Having studied numerous cases of case filing starting from John St Clair Akwais US court filing, I got an insight in understanding a phenomena of Technology based civilisation which I have started to call as ACT - Advanced Covert Technology - phenomena.
Under this phenomena covert group - state or private - develop technologies which are almost half a century ahead of open society technology. The covert group use this of harrassment of thousands of people around the world.
Under this phenomena Govt and Judicial system fail to deliver justice to complainer.
The line of action which can be tried with court and judicial system is to make them understand that under ACT phenomena Govt and Judicial System will fail to deliver. It is to question these system that half a century later they understand the pheonenon and understand complains of thousands of people all these year...under this situation who is responsible for failure of delivery of justice due to Govt and Justice System being half a century behind. On whom the liability of failure of justice lies. Govt which has the responsibility of governing the land has to take the liability arising as it is expeted that they deliver justice all the time.
My suggestion to TI Commmunity filing court cases is to try this line of action and see court response and we can finetune our apporach based on input. The other cases in human history which can be taken to support ACT phenomena is on how humanity transited from being a society treating earth as center of universes and that it is sun which rotates around the earth.
We have to be innovative and learn from our failures and try new methods and approaches...the above is an attempt to do this.
