated analysis data are issued deliberately. An essential part of the commercial medical establishments is controlled by the Secret Services in Germany.

The police and the public prosecutors are prohibited to investigate and to expose circumstances of irradiations and therefore the victims have no possibility to get forensic examinations. The media are not allowed to report psychophysical irradiations of the population. The European High Court for Human Rights and UN Court were informed about these crimes, but we did not receive any reply until now. We have exact information, that even in Germany there exist already thousands of victims, who are tortured, tormented and some of them killed.

These victims of radiation and mind control from Germany have been killed:  Hanz Kümmer 1990, Sonja Dietrich 2002, Ingrid Hassel 2003, Heiner Gehring 2004, Nadeshda Felsing 2004, Agnes Roth 2005, Waldemar Weber 2005, Erika Kaltenstadler 2006, Eveline Stampehl 2007, Gabriele Müller 2007, Peter Heiwig 2007, Christian Schäffer 2009,  Markus Bott 2009, Emilia Weigel 2010, Viktor Voght 2010, Anna Schmidt 2010, Chris Petzold 2010, Renate Bott, 2010, Victoria Brückner 2011;

This new form of crime has to stop and the criminals have to be called to account in front of an International Court. We own an official list of German victims, of their signed reports. Already in the year 2005 more than two hundred German victims turned to the European Commission for Human Rights with a petition. In the years 2006 and 2007 almost all members of the German Federal Diet were informed, that German citizens are secretly tormented by psychophysical weapons.

We are aware, that Germany, Russia, USA and other countries are violating the international treaties and conventions like the General Declaration of Human Rights (Articles 2, 3, 5, 7, 12, 28, 30 ), the International Pact about Citizens Rights and Political Rights,( Articles 2, 5, 6, 7 ), the Convention against Torture and Other Degrading Behaviour ( Articles 2, 4, 5, 12, 13, 14, ); The Russian Government is violating its Constitution ( Articles 17, 20 Point 1, 21 Point 2, 23 Point 1, 38, 42 ). This weapon of the 21st century is more terrible than the atomic weapon, although it is classified as a “Non-Lethal Weapon”, which however does not conform to reality. Its application can lead to the extinction of all life in whole regions.

Many scientists Prof. Gurow, Dr. M. Persinger, Dr. Nick Begich, Prof. Dr. Ernst Senkowski, Dr. Jose M.R.Delgado, Prof. Anissimow, Igor Smirnov, Dr. Warnke, Elena Blinnikova-Vjasemskaja, Prof. Bechterev, Dr. Kandyba, Prof. M. Vonogradov and others warn as well, that weak, enduring irradiation can cause debility in humans, destroys the immune system and thus causes severe illnesses, up to killing people.

The value of a human being nowadays is more and more considered only with economic points of view.

We turn to you, dear Sirs and Madams, and we hope that the Resolution A4-0005/99 of the European Union, which prohibits the development and the stationing of such weapons, can be realized soon. Unfortunately our manifold reports to the authorities of the government were not successful; they were simply ignored by them!

We ask you therefore to take an interest in this issue. Please do not close your eyes from this barbarity.

Dear M.P. Dillon and human rights team,

I am a victim of remote electronic torture and remote mind control technologies as well as crimes committed by organized stalking groups. I have sought help from every possible source, including state police, FBI, and even the president of the USA. . .and my situation remains critical with no help in sight. My homes, businesses, jobs and vehicles have been destroyed by Hitler-style tactics! My life has become like a holocaustal nightmare. I feel that I will not be able to survive this for much longer. . .and I fear for the thousands of victims who are also being tortured and literally destroyed and do not realize what is happening to them. These victims include members of my own family, whom I can no longer reach due to heavy targeting and threats to kill my children if I go near them...etc. Words can not express how critical my situation is.
