"CEO of The Scarborough Hospital (TSH) induced the special supervisor, appointed by the Government of Ontario, Canada after I wrote many times to TSH and Mr. CEO regarding:

a. The recording of the phone call between 41 division of Toronto Police and The Scarborough Hospital. The Scarborough Hospital denied my request for the access to this recording. Here is the index of this phone call.

The Scarborough Hospital fabricated the index. In the column "Presenting Problems", two persons filled out this column, using " think", and " feel", instead of "find". Regarding these three words, please refer to my first report to 41 division of Toronto Police which Toronto Police refused to provide when being asked

b. their statements in the above letters;

c. 2 pieces of voice recording of mental status exams (MSE) conducted by one "nurse" in my home and one psychiatrist of TSH. TSH refused my request for the access to them all the time. The reason why TSH denied my request is TSH, nurse and psychiatrist fabricated my medical reports. And they sated during MSE: " You don't trust the police. That testifies you are suffering mental problems."
