I had enough darkness so I'm going to write something positive instead of getting wrapped up in the negativity. Use the sunshine to light my darkest moment. I know this world is going to Hell however when that time comes there will be opportunities for kindness, empathy, and compassion. I hope to ascend into a better person. People with higher frequencies that is on the same level as me can see through these delusions we perceive as reality. Take a step back and focus on the big picture that is coming into place. My perps, the ones stealing my accounts , the ones spreading black propaganda are related by town and by blood to a person I do not even know (but used to be romantically linked to a friend who called me every day).

To the person I treated as a friend: Is that the reason why when you were talking about your break-up, you cried  and said "...because of you" (translation not so exact. can't find one that will capture the real essence of the statement)?

I thought you were but so immersed in your pain so I just let the comment pass. I did not know how I would have anything to do with your issues since I did not even know your partner and I was just your sounding board. I just listened and shared my insights when you asked me to.

How come it's apparent now she's connected to these people economically stifling me? How come she's connected to the ones stealing my stuff and hacking into my accounts?

Is her connection to me thru you? Or is it the other way around?

All I know is it was in the office where we both worked where a number of officemates called my attention to things I would otherwise have not noticed - things that I now understand all fall under that ARG stuff I didn't have any idea of before. It was in that office where the harassment became this organized.

It was in that office where the economic side of the harassment started. Too noticeable now since the ones who used to work there have repackaged themselves and now call themselves industry experts in the field they have but recently just been in. They are also the ones spinning fictitious stories that malign and impute malice, controverting issues that were actually done by them . 

...and btw it's also in that office where you borrowed MY cellphone, placed it in your bag, and asked me to get it for you. 

It's also the same office where I opted to spend MY BREAK TIME taking a nap so I can recharge and work well instead of engaging in malicious office chit-chat.

....the same office where my accounts were accessed in PCs I did not even use, in locations I was never in.

... the same office where.... oh, you know all these stuff because you were the one I confided to, remember?

You warned me about some people remember?

How come it's apparent now your ex is connected to these people making my life hell now?

What have I got to do with that ex of yours?

How come you never warned me?

What have I done to her?

....Or to you?

Sigh.

It's not sickness, but exposure to extreme radiation.

I am experiencing the very symptoms I had years ago when somebody close to me who had the same symptoms later died of lupus.

The people I am with are going thru the same mood swings and anger manifestations, too.

These, after I discovered evidence that point towards who the perps are and what they are hiding.

Indeed, for these perps, it's all about the money.

Control and money.

The natural law is what goes around comes around. My personal life has been destroyed, I can't have a family or children due to my evil perps. If they did this to me intentionally the natural law will kick in and I think it has. The Fukushima radiation is one of the final nails in humanity's coffin. I live Canada but all the fish and stuff is contaminated. The perps short sightedness and greed will be there undoing. They might get away with this crime that they are doing to me however it will cost you your children and grandchildren's future. It's not worth it. Picking on me for this long. All this bs could have been prevented but this is a prime example of human stupidity.You could have approached me and discussed this like a mature adult instead of using electronic harassment. You still have the choice to do that. I don't know where you guys are or else I would negotiate and discuss the problems of your lame actions. If you are scared you could also send a representative. The point is to put an ending to this non-sense as it is pointless now. Wasted all my time and you guys are going to get burned from this experience as well. There is no common sense here.This is bad business. Making profits off people's suffering while this world gets destroyed. Everyone should use the kidergarten rules in life. Don't steal and hack because in the end you shall lose everything. Do not impose on others what yourself do not desire. Peace Out!

The worst part of the harassment is the mind reading and the voices. I wish to die. But the thing is the people who love me won't let me get assisted suicide. They would block me of any chances of getting assisted suicide. Why would the people who love me want me to keep on fighting 24/7 in a defenseless situation when I can end the suffering? If they really love me why would they want me to continue being tortured and tormented? I'm worn out and most of the time I avoid getting out of the house and going to public places because of the gang stalking and harassment. I am painfully waiting on Greg to get the electronic harassment lawsuit started. He said that the electronic harassment lawsuit will be starting this fall, but to me that means that I will have to wait for a long time. This harassment feels like an eternity and to me it is pointless to keep on fighting and waking up everyday hearing voices and dealing with the mind reading. I am blocked and trapped in a defenseless situation that feels like forever. For me, there is no way out but to suffer. If only my loved ones helped and allowed me to get assisted suicide.....

i think weve been beating our head against the wall for to long no matter how many petitions we sign or government officials we contact our situation remains the same if people new for a fact that these atrocities were realy going on they would come to our defense in a second  but do to the circumstance of the program we are on people give us no credibilit .ymaybe if they knew the amount of money being stolen from the taxpayer they might look at us in a different light most of us are so harrassed we can no longer function to our full potential we have to use government assistance such as unemployment,welfare,government housing and medicalor some other form of government insurance so not only are they keeping us from becoming happy productive citizens who contribute to the tax roles and society as a whole but are also burdening every taxpayer with 10,000,000,000  bebt wich is a very conseritive number you only have to do the math to figure it out average unemployment around $400 a week welfare about $200 per person a month housing could be as much as $1000 a month medical you can only guess the cronic illness they provoke requires constant attention this number of 10,000,000,000 doesnt even factor in medical theres no way of knowing the monies spent on medical. if the stories of our suffering are not enough to spur them to action maybe the blatent theft of taxpayer money will get a responseif there is anyone who could fogure out a way to put a number on the medical portion of ths would be greatly appreciated.im going to start blogging and posting in this direction as you can see we are not the only victims of this crime they have made every person alive a victim

August is the month of Abundance. This year the month of August coincides with Shravana, also considered the month of Abundance in the Lunar Indian calendar. The month of Shravana is sacred and special to Divine Mother in her Aspect as Lakshmi, Goddess of Material Possessions and Spiritual Abundance.

Our meditational exercise for this month has three components; 1) a grounding meditation with all Earthly and Cosmic Goddesses, 2) a healing of the 5 Elements to let abundance in, and 3) a personal healing component where Divine Mother clears all our Chakras with a Golden Lotus to remove all dross and bring health, happiness and prosperity. The Golden Lotus Healing is at the end of this long meditation. Please don’t miss this part of the exercise, as it is directly relevant to your personal health and wellbeing.

In honor of Divine Mother and Goddess Lakshmi in her sacred month of

Shravana

The month of Shravana is sacred and special to Divine Mother in her Aspect as Lakshmi, Goddess of Material Possessions and Spiritual Abundance. This year, the lunar month of Shravana falls into late July and August. The important days of celebration are July 27^th and 28^th , Lakshmi Dayor Sri Vara Lakshmi, where she grants all boons. The 1^st and 2^nd of August fall on a full moon, an auspicious time to perform ceremony to Goddess Lakshmi. August 2^nd and 3^rd is Rakhi Purnima, when we seek protection from Divine Mother and offer our devotion for an entire year.

August 8 or 8/8 is the most auspicious day of the year for manifesting financial abundance, as 8 is the universal number for prosperity.  August 12^th and the 16^th which is Harmonic Convergence are other important days.

Note: Making an altar to Lakshmi during these special days and offering candles, flowers (especially pink and red colored flowers) and chanting the Khadga Mala, the Thousand Names to Divine Mother and the 108 Names of Lakshmi while performing the exercises in this course is very auspicious indeed.

Grounding Meditation with Uluru and Niagara Falls

If you are familiar with the Grounding Meditation, please scroll down to the Grounding Summary followed by Divine Mother’s Discourse.

Visualize that you are standing on top of Uluru or Ayres Rock, a very sacred spot in Central Australia.  It’s a huge rock formation with a flat top.  Imagine standing on top of it and feel this enormous rock whose heart beats in sync with our own Mother Earth.  Simultaneously visualize that you see the Horseshoe Shaped Falls of Niagara Falls.  Imagine that you are also floating out in the air over the falls and the mist is in your face, as the water pours over the falls and broils up in mist.

As we begin our grounding meditation, we have the Earth Element in Uluru and we have the Water Element with Niagara Falls in front of us. Visualize your own Hara Line, a shaft of Light extending from the bottoms of your feet and your tail bone going straight down, all the way to the center of Mother Earth.  Imagine a Pillar of Light that extends down and as it reaches the Core Crystal in the center of Mother Earth. See the Golden Light of the Core Crystal and the Red Life Force Energy of Mother Earth mixing together creating an Amber colored Light; the Amber colored Life Force Energy of Mother Earth is moving up through your Hara Line, up through the bottoms of your feet, up through your legs, filling your body as it moves through your tail bone, up through all of your Chakras.  This Amber colored Life Force Energy is clearing and cleansing your Chakras and filling your Five Body System. As it reaches your Crown Chakra, see that it extends up through the Antahkarana Cord all the way up through the Thrones.  Imagine it going up through all the Dimensions of Reality, all the way to the Throne of Creation, to the Pool of Creation, where this Amber colored Light which extends up the Antahkarana Cord like the trunk of a tree, spreads out in branches and leaves, in the Pool of Creation.

We pull the Amber colored Cosmic Life Force Energy from the Pool of Creation and let it cascade down through the Antahkarana Cord, inside the tree trunk, to your Crown Chakra and into your body.  Feel the Cosmic Life Force Energy now moving through every Chakra, through your Five Body System, down and out the bottoms of your feet into the Hara Line, all the way to the center of the Earth.  You have connected the Life Force Energy of Mother Earth with the Cosmic Life Force Energy from the Pool of Creation.  Both streams continue to flow through you, clearing and cleansing your body, as you are one with Uluru and one with the waters of Niagara Falls.  Take a deep breath.

Grounding Summary

• Visualize that you are standing on top of Uluru.
• Simultaneously visualize that you are floating out in the air over the Horseshoe Shaped Falls of Niagara Falls. 
• Visualize your own Hara Line extending down from the bottoms of your feet and your tail bone to the Core Crystal in the center of Mother Earth.
• See the Amber colored Life Force Energy of Mother Earth moving up through your Hara Line, up through the bottoms of your feet, up through your legs, filling your body, clearing and cleansing your Chakras and filling your Five Body System.
• It reaches your Crown Chakra and extends up through the Antahkarana Cord to the Pool of Creation and spreads out like branches and leaves, in the Pool of Creation.
• Pull the Amber colored Cosmic Life Force Energy from the Pool of Creation and let it cascade down through the Antahkarana Cord to your Crown Chakra and into your body, moving through every Chakra & your Five Body System; down and out the bottoms of your feet into the Hara Line, all the way to the center of the Earth.

Core Crystal of Earth & Grid of Light

Now imagine that you slide down to the Core Crystal of Earth and you are standing before the Sacred Fire at the center of Mother Earth.  On the far side see Divine Mother’s Throne. Visualize Divine Mother is standing directly in front of you now in her ceremonial robes. Copper Gold Light emanating from her body.  She is pouring Copper Gold Light over you.  She is pouring her love over you and a crown is on top of her head.  Take a moment and just feel the love pouring out of Divine Mother.

Great Silent Watcher: Divine Mother takes your right hand and stands to your right. See before you Great Silent Watcher, a huge Cosmic Being with Turquoise Blue Light beaming from her Heart/Cosmic Heart to your Heart/Cosmic Heart a beam of Turquoise Blue Light. From a huge Scepter of Power, see beams of Turquoise Blue Light going to your Eighth Chakra, 12 inches above your Crown Chakra, and to your Earth Crust Chakra, 12 inches below the bottoms of your feet.  Visualize a Seven Pointed Star inside each of these two Chakras that is spinning and receiving the Turquoise Blue Light from Great Silent Watcher and pouring it into a column of Turquoise Blue Light extended between the two Stars going right through your body, through all of your Chakras. Clearing and cleansing your Chakras, it creates a bubble, a cocoon of Turquoise Blue Light around you.  .  Let this cocoon establish itself around you.  This is Great Silent Watcher’s gift, the Energies of Protection, Fearlessness and Divine Power.

Quan Yin and the Energies of Compassion: Now, Quan Yin comes to stand to your left, holding your left hand.  She is dressed in her white robes of white pearls, beaming Pure White Light to you.  We will establish around us now the layers of the Energies of Compassion.  As the Patroness of Compassion, Quan Yin pours over us the Bandwidth of Compassion which takes form in layers around you.  The first layer, closest to your body, is a Dusty Pink color, then the next layer is Vibrant Pink, the next layer is Fuchsia Pink, the next layer is a Golden Pink and then see that the Amber colored Life Force Energy, that is constantly moving from Mother Earth up through us and the Cosmic Amber Life Force Energy that is pouring down, cascading down, creates a cocoon around these layers of Compassion.  Put these layers around you every morning before you go about your day.  Be aware that everything that you touch, everything that you say, everything that you think, everything that you do will be imbued with the Energies of Compassion and ask that Quan Yin be with you to make sure that all that you do is imbued with these layers, the full Bandwidth of Compassion.

Now bring your attention back to the Cocoon of Turquoise Blue Light, Divine Mother holding your right hand, Quan Yin your left, and Great Silent Watcher facing you, her Scepter pouring Turquoise Blue Light into your Eighth Chakra above your head and your Earth Crust Chakra below your feet.  Her Cosmic Heart pouring Turquoise Blue Light to your Cosmic Heart.

Goddess of Victory: Goddess of Victory comes to stand with Aspects of herself in the Seven Directions, the four directions, plus up and down and within. Goddess of Victory sends her Triple layered Light of Victory for all Seven Aspects to you in colors of Lemon Yellow with streaks of Pewter and Platinum colored Light sends an Aspect to stand in front of you, one behind you, one to your right, one to your left, one above you, one below you and one within you – that over-lights you.

144,000 Silent Watchers: Now we call the 144,000 Silent Watchers to come and stand in circles upon circles around us.  Each one of these Silent Watchers holds their Scepter up pouring the Turquoise Blue Light, amplifying what Great Silent Watcher is sending in the Cocoon around you.

10 Billion Angelic Watchers: We call 10 Billion Angelic Watchers, who stand shoulder to shoulder creating a huge cocoon, a bubble of Turquoise Blue, further amplifying the Energies of Great Silent Watcher.  In order to step down the Energies of Great Silent Watcher, she has brought forth the Silent Watchers to step down one level and the Angelic Watchers to step them down the next level, so that these Energies are more palpable to the Third Dimension, to Earth and humankind. Take a deep breath as we stand in this Grid of Light.

Divine Mother wishes that we put ourselves in this Grid every morning when we wake up, and reinforce it as many times as we can think of it, during the day.  Now together with this entire entourage we will move over to stand around the Sacred Altar, the Sacred Altar in the center, at the core of Mother Earth.  Visualize you are standing at the edge of the Altar, Divine Mother to your right, Quan Yin to your left, Great Silent Watcher across from you, Seven Aspects of Victory around you, 144,000 Silent Watchers and 10 Billion Angelic Watchers in circles around us.

Cosmic Goddesses of the Divine Feminine

Cosmic Being Venus: We are going to call forth Goddess, Cosmic Being Venus to come forth and join us standing around the Sacred Altar.  See that Cosmic Being Venus comes in Cobalt Blue colors beaming Cobalt Blue to the fire.  She comes in her ceremonial robes, very regal.

Lady Veyga: We call Lady Vega, See that Lady Vega comes in her range of green colors, from Citron Green, Light Green, all the way to Jade Green with Emerald Green in the middle, beautifully dressed in her robes.

Cosmic Mother of the Universe: Cosmic Mother of the Universe in her Vibrant Pink Light.

Cosmic Mother of the Cosmos: Cosmic Mother of the Cosmos in her Amber colored Light.

All of these Cosmic Beings have been called by Divine Mother, but they have all come of their own free will to help Divine Mother, and to help Earth and humankind and to bring the Energies of the Divine Feminine; to prepare us to embrace our own Divinity and to begin a life of peace and harmony. These Energies haven’t been awake on Earth for thousands of years.

Mother has invited, and these Cosmic Beings have agreed to come and stand by our side as well as Divine Mother’s side, to bring the Divine Feminine (over the past couple of years) embraced by and fully embodying the pure Qualities and the Energies of the Divine Feminine, moving away from the corruption, moving away from all the negativity and the lower vibrational energies that have had their way with Earth and humankind for so long.

Earthly Goddesses of the Divine Feminine

Now, we also call out to the Goddesses who work more closely with Earth and humankind, and ask them to come forth now and be over-lighted, to be amplified, and have their energies magnified by these Cosmic Beings.  We call forth:

Lady Nada,

Goddess Aphrodite,

Goddess Saraswati,

Goddess Lakshmi,

We send our love our gratitude to all of them and invite them to this circle.  See each one of these Goddesses as they step forward, see also that throngs and throngs of Angelic Beings are coming from all directions in support of the Divine Feminine, Divine Mother and these Cosmic Beings who have offered themselves at great sacrifice to come and stand by our side, and in support of the Goddesses who deal with Earth and in support of Earth and humankind.

Sanat Kumara: We now invite Sanat Kumara, the Planetary Logos. Dressed in his Fuchsia Pink ceremonial robes, he stands next to Great Silent Watcher.  The Energies of the Divine Feminine will purify Earth, to accelerate Earth and humankind so that Sanat Kumara can bring his Energy closer to Earth. That people of Earth reach out to our Planetary Logos to come back.

As you stand at the Sacred Altar, set your intentions, say your prayers, thank every one of the Beings who have come forth in service to Earth, humankind, Divine Mother and the Divine Feminine.

Templates of Perfection for the Five Elements & Healing Our & Earth’s Five Body System with Divine Mother’s Lotus

My beloved children of Light, I Am your very own Divine Mother.

Take a deep breath and visualize that every Being who has been called on your behalf is now offering theirSignature Energy to the Sacred Altar in front of all of us.  Also envision that a miniature aspect of the planet is suspended in the air above us.  All the Goddesses are offering their specific Signature Energy and whatever Quality they bring.

For example, Quan Yin brings Compassion, Mother Mary brings Divine Love, Great Cosmic Being Venus brings Divine Empowerment, Goddess Victory brings her Quality of Victory, and Great Silent Watcher brings her Protection, Fearlessness and Cosmic Empowerment, so on and so forth.  Also, each of them is sending their Signature Light.  Great Silent Watcher is Turquoise, Cosmic Being Venus is the Cobalt Blue, and Goddess Victory has her Triple Light of Platinum, Pewter and Lemon Gold.  All the Goddesses have their own individual Signature Energies.  If you don’t know what that Signature Energy is, that’s perfectly fine, they do.   They remember what their own Signature Energy is.  In fact, wherever they go, that vibration, that Light follows them, precedes them and encompasses everything.

I want you to focus on the fire, as everyone simultaneously sends their Signature Energy and the Qualitythat they hold on Earth or on behalf of Earth.  The miniature aspect suspended above us is receiving the accumulated impact of what is being sent into the fire.  The tongues of fire rise high and bathe the miniature aspect of planet Earth in their Golden Fiery Light.  We are specifically focusing on clearing the Five Elements.

Perfected Template for the Element of Earth

We call upon the Angelic Forces and the Elemental Beings who are in charge of the Element of Earth and we ask them to bring their own Signature Energy and we call the Template of Perfection for the Element of Earth, the Template of the Return of Perfection for the Elemental of Earth. We ask the Great Silent Watcher to bring the highest aspect of the Cosmic Source for the Element of Earth.  We ask Goddess Victory to make it Victorious.  We ask every one of the Goddesses, Cosmic and Earthly, to add their own Signature Energy to purify and cleanse the Element of Earth and to establish the anchoring of the Perfected Aspect for the Element of Earth.

See the Grid Matrix around the Earth absorb the Perfection from the Template and replace the old Template with the new Perfected Template for the Element of Earth.  We will repeat this same sequence for all Five Elements.  While the Angelic Forces of the Element of Earth are bringing the Template and administering the energy of the Perfected Template of Earth upon the Grid Matrix of Earth, illuminating the Crossing Points of the Grid Matrix ,we will continue by moving on to the Element of Water.

Perfected Template for the Element of Water

We are inviting the Angelic Forces who are in charge of the Element of Water and the Elemental Beings who work with the Element of Water.  We ask the Great Silent Watcher to bring forth the Perfected Template of the Element of Water from its Cosmic Source and we ask Goddess Gaia to see to it that the planet suspended above our heads is fully receiving the Purified and Perfected Template, thereby clearing and cleansing the Element of Earth and Element of Water.  Breathe and bathe and see a huge Aspect of Goddess Gaia, towering over the Globe that is suspended above us and see that Elemental Beings and Angelic Forces are swarming around the Earth, receiving the blessing from Gaia as they are administering the Perfected Template upon the suspended miniature aspect of Earth.  Everything that we do for this miniature aspect is happening simultaneously for the actual sized Earth beneath our feet.  Again every Cosmic Being, every Earthly Goddess including Sanat Kumara, the Planetary Logos, and Goddess Gaia add their own Signature Energy, add their own Light and the Quality which they bring to Earth.

The Planetary Logos brings the consciousness of Perfection to Earth.  His job is to shift the vibration of Earth so that the consciousness of all souls is raised to the perfection of the Divine Plan.  Every creature has a Template that is the Perfection of its potential.  Everything in existence in all Dimensions and in all Realities has a Perfect Template.  So when it becomes corrupted, we retrieve the Perfect Template and we replace the corruption or the corrupted Template with the Perfect Template.  Now, is it as simple and easy as this?   In theory it is.  In practice too, it is.  The only glitch is time.

When we live in Third Dimensional Reality where time has been so slowed down that the density affects it, as it has been in the recent past few thousand years, then switching the Old Template with the New Template can’t be an event that happens spontaneously.  However, we can accelerate it to an exponential degree and we can etch the new groove for the Perfected Templates immediately.  When we set these intentions, the actual “idea of Perfection” is completely etched into the fabric of the Reality immediately.  How long it takes to become fully active depends on how much emphasis is placed on it.  That means how many people focus on it becoming a Reality and how many times each day, each night, each week, each month, each year the exercise is repeated until it becomes permanent. Just as it has taken many thousands of years for the Five Elements to become corrupted, it has the potential of taking many thousands of years for it to become Perfected.  However, we are using every shortcut possible to magnify the impact exponentially so that instead of a few thousand years for the return of perfection it would be a few years, a few months, a few weeks, even possibly a few days.

Containing Wildfires & Poisonous Waters

When a number of people focus on a higher perspective, using the Element of Earth, the Element of Water, the Element of Air, the Element of even Fire, change can happen.  Poisonous waters cleared by focus of people who choose to think thoughts of Light, love, blessing and mercy.  Fires can be contained when you send them the Violet Flame of Transmutation and you call to the higher perspective of the Element of Fire and ask that it would contain itself and not cause harm.  You may call upon Goddess Victory to come and help with the containment.  You can call upon the Great Silent Watcher to bring her Protection.  These are ways that you can help.

This exercise will also be perfectly viable in earthquake zones.  So when you feel the need to send Light to specific earthquake zones call upon the Great Silent Watcher, call upon Goddess Victory, call upon the Violet Flame of Transmutation and bring forth the Element of Earth.  Call upon the Element of Earth and say to the Element of Earth you have help.  Call upon Goddess Gaia and ask her to supervise and then ask Great Silent Watcher for protection, ask Victory to make Earth Victorious in her effort to move and shake herself up and off of her dross in the areas where the moving and shaking is necessary to raise the vibration of Earth.  It is as simple as that.

Now bring your attention back to the two Elements: the Element of Earth and the Perfected Template of Earth, the Element of Water and the Perfected Template of Water.  Bring your attention to the presence of the Angelic Forces and the Elementals for the Element of Earth and the Element of Water.  Bring your attention to Goddess Gaia peering over and empowering the etching of the Perfected Template into the Crossing Points of the Grid Matrix.

Perfected Template for the Element of Fire

Now we call upon the Angelic Forces and the Elementals for the Element of Fire.  We ask Goddess Gaia once again to bless it and we call upon the Perfected Template for the Element of Fire.  We specifically call upon the presence of Great Silent Watcher to send Protection so that the Element of Fire is capable of transmuting everything that it needs to transmute to raise the vibration but to leave the forests intact, to leave people’s homes intact, to raise the vibration for the Element of Fire by etching the fabric of thePerfected Template of the Element of Fire in the place of the corrupted one.  The Perfected Template will prevent the wildfires, it will prevent the fire from going awry.  We call upon the Angelic Forces and the Elementals.  It is the job of these Angelic Forces and the Elementals to constantly watch over the Element of Fire.

When you hear about forest fires, when you hear about fires raging, call upon the Elementals for the Element of Fire, call upon the Angelic Forces for the Element of Fire, call upon the Perfected Template by holding your Scepter of Power above your head kneeling before the Great Silent Watcher and Goddess of Victory, asking the Great Silent Watcher to bring her Cosmic Protection, asking Goddess Victory to bring her Torch of Victory, her Quality of Victory, to make the etching of the Template of Perfection for the Element of Fire a reality and to replace the need for all these wildfires that pollute all the other environments, all the other Elements,  while it will be decades before the karma that has been released can then be replaced with beautiful wildlife, beautiful flora and fauna and the rebuilding of people’s homes along with the removal of the shock and the grief from the hearts of those who lose their lives, from the hearts of those who remain in sadness and grief for their losses of people, places, and things.  Losing one’s environment, losing one’s home, losing one’s place of work is a great shock, losing the beautiful forest and the wildlife is a great shock to Earth, to Goddess Gaia.

We specifically ask Great Silent Watcher to send her Cosmic Light and to abate the wildfires, to protect people, places, and things.  We specifically call upon Goddess Victory and ask for her Energies and Qualities of Victory to raise the vibration of these Base Elements and to remove the corruption, transmute the corruption before it needs to become so rampant so as to take over forests and people’s homes, so rampant that it has become poisonous water, poisonous lands.  We specifically ask Goddess Victory and Great Silent Watcher for their help.  We specifically ask for all the Aspects of the Divine Feminine, the Earthly Goddesses, the Cosmic Goddesses and we specifically ask Sanat Kumara, whose consciousness protects and shields this planet and everything that happens on this planet.  We ask Sanat Kumara to bring his Protection, the Protection that every Logos provides to their planet.

Sanat Kumara is heartbroken because of everything that has transpired in the past few thousand years, his exile from the planet that is so close to his own heart.  We call him to come and to rescue and to forgive and to begin to allow his consciousness to shield the planet once again and to raise the vibration of theFive Elements.

Perfected Templates for the Elements of Air and Ether

While the Angelic Forces and the Elementals for the Element of Fire, Water and Earth are restoring the Perfected Template and the Great Silent Watcher and Goddess Victory and all the Cosmic and Earthly Goddesses are adding their Qualities, we call upon the Angelic Forces and the Elementals for theElemental of Air. We call upon the Perfected Template by kneeling before Great Silent Watcher and asking that she would send the Cosmic Perfection from the Cosmic Source for the clearing of the Element of Air. Finally we call upon the Perfected Template for the Element of Ether and the Angelic Forces and the Elementals who are in charge of the Element of Ether.

Once again kneeling before the Great Silent Watcher, we ask for all imperfections and corruption in the Element of Ether be released. We ask Great Silent Watcher to bring from her Cosmic Source the Perfected Template and that Goddess Victory makes it Victorious and accelerate the process of administering the Perfection.

Bring your attention to Goddess Gaia as she is pouring her own love to the Angelic Forces and the Elementals and making sure that the Perfected Template is etched into the Crossing Points of the Grid Matrix that is suspended above this Sacred Fire.  All the Five Elements are now represented in their Perfection.  You should see a profusion of colored lights emanating from the Grid Matrix.  This is what should be etched into your mind’s eye.  Now that we have done the clearing, what is important, is for you to always remember Earth with the Grid Matrix in place and with the Crossing Points of the Grid Matrix illuminated with a profusion of Light, with Goddess Victory holding the Torch of Victory to illuminate the entire planet, with Great Silent Watcher holding her Scepter showering Turquoise Blue Light to protect the entire planet and the Five Elements, the consciousness of all souls and to accelerate time itself, as all the Earthly and Cosmic Goddesses and all Aspects of the Divine Feminine send their own Light, their own Love, their own specific Qualities, their own specific Signature Energy. This profusion of Light is pulsing and vibrating.

Celestial music is ringing in the air and the Angelic Forces and the Elementals are singing and dancing and administering to the etching of the Perfected Template and the removal of imperfections.  If every Elemental and every Angelic Force for each of the Five Elements is called to get busy in the administering of Perfection and removing the imperfections, there would be no need for earthquakes, wildfires and poisonous waters and polluted air.  Envision the Five Templates fully etched into the great Grid Matrix of Earth.

Divine Mother’s Golden Lotus

Now envision that your very own Divine Mother stands at the edge of the Sacred Fire.  I hold a large Lotusin my hand.  I will dip this Lotus into the fire.  It will turn into a Copper Golden Lotus. I will rub it on every Chakra of your body to balance the Five Elements within your body.

I will begin by rubbing it on top of your head over your Crown Chakra, on the Lotus that sits on top of your own head, called the Thousand Petalled Lotus.  The Thousand Petalled Lotus will open up when a human being reaches Enlightenment.  I will fill your Thousand Petalled Lotus with the Golden Light that is emanating from this Golden Lotus in my hands.  I will rub it on your Third Eye; I will rub it on your Throat Chakra and on the back of your neck – your Channeling Chakra.  I will rub it all over your chest from shoulder to shoulder, front and back, this way your Cosmic Heart Personal Heart Chakras are bathing in it; your lungs and everything inside your torso is illuminated in this Copper Gold Light. I will rub it to your Solar Plexus, front and back.  Between the Solar Plexus and the Personal Heart Chakra is the Seat of the Soul Chakra.  It is the Chakra that is not talked about because in the past several thousand years it has been dormant.  I very specifically rub it on that Chakra, called the Seat of the Soul, front and back, because I need to illuminate your Seat of the Soul Chakra for your Soul to commune with your Personality Aspects; for your Soul to help you accomplish what you have come to Earth to accomplish – your Divine Mission.

Your entire torso is now illuminated, including your Solar Plexus, your Sacral Plexus, front and back, your Root Chakra, front and back and below.  Your Root Chakra funnels energy in three directions, to the front, to the back and downward to Earth. I will rub it in all three areas to open all three channels of your Root Chakra. I will then continue by rubbing it on the front and back of your knees – your knees need the support –  and top and bottom of your feet.  Then I will point it to your Earth Crust Chakra.  The Earth Crust Chakra connects you to the Core of the Earth where pure energies can nurture you.

Keep your Earth Crust Chakra clear and connect it through your Hara Line to the center of Earth pulling energy from the Core Crystal, from the Sacred Fire that is always illuminated in this Altar inside the Core Crystal. Introduction:
In the Bioethics Commission’s report released on December 15, 2011, the Bioethics Commission suggested that to keep track of the more than 55,000 research projects using human subjects, the Federal government should create a central online portal and database where basic information about the projects are archived and made easily accessible and further concluded that it “cannot say that all federally funded research provides optimal protections against avoidable harms and unethical treatment”. The Bioethics Commission also said although human subjects in US government-funded research are generally protected by existing rules and regulations, their safety and well-being could be enhanced with stronger measures, including increased public transparency and a system of compensating subjects who sustain research-related injuries.

Research is defined by the Common Rule regulations as “a systematic investigation, including research development, testing, and evaluation, designed to develop or contribute to generalizable knowledge. Activities which meet this definition constitute research for purposes of this policy, whether or not they are conducted or
supported under a program which is considered research for other purposes. For example, some demonstration and service programs may include research activities.” Medical experiment is defined by California Law, Health &
Safety Code Section 24171 as “the severance or penetration or damaging of tissues of a human subject or the use of a drug or device, electromagnetic radiation, heat or cold, or a biological substance or organism, in or upon a human subject in the practice of research of medicine in a manner not reasonably related to maintaining or improving the health of the subject or otherwise directly benefiting the subject.

Human Subject is defined by the Common Rule regulations as “a living individual about whom an investigator (whether professional or student) conducting research obtains either a) data through intervention or interaction with the individual or b) identifiable private information.” Human subject is defined by FDA regulations as “an
individual who is or becomes a participant in research, either as a recipient of the test article or as a control. A subject may be either a healthy human or a patient. Subject [also] means a human who participates in an investigation, either as an individual on whom or on whose specimen an investigational device is used or as a control.”

Human subject research should adhere to the ethical principles and guidelines for the protection of human research participants summarized in the uniform set of regulations, called the Federal Policy for the
Protection of Human Subjects, 45 CFR 46, Subpart A, formally known as the “Common Rule.” The 45 CFR 46 regulations are based in large part on the Belmont Report and were written to offer basic protections to human subjects involved in both biomedical and behavioral research. Today, 45 CFR 46, Subjects A and E: Registration of Institutional Review Boards (added 1/15/2009) is shared by 17 Departments and Agencies, representing most, but not all, of the Federal Departments and Agencies sponsoring human subjects research. Many of them have not adopted Subpart B: Additional Protections for Pregnant Women, Human Fetuses & Neonates Involved in Research, Subpart C: Additional Protections Pertaining to Biomedical & Behavior Research Involving Prisoners as
Subjects, or Subject D: Additional Protections for Children Involved as Subjects in Research. For the past 20 years, 45 CFR 46, have been considered merely “guidelines” and is not a lawfully, promulgated regulation.
Before a research project involving human subjects is initiated, it must be reviewed and approved by an Institutional Review Board (IRB). The IRB has a central role in ensuring that all human subject research is planned and conducted in an ethical manner, and in compliance with federal, state and local regulations. The major responsibilities of the IRB are to assess the risks and benefits of proposed research and to promote respect for its advice and counsel in safeguarding the rights and welfare of human subjects.

In the National Institutes of Health, Office for Protection from Research Risks (OPRR) 1993 Institutional Review Board Guidebook states, “attention should be paid to subjects' rights when they decide to withdraw from participation in the study. The federal regulations clearly require that subjects be free to withdraw from participation without penalty or loss of benefits to which they are otherwise entitled [Federal Policy §116(a)
(8)].”
In addition, the National Commission for the Protection of Human Subjects believed that those who are already burdened (e.g., by disabilities or institutionalization) should not be asked to accept the burdens of research
unless other appropriate subjects cannot be found (i.e., if the research concerns their particular disability or circumstance).
This human subject research/experiment has failed to comply with the terms in Title 45 Public Welfare Part 46 Protection of Human Subjects (45 CFR 46). This part of the “Common Rule” is intended to allow IRBs to waive informed consent in its entirety or any of the required elements of informed consent. In order for this
human subject/experiment to waive informed consent it had to meet the 4 criteria in 45 CFR 46.116 (d). An IRB may approve a consent procedure which does not include, or which alters, some or all of the elements of informed consent set forth in this section, or waive the requirements to obtain informed consent provided the IRB finds and documents that:

(1) The research involves no more than minimal risk to the subjects;

(2) The waiver or alteration will not adversely affect the rights and welfare of the subjects;

(3) The research could
not practicably be carried out without the waiver or alteration; and

(4) Whenever appropriate, the subjects will be provided with additional pertinent information after participation.

Risk is defined in The IRB Guidebook as the probability of harm or injury (physical, psychological, social, or economic) occurring as a result of participation in a research study. Both the probability and magnitude of possible harm may vary from minimal to significant. Federal regulations define only "minimal risk." Minimal risk is defined in the Common Rule as the probability and magnitude of physical or psychological harm that is normally encountered in the daily lives, or in the routine medical, dental, or psychological examination of healthy persons.

I am experiencing intentional
infliction of severe physical pain or suffering, which violates my rights and falls under the purview of 18 USC § 2340 Torture.

Personal privacy is important to ethical research as stated in 45 CFR 46.111, but this human subject research has not met all of the requirements to protect the human subjects. My confidentiality and privacy rights have been violated. Invasion of privacy concerns access to a person's body and the “researchers” and countless of men, women, and children, also called “informants” or “perps” who have access to my body 24/7 without my
informed consent or knowledge. The “researchers” have never contacted me about pertinent information after
participation.

Human Subject Research Violates the Rights & Welfare of Vulnerable Population: Children

Children have been included in this human subject research, without receiving the parental/guardian permission consent documentation as defined in 45 CFR 46.408 and these children/minors are not wards of the state or any other agency, institution, or entity as defined in 45 CFR 46.409. No adequate provisions were made for soliciting the assent of children and the no permission was granted from their parents or guardians, as set forth in 45 CFR 46.408 as stated in 45 CFR 46.407 (iii). These children/minor are involve in research, which involves greater than minimal risk as defined in 45 CFR 46.404 and does not present the prospect of direct benefit to them at defined in 45 CFR 46.406. Some of these children are not economically or educationally disadvantaged, but they have been placed in because of their race. This research is not being conducted in accordance with sound ethical
principles as stated in 45 CFR 46.607 (ii).

Both the National Commission for the Protection of Human Subjects and the President's Commission for the Study of Ethical Problems in Medicine and Biomedical and Behavioral Research recommended that such waivers be granted only if subjects will not be denied benefits or services to which they are otherwise legally entitled. The waiver of informed consent has diminished the protection of my rights and welfare as a non-consensual human subject. I have received no respect as a non-consensual human subject. There is a non-verbal element that “whatever happens to the human subject is of no personal concern to the researcher. They can do whatever they want to the human subject and there is nothing that the human subject can do about because no one will help the human subject.”

For research involving more than minimal risk, an explanation as to whether any compensation and an explanation as to whether any medical treatments are availability of medical treatment and compensation in the case of
research-related injury, including who will pay for the treatment and the availability of other financial compensation as stated in 45 CFR 46.116(a)(6).

In July 2005 the National Academy of Sciences came to the conclusion that the preponderance of scientific evidence shows that even very low doses of radiation pose a risk of cancer or other health problem and there is no threshold below, which exposure can be viewed as harmless. According to data from Hiroshima and Nagasaki, show that symptoms may persist for up to 10 years and may also have an increased long-term risk for leukemia and lymphoma. Will the human subjects of this non-consensual human subject research be compensated due to research-related injury?
The waiver of informed consent has caused adverse consequences for my welfare and for my general well-being, as well as, my loved ones. This human subject research/experiment has also failed to comply with the terms of the policy, 45 CFR 46 therefore, as stated in 45 CFR 46.123 it should be subject to termination or suspension. If I continue in this “loosely controlled” research/experiment, it will likely result in irreversible permanent injury, radiation-induced diseases or even pre-mature death for myself (this request also includes my
family members who were systematically included in this because of me), because the “researchers” are operating above the law and below the accepted standard of scientific, ethical, and humane research. I am requesting to “opt-out” or discontinue my participation immediately out of this non-consensual human
subject research/experiment without prejudice. The “Common Rule”, 45 CFR 46.116 (a) (8) states, “and the subject may discontinue participation at any time without penalty or loss of benefits to which the subject is otherwise entitled.” I am not waiving any legal claims, rights or remedies because of my participation as a non-consensual human subject. The legal rights as a human subject may not be waived and the human subject may not be asked to release or appear to release the investigator, the sponsor, the institution or its agents
from liability for negligence.

The extraordinary rendition program is not for terrorists but is used effectively for scientists in stealing and depriving them of their life long works and their intellectual rights.

In the last open letter I have explained about how the Keshe Foundation has been accused of being involved in production of an atomic and nuclear bomb for government of Iran in his host nation of Belgium.

After posting of the last open letter, supporters of the Foundation have been furnishing us with e-mails and documents that not only these confirm the close collaboration of the Mr Adrianus WAJ Van den Elshout with government of Belgium, but through the same e-mails from himself, Mr Ad Van den Elshout confirms that he is in contact with the American ambassador and his cabinet and he emphasis on his cabinet in respect to another theft of intellectual property right from another Belgium inventor, which he is offering to the American government, and at the same time, he, in another e-mail again connects himself to another nuclear centre in Belgium.

In receiving these recent e-mails and other communications from others, this have given me the confidence to put my life on line and tell in short as it has been unknown up to now about what a nightmare me and my family have been put through by these actions, I release the following statement on my own behalf and on behalf of my Foundation and not on behalf of any other government, organisation or individuals.

If MY Foundation and I and even if the government of Iran was after publicity in trying to make a big deal out of in what happened to me during the last summer, then we would have shouted and cried out about it on the forum and in the press at that time, when this horrendous matter happened to me and my family.

But as me and the government of Iran, we are dignified, peace loving people and nation, and opposite to what has been made of us, I decided to keep silent about this horrific incident which I was subjected to by the government of Canada through their rendition and intimidation program.

Now seeing these correspondence supplied by the supporters of the Foundation in the past days, for the first time I have decided without asking for sanction from and the knowledge of my country or any other to release the information in how third nations are used for rendition program of scientists to steal their technology and life works under the cover of special rendition program.

Now I explain:

As in my last posting of the open letter of 3.1.2011 last week, in simple way I referred in this letter to imprisonment of me and my Foundation.

The imprisonments of scientists in transit from airports are and becoming part of the US and Canadian government rendition program, where no one knows about them and apparently it has been going on for years.

They use this transit of transfer from one plane to another by the scientist, to terrorise scientists and raps them of their dignity and let them feel as they have done something wrong, while their technologies and their knowledge are taken off them as the pretending to be investigating their activities by these governments, as if scientists are criminals and then these stolen loots technologies’ are shared among the gang of nations for further research and development in their countries in secret. They bank on the fact that scientists are usually from third world or upcoming nations and that the scientists will be afraid to report the matter back to their government on their return. So this rendition program is succeeding and fully carried out with no knowledge about it by public and other nations.

Since when, Canadians have become highway robbers by falsely using the international transit laws?

I start from the beginning and in this section whatever I refer to I have physical evidence to prove my case as I show in few cases below as attached evidence. It has to be said that I have been to USA a number of times and I have been to Canada before, so it is not as I wanted to escape to these countries, secondly I was issued visa to go to USA to meet with NASA in 2005, which I did not take the option of travel and visa has been expired. At the same time I was invited by a well-known US institute as a guest lecturer to give a talk at John Hopkins University in Feb of 2010, which the American government refused the issue of the visa and this lecture was given by live video conferencing as has been announced and talked about on the forum of the Foundation.

This is the exact count of how as nuclear physicists I became part of the rendition program of the US and Canadian government, that they could steal my technologies and for them to access most confidential files and technologies which are developed and being developed by me and my Foundation and these are mostly years ahead of present known science and these are the property of my Foundation.

It has to be said that on my death these intellectual rights become the properties of the Untied Nation and all citizen of all nations on the earth, that no nation and no religion will have superiority over another and that on my passing all my knowledge become the source and assets of the United Nation and all the religions of the world for advancement of human race in peace and science.

One of the technologies stolen from the Foundation by Canadians and their gang in this so called rendition of me are for example: The technology of how to produce solid CO2 at room temperature and pressure, which the papers about this has been published on the site of the Foundation for past year. This technology is part of space program of the Foundation and is used to cure cancer with use of water only. This process is used by the Foundation for production of space fuel and allows the production of new materials, which are unknown to world of science and this moment, this material is the fifth state of matter unknown to man up to now that is gases at state of solid at room temperature and pressure.

In fact Canadians during my incarceration and by force they have taken these materials from me, they told me that they will let me have a copy of the report of their tests by their scientist to confirm some of our discoveries and then after my release they denied to release the report as it was too sensitive and a copy of e-mail by Canadian deportation officer sent to me in private confirming this refusal and confirming the theft and how the Canadians have stolen the technology. The scan of the bag which the Canadian immigration after their testing and stealing some of my materials was return to me at the airport is attached, where I was given some of my materials back like a hip of rubbish piled on the floor while I was packing them to be repatriated.

Another technology they have stolen from the Foundation, is the technology of space motion without use of propulsion which Iranian government has had participated in its development with the Foundation to develop, with this putting Iranians space technology about fifty to one hundred years ahead of USA space program. In reality what they accuse us of doing wrong and developing advance nuclear technology and then they steal the technology, is to cover their own backward propulsion technology which is out of dated, these groundless nuclear weapon development accusation are to steal advance technology and not to monitor as I have experienced first-hand with Canadians.

I can go into detail: but in brief, I was kidnapped on 8.6.2010 by the Canadian authorities on a flight from Brussels to Mexico city in transit through Toronto, I was taken off the flight and me and my family were told immediately without any ambiguity that if press are informed, I can be put in prison which are known to be so dangerous that I can be killed. In this process I was interrogated for nearly four days, deprived of sleep and all my scientific documents and computers were copied and downloaded and some matters were stolen from me and after 11 days of constant terrorising, I was put on a flight back to Brussels like a criminal. My File and case number 3273-6308-8116.

The name of officer in charge Mr CARDINALE rank number 14784. I was put in front of a Kangaroo court in the prison camp itself and I was told that if I tell the judge anything I will be put in prisons that I will not come out alive. Even in the last session I told the judge that I do not agree with what has been said and I could not explain the reason as I was threaten to be killed and everything was falsified in the court to fit their usual procedure.

During up to 18 hours of interrogations daily at the airport and then being kept in secure prison or detention centre, then in the last hours of my release I was told that my release has been ordered by the prime Minster of Canada personally, as even my keepers were not aware of my release. (There is a long story that we do not go through it but if the Canadian government would like to open the case we are pleased to release our documents).

In time of my incarceration by Canadians, my detention officers in prison told me so many times that they do not understand, that you are not the only one like this, we seen in recent years that a number of scientists, doctors and highly qualified people whom are brought here, kept for days and then sent back, but we see drug traffickers and illiterates being given the right to stay in Canada, there is something wrong but this is normal process in this prison. Thus; Canadians like stupid and traffickers and not as they claim wanting intellectual people to join their nation.

It has to be said as I am use to travelling for business around the world for the past thirty years, that sometimes ago a lawyers in UK told me that if ever they stop you at customs or in a country with accusation of entering the country illegally, on the spot you demand asylum, that then they have to report your case to the UN and this stops you going missing for a long periods. And, this is exactly what I did as I came off the plane in Toronto to wait and move to my next flight, where, at the door of the plane’s gate and as I was faced with MR CARDINAL, I noticed that he had a full copy of my Foundation site in his hand, and in the first sentence he told me that he has been reading about me for the past three days to become a nuclear scientist and then he said to me at the same time at the gate of the plane that I have entered Canada illegally, were in fact I was in transit to Mexico and international laws explains that transit passengers flight do not require visa.

In the next stage of my dilemma in Canada, it took them over two hours to find my luggage in the flight to the Mexico section as they were panicking as where it has disappeared to, and then after a long time when the found them, then I was taken to an open large empty hall, where at one time, I could count as many as 16 different officers from different forces in the hall around me checking the loot that they could not believe they have stolen. This giving me the feeling of being in the hand of pirates on high seas after taking over the ship as they wanted to share their loot and could not believe how easy this was.

At all times of search and interrogation they were only interested in contents of my suitcase and the main computer hard disc block, which they knew all my experiments and technological discoveries were logged in and it looked as they knew all things to do with my future research were in my suitcase, as I was on my way to south America to fine a new cure for the malaria, as I was invited by an organisation to be there. Where, the ambassadors of these nations can confirm of their knowledge of my plan as I have been in touch with them over past two month before my trip.

Interesting enough, if I was wrong in entering Canada, and my capture was accidental, then how come Mr Cardinale has been studying my site for three days before hand as he told me and secondly I only bought my ticket and my visa to Mexico was issued only less than 24 hours before my departure, and strangely only two other persons were aware of my move, thus this shows that American have been planning this kidnapping a long time to capture me, may be from the time of my return from Iran in 2008, and as I was sick and have had suspected cancer, that I could not have travelled since that time, so this was their first chance to look into my technology and steal, as it is well known that I always travel with most of my lab and newly discovered material as I have done, when I went to China, Korea and as I do in Europe and even as I did when I went to Iran for the first time after over thirty years in 2008.

It has to be said up on my return from Iran within a week or so, I attend the office of prime Minster of Belgium on their request, and at the same time they were informed and were ask to collaborate with the Foundation to further develop in what was already developed in Iran by us. So there was not a Mickey mouse game with our openness, and no need to steal. I leave in Belgium because my child is born here and the love of my life is a Belgium, and Belgium has been home to us for the past years. Keshe Foundation team almost all are of Belgium of Flemish origin and loyal to the Foundation. The Foundation has been based in this country up to now and we hope we are safe; I am loyal to my nation and will not sell it to anyone unless I am stolen from as the Canadians did.

It is known fact that as a free scientist I teach everywhere and to all nations, now in fact to me Canadian’s are like thieves of Baghdad and part of pickpocket team, with methods of distract, intimidate and steal scientist’s life works. I think patents are not applicable to any scientist whom their work have been stolen from them by this way, and by laws of patent how can one nation know by stealing and while other have to pay for it. Thus all knowledge of the Foundation and the work of those scientists whom have been through USA scientific rendition program have to become open to all and not loot benefit to selected few whom have and given themselves the right and the opportunity of stealing.

Interesting enough during my incarceration I was told that I have been refused the asylum request against the government of UK and Belgium as I asked for as the latter was the country which I was coming from and the former was where my first travel-document was issued by which I was travelling on. I have copies of their endorsement by Canadian confirming the correctness of my document, They were in such a rush to copy and steal that they left some of their copied papers in my note books which were torn-off and put in the bag and then given back to me at the airport by mistake, this is how I know they have copied over 1000 pages, and 1 terra bite of information from the suitcase, I have a immigration bag which confirms 6 computer keys and hard disk in one bag in their own hand writing.

This is funny, as to save my life, as I had to do, as I became rapidly aware of what I have walked into with Canadians; I had to claim refuge statues from some of the leading free nations in the world the like of Belgium and UK that I had to do this claim to protect my life. I wonder how many people have had to do this in the past century to escape from these free nations.

Thus: the Canadian government uses their detention centre near the airport for rendition of scientists to steal their technology and they share their loot with the ones whom they chose and help them out to carry these atrocities.

May be irrelevant, but one of the officers involved in my interrogation told me that you are one of the biggest fishes’ we have ever had and at the same time my interrogators asked and took two copies of my book “the universal order of creation matters” from the content of my suitcase to read.

One officer in the cabin in the airport said to me in the second day that he did not understand why I was kept overnight, we have to greet people like you to join our nation, but decisions are made somewhere else and he made it clear that there was more to my capture that met the eye as it became apparent later on and even six month latter like now.

In some session I counted that there were up to 12 officers in different cubicles around us sending questions and listening to interrogation, in some cases and sessions I had a Chinese looking man and black officer and up to six other people in my cubical, whom were sitting in sessions and asking questions.

Strange enough that within days after my release another Iranian nuclear scientist whom has gone through scientific rendition program was suddenly after a year appeared in USA and then he was released by USA. I am sure he has been as I have been through the same rendition program but in different country.

The officer told me himself in a session during my interrogations, that he was so highly ranked that the officer was answerable to Minster himself direct and during my 12 – 14 hours long sessions of being brought to and kept in the airport every day for interrogation, he told me that there are five other agencies and ministers monitoring the interrogation live on line while he was inputting my answers, which question were coming mostly through the computer screen.

What is interesting to point out, first of all is that if Canada is looking for the edge of science scientists, how come they refuse a leading nuclear scientist refuge application and then they threat to kill him in front of his family to put fear of god into them, except that their plan was from the outset to steal technology of the scientist, as they have done with me.

Secondly, if rendition is so effectively carried out by Canadians and Americans, I wonder how many other scientists like me have been through this rendition program that out of the fear of their lives are silent about these enforced nightmares.

I am aware of one, whom is another Iranian nuclear scientist as has been in the press, but is this rendition program only for Iranian scientists as our research is about decades ahead of western world, and is this wolf cry of nuclear weapon development is the truth about USA wanting to look into what they are years behind in technology than Iran. Do not forget history has shown and are well known the one shouting foul game are the one whom are losing or when they are behind and this is a normal behaviour for the losers.

Further the Canadians knew what they are doing with me was illegal, as every time I was moved from the airport to prison late at night at one or two o’clock in the morning and on my way back from the prison at nine in the morning, there was always a discussion, that by law, security people had to handcuff the prisoner, but the officer and security people were discussing every time that he should not be handcuffed or they discussed that at least until he is in the van and then they be taken off when he comes out of the van walking through the airport. Even on the day of my transport to the airport to leave this godforsaken country the officers taking me to the airport told me that we do not want to handcuff you, we know what is going on and please cooperate. These all was done as they were afraid if I am seen in handcuff and pictures been taken and then they were in hip of manure with the outside world.

If you would like to know what it means to go through a short sharp rendition by Canadians as I have been, it feels like being raped, where the victim thinks what have done wrong to be in this position and this hunts you for a long time, that you do not want to talk about it and you become secluded as I did, and with the help of family I have started to write and research after months again.

I would like to thank the staff of the Iranian embassy in Brussels that I turned to up on my return to report to them in what has happened to me and they listened and allowed my fears to subside. I would like to thank the dignity by which the Iranian government knowing my ordeal kept its silent about this incident that I could recover from this nightmare and they did not go out to make a case of my suffering and situation. Thank you, you are the real gentleman, and you are not like wolf in skin of sheep as in the colds waters of north-pole nation where I was imprisoned.

I think I leave the rest of what happened to me and my family during and after this high way robbery in Canada with humans of this world to decide about who are the real animals of this world.

Now interesting information about, MR (Mr Adrianus W.A.J. Van den Elshout) which shows why the sudden move by the Canadian kidnap job, which we have received these information’s in the past week after the release of our open letter from the supporters of the Foundation.

What is interesting to me now after receiving and reading through these e-mails from public at large, is that how a man (Mr Van den Elshout), whom wares trousers with the biggest hole I have ever seen between a man legs, that shamelessly his genitals are hanging out of them when he sits, that such a man cannot afford a pair of trousers, how can that such man can see the American ambassador and be aware of the American government diplomatic cabinet set-up in Belgium embassy in Brussels as mentioned in these e-mails by him and organise such a kidnapping.

May be Mr water work is good at his job, his nickname in Belgium for Mr Van den Elshout is Mr water work as this man cries like a woman, and it is called by some “the golden tears“, when he wants something and when he lies, then he takes a picture of holly something or another out of his pocket and cry’s’ to the picture that floods the room for people to believe him. May be American like weeping woman as they feel important and that they can save the woman (Mr Criminal) and this satisfies them with feeling of being the big brother coming to rescue and at the same time that is how the water worker convinced them to believe his lies.

At the time of my incarceration me and my family were in such a shock that we did not want to talk about our pain, but now it has become apparent that Mr Van den Elshout in his own e-mails confirms that he has been in touch with MR Howard W Gutman (the American ambassador to Belgium) and his cabinet on the 19.5.2010, three weeks before my incarceration, and talked about god knows what like as we mentioned in the open letter and other plots he is involved in and this e-mail shows whom he is working for.

No one can see the American ambassador and know about the working of embassy except a man like Mr van den Elshout and now even we know and now we are aware from these e-mails that there is an ambassadorial cabinet in the American embassy in Brussels that they work with Mr Criminals ( !!!).

In different e-mails Mr Van den Elshout confirms the need of delivering his stolen technology and be given to NASA, CIA and others (see the attached references) and he refers in different e-mails to the American ambassador again and again. In e-mails he refers to president of USA name in person and connects himself implementing he is in talk with to the American ambassador and his cabinet in the same sentence (attached reference). All these correspondents by this criminal or the agent carry’s the ALPHALYS S.A header and signature which is his or other nations company registered in Luxemburg for their clandestine activities in conjunction with water man.

We have been told since the publication of the last open letter that this company is in process or being considered of being closed down.

In other e-mails he refers to getting into another Belgium nuclear centre in Doel near Antwerp. This confirming his interest in nuclear program as we reported before in the last posting (attached reference).

We are in possession of documents that Mr Van den Elshout shows and confirms being involved in laundering money through Panama account through KBC bank of Belgium and in an e-mail he confirms paying large sums of money in black.

Where do these sums of hundreds of thousands of dollars come from, as he lives with a nail polisher in two bedroom rented flat and according to people who known him his car is mostly not even insured and not even passed its technical control.

We have received evidence that there are five known case of intimidation and fraud with prosecutors of four cities in Belgium, and strange enough no one taken action about them and all have been put away in drawers as he is protected by paedophilia gangs as he says he knows them and are part of his larger relationships and extended family. These are case number for attempted intimidation, death threats and fraud and have been with prosecutors for years and month, case number AN 45.9.550/10 and case number AN 42.98.3582-01 city of Antwerp, Case number 45.F1.5136/2007 city of Kortrijk and two other files in city of Gent and Leuven in Belgium.

And we are in possessions of confirmed document from the city of Antwerp prosecutor that Mr Van den Elshout has threaten one of the leading Belgium inventors that he and his wife will be killed and a tape recording of this has been in possession of the Belgium authorities since 25.6.2010, and up to now the Belgium police has done nothing about this case. MR untouchable we call him or the American agent, god knows, who the next victim is.

We have e-mails and we are in possession of copy of contracts drawn up by this criminal himself, which shows or indicates to that Mr Van den Elshout has close collaboration with Flemish government and its head Minister-President Kris Peeters as a specific contract is signed in conjunction with investment with the Flemish government and Mr Peeters name is specifically mentioned in this contract, thus he has the ears in the government whom listen to his groundless accusations as in the American embassy. Why should the name of Mr first president of a nation still in office be mentioned in a commercial contract, is it to influence or is it to say who is protecting who? It can be seen again he uses the name cabinet of the Minister-President Peeters, so he is well inside and we have been furnished with e-mails which addressees CC to cabinet of Mr Peeters. In the set-up of stealing the intellectual rights of another inventor which this criminal has been in the process of by fraud, this case has been in the hand of procurer of Antwerp for seven month and has been put aside as it seems. I Wonder! If Mr Peeters knows his name and his cabinet is used like this to defraud or there is another motive behind these freedoms, which has been given to this criminal to do what he likes and hide the criminal files in drawers around the country that Mr untouchable become a full grown AL Capone.

In my letter to the procurers of the city of Kortrijk I mention that this man has become untouchable and he can do what he likes and the police does nothing about it, now do we too understand who is behind him and how he is protected.

In the past minutes before the publication of this paper we have been informed of the system Mr Criminal (Mr Van den Elshout) has used and he has been using to import people into Holland and Belgium. The e-mail is self-explanatory; the name on the email is the name of the gentleman as company director on the company (I gave in the last open letter) owned by the criminal in Holland. The address Meer (douanezone) given in this e-mail, is the warehouse on the border of Belgium and Holland, and it was used by the Mr criminal to import illegal people into EU and is registered as his office and the home of imported people to get identity/green cards. This used to be the customs building of the Belgium government at the border. It is known fact that Mr Criminal has been importing people from Turkey and Arab countries on false entries for years they say. Let the police check who is registered in the past three years to live in this warehouse office. We have been informed that Mr Van den Elshout has set-up a new company in Luxemburg for this purpose, the name of the new company is ATHOR S.A.

By the way, we have no evidence but we have been told that this criminal claims’ that he has bought a 55,000,000 US dollars company in US according to him? A tape is available in .mp3 of Mr. Ad van den Elshout's confession about that Delaware off-shore company. We wonder if this true then is this the payment for him reporting and stealing technologies for his paymasters? Is this the reason why the Dutch and the Luxemburg companies are closed, now that he has received payment from his masters for a good job of damaging a number scientist’s work and lives, now would he become good American citizen?

My advice to all scientists is that do not carry any of your works with you when travelling, even if you are going for research project or presentation to a conference, as you without knowing become a victim of the false rendition program for these governments as I did.

In conclusion: The Canadian Government and its bosses are involved in special stealing rendition program under the cover of terrorism as I have experienced it first hand, but what is interesting is that I was invited to Canada to give a talk to scientific community in Canada and we offered a sector of our technology for joint development to a university in Canada three month before and visa was refused for the trip and presentation too, we have the refusal application number if needed to be produced. But I presume is hard to kick the old habit, once a thief always a thief. May be we should call the Maple leaf on the flag of the Canada a Maple thief of Canada and this should become the new flag for pirates on high seas in the coasts of east Africa.

Dear Mr. Prime Minister,

We are aware that some agencies of your government (and possibly some other entities or individuals in this country) are in the possession of technical means enabling remote control of human nervous system. This is proved by the European parliament’s STOA (Science and Technology Options Assessment) report on Crowd control technologies, which states: “In October 1999 NATO announced a new policy on non-lethal weapons and their place in allied arsenals”; and “In 1996 non-lethal tools identified by the U.S. Army included… directed energy systems” and “radio frequency weapons” http://www.europarl.europa.eu/RegData/etudes/etudes/stoa/2000/168394/DG-4-STOA_ET%282000%29168394%28PAR01%29_EN.pdf (pg. It is obvious that the use of such means for manipulation of human beings is in sharp contrast with the constitution of this country guaranteeing its citizens the right of personal freedom. Under those circumstances it is hard to understand why there is no law in this country prohibiting the possession of means enabling remote manipulation of human nervous system and their use against people. Of course such law should include provisions establishing teams equipped with technologies capable to detect those detrimental radiations and their sources. According to the bill proposed by Dennis J. Kucinich in the U.S. congress the means capable to manipulate human nervous system include "land-based, sea-based or space-based systems using radiation, electromagnetic, psychotronic, sonic, laser or other energies directed at individual persons or targeted populations for the purpose of information war, mood managment or mind control of such persons or populations" http://thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/query/r?c107:chemtrails

Therefore we ask you to take decisive steps toward legislation which would protect the citizens of this country against those radiations, which can be used for remote manipulation of their nervous system and consequently their thoughts and behaviour.

In our opinion the teams capable to detect detrimental radiations should be supervised by either the ombudsman or some human rights commission with participation of representatives of Amnesty International or Human Rights Watch.

I live a life that is miserable. Fighting a battle that I think that isn't even worth fighting for in the first place. I wanna change the world to make it better but I can't because I can't even fix myself. Keeping me alive but barely. They torture and torment me like an animal and violate every human civil rights that I have. It's just a complete and waste of time now. Everything is pointless and won't lead to anything good. I throw in the towel and wish to exit this stage. This show is officially over and if you don't escape quickly the whole place will be flooded and burnt down. I was used as a distraction so you won't be aware of the New World Order plans that are taking place right in front of your face. Your future is going to be chipped and controlled like a guinnea pig. Last year back in January, I was at the hospital. The perps gang stalked me in the hospital and taunted me the whole time they were there. They stayed there for a little while and then they left. After they left I got angry and lashed out but did not try to hurt anyone. I did not say anything to threaten anyone, I tried to find the people who were harassing me. I just tried to escape the hospital but the police stopped me and wrapped me up and took me to a shrink. Do you think I will go to jail? Hopefully some laws will get passed and hopefully they will be the ones going to jail. My perps constantly talk about me going to jail. I'm starting to think that I'm really going to go to jail. I think they have won the battle. Either I go to jail or I suicide. I want assisted suicide instead. Is there anyone that can help me get assisted suicide. Please, I am desperate and need someone for assisted suicide.
