It might be informative to contact the United Nations representatives, and the body as a whole as well, at this time, as a committee of torture victims begging for a U.N. Resolution demanding quick response and decisive action to end covert targeting of individual citizens, in the name of justice, and as an oppotunity to for the U.N. to establish its credibiity by no longer remaining silent on this crucial Human Rights and World Security Issue.
Current United Nations military force being taken against Libya to curtail operations of that government which threaten to debase and harm the Libyan citizenry STRIKES A PERFECT PARALLEL to the covert operations being taken against the citizenry of those self-same U.N. Member Nations within their own respective borders.
The following two paragraphs, copied from the news article at the link given below, demonstrate the pure and simple logic of my position on this matter:
"Though the U.S. and Europeans focused their attention on the no-fly zone, the U.N. resolution authorizing the action demanded a ceasefire and authorizes "all necessary means" to protect civilians."
"This is not an outcome the U.S. or any of our partners sought," Obama said from Brazil, where he is starting a five-day visit to Latin America. "We cannot stand idly by when a tyrant tells his people there will be no mercy."

If the United Nations fails to act on this matter, they will have demostrated their complicity in the ongoing torture which is leading to domination by force of the population of the Free World and eventually of the Whole World.
Draft a petition based upon these clear principles relating to the Libyan Resolution and present it to the United Nations and its individual representatives immediately to determine its innocence or guilt in the torture and threats that we suffer continually.
