Epilepsy and Covert Manchurian Canadidate developmental research.

As a former patient of Dr. Harold J. Hoffman of the Toronto Hospital for Sick Children,
it is quite devastating to discover unauthorized brain tissue removal and trespass of 43
metallic implants in the cerebral cortex, with 4 connected to the right optic nerve.
What was suppose to be a operation to "cure epilepsy", turns out to be unauthorized
non-therapetic covert brain surgical experimentaion, leaving me with increase in seizure
disorder, status epilepticus, and on-going episodes of cerebral hemmorrahaging in the
operative field. My mother, along with other parents of epileptic children was only
informed of "scar tissue removal". Afterwards, one discovers unauthorized psychosurgical
brain implant experimentation. I was experimentally raped December 9, 1969 & Jan. 27,
1972, at 14 & 16 years of age. Here in Canada, children are exploited for covert human
experimentation, whereas the police cannot protect the public from this criminal assault and
battery, when they stress they have no co-operation with the government.
These experiments were most cruel and inhumane, when screaming verbal profanities
during a local cranium incision, since I could not tolerate the sound of my skull cracking
apart. The world needs to be educated, that Canada is most dangerous for children, when
unauthorized covert human experimentation is being concealed by the government of Canada.
Dr. Harold J. Hoffman is noted for having 15,741 children under his care, between 1964-
1998. It would be fair to suggest that anywhere between 10% to 1/3, have been exploited
for unauthorized psychosurgical and brain implant research. (approx. 1500-5000 children)
This information correlates with the CIA MKULTRA project of psychosurgical and brain
implant research, upon unwitting subjects. Those subjects being myself, and other
children who suffer epilepsy at the Toronto Hospital for Sick Children.
