Amanda Howell. 8/16/2012NCM NJ 08204Case # 1:12- cv-03275-RMBFEDERAL DISTRICT COURTDISTRICT OF NEW JERSEYWITNESS STATEMENT -My name is Amanda Howell, I am 22 yes of age and the daughter of Plaintiff Mr.James Howell.My statement is in regards to events that have occured since August 2010 after my fathers post termination hearing from the Delaware River and Bay Authority.Since August of 2010 we have been expierincing being followed by people in cars any were we went suchas stores, Mcdonalds ect.My older brother Jesse Igeilski and. his wife and children have also expierenced that as well, in 2011 my brother had an altercation with one of the followers,lowertownship police were involved.One expierience myself and mother Joanne Howell expierienced was approximattaly in November of 2010. we were sitting down at the Douglas parking lot down at the bay drinking coffee, a DRBA. "FERRY"police car pulled in and blocked us from moving, he never got out and said anything.I felt scared and threatened.We expierienced many other types of being followed by "people"in there cars to the present day.other types of incidents were at our home at nightime in our back yard there were people making noises banging things flashing a red light back in the woods, this happened many times up untill May of 2012.I have also seen really strange burn marks on my fathers forehead ,his eyes were swollen and very red and watery . It was v strange and unexplainable this has happened many times in our home ,I believe he is being tortured by the people.who are security from the Ferry.I have actually went with my father James Howell when he was trying to get a job these people follow us. Even to the places were he was trying to get a job.As soon as my dad leaves our house he is followed .I have seen my fathers truck and mothers car broke into and vandalized.All of our cellphones have been tampered , like somebody is controlling the phones. Text messages, and altering pictures stored on the phones.There has also been very low flying airplanes over our home much lower than usual,and only over our house. this has been going on since Aug 2010.I have watched my father suffer since the beggining of this,he has tried to find out what is happening almost every single day.This has disrupted our family and caused us all to suffer, it has even interfered with my little sisters schoolingMyself and my boyfriend Brian Walton have since moved out of my dads house in June 2012 because of the stress and because of Being helpless to help my dad find out what is happening there is no doubt that something has been going on since August 2010 , its like my Dad has done something wrong but nobody will tell him what it is.I have also witnessed the forged signature post termination hearing decision document.I am the actual persin who noticed and identified the forgery of Mr.Fressettos name.I have witnessed the video of the adult black male visitor to my neighbors house who was wearing D.R.B.A. clothing.I have witnesed the same adult black male in a Public Newspaper Article standing behind D.R.B.A airport durector Steven Williams.THis meeting was with lowertownship nj and the D.R.B.A at the CapeMay county airport.I Amanda Howell am stating under the penalty of pergury all statements are true in this document.

This statement is in reguards to the events that have occurred since August 2010 after my Fathers termination from the Delaware River Bay Authority. Ever since August 2010 my father and the rest of my family have been followed and watched by "strange" people in cars when going to stores, friends houses, anywhere we went really. Even my brother who didn't leave with us at the time had an altercation with one of the followers. This man was stalking my brother's house. He was constantly parked across the street, watching everything they were doing, my brother has two young kids that he was worried about. they.couldn't even play outside because my brother was worried about the creepy old man parked across the street. He even confronted the old man and was threatened by the man and had the Lower township police envolved and nothing was done.We have had continous harassment, people in our back yard.People follow my Dad soon as he leaves the house, My Dad can't get a job because of this.The D.R.B.A forged the decision letter we got in the mail, in August of 2010 .I seen that.I seen the video of the adult black male visitor to my neighbors house who was wearing D.R.B.A. clothing.I have witnesed the sa. me adult black male in a Public Newspaper Article standing behind D.R.B.A airport durector Steven Williams.THis meeting was with lower township nj and theD.R.B.A at the CapeMay county airport.When I went to the Camden court with my Dad on August 8,2012 so he could give his documents to the court people were folliwing us and watching my dad they had New York liscence plates.My Dad didn't do anything wrong to anyone.He is a good Dad.Why is this happening to our family.Why are these people hurting my DAD and making him suffer?This has ruined our livesMy Dad sold everything he worked hard for because no one will give him a job.Under the penalty of petgury I Cheyenne Howell is stating everthing is true to the best of my knowledge and ability on this document.

This matter has not only financially destroyed me but it is disturbed my childrens best years of there educarional life.,My oldest daughter Amanda lynn did graduate high school .She is 21years of age now. Generally the same time she graduated imediately thereafter this has deprived her of special direction, financial assistance because she has emotional, and cognitive thinking problems she is currently living with me, She cries her eyes out every single day because of this tragedy of what this has done to me and our family as a whole.My daughter Cheyenne has been devistated from this, she is a highly intelligent individual with great artistic ability, She is strait forward and is very capable of expressing herself verbally.That child has been affected by this in ways that I cannot describe,I can say she has been robbed of her birthday,christmas, her right to go to public schools,she quit school in her 12 grade last May of 2012 due to her ability to not be able to comprehend what has happened and why she has been denied her education and a normal life like everyother child deserves.Cheyenne had to move out of our home because of the circumstance and her not being able to bare what is happening, and why my former employer has casted this evil on our family,.What bothers her along with both of my other daughters is that knowing what I achieved for them against all odds, I was there hero, they were proud of me ,they depended on me to take care of them, now I am not capable of taking care of them financially or even socially.Cheyenne is 18 yrs old, she has moved back home 3 days ago attempting to graduate from an alternative school.Cheyenne also has a cognitive learning disabilityCheyenne has become complacent due to what is going on and what is being done to meJamie is my youngest daughter 16 years old, this has affected her in many negative ways similiar to Cheyenne, 2 years ago Jamie was in public school in college bound classes ,she was an athelete a star softball player with a bright perspective future for collegic softball.She has drastically lost interest in everything. her grades drclinded her interest for softball diminished, she was my baby she was special and really emulated me, as an athelete and again she knows how I achieved what we had by dedication and working hard, she has also witnessed the heinus persecution of me, she is a kid who should not be subjected to any of this, Jamie has become complacent as well she is acting out in an anger way because I am not able to provide for her, she icompletely has become on denial watching me suffer compared to what I was 3 years ago.Jamie is now attending a non .This is public school.This matter is an emergency, it has to come to an end .My due process rights are being destroyed by greed and corruption.I have no crininal history ,I have not been questioned bu law enforcement or anyone.I have tried everydingle day for two years to find a solution for what has been going on.April I found that there are records in NJ dept of homeland security about me that I have been denied access to.The records are for Domestic security, and other exemptions that are falsified and have ulterior motivesThese records without a doubt are a result of my former Employer the Delaware River and Bay Authority.These records have been used to engage in military counter terrorism against me for absolutelly no reasin at all.This is starting to take a toll on me. May 31 I filed a nj feferal civil complaint,June 6 it was approved,Defendants resonded asking for dismissAug 8 I filed amended complaintWas approved by clerkSummons and complaints issued sent to me for us marshalsI asked court clerk for subpoenas for records as evidenceHe sent themI filled out and sent both summons and complaintAnd supoenas for records as evidence. Aug 21I get a letter that dismissed my complaint.sep 11 with 30 days to file amended complaint.Today I get a electronic notice one of the defendants was served.My question is how could the defendant be served whithout the amended complaint?I asked the clerk he was speachless and said the judge ordered the summons to still be served.But I still have 30 days to file an amended complaint.HOW IN THE HELL CAN A SUMMONS BE ISSUED WITHOUT A COMPLAINT?I'm not positive but somethings stinks real bad hereWhat about my subpoenas I sent via certified mail for evidence? Snswers are due to me by september 14 ?I never got a responseIi subpoenad records they were due back sept 14 I received nothing

I wish I could solve the Fukushima Disaster because our future will be derailed from that catastrophe. Radiation poisoning all over the world and no-one is going to live long enough to enjoy life. If I had the connections I would fly there and see what I can do to cleanup this mess. Even if I solve this issue there's so many other problems on this planet that it's just one thing thing after another. GMO is a dangerous experiment on humanity, Financial Tsunami, and the looming World War 3. If I die I would do one last heroic deed before armageddon happens. I want to safeguard the future for humanity but at this rate everything is going down the drain.
