a Mr. M.B. of omaha,ne usa has been talking for 16 hours a day for 14 years. can,t sleep again. i think he is still on drugs-for 30 years now. if i must participate in this "V.E.R.P.(very extensive research project) as he calls it-then why can't someone in charge CUT OFF HIS DRUG SUPPLY? he hurts me on his drug binges. and lets other people hurt me. They want to take away my sexual orientation. in 14 years and 16 hours a day-this works out to roughly 80,000 hours. he said he was offered $3,000 to get rid of my sexuality. this works out to 3.7 cents an hour. He wiped out my fortune for this? He must be dumb or something.

I get emails all the time from people who want to do some sort of activism, and it may sound good on the surface, but we really should be smart about what we are doing.  After awhile the public, the officials, the agencies they become turned off and numb to our activism, they ignore even further after being hit so many times.  The rabbit rushes in, and tries everything in a frantic, hurried pace.  The tortoise only does activism that will make a difference, once in awhile, with a powerful punch.  And also, the tortoise doesn't fall for easy schemes or things that are way too good to be true.  Smart activism is waiting for the right time to open doors, using resources that are available to make a difference and really be thoughtful and genuine in the attempt.  If you cannot do activism on December 10th, I invite you to basically light a candle in a room of darkness on that night.  I will be doing a lot on this day and I would need everyone to pray for me and for all of us during this critical time.  Thank you in advance and may God be with all of us in our struggles and suffering.

Following my MSN blog, Yahoo.cn Blog, google groups, my linkedin account was banned again. And my hotmail had been banned too.

Non-lethal weapons (question 5)

26. The Committee notes that the Corrections Act 2004 provides a more consistent

approach to the use of non-lethal weapons and requires that any such weapons can be used if

allowed by regulation.  The Committee asks which non-lethal weapons are authorized under the

Act.  The Committee also seeks an explanation of the circumstances where these weapons are

used and how the Minister of Corrections monitors their use to ensure that it does not breach

articles 2 and 16 of the Convention.

27. The Corrections Regulations 2005 only authorises one type of non lethal weapon: a

baton.  The Regulations state that the baton must weigh no more than 1 kilogram, be made of

plastic or aluminium or similar material and not be capable of delivering an electric shock

(Regulation 120).  Only trained staff members are permitted to carry a baton.  Batons are issued

at the direction of the prison manager and only in certain circumstances (Regulation s121 and

122).  A staff member who has been issued with a baton may only use it with the prison

manager's approval and in a way that minimises pain or injury to the prisoner (Regulation 123)

28. While the Corrections Regulations allow for the use of batons, the Department of

Corrections does not currently possess any batons and, therefore, none are in use.

Regarding " fake victims", they are defined in one petition letter. Now, I can not find this petition letter. 

How can we figure out they are fake victims?  Very simple.  Their purpose is only one, that is, destroy your claim and your legal process.

1) exaggerate regress of the facts 2) avoid some important events, facts, evidence ,or key words  if you ask them to do something or discuss  something 3) pretend to be insane.
