here is the link to the free software. i have not tried it but will this evening. it also has free video tutorial showing how to use it so i think it might be with looking. for those with a computer you can use the computer or laptop to record when you do hear voices and also when you do not hear the voices especially when sleeping. it is hard to send large files by email as they have limits but you can send me as short clip and i will tell you what it says at a subliminal level. cyn
