According to the High Court papers, Kerr claims spooks planted covert recording devices in his homes in England and Thailand, persuaded an ex to drug him and trained rooks to fly into his window.

He states: “It is clear that I am being stalked and harassed by the security services. Because their intentions are to intimidate me their actions are normally conducted overtly rather than covertly.“They wish me to know that this stalking and harassing will only stop when I agree to co-operate with them.”

Kerr’s barrister Anthony Barraclough, a close confidant of Warren’s, told the Mirror that MI5 are trying to get the case struck out before it is heard in public.

He said: “A lot of it is hard to believe but when you sit down with Phil, it is incredible to hear what he has to say. This has taken his life away and had a major effect on his health. Plenty of what he describes fits in with techniques we know MI5 use.”

what gets me about this story ....many times I been zapped with the technology keeping me up sleep deprivation ....v2k to the head telling me any minute people are going to break into my home and attack me.....and then you hear sounds like people tapping on your window ...but nobody is there ....I believe its a V2k audio trick ...but I supposed you could interpret it as a bird tapping on your window.

they don`t do it so much to me now I don`t live on the ground floor ...I was when they tried this....I ended up think sod it ...grab a kitchen knife and was ready for a gang of lads to bust in any minute ...then I heard the letter box rattle   and I stormed into the hallway...glad I decided to stay there a wait for them to try and kick the door in...as I soon realised I been played as it was just some idiot putting  a leaflet throw the door...but I was shaking afterwards as I could of been manipulated into stabbing him
