WANT TO SUE THE NSA/CIA / LAWYERS / JUDGES / POLICE? Most federal courts now offer a packet on how to file a suit - but they can’t give you advice after that, tell you how to take it all the way up, or what tricks to watch out for. Over the last 10 years, we have observed the federal district court in Wichita evolving from “no help at all” for pro se people to offering a continually revised packet of helpful info today. It even has little yellow light bulbs for “hints!” Our hint? No lawyer will “honestly” help you sue the system they’re part of. So do it yourself and for a lot less money!
No one is happier than we are that mainstream media is finally on board about the surveillance issue - DOJ wiretapping journalists, IRS targeting tea party groups, DHS flying drones over private property, HHS Sec. Kathleen Sebelius with secret e-mail accounts, etc. We think this all came down because the DOJ went after KS Gov. Sam Brownback in May for signing a law that went against the 2nd Amendment, so the GOP wanted to show their firepower. Brownback is the top man in the GOP supported by the Koch Bros. in a book called The Family. But don’t you wish our government made decisions based on what is best for the majority, not who did what to whom? We need to put a mom in office who will break up the kids’ fights…
ASHLEY JUDD, COME BACK… Women with intelligence have a great shot at getting into office these days, and will usually outshine male career politicians. In fact, consider Isaiah 32:9-20: “Rise up, you women who are at ease…” So don’t let their arrogance intimidate you - laugh off their attempts to put you down in any way. We must keep fighting for our children… And any smear tactics (like Paula Deen) going back farther than 10 years should be met with full force by the female population!
We know that IRS targeting continues, since an agent made us go back 10 yrs (statute of limitations is three), and we spent hours on a 16-page report showing our C.E.O. is owed $387K+ by the A.H.A!. After mailing it on 5/17, we thought that was the end of it – until we testified at a Westar hearing on 7/1 about their $37 million rate increase request (19th in 4 years). We told how their average billing plan (also wattsaver) are defrauding consumers into paying more and should be investigated. The next day, the IRS auditor called to harass us further and said they will devise another report to try and show we owe. More racketeering…
PATENT ATTORNEYS IN CAHOOTS? In 2010, James Walbert told us he was targeted because he developed a patent for a biodegradeable film that can be put over the top of pop cans. It was worth millions, and a govt agent approached him and said, “We want the patent and the rights, and if you don’t give it to us, we’re going to target you with electromagnetic surveillance.” He didn’t, and that’s how he was implanted with 5 microchips. A Texas woman we met with in June also had her intellectual properties for children’s toys stolen years ago and was microchipped. Now a Canadian man doing fiberoptics work in the U.S. since 2006 is facing deportation and will lose all of his assets, including his patent for a locking manhole cover with AT&T worth five billion. But don’t the Ten Commandments on our halls of justice say: “You shall not steal?”
A.H.A! Activities: 4/18 - the U. S. Supreme Court refused to hear our writ of mandamus [Case # 4 under “Supporting Docs” at www.assocforhonestattys.com], the eighth case they’ve denied hearing in 10 years (we don’t have standing as a Christian, but Michael Newdow had standing as an atheist?) There was nowhere left to go but contact the International Criminal Court (ICC) on 6/18 in the Netherlands… 4/24 – woman from a small town in KS said her ex got custody and she has paid 2 million in atty fees since 2008 & still can’t see her kids… 6/15 – TX woman told us Dr. Hildegard Stanninger in CA removed a microchip in her forehead…6/17 – court heard our objections to lawyers trying to dismiss Spirit in the 8-yr Boeing lawsuit over lost jobs/ benefits, most of 1,999 plaintiffs have given up…6/26 – marriage counselor told us about EMDR– “eye movement desensitizing reprocessing,” a simple exercise that can relieve soldiers of PTSD over time, but govt doesn’t want people to get well so those suffering aren’t told… 6/27 - Google Law Firm lawyer called wanting to meet with us to show how we can be at the top of law firms on line(?) She then promised to stop their calls twice a day, but they keep coming… On 6/28, read “What Its Like to Get a National Security Letter” in The New Yorker about a man who got his NSL removed, lawyers told him a lawsuit was the only way; also Debra Dupres’ article “How NSA Spies Ruin 1000s of America’s GreatestPeople” (if we didn’t have fraudulent wars, then we wouldn’t have terrorist attacks, and we wouldn’t all have to be under surveillance, you think?)…7/5 – Lt. Edward J. Armes, 89-yr old Naval officer from Pearl Harbor said he picketed a CA federal court every day for 5+ yrs with a sign calling judges/lawyers crooks in his bankruptcy, sent 1000’s of faxes to DOJ since 1980 but nada, lost $280K in illegal attorney fees…
KUDOS TO: Jesse Ventura for his shows on Bilderbergers and the Illuminati trying to reduce the world’s population to 500 million through disease/vaccines, even admitting that seven men (reporting to one Queen?) actually run the world…Edward Snowden for bravely telling the truth about the NSA (the fact that they let him live is a sign that our country is becoming more Christian!)…the Electronic Frontier Foundation which has helped three people get their National Security Letters removed...
SHAME ON: Our govt for charging Edward Snowden with spying when the government spies on us…Booz Allen Hamilton, Snowden’s former employer & govt contractor who’s been spying on Americans with 99% of revenue coming from government contracts (NSA, Army, Navy, DOD, FBI, DHS, IRS) per blacklistednews.com. Booz is CIA-connected and run by James Clapper, director of National Intelligence and head of the NSA who lied to Congress and us all that they were not spying...
