Much have been talked about remote control but i'd like
to point out a possibility to manipulate not using any
devices at all. A person's memory may be programmed
once and for the rest of his life. А human brain is
similar to computer where any program could be installed.
He may be kidnaped and his memory totally reprogrammed and
i'v seen such a person with my own eyes-he didn't remember his
name, who was he, nothing... nevertheress his intellect was untouched,
he could play chess, did usial rutine work, could discuss soundly.
He just forgot who was he. And such a technic is more favorable for perps-
no need for devices, computers, personal etc... a person's brain is
programmed once and for all. If necessary, the memory may be
erased partially, only those events that perps wonna be erased, and
a victim even do not suspect his memory had been manipulated.
