"Discussions on the use of "non-lethal" weapons in situations involving riot-control, hostage-rescue, peacekeeping and peace-enforcement operations, as well as in traditional warfare situations, have so far focused mainly on the technology and engagement doctrine of these new weapons - see the Assembly's report "Non-Lethal Weapons" by Lord Lyell, General Rapporteur [AP 238 STC (97) 8]. The ICRC experts have studied both the effects of "non-lethal" weapons on health and how they would be used in the light of international humanitarian laws. According to their conclusions, presented by Dr. Robin Coupland, all references to "lethal" or "non-lethal" oversimplify the effects of weapons and are therefore misleading. The so-called "non-lethal" weapons (such as infrasound, electromagnetic waves or sticky foams) can indeed have severe effects on health depending on the circumstances in which they are deployed or on their possible combination with existing conventional weapons. According to ICRC, the military use of "non-lethal" weapons against civilians could undermine the existing norms of international law pertaining to armed conflict as well as the 1993 Chemical Weapons Convention and the 1925 Geneva Protocol. The organisation recommended that current efforts to integrate "non-lethal" weapons into operations of armed forces should address more properly the legal, health and tactical implications of doing so."

Occupy Sacramento got behind our cause and Jesse Beltran has been able to speak at several Occupy rallys about our situation.
I contacted several Occupy chapters in different cities about getting members of Occupy to file suit with us “to give us a huge amount of people”
They actually contacted me back and told me that i would need to speak in person at one of their general assemblies, and if the general assembly was ok with it they would get involved.
i dont live in or near any of the cities that contacted me back.
If you live in a city with a Occupy group or near a city with a occupy group “you can check on google search engine, just put in the town name and occupy”
Please contact them to speak to their general assembly.
This would be huge for us.
With just one Occupy chapter behind us we would have several thousand extra people filing with us.
And we would try to get them to get the other Occupy chapters behind us too, that would give us a huge number of people in the suit, like way way overkill.
And also, each occupy chapter has their own attorney who handles things for them, with Occupy on board, their attornies could file for us, probably pro bono, and in each of the cities their chapters are in.
That would be huge, way beyond 4,000 cases filed and repp’ed by attornies in about 15 cities.
This is the kind of overkill slaughter we need.

I heard someone on the forum mention this recently. I havnt before really wanted to go down this track because I think we are all special and no-one is better than anyone but has anyone ever felt they had a special calling from God that the perpetrators are thrying to thwart us/stop us from carrying out.
I have been targetted since at least 3 years old, less I believe - I think many of us have but the perps dont give you a full intoruduction until your older, how many of you have strange memories and dreams from your chilhood ? Why would someone target a baby?? unless they can see something in us that is "different" to the norm.
They have the technology to scan auara, soul, DNA, all sorts of things. For me i believe God had a special calling (not to say i am special) but He had a plan for me that is a reason for this attack and they have thwarted my entire life to ensure I dont meet Gods calling. Its wierd but thats what God has told me anyway.

The real name is Community Policing Members. They call it proactive pursuit of people they believe to be criminals. Organized Stalking in the USA is really the C.O.P.S. program run by the Department of Justice. The idea is two harass the victim to commit a crime. Look up the Department of Justice they tell you what they do. They show some of the weapons they use, this thing blinds the victim to the laser with light and then fires the laser at the victim, that is why you cannot see the laser. There are sound devise they use (LRAD) that’s fits in a briefcase now, along with some other devices. There are different divisions and one is domestic abuse. So if any one has ever made a claim against you or one of your friends, you can be stalked. It has been around since 1990 at lest or older. I can trace it back to 1991 for sure in my case. The police keep a list of people they consider criminals, never convicted, or career criminals. Anyone ever accused of any kind of abuse. They will stalk friend ,family, at work, on vacation. 24/7 they tell their people the victim is the worst criminal in the world and needs to be in jail. What they really do is to set up a situation where there are five to ten of them as witness and try to pick a fight with you. Then you can be arrested, two or three times to get you a career criminal record, if you own a gun they will set up to kill you if they think you killed or will kill one of their people, they use six under cover cops on a dark street to pull you over, while shooting you with a devise that makes most people paranoid so you will pull that gun and they shoot to death. Last week again they shoot a man going to work over some traffic stop. I live in new Orleans, Louisiana area. If you own any kind of a gun get rid of it, they will kill you. This is planed murder by the police departments. The local courts, judges protect this operation, that’s how they get away with it. This happens all over the country. No one has ever been convicted for this operation in 22 years. There are some 2 million people involved nationwide.
